  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

Child health promotion program in South Korea in collaboration with US National Aeronautics and Space Administration: Improvement in dietary and nutrition knowledge of young children

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Childhood obesity has become a global epidemic. Development of effective and sustainable programs to promote healthy behaviors from a young age is important. This study developed and tested an intervention program designed to promote healthy eating and physical activity among young children in South Korea by adaptation of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Mission X (MX) Program. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The intervention program consisted of 4 weeks of fitness and 2 weeks of nutrition education. A sample of 104 subjects completed pre- and post- surveys on the Children's Nutrition Acknowledgement Test (NAT). Parents were asked for their children's characteristics and two 24-hour dietary records, the Nutrition Quotient (NQ) at baseline and a 6-week follow-up. Child weight status was assessed using Korean body mass index (BMI) percentiles. RESULTS: At baseline, 16.4% (boy: 15.4%; girl: 19.2%) of subjects were overweight or obese (based on $BMI{\geq}85%tile$). Fat consumption significantly decreased in normal BMI children ($48.6{\pm}16.8g$ at baseline to $41.9{\pm}18.1g$ after intervention, P < 0.05); total NQ score significantly increased from 66.4 to 67.9 (P < 0.05); total NAT score significantly improved in normal BMI children (74.3 at baseline to 81.9 after the program), children being underweight (from 71.0 to 77.0), and overweight children (77.1 at baseline vs. 88.2 after intervention, P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: The 6-week South Korean NASA MX project is feasible and shows favorable changes in eating behaviors and nutritional knowledge among young children.

한국 방위산업 제휴네트워크 중심성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Centralities of Alliance Network on Innovation Performace in Korean Defense Industry)

  • 과학기술의 발전과 더불어 현대전의 무기체계는 정밀 고도화되어 첨단기술을 필수적으로 요구한다. 이러한 복잡도가 높은 무기체계를 연구개발하는 방위산업 기업들은 협력을 통하여 다양하게 요구되는 지식정보에 대응하고 개발비용을 절감하고 위험을 분산시킨다. 본 논문은 방위산업분야에서 선제적으로 요구되는 협력과 기업에서의 혁신성과 및 내부 R&D역량과의 관계에 대한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 한국의 방위산업 관련기업 530개에 대한 협력관계를 조사하여 방위산업 제휴네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 네트워크의 연결, 근접, 매개 중심성을 분석하고, 내부R&D역량에 따른 네트워크 중심성의 특성과 혁신성과의 관계를 구조방정식을 이용하여 네트워크 중심성의 간접효과를 분석하였다. 내부R&D역량이 높은 기업이 네트워크중심에 위치하나, 연결중심성이 높은 기업을 제외하고는 기업의 성과와는 무관하였으며 기업의 내부R&D역량은 혁신성과에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 기업 간 협력을 매개로 혁신성과에 간접적으로도 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 한국의 방위산업기업 중 내부R&D역량이 높은 기업은 네트워크내의 지식, 정보, 자원을 활용하는 것이 혁신성과에 더 유리한 것으로 분석된다. 이러한 연구결과는 방위산업 기업들이 혁신성과의 향상을 위해 내부R&D만에 의존하기보다 다양한 기관들과의 개방형 혁신활동에 주도적으로 참여할 수 있도록 정책 수립이 되어야 할 필요성을 제기한다.

AI기반 콜센터 실시간 상담 도우미 시스템 개발 - N은행 콜센터 사례를 중심으로 (Development of AI-based Real Time Agent Advisor System on Call Center - Focused on N Bank Call Center)

