스마트 교통 단속 시스템을 위한 딥러닝 기반 차종 분류 모델 (Vehicle Type Classification Model based on Deep Learning for Smart Traffic Control Systems)

  • 최근 지능형 교통 시스템의 발전에 따라 딥러닝을 기술을 적용한 다양한 기술들이 활용되고 있다. 도로를 주행하는 불법 차량 및 범죄 차량 단속을 위해서는 차량 종류를 정확히 판별할 수 있는 차종 분류 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구는 YOLO(You Only Look Once)를 이용하여 이동식 차량 단속 시스템에 최적화된 차종 분류 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 차량을 승용차, 경·소·중형 승합차, 대형 승합차, 화물차, 이륜차, 특수차, 건설기계, 7가지 클래스로 구분하여 탐지하기 위해 단일 단계 방식의 객체 탐지 알고리즘 YOLOv5를 사용한다. 인공지능 기술개발을 위하여 한국과학기술연구원에서 구축한 약 5천 장의 국내 차량 이미지 데이터를 학습 데이터로 사용하였다. 한 대의 카메라로 정면과 측면 각도를 모두 인식할 수 있는 차종 분류 알고리즘을 적용한 지정차로제 단속 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 연구목적: 국내의 차량 등록 대수는 계속 증가하고 있다. 삶의 질 향상으로 인한 교통량 또한 점진적으로 증가하므로 사고 심각도가 증가 및 혼잡문제 또한 야기될 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 첨두 교통사고와 비첨두 교통사고의 사고 요인을 분석할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 연구방법:인천광역시의 첨두 및 비첨두 교통사고의 심각도를 첨두와 비첨두로 나누어 분석하여 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 한다. XGBoost 머신러닝 기법을 적용하여 첨두 및 비첨두 교통사고 심각도를 분석하였으며 결과를 통하여 plot으로 시각화하였다. 연구결과:첨두시 피해운전자 차종_승합인 경우 등 비 첨두시는 피해운전자 차종_건설기계 등이 사고 심각도를 높이게 되는 변수인 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 첨두와 비첨두 사고 심각도의 요인을 도출한 것에 의의가 있고 추후 첨두 및 비첨두시의 사고 심각도를 낮추고 국내 교통의 혼잡 요인을 분석하여 혼잡 비용을 줄일 수 있는 것에 활용되기를 바란다.

자탈형 콤바인의 실시간 벼 수확량 예측 시스템 개발 (Development of Rice Yield Prediction System of Head-Feed Type Combine Harvester)

  • The yield is basic and necessary information in precision agriculture that reduces input resources and enhances productivity. Yield information is important because it can be used to set up farming plans and evaluate farming results. Yield monitoring systems are commercialized in the United States and Japan but not in Korea. Therefore, such a system must be developed. This study was conducted to develop a yield monitoring system that improved performance by correcting a previously developed flow sensor using a grain tank-weighing system. An impact-plated type flow sensor was installed in a grain tank where grains are placed, and grain tank-weighing sensors were installed under the grain tank to estimate the weight of the grain inside the tank. The grain flow rate and grain weight prediction models showed high correlations, with coefficient of determinations (R2) of 0.9979 and 0.9991, respectively. A main controller of the yield monitoring system that calculated the real-time yield using a sensor output value was also developed and installed in a combine harvester. Field tests of the combine harvester yield monitoring system were conducted in a rice paddy field. The developed yield monitoring system showed high accuracy with an error of 0.13%. Therefore, the newly developed yield monitoring system can be used to predict grain weight with high accuracy.

