Natural language processing (NLP) is an emerging research area in which we study how machines can be used to perceive and alter the text written in natural languages. We can perform different tasks on natural languages by analyzing them through various annotational tasks like parsing, chunking, part-of-speech tagging and lexical analysis etc. These annotational tasks depend on morphological structure of a particular natural language. The focus of this work is part-of-speech tagging (POS tagging) on Hindi language. Part-of-speech tagging also known as grammatical tagging is a process of assigning different grammatical categories to each word of a given text. These grammatical categories can be noun, verb, time, date, number etc. Hindi is the most widely used and official language of India. It is also among the top five most spoken languages of the world. For English and other languages, a diverse range of POS taggers are available, but these POS taggers can not be applied on the Hindi language as Hindi is one of the most morphologically rich language. Furthermore there is a significant difference between the morphological structures of these languages. Thus in this work, a POS tagger system is presented for the Hindi language. For Hindi POS tagging a hybrid approach is presented in this paper which combines "Probability-based and Rule-based" approaches. For known word tagging a Unigram model of probability class is used, whereas for tagging unknown words various lexical and contextual features are used. Various finite state machine automata are constructed for demonstrating different rules and then regular expressions are used to implement these rules. A tagset is also prepared for this task, which contains 29 standard part-of-speech tags. The tagset also includes two unique tags, i.e., date tag and time tag. These date and time tags support all possible formats. Regular expressions are used to implement all pattern based tags like time, date, number and special symbols. The aim of the presented approach is to increase the correctness of an automatic Hindi POS tagging while bounding the requirement of a large human-made corpus. This hybrid approach uses a probability-based model to increase automatic tagging and a rule-based model to bound the requirement of an already trained corpus. This approach is based on very small labeled training set (around 9,000 words) and yields 96.54% of best precision and 95.08% of average precision. The approach also yields best accuracy of 91.39% and an average accuracy of 88.15%.
Occurrence Hyphantria cunea was confirmed in 35 cities and counties nationwide in 2011, each of which reported some form of crop and/or ecological damage caused by the moth. Only a larva of the black-headed form were reported to have occurred in the nation. H. cunea was found in street trees 66.7%, followed by landscape trees 19.4% and forests 13.9%. This suggests that artificial environment 86.1% suffered from H. cunea more severely than natural forests. The study identified 44 families and 102 species of host plants, and found an additional 29 species, to those which had been identified in previous studies. At present, the identified host plants of H. cunea are composed of 62 families and 219 species in total since their first appearance was reported approximately 50 years ago. Host plants include 5 species of food crops (2.3%), 6 species of vegetables (2.7%), 4 species of medicinal crops (1.8%), 1 species of industrial crops (0.5%), 13 species of fruit trees (5.9%), 6 species of other trees crops (2.7%) as well as a further 5 species of farmed crops (2.3%). Seven species of host plants (18.4%) originate from North America where Hyphantria cunea has been introduced from, while 11 species (29.0%) are from China and Japan, Europe and India were the native sources of (10.5%) of the origin with 4 species, respectively. Seventeen species of trees, including Platanus occidentalis L., Ulmus davidiana (var.) japonica (Rehder) (Nakai) and Cornus officinalis (Siebold & Zucc) were heavily noted to be heavily infected with larval populations.
The CBM(Coalbed Methane) development technology being developed in mid 1980s is the technology to produce the methane gas absorbed in the coal bed. CBM is easy to be developed and its coal deposit is abundant. Therefore, the CBM industry has a large potential as an energy source as well as to deal with the global regulations for reducing greenhouse gas emission. In order to produce coal, the CBM should first be developed as a preliminary action for mine security. So CBM is advantageous in reducing the global greenhouse gas as well as its advantage not being influenced by the changes in gas market. The ECBM (Enhanced Coalbed Methane) is a new technique producing the methane gas which is substituted and disorbed from coal by injecting $CO_2$ or $N_2$ gas into a coal bed. Especially, $CO_2$-ECMB is a low-carbon, green-growth technology, so can expect to the effect of green gas reduction as well as the improved productivity of methane gas. CBM technology is being developed in about 40 nations including Canada, Australia, China, India, Indonesia and Viet Nam, and the coal output using this technology is continually being increased. The CBM is expected to contribute in changing the energy source paradigm from current coal & petroleum energy to unconventional gas.

For several decades, Korean corporations have achieved remarkable success in the world market pursuing a quantitative growing strategy by benchmarking developed countries such as the United States, Japan and European Union. Recently, however, since not only the world economy enters into low growth age of New Normal, but the continuously increasing pressure of emerging countries like China and India, the global position of Korean corporations has ruffled. For these reason, the purpose of the study based on searching the strategy for Korean corporations to promote sustainable growth while gaining a competitive advantage in the world market. The study uses two analytical tools, Porter's Diamond Model and Productivity Frontier by analyzing the smart phone industry where Korea, the United States and China are competing desperately. The study is aimed at analyzing and comparing the global competitiveness among Apple as a leader, Samsung Electronics as a follower and Chinese corporations as newcomers in the smart phone industry. Based on the analysis and comparison, the study focuses on searching the strategic decision of Samsung Electronics, and suggests the future strategic positioning of major corporations in different industries in the world market.