  • 기업의 대고객 접점으로써 콜센터의 중요성은 커지고 있다. 하지만, 콜센터는 상담사의 지식 부족과 업무 부적응에 따른 잦은 이직으로 인해 상담사 운영이 어렵고, 이로 인한 고객 서비스 품질 저하의 문제를 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상담사에게 업무 지식에 대한 부하를 줄이고 서비스 품질을 향상 시키기 위해 음성 인식 기술과 자연어 처리 및 질의응답을 지원하는 AI 기술과 PBX, CTI 등의 콜센터 정보시스템을 결합하여 실시간으로 상담사에게 고객의 질의 내용에 대한 답변을 제공해주는 "실시간 상담 도우미" 시스템 개발 방안에 대해 N은행 콜센터 사례를 통해 연구하였다. 사례연구 결과, 실시간 통화 분석을 위한 음성인식 시스템의 구성방안과, 질의응답 시스템의 자연어처리 성능 향상을 위한 말뭉치 구축 방안을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 특히 개체명 인식기의 경우 도메인에 맞는 말뭉치 학습 후 정확도가 31% 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 상담 도우미 시스템을 적용한 후 상담 도우미의 답변에 대한 상담사들의 긍정적 피드백 비율이 93.1%로써 충분히 상담사 업무에 도움을 주고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 디지털 전환의 핵심 인프라로서 데이터·네트워크·인공지능(D.N.A.) 분야의 확산과 유망 산업의 등장은 경제 전반에 걸쳐 활발한 디지털 혁신의 기반이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝 방법론을 적용하여 WoS 데이터베이스의 SCIE 급 색인에 해당하는 연구의 초록, 출판연도 및 연구분야를 입력변수로 활용하여 주요 토픽을 도출하였다. 우선, 단어 출현 빈도에 기반한 TF 및 TF-IDF 분석을 통해 주요 키워드를 확인하고, 이어서 g-DMR(Generalized Dirichlet-Multinomial Regression)을 이용하여 토픽 모델링을 수행하였는데, 다양한 형태의 변수를 메타정보로 활용 가능한 해당 토픽 모형의 이점으로 단순하게 토픽을 도출하는 것 이상의 의미를 적절하게 탐색할 수 있었다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 비즈니스 인텔리전스, 제조 생산 시스템, 서비스 가치 창출, 원격 진료, 디지털 교육 등의 토픽들이 디지털 전환에서 주요 연구주제인 것으로 식별되었다. 토픽 모델링의 결과를 요약하자면, 1) COVID-19 이후 비즈니스 인텔리전스를 주제로 하는 연구가 전 영역에서 활발하게 수행되고 있으며, 2) 제조 분야에서 지능형 제조 솔루션 및 메타버스 등의 이슈가 등장함에 따라 제조 생산 시스템에 관한 주제가 다시 한번 주목받고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 3) 주제어 자체는 기술과 서비스의 측면에서 분리하여 볼 수 있지만, 다수의 연구에서 해당 기술들을 접목하여 적용된 다양한 서비스를 포괄적으로 다루고 있으므로 이를 별개로 해석하는 것이 바람직하지 못하다는 점을 알 수 있었다.

  • 전송 빔포밍은 다수의 송수신 안테나 기법에서 다이버시티 이득을 최대로 얻을 수 있는 간단한 방법으로 널리 알려져 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 다이버시티 이득을 얻기 위해서는 송신단과 수신단 모두 채널 상태에 관한 정보를 완벽하게 알고 있어야 하고 이는 피드백이 한정되어 있는 실제 시스템에서 비현실적이다. 이와 같은 이유로 현실적인 시스템에서는 송수신단이 모두 알고 있는 코드북(codebook)에서 수신단 출력에서의 신호 대 잡음비(SNR)가 최댓값을 갖는 전송 빔포밍 벡터를 선택하여 이의 인덱스만 수신단에서 송신단으로 피드백 해주는 코드북을 기반으로 하는 피드백 기법을 사용한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 코드북 기반의 피드백을 사용하는 다중 송신 안테나 시스템 (MISO)에서 피드백 채널에 에러가 존재하였을 경우에 대한 성능을 평균 비트 에러 (BER) 측면에서 수식적으로 분석하였으며, 이 수식을 이용하여 주어진 코드북에 대하여 최적의 빔포밍 벡터 인덱싱 기법을 제안하였다.