굴삭기 Front Support 부품 뒤틀림 결함 최소화 방안 도출 (A study on excavator front support parts to minimize springback defects)

  • Recently, in construction equipment machinery production, development has focused on environmentally-friendly functions to improve existing production capacity. For excavators as well, emphasis has been placed on response to environmental regulations, miniaturization, and noise reduction, while technology is being developed considering cost reduction and safety.Accordingly, the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, as well as high-strength steel plates to improve safety and reduce weight, are being applied.However, in the case of high-strength materials, Springback occurs in the final formed part due to high residual stress during product forming. Derivation of a forming or product shaping process to reduce springback is needed. Accordingly, regarding the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, this study derived a method to improve springback and secure shape stiffness through analysis of the springback occurrence rate and springback causes through a forming analysis.As for the results of analyzing the springback occurrence rate of existing products through forming analysis, springback of -22.6 mm < z < 27.35 mm occurred on the z-axis, and it was confirmed that springback occurred due to the stiffness reinforcing bead of the upper and middle parts of the product.To control product residual stress and springback, we confirmed a tendency of springback reduction through local pre-cutting and stiffness reinforcement bead relocation.In the local pre-cutting model, springback was slightly reduced by 5.3% compared with the existing model, an insignificant reduction effect. In the stiffness reinforcement bead relocation model, when an X-shaped stiffness reinforcement bead was added to each corner portion of the product, springback was reduced by at least 80%.The X-shaped bead addition model was selected as the springback reduction model, and the level of stiffness compared to the existing model was confirmed through a structural analysis.The X-shaped bead additional model showed a stress springback of 90% and springback reduction of 7.4% compared with the existing model, indicating that springback and stiffness will be reinforced.

전북지역(全北地域) 산업근로자(産業勤勞者)의 산업재해(産業災害)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study on Industrial Accidents of Workers in Jeonbug Areas)

  • Of 2,740 industries in Jeonbug area which are covered by industrial insurance policy, 462 facilities which the accidents related to industry occured during the year of 1979 were studied. and the results are summarized as follows: 1. The accidents related to industry occured in 462 industries of the total 2,740 industrial facilities in Jeonbug area as of 1979. 2. The incidence rate of accident per 1,000 workers was 34.3 (49.2 in male workers and 12.8 in female workers), the frequency rate of the total industries in jeonbug area was 13.36, and severity rate was 1.3. 3. The frequency rates and severity rates by type of industry in study area were quite different to compare with those of national rates. 4. The incidence rate of construction industry was 223.6 per 1,000 workers, and that of transportation-communication industries were 78.6. 5. The proportion of industrial accidents of $20{\sim}24$ age group was 22.1 per cent of the total accidents, and the proportions decreased according to age increase. 6. The incidence rate in the industry having less than 49 workers was 20.6 per 1,000 workers, that of industry with $50{\sim]99$ workers was 26.7, that of industry with $100{\sim}199$ was 51.9, that of industry with $200{\sim}499$ was 80.2 and that of with more than 500 worker was 40.7. 7. The accidents which occured in the workers with experience of less than one year was 69.4 per cent of the total accidents, otherwise, the longer the workers have worked the less accident they have. 8. The most accidents occured in tile shift between 10 to 12 o'clock, and 16 to 18 hour 9. The primary causes of the industrial accidents were found to be collisions, machinery falling objects and falls. 10. The site of injury by type of industry were quite different, and the major site of injury was finger. 11. The laceration and open injuries of the accidents related to industry were 37.2 per cent of the total cases, and fractures or dislocations were 23.5 per cent, and contusions were 6.5 per cent. 12. Death rate of industrial accident was 5.0 per 10,000 workers, and those of industry were 47.6 in transportation, 42.8 in construction industry, 24.4 in mine industry, and 2.0 in manufacturing industry.

발전플랜트 엔지니어링 프로젝트 성공요인 우선순위 도출 연구 (A Study on the Success Factors Related to the Performance of Power Plant Engineering Projects)

