최근 들어 본격적으로 스마트 사회가 시작되고 유비쿼터스 시대로 진입하는 등 정보통신기술의 급격한 변화에 따른 새로운 패러다임의 도래는 지역의 도시행정공간정보화 측면에서 주목할 만한 전환점이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 미래예측방법으로 많이 활용되고 있는 시나리오 플래닝 방법론을 적용하여 부산지역의 선도적인 글로벌 스마트 도시를 꿈꾸고 있는 부산 센텀시티의 도시정보화에 대한 바람직한 미래상을 도출하였다. 곧 더욱 진화될 스마트 사회와 유비쿼터스 시대에 합당한 부산 센텀시티의 상대적 미래우위전략을 찾고자, 메터데이터로서 행정공간정보화된 정보의 활용 측면을 제안하였으며, 부산 센텀시티의 성공적인 지역정보화 전략을 도출하였다. 결국 2030년 무렵에도 여전히 부산 센텀시티가 선도적인 정보화 스마트도시로 남기위해서는 현재의 도시정책 뿐만 아니라 앞으로도 지속적으로 행정공간정보화된 정보를 메타데이터로서 도시정보시스템에 제공하여 대민서비스의 만족도를 높이는 것이 중요하다.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

행정정보 데이터세트는 조직의 업무수행을 기반으로 생산되는 기록이다. 기록 행위에 대한 증거일뿐만 아니라 업무에 활용될 수 있는 수많은 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그동안 기록관리 현장의 그늘에 있던 데이터세트는 2020년 법령의 개정을 통해 기록으로 관리될 수 있는 법적 근거가 마련되었다. 이에 데이터세트 기록관리업무는 필요한 기관을 중심으로 이미 점진적으로 시작되었다. 데이터세트 기록관리업무의 핵심은 관리기준표의 작성에 있다. 그러나 기록관리를 수행하는 현장에서는 기록관리기준표 개념과의 혼선과 익숙하지 않은 개념의 등장으로 업무의 고충을 토로하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경 속에서 초반에 드러나는 데이터세트 기록관리의 문제점을 다시 한번 되짚어 보고, 보다 효과적으로 데이터세트 기록관리업무를 안착시킬 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 그 방안으로 관리기준표를 연구대상으로 선정하여 그간 논의되었던 문제점을 정리하고, 현행의 관리기준표 항목을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과로 관리기준표 항목의 간소화, 관리기준표 영역의 재편성, 보유기간의 개념 도입, 관리기준표 작성 프로세스를 제언하였다.

Because of the changes of a variety of aspects of disease theory alternative to standard medicine, demand for traditional medicine has increased. This study was undertaken to grasp and compare traditional-medicine administrative structure, functions and role between Korea and China. According to our research, both nations promote policy related to traditional-medicine, yet there are various differences because of each nation's scale, political structure, medical system, etc. Especially, compare to the Korean government, the Chinese government not only has paid more attention to traditional medicine but also established and promoted a synthesis development strategy for a long time. Additionally, there is weakness in Korea's traditional medicine policy compared to the Chinese's Synthetic development-strategy, which is the Oriental-policy Department and Korea Food&Drug administration. Therefore, to make up for the weakness, they will have to organize their role better and make a long-term development-strategy plan for traditional medicine.

This study was carried out to investigate the present conditions and discuss the issues of the Subrogation payment system in emergency medicine. Hitherto preceding study is focusing on controversial of management or efficient control of Subrogation payment system in emergency medicine. The object of this study is legalistic study of the Subrogation payment system in emergency medicine. The Current legalistic issues of subrogation payment system in emergency medicine are the following aspects; Firstly, there are a claimant conformity to the standard limit. Secondly, the review system is not propriety of the promptitude. Thirdly, there is a lack of propriety claim for compensation of a support responsible person. Fourthly, there are objectivity and fairness of administrative appeal system Fifthly, the point where one starts counting of extinctive prescription. Sixthly, the administrative punishment is an illogical system. Lastly, equity and fairness of the Review Agency, as an insurance company and an review Agency are sameness In conclusion, we ought to improvement an unnecessary obstructions of promptitude in the Subrogation payment system in emergency medicine, and ensure a right of emergency medicine without delay.