A Study on the Development of Service Quality Scale in Traditional Market for Big Data Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a measure of service quality in the traditional market by examining previous research on the service quality of the traditional market studied so far. After defining basic concepts through definition of traditional market and existing studies, 5 categories of configuration items for SERVQUAL measurement in traditional market were made up based on existing researches related to definition of service quality and service quality of traditional market. A survey was conducted on the items that fit the intention of this study and various statistical analyzes were conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The reliability of the items was measured by the reliability test, and the predictability and accuracy of the items were examined. The validity of the measured variables was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability, empathy, responsiveness, certainty, and tangibility were the most important factors in this study. Responsiveness factors include communication, time reduction, real time, promptness. Assurance factors include the assurance of delivery, prompt answers, product knowledge items. Tangibility factors include, convenient device systems, location information, presence as a fact, and as a result, the latest modern items are adopted. The quality of service in the traditional market developed in this study was found to be good in reliability and validity test. Confirmatory factor analysis result using structural equation model also met the conformity index standard. If service satisfaction is measured based on this research, basic data can be presented to policy makers who implement policies on traditional markets to make the right decisions. In addition, it will be able to provide traditional market operators with operational strategy and marketing data. In the future, based on the traditional market service quality scale developed in this study, it is necessary to grasp the factors to be continuously managed to improve the service quality of the traditional market, user satisfaction, and intention to use.

Reorganizing Social Issues from R&D Perspective Using Social Network Analysis

  • The rapid development of internet technologies and social media over the last few years has generated a huge amount of unstructured text data, which contains a great deal of valuable information and issues. Therefore, text mining-extracting meaningful information from unstructured text data-has gained attention from many researchers in various fields. Topic analysis is a text mining application that is used to determine the main issues in a large volume of text documents. However, it is difficult to identify related issues or meaningful insights as the number of issues derived through topic analysis is too large. Furthermore, traditional issue-clustering methods can only be performed based on the co-occurrence frequency of issue keywords in many documents. Therefore, an association between issues that have a low co-occurrence frequency cannot be recognized using traditional issue-clustering methods, even if those issues are strongly related in other perspectives. Therefore, in this research, a methodology to reorganize social issues from a research and development (R&D) perspective using social network analysis is proposed. Using an R&D perspective lexicon, issues that consistently share the same R&D keywords can be further identified through social network analysis. In this study, the R&D keywords that are associated with a particular issue imply the key technology elements that are needed to solve a particular issue. Issue clustering can then be performed based on the analysis results. Furthermore, the relationship between issues that share the same R&D keywords can be reorganized more systematically, by grouping them into clusters according to the R&D perspective lexicon. We expect that our methodology will contribute to establishing efficient R&D investment policies at the national level by enhancing the reusability of R&D knowledge, based on issue clustering using the R&D perspective lexicon. In addition, business companies could also utilize the results by aligning the R&D with their business strategy plans, to help companies develop innovative products and new technologies that sustain innovative business models.

A Cooperation Mechanism among Seller Agents based on Exchanging Goods in Agent-mediated Electronic Commerce

  • Agent-mediated electronic markets have been a grow-ing area of agent research and developmen tin recent year. There exist a lot of e-commerce sites on the In-ternet(e.g. Priceline, com, Amazon, com etc). These e-commerce site have proposed new business models for effective and efficient commerce activity. Intelli-gent agents have been studied very widely in the field of artificial intelligence, For purpose of this paper, an agent can act autonomously and collaboratively in a network environment on behalf of its users. It is hard for people to effectively and efficiently monitor, buy, and sell at multiple e-commerce sites. If we intro-duce agent technologies into e-commerce systems, we can expect to further enhance the intelligence of their support. In this paper, we propose a new coopera-tion mechanism among seller agents based on exchang-ing their goods in our agent-mediated electronic market system. G-Commerce. On G-Commerce, seller agents and buyer agents negotiate with each other. In our model, seller agents cooperatively negotiate in order to effectively sell goods in stock. Buyer agents coopera-tively form coalitions in order to buy goods based an discount proices. Seller agent's negotiation goods. Our current experiments show that exchanging mechanism enables seller agents to effectively sell goods in stock. Also, we present the Pareto optimality of our exchang-ing mechanism.