  • 발전플랜트 엔지니어링 산업은 원청사로부터 EPC 설계 프로젝트 수주를 통해 전기, 계장, 기계, 배관등에 대한 설계 결과물을 납품하는 구조로써 프로젝트 기반으로 업무가 수행된다. 발전플랜트 엔지니어링은 전체 EPC 프로젝트 비용의 2~5%를 구성하지만 설계 이후 다음 공정에 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에 전체 EPC 프로젝트의 기초가 되는 주요 분야 중 하나이다. 하지만 국내 발전플랜트 엔지니어링 기업의 프로젝트 수행 역량은 미흡한 수준으로 프로젝트에 대한 체계적인 수행이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 발전플랜트 엔지니어링 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 정의하고 계층화 분석법(Analytical Hierarchy Process)을 적용하여 각 요인들의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과 전체 응답자는 경험, 지식, 소통을 관련 요인을 중요 요인으로 인식하고 있었으며, 응답자의 직책별 분석결과 관리자급에서는 지식, 경험, 소통이 중요 요인으로 도출된 반면, 실무자급에서는 경험, 지식, 인적자원이 중요 요인으로 도출되었다. 응답자의 해외 프로젝트 경험 보유 여부 별 분석결과 해외 프로젝트 경험을 보유한 경우 프로세스, 경험, 인적자원이 중요 요인으로 나타났으며, 해외 프로젝트를 경험하지 않은 경우 지식, 경험, 소통 순으로 나타남에 따라 구성원의 직책과 업무 경험에 따른 중요도 인식이 상이한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of industrial accident patients and to produce worker satisfaction and a rational and effective counter measure plan. Direct interviews with 179 cases (in and out patients) were carried out during a three month period from April to July 1990, at six hospitals : two general hospitals Sun Lin and Sung Mo in Po Hang, and four general hospitals in Taegu : Kyung pooh University Hospital, Dong San Medical Center, Young Nam Medical Center and Catholic Hospital. The results of this study are summarized as fellows : 1. Among the 179 cases, $51.6\%$ were male and $48.4\%$ were female. The two largest age groups were 30-39, $31.8\%$ and 20-29, $27.4\%$. Among the 179 cases, $51.6\%$ were married, the largest family number was 2 to 3, $41.1\%$ and 4 to 5, $25.6\%$. Educationally, graduation from high school was the largest group, $46.4\%$ among ,the patients, followed by middle school and primary school. The largest group income level was from 40-69 만원, $45.2\%$. The largest group of patients who worked over 50 hrs. a week was $52.0\%$. The largest group of patients who worked less than 1 year was $44.7\%$, of the patients in work places of less than 100 people, $60.3\%$ were injured and in work places of 100-299 people, $20.1\%$ were injured. In manufacturing, the largest group injured was $55.3\%$, the next group was transport, storage, communication. The largest group of production workers injured was $40.2\%$. 2. The cause of injury in the largest group was facility problems, $33.5\%$. The next group was unsafe habits, $30.2\%$ ; a lack of safety knowledge, $17.9\%$ ; and insufficient supervision, $12.3\%$. The 30-39 year age group head the highest number of injuries, $40.4\%$ ; work places with more than 10 years of work, $44.4\%$ ; work places with more than 1000 people, $56.3\%$ and mining accidents, $80.0\%$. Among. these groups the highest cause of injury was due to facility problems. 3. The accident pattern showed machinery injuries $28.5\%$ as the largest group, followed by falls & falling objects $17.3\%$, fire & electric $15.1\%$, strucke by an object $14.5\%$, followed by overaction and vehicular accidents. The accident pattern showed $46.4\%$ among workers over the 50 year age group, workers in the 5-10 year group, $50.0\%$ ; places employing more than 1000 workers, $35.3\%$ ; construction $73.7\%$, and construction workers $57.1\%$, among these fall & falling objects caused the greatest number of injuries. 4. The largest group of injuries was fractures $54.8\%$, trauma $14.5\%$, amputation $11.7\%$, open wound, and burns. The largest number of fractures occurred in people in the 30-39 year age group, $63.2\%$ : over 10 years of work, $55.0\%$ ; in work places of 300-490 people, $63.6\%$ ; construction $63.2\%$ and general workers $57.2\%$. 5. The largest group of injuries was upper extremity $45.3\%$, lower extremity $24.0\%$, trunk $18.5\%$ and head or neck $12.2\%$. Of these groups, upper extremity injuries were the highest in those less than 20 years old $75.0\%$, less than 1 year or work $59.5\%$, in work places of 500-999 people $60.0\%$, manufacturing $56.6\%$ and production workers $55.6\%$. 6. Periods of injury showed 34 people injured in September, to be the largest followed by October, 32 ; August, 22 people : July, 19 people and the lowest December, 2 people. During the week, Friday had the largest group injured, 35 people ; followed by Saturday, 26 people and the lowest was Wednesday, 17 people, During the day 1400 hours had the largest group injured, 38 people ; followed by 800 hours, 31 people. 7. On a basis of 5 as the highest mark, the average, according to worker satisfaction showed facility safety 3.55, work environment 3.47, income 3.44, job 3.21 and treatment 2.98. 8. The correlation between general characteristics and injury showed that age was directly correlated to the duration of work (r=2591) p<0.01, age was directly correlated to industry (r=2311) p<0.01, and the duration was directly correlated to occupation (r=4372) p<0.001.

