산간분지에서 주택밀도의 결정인자로서 태양광도의 영향력 평가 (Evaluating Explanatory Power of Solar Intensity as Determining Factor of Housing Density in Intermontane Basin)

  • 주택입지에 영향을 미치는 공간변수의 우선순위를 평가하는 과정은 일부 전문가의 경험과 직관에 의존해 온 것이 사실이다. 산간 분지에서 주택(134채)의 밀도와 태양광도 관련 공간변수의 상관성을 파악하기 위해 다중공간 회귀분석 기법이 활용되었다. 전통적인 이론에서 주택 입지를 설명하는 전형적인 변수인 고도, 경사, 도로에 대한 접근성 등은 주택밀도에 대한 영향력에서 주요 변수로서 역할을 하지 못하였다 동지의 일사량과 일조시간이 산간분지에서 주택밀도를 설명할 수 있는 결정적인 변수였다. 산간분지에서 주택 입지가 전통적인 이론에서 제시하는 고도, 경사 등 이상적인 지형특성보다는 그림자로 인한 음지를 피하는 것을 최우선 순위로 고려하는 것이 확인되었다.

성미산마을 공동체주거의 계획과정 - 거주자와 코디네이터의 상호 의견조정 특성을 중심으로- (Planning Process of Cooperative Housing in Sungmisan Village - Focused on Characteristics of Communication between Residents and Coordinator)

  • The purpose of this study is to give meaningful information about the coordination process in the construction of cooperative housing, hoping that the interest in this type of housing would spread wide in Korea. The Seongmisan village, a representative urban community village in Seoul, was studied in this study on the opinion coordination between residents and coordinators. For this qualitative research, 2 residents and 2 coordinators answered the 'open questionnaires' on the prior basic planning, land purchase, financing, architectural planning, construction & inspection, and the actual life thereafter. Following is the result. 1) The residents, in almost every step from the prior basic planning to the construction, had no sufficient information or knowledge especially in the legal or financial aspects. It explains why the coordinator has to participate in every step educating residents by means of the workshop or debate with professionals. 2) The construction cost was the most debated topic, which means that the cost has to be accurately projected by the coordinator. The confidence and success of the project stems from the accurate projection and transparent management of the construction cost.

저자 프로파일링과 요인분석을 이용한 국내 주거학 분야의 지적 구조 분석 (Examining the Intellectual Structure of Housing Studies in Korea with Text Mining and Factor Analysis)

  • 이 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 국내 주거학 분야의 지적 구조를 분석하고자 하였다. 주요 주제와 핵심 저자, 그리고 주제 간 관계를 파악하기 위한 통계적 처리 과정에서 주로 문헌 클러스터링 기법을 사용했던 기존 연구와 달리 이 연구에서는 저자 프로파일링과 요인분석 기법을 적용하였다. 텍스트 마이닝으로 생성된 지적 구조의 해석을 보완하고 지적 구조 자체에 대한 평가를 수행하기 위해서 주거학 분야 연구자 2인과 질적 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 생성된 지적 구조는 전통적인 주거학 분야의 지적 구조와는 다소 다른 시각에서 나름대로 타당한 주제 구분을 보여주는 것으로 평가되었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to make clear considerations in the planning of community housing and the roles of coordinators. Seongmisan village, a representative urban community village in Seoul, was selected for this study on problem solving between residents and opinion coordination between residents and coordinators. For this qualitative research, 2 residents and 2 coordinators answered 'open questionnaires' on prior basic planning, land purchase, financing, architectural planning, construction and inspection, and actual living conditions thereafter. They were each interviewed for 2 hours at a time that was 14-16 months after the residents started living in the new houses, and the records were transcribed. The following was the result. 1) The residents, who ruled the steps of prior basic planning and land purchase, did not have sufficient information or knowledge of the construction of community housing, so that they faced difficulties especially in the legal and financial aspects. 2) The coordinators participated in the project at the steps of architectural planning and construction. The residents accepted the coordinators' opinions on the choice of floor and position, and the coordinators listened to the residents' opinions on individual plans and finishing materials. In the construction step, however, there was conflict between them, and dissatisfaction occurred on the completion time and construction cost. For the successful construction of community housing, a professional coordination company needs to join the project to establish a system of opinion coordinating from the step of prior basic planning to the step of afterconstruction management.

거주자 참가형 주택개발을 위한 주의식 조사연구 -경상남도 창원시와 마산시 거주자를 대상으로- (-A Preliminary Study on Collaborative Housings in Korea-)

  • These data were acquired by 630 residents at Changwon city and Masan city in Kyungsang-namdo. 66.7% of them were positive or strongly positive on collaborative housings. This is presented the emerging housing needs because they were fed up with the present supply system of housings. They wanted that collaborative housings is low rising buildings and under 20 dwelling units, but rather to protect their own private spaces than to actualize community or common spaces. Sport facilities and parking spaces were the favourite spaces, but common dining room and laundry etc were disfavor spaces of community spaces. Now, to actualize the collaborative housings will be need the coordinate groups to have the special knowledge and experience.