Salvia plebeia R. Br. (Labiatae), distributed in many countries such as Korea, China, India, Iran, and Australia, is used as a folk remedy for a variety of inflammatory diseases including hepatitis, cough, diarrhea, gonorrhea, menorrhagia, tumors, and hemorrhoids. This study focused on determining the involvement of anti-inflammatory heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in the inhibitory activity of an extract of Salvia plebeia R. Br. leaves (SPL) on nitric oxide (NO) production and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. SPL extract at the highest concentration (500 ${\mu}g/mL$) significantly inhibited NO production by approximately 85% and suppressed iNOS protein expression by approximately 90% compared to LPS-stimulated cells. The SPL extract induced the expression of HO-1 in a dose-dependent manner, and blocking HO-1 activity abolished the inhibitory effects of the SPL extract on NO production. These results suggest that an SPL extract has potent anti-inflammatory activity through HO-1 induction in RAW264.7 macrophages.

Wide area augmentation system is a system that generates and transmits correction and Integrity information for use in wide area. Typical system is SBAS. In the United States, it operates under the name WAAS, EGNOS in Europe, MSAS in Japan, SDCM in Russia, GAGAN in India. it is developing Korean SBAS which named KASS by 2022 in Korea. SBAS is a standard System that is operated as civil aviation service base and set as international standards by ICAO. So the correction data can only is used for civil SPS receiver. In this paper, we discuss C1P1 DCB estimation which need to use SPS correction service for PPS receiver. Then we analyze C1P1 DCB correction effect under standalone Satellite Navigation and method to use PPS receiver under SPS DGPS. Finally we organize wide area augmentation system for PPS receiver and analysis performance.
Effects of ethoxyquin on the color stability of oleoresin paprika extracts and amount of residual ethoxyquin, a color stabilizer, in commercial extracts were determined. The oleoresin paprika extracts dissolved in ethanol gave the highest maximum photo-absorbency at 444-458 nm, with the color index of United States product 2-6 times higher than that produced in India. The residual solvents in oleoresin paprika extracts were mainly acetone and methanol, although some other extracts also contained small amounts of hexane. HPLC analysis was determined as a proper analytical method for residual ethoxyquin assay in the oleoresin paprika extracts, particularly when hexane was used as a solvent. The residual ethoxyquins were detected in the extracts produced in US and Spain which had relatively high color indices.
This paper presents a scientometric analysis of national patterns of research output and priorities in the sub-fields of Hepatitis covered in three bibliographic databases namely MEDLINE, CINAHL and IPA. The literature covered in three databases for the period 1984-2003 was considered. We have already discussed the Trends in the Growth of Literature on Hepatitis in our previous paper. Therefore in this paper only sub-fields analysis is presented. It has been found that the Hepatitis literature output has been grouped in 23 major sub-fields based on databases covered. It was found that there were high priorities for some of the sub-fields of Hepatitis research during 1984-1993. It was found that the research priority profile was more or less homogenous since majority of the sub-fields are showing either below or above average levels of priority profile. In the first phase of the research period covering from 1984-1993, there are high priorities in 10 sub-fields in USA followed by 9 in UK and 8 in Germany, 7 each in Canada, Russia and Netherlands. On the other hand, in the second phase (1994-2003) there are high priorities for 10 sub-fields in Germany, 9 in UK, 8 in USA, 7 each in Canada, Russia and Netherlands. In the productivity of Pediatrics sub-field, India is in the third position.

Soil is one of the Earth's most important resources. There are many differences among the soils of plains.like and hilly terrains, and therefore, accurate and comprehensive information on soil is essential for optimum and sustainable soil utilization. However, information on the soil of the hilly terrains of the Eastern Ghats of Tamil Nadu, India, is limited or absent. In the present study, Kolli hill, one among the hills of the Eastern Ghats, was soil.inventoried and mapped using a ground survey and remote sensing. Soil samples were collected and their physico.chemical properties analyzed according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) standards. The soils were classified up to the family level. As a result of this study, 30 soil series belonging to ten sub.groups of five great groups and three sub.orders and orders each, were identified (classified to the family level) and mapped. Entisols, Inseptisols and Alfisols were the three orders, among which Entisols was the major one, occupying 75% of the area. Among the five great groups, Ustorthents occupied majority of the area (73%). Lithic Ustorthents and Typic Ustorthents were the two major sub.groups, occupying 40% and 26% of the total area, respectively. The present soil resource mapping of the Eastern Ghats of Tamil Nadu is a pioneer study, which yielded valuable information on the soil in this region.