유사이론을 적용한 리니어 액츄에이터의 계열화 설계기법 (Systematization Design Technique for Linear Actutor by using similarity theory)

  • 기계기구의 설계나 개발시 개발제품의 표준화 및 호환성, 공기의 단축, 가격저하 등의 잇점을 갖는 유사이론을 적용한 계열화 설계기법을 소개하고자 한다. 계열화 설계기법은 대형기기에서부터 초정밀 기기 등에 대한 설계나 개발시 표본 모델을 선정하고 단계적으로 소형화나 대형화 시킬 때 미리 기기의 특성을 유추할 수 있는 설계기법으로서 기기의 특성을 물리적이고 기술적인 부분의 면밀한 분석을 통해서 고유한 특징을 추출하고 이에 대한 유추론적 수학의 해석으로 추구하고자 하는 크기에 대한 특성을 예측할 수 있고 최적 설계상의 데이터를 사전에 검증하므로서 수요자가 요구하는 설계 표본을 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 설계자나 개발자가 수요자가 요구하는 제품에 대해서 유사이론을 적용한 설계방법으로 사전에 제품의 특성을 예측하고 수요자와의 의견 조율이 가능한 설계기법을 제시하였으며 리니어 액츄에이터를 모델로 선정하여 유사성 이론에 의한 이론에 의한 이론적 특성 데이터와 실행 액츄에이터의 실험을 통하여 예측하였던 특성값을 비교 검토 하므로서 유사이론에 의한 표준화 설계가 가능함을 보여주고 있다.

광양만권경제자유구역(GFEZ) 제1단계 사업의 개발과정과 성과분석: 2004-2010 (Performance and Development Process of the Phase 1 Project in the Gwangyang Free Economic Zone (GFEZ), Korea: 2004-2010)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 광양만권경제자유구역(GFEZ) 제1단계(2004-2010) 사업의 개발과정과 성과를 고찰하는 것이다. 제1단계 사업대상은 전체 22개 사업 중에서 11개이며, 3개 사업은 종료된 반면, 8개 사업은 종료되지 못하고 현재 진행 중이다. 제1단계 개발사업은 기업유치를 위한 기반시설 개발과 공급, 사회간접시설 확충에 중점을 두기 때문에 사업성과는 그렇게 많지 않았다. 제1단계 개발사업 주요 성과는 산업용지와 주택용지개발과 공급, 도로와 철도 확충, 광양 컨테이너부두 8선석 준공, 102개 기업유치와 신규고용 창출 등이다. 유치된 기업들은 광양항 배후단지와 율촌1산단에 주로 입지하였고, 물류 및 관련서비스, 철강, 기계, 조선, 정밀화학 등의 업종이 많았다. 제1단계 사업의 문제와 한계는 저조한 외국인투자기업 유치실적, 재원조달능력이 우수한 개발사업자 유치 부족, 중소기업 중심의 입주기업, 하동지구 개발사업 지연 등으로 나타났다.