  • Purpose: Recent studies have focused on policies aimed at supporting the independence of individuals with disabilities in communities. As part of this initiative, supportive housing, integrated care, and residential spaces offer tailored services based on individual needs and autonomy. The attitudes and knowledge of the administrators supporting supportive housing residents regarding health management can influence the well-being of individuals with disabilities. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the challenges faced by supporting housing workers in enhancing the self-management skills of individuals with disabilities. Methods: In this qualitative study, focus group interviews were conducted in August 2023 with nine administrators working to support housing in Seoul. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interview data. Results: The needs and challenges in enhancing the self-management skills of individuals with disabilities were as follows: (1) the complexity of health management challenges, (2) bidirectional strategies for strengthening health management capabilities, and (3) support for systematic health management. Additionally, eight subthemes were derived. Conclusion: By investigating the difficulties experienced and identifying the necessary support requirements for supportive housing workers, this study seeks to uncover insights and identifies areas for improvement and strategies for health management. This study acknowledges the educational and institutional support necessary to improve the health and quality of life of individuals with disabilities residing in supportive housing.

  • 지석영이 1891년 저술한 "신학신설"은 우리나라 최초의 본격적인 개인위생서로 주거위생에 관해 내용도 담고 있다. 주거관련 내용은 '광(빛),' '공기,' '듸기(地氣)' 항에서 등장하는데, 주거의 일조 및 채광, 통풍 및 환기, 주거지의 건조하고 신선한 공기와 토질 등이다. 근대적 위생론이 형성되기 시작한 1891년이라는 매우 이른 시기에 저술되었기 때문에 전통적인 '양생' 개념에 의지하여 서술되었지만, 빛, 공기, 물, 열 등 주거위생에 중요한 환경조건을 처음으로 제시하고 건조, 청결, 토질 등 주거지의 위생조건을 자세히 다루었다. 이 책은 1890년대 중반 이후 민간신문, 잡지, 학회지, 교과용도서 등에서 본격적으로 전개된 근대적 주거담론의 기본적인 인식구조와 서술방식을 선취했으며, 근대적 주거의 필수조건으로 위생조건을 구체적으로 서술하여 일반인들을 계몽하고자 했다는 점에서 중요하다.

미니 산업단지의 입지적합성 평가 연구: 수도권을 중심으로 (Study on System Evaluations the Location Suitability for Urban Mini-Industrial Complex: Case of Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 최근 도시내 기업입지수요가 증가하나 도시에서 넓은 부지확보는 어려우므로 소규모 '미니산업단지' 형태가 미래형 산단 유형으로 적절할 것이다. 수도권지역을 대상으로 저활용되는 부지를 잠재적 개발후보지로 가정하고 입지적합성 평가지표를 적용하여 시범 평가해 보았다. 전문가와 기업체설문을 통해 지표간 중요도를 분석한 후 이를 가중치로 하여 1~4등급 후보지를 구분하였다. 1등급 후보지에 영향을 미친 지표로는 기업체 가중치를 적용한 경우 교통접근성과 도시서비스 여건인 반면 전문가 가중치 적용경우 첨단·지식산업 및 대학·연구소로 나타났다. GIS 분석 결과 서울-경기남부축과 서울-경기남서부축이 가장 우수한 미니산단 입지지역으로 도출되어 기형성된 지식산업집적지가 향후에도 경쟁력있는 산업지역으로 인식되는 것으로 조사된다.

친환경소비행동 집단 간 내적동기, 외적동기와 환경지식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Environmental Knowledge in the Eco-Friendly Consumption Behavior between Groups)

  • The major findings are(were) as follows: 1) The Eco-friendly consumption behavior was divided into three(3) clusters, namely "The Middle Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster I), "The Inferior group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster II), and "The Excellent Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster III). 2) The differences in the general characteristics among the three clusters were founded on the experience of green consumption information and sources of information. 3) The characteristics of cluster I(The Middle Group) were(are) found to be eco-conscious, and aware of the consequences of behaviors, green market conditions and environmental issues. This cluster was the middle-average group. The characteristics of cluster III(The Excellent Group) were(are) found to have the willingness to pay additional costs, being aware of the social norms of the reference group, having an awareness of eco-institutional conditions, being knowledgeable about environmental policy, and finally, being personally involved in green consumption behavior. This cluster was the high-average group, whereas cluster II(The Inferior Group) was the low-average group.

초등학교 저학년 아동의 생활안전 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과연구 (Development and Evaluation of the Educational Program Regarding Life Safety for Children of Low Grade Elementary Schools)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the educational program of life safety for low grade elementary school students. The objectives of the life safety education were established, and the contents and instructions of the educational program were organized according to the needs of the 560 children and their mothers. Both experimental and control groups were evaluated before, immediately after and 3 weeks after the education in terms of knowledge about safety, attitudes and behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Twelve contents for safety education consisted of safety for electronic games, playing facility, mobile exercise machines, elevator/escalators, traffic and prevention for injury, pricking/cutting, collision/fall/slippery, drowning, burning, electric shock, food toxicity and child missing/sexual harassment/kidnapping. 2. The score of knowledge for safety, attitude, and behavior of the experimental group was improved after the post-tests. Thus, the educational effects were demonstrated to be significant in all evaluation sections.