본 연구는 정부 내 조직 관리상 자율성 증진 및 성과 중심 관리를 위하여 현재 운영 중인 책임운영기관에 대한 평가제도와 운영 효과 간 연계성에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 책임운영기관 중 지방통계청 공무원 510명을 대상으로 평가제도 운영에 대한 의사소통, 평가지표의 타당성, 기관장의 관심, 평가결과의 활용, 평가과정의 투명성, 책임운영기관 제도 운용상 효과성에 대한 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 구조방정식 분석결과에 의하면 평가지표의 타당성과 기관장 관심이 높을수록 평가결과의 활용과 평가과정의 투명성에 긍정적인 효과를 주며 제도운영에 효과성 또한 높게 인식하였다. 하지만 의사소통의 경우 평가 과정상 투명성에는 긍정적인 효과를 주었으나, 평가결과의 활용에는 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 책임운영기관 평가제도의 운영에 있어서 평가와 관련된 조직 내의 의사소통에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 점을 확인하였다는 데 의미가 있다.

This study investigate the concept and type of Korea's trade governance by theories related to network governance. Korea's domestic trade policy-building system a 'network trade governance' utilizing Minister for Trade as a network administrative organization. This governance has four major rade stakeholders: G(Government), I(Industry), A(Academia), and C(Civil groups). Korea has five types of committees for internal consultation between domestic stakeholders, all G·I·A·C groups. Korea's trade governance can be if it fixes its administrative redundancy, communication formality, stakeholder exclusiveness. This topic calls for further research such as social network analysis as well as international comparison analysis.

최근 들어 본격적으로 스마트사회가 시작되고 유비쿼터스 시대로 진입하는 등 정보통신기술의 급격한 변화에 따른 새로운 패러다임의 도래는 빅데이터 해양방재정보화 측면에서 주목할 만한 전환점이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 미래예측방법으로 많이 활용되고 있는 시나리오 플래닝 방법론을 적용하여 세월호사건과 같은 해양재난에 대한 대비책으로서 ICT해양방재시스템 개발 측면에서 빅데이터 해양방재정보화에 대한 바람직한 미래상을 도출하였다. 곧 더욱 진화될 스마트사회와 유비쿼터스 시대에 합당한 해양방재정보화의 상대적 미래우위전략을 찾고자, 빅데이터 행정공간정보화시스템을 제안하였으며, 세월호 사건의 재발을 방지하기 위한 목적에서 성공적인 빅데이터 해양방재정보화 전략을 도출하였다. 결국 빅데이터와 빅데이터시스템 활용이 더욱 심화될 2030년 무렵에 우리나라의 해양방재정보화 수준이 지금보다 수준 높은 위상을 확립하기 위해서는 앞으로 세월호사건을 예방할 차원의 선진적인 빅데이터 행정공간정보화시스템 마련이 중요하다.

최근들어 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) 기술은 영상 회의, 파일 전송, 음성 사서함, 자동 메시지 전송, 자동 재다이얼 기능 등의 전통적인 분야에서부터 통합 메시징 및 네트워크 팩스 분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전화망을 이용한 CTI 응용분야로 대학에서 입시기간동안 수험생들의 전화 과중에 따른 업무와 학사 행정 서비스를 개선할 수 있는 CTI를 이용한 응용 시스템에 대하여 연구한다. 구현된 시스템은 최근 주목받고 있는 객체 모델링 기법(Object Modeling Technique)을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 설계하고, CTI 호출 제어 시스템을 이용하여 합격자 확인 자동 호출(Automatic Calling System), 합격자 발표 자동 안내(Automatic Response System) 등을 지원하도록 개발한다. 특히 합격자 자동 호출 시스템 구현시 합격 여부를 통지해 줄 때의 음성처리를 위하여 TTS(Text To speech) 모듈을 설계 구현한다.

이 연구는 $\ulcorner$도서관법$\lrcorner$ 개정에 따른 정책 환경의 변화를 공공도서관의 현주소와 연계 분석한 다음에 공통의 현안과 과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 도서관발전종합계획의 수정 보완, 도서관 행정체계의 정비, 지방 도서관 정보정책시스템의 제도화, 직무분석과 사서직제의 개선, 인프라 확충과 각종 기준의 개정, 경영평가 및 통계시스템의 표준화, 도서관 유관기관과의 연계성 강화를 정책적 과제로 설정하고 추진방향과 개선안을 제시하였다.
