The purpose of this paper is to study the pattern of interactive learning in strategic networks. Interactive learning is defined as the exchange and sharing of knowledge resources conducive to innovation between an innovator firm, its suppliers, and/or its customers. The strength of internal knowledge resources can either hamper or facilitate levels of interactive learning. We assume that more complex innovative activities urge firms to co-ordinate and exchange information between users and producers, which implies a higher level of interactive learning. To test our theoretical claims, we estimated the level of interactive learning of firms in strategic networks with: (1) their customers, (2) their suppliers. Theses analyses allow a comparison of the antecedents of interactive learning of firms participating in strategic networks. Our findings suggest that interactive learning with customers is positively affected by company's capabilities and value-created activities, and with supplies is positively affected by value-created activities and technology innovation centers.

오늘날 사회의 많은 조직들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 고비용을 투자하여 고유한 경험, 연구 노하우, 신기술과 같은 새로운 지식을 축적하고 이를 잘 관리하기 위하여 지식관리시스템을 구축한다. 하지만, 시스템이 잘 구축됐음에도 불구하고 사용자의 낮은 활용으로 인하여 실패하는 사례가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 극복하기 위하여 기간 시스템과의 연계를 통한 지식 획득 방안을 제시하고 본 연구원에서 생산되는 자료의 특성인 공간정보를 관리할 수 있는 지식관리시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

21세기 무한경쟁의 시대에 지식을 창조, 획득하고 관리하는 자만이 살아남을 수 있다. 즉 모든 지식정보자원을 디지털화한 디지털지식콘텐츠를 누가 많이 확보하느냐에 달려있다고 할 것이다. 여기에서 핵심적인 미래산업이 될 디지털콘텐츠 산업발전 조성과 그 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 기반을 제공하기 위해서는 디지털콘텐츠관리와 유통 프레임워크가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 학문적 연구와 현장조사를 토대로 디지털콘텐츠 프레임워크와 혁신확산을 기반으로한 지식콘텐츠 의사결정과 단계적 모델, 지식관리매트릭스와 지식관리지수를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Infection by human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of common sexually transmitted diseases leading to cervical cancer. Evaluation of parental knowledge and attitudes toward HPV were aims of present study to provide an appropriate method to decrease burden of this infection on society. During this study, 358 parents were assessed for knowledge about HPV and its related disorders. Some 76% of parents had no information about HPV infection and among the informed parents 36% had obtained their information via internet and others from studying medical resources. The average score of mothers information about HPV infection was higher than that of fathers, and also educational level and age had significant impact on knowledge of parents about HPV. Parent knowledge about the hazards of HPV was higher than their knowledge about modes of transmission. Lack of awareness about HPV infection was high in this study, underlining the urgency of education among all adult people in our society.

Knowledge graph is a technology that improves search results by using semantic information based on various resources. Therefore, due to these advantages, the knowledge graph is being defined as one of the core research technologies to provide AI-based services recently. However, in the case of the knowledge graph, since the form of knowledge collected from various service domains is defined as plain text, it is very important to be able to analyze the text and understand its meaning. Recently, various lexical dictionaries have been proposed together with the knowledge graph, but since most lexical dictionaries are defined in a language other than Korean, there is a problem in that the corresponding language dictionary cannot be used when providing a Korean knowledge service. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an ontology based on the parts of speech of Korean. The proposed ontology uses 9 parts of speech in Korean to enable the interpretation of words and their semantic meaning through a semantic connection between word class and word class. We also studied various scenarios to apply the proposed ontology to vehicle services.

정보의 홍수 속에서 정보의 양은 더 이상 지식으로 활용되기 보다는 정보의 스팸으로 인식되어가고 있다. 따라서 이제는 누가 정보를 많이 소유 하였는가 보다는 양질의 정보를 통해 지식으로 활용할 수 있는 가능성이 더욱 중요해진 시대이다. 이러한 배경에서 다양한 문화를 소개하고 활용하기 위한 방법으로 전자문화지도를 활용한 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 전자문화지도를 활용한 지식정보제공은 데이터의 가시화, 직접(수집), 통합단계의 형태로만 제공하고 있다. 단순히 전자문화지도는 문화자원을 담는 DB의 역할만을 제공하고 있을 뿐이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하여 전자문화지도를 활용한 지식정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 방안을 연구하는 것이다. 편집한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 지식정보서비스 활용방안을 연구하기 위하여 조선족문화지도를 중심으로 전자문화 지도의 특징과 기능을 살펴보고, 문화자원의 데이터, 정보, 지식의 개념 정의를 살펴본다. 두 번째는 지식정보서비스 를 위한 길잡이 콘텐츠, 사용자 경험디자인, 사용자 맥락, 유기적 정보 디자인 등 다양한 요소를 살펴본다. 마지막으로 지식정보설계과정을 조선족문화자원 중심으로 지식정보 서비스를 설계한다.

Value of rural amenity resources scattered in rural area is difficult to be assessed isolatedly. Rural Amenity Resources Map (RARM) is developed for assessing rural resources based on specific territory. In the developing process, knowledge based system is oriented because rural amenity is differed from personal feeling. Possible decision trees in RARM are developed in reviewing process of previous GIS based decision support systems, and information strategy planning is constructed for achieving goals such as rural tourism, down shifting, and rural investment.

이 연구는 인터넷 환경에서의 연구자들의 학술정보 추구 행태는 어떤지를 고찰하려는 것이다. 인터넷을 통한 디지털 정보의 유통은 연구자들의 정보추구 방식에 어떤 변화를 주고 있는지를 알아본다. 먼저 디지털 형태의 학술정보를 수집, 처리하고 서비스하는 대학도서관과 전문도서관은 전자저널, 서지데이터베이스, 그 밖의 웹 정보원을 수집, 제공하기 위하여 어떤 방식을 사용하고 있는지를 분석한다. 연구자들은 디지털 정보를 어떤 경로를 통하여 이용하고 있는지도 분석한다.

최근 국내에서도 취약계층별 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 수행되었다. 그러나 인적 및 물적 자원이 제한된 공공도서관 입장에서는 과부하로 인하여 제시된 모든 대안을 수용하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 여러 대안이 논리적으로 모순되고 현실적으로 상충될 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실정법이 규정하고 있는 5대 취약계층(장애인, 다문화가족, 노인, 농어촌주민, 기초생활수급자)을 대상으로 지식정보서비스를 강화하기 위한 통합형 지향성과 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

기록정보의 중요성이 급격히 강조되고 있는 실정에서 기록정보의 국가지식자원화에 대한 요구가 크게 일고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 고유의 기술적 및 법 제도적 환경을 고려하면서, 통합적 정보자원관리를 구현할 수 있는 국가기반의 전자기록관리를 위한 참조모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전자기록물을 국가지식정보자원화 할 필요성과 국가적 차원의 통합적 정보자원관리의 국내 사례로서 정부지식관리시스템과 국가지식포털을 분석하였고 미국의 전자기록아카이브(ERA) 프로그램과 유럽연합의 EUN 및 COVAX을 소개하였다. 다음, 전자기록관리를 기반으로 하는 지식정보자원의 통합적 관리를 달성하기 위하여 구축해야 할 필요가 있는 기록정보관리시스템 연계 아키텍처, 국가지식자원 통합 환경 아키텍처, 범 환경 통합 정보기술 아키텍처의 참조모형을 제시하였다.
