직무분석을 활용한 전문대학 교육과정 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Curriculum Development in Colleges Using Job Analysis)

  • 현재 대학졸업자는 과잉공급 되고 있으나 산업계에서 필요로 하는 인력은 절대적으로 부족하며, 대학 졸업자에 대한 기업의 불만족과 재교육 비용의 부담증가는 전반적인 대학교육과 산업체 현장과의 괴리현상을 야기하고 있다. 특히 전문대학은 직무중심의 직업교육을 목적으로 사회각 분야에 관한 전문적인 이론과 지식을 교수, 연구하고 재능을 연마하며, 국가사회 발전에 필요한 전문 작업 인력을 양성할 목적으로 설립하였다. 그러나 오늘날의 전문대학은 이러한 설립목적에 크게 벗어나 있으며, 산업체의 니즈를 반영한 교육과정의 개발를 통하여 전문대학의 본래의 설립취지 및 설립목적에 맞는 교육기관으로의 변화를 사회가 요구되기에 이르렀다. 산업체 현장의 니즈를 반영한 교육과정개발이란 "산업체의 각 직무단위에서 직무분석을 통하여 요구하는 직무역량을 갖추기 위해 대학에서 교육 되어야 할 교과목 목록과 각 교과목들의 중요도 와 발생빈도 등을 분석하여 교육과정 개발에 반영하고, 이를 통하여 산업체에서 요구하는 직무 와 대학의 교육과정에서 오는 괴리현상을 제거하기 위한 연구"이다. 연구방법으로는 직무분석 중심의 교육과정 개발에 일반적으로 사용되는 DACUM 기법을 활용하였으며, 이를 통하여 교과목 스킬 대비표, 조사대상기업의 선정 직무모형의 설정, 직무명세서 및 작업명세서 등을 작성하여 직무를 분석하였으며, 이를 전문가 집단을 활용한 면접평가 방법과 WEB을 통한 설문지 조사방법으로 교육과정의 결과를 평가하여 산업체 현장의 니즈가 반영된 교육과정을 개발하였다.

텍스트 분석을 활용한 국가 현안 대응 R&D 정보 패키징 방법론 (Methodology Using Text Analysis for Packaging R&D Information Services on Pending National Issues)

  • The recent rise in the unstructured data generated by social media has resulted in an increasing need to collect, store, search, analyze, and visualize it. These data cannot be managed effectively by using traditional data analysis methodologies because of their vast volume and unstructured nature. Therefore, many attempts are being made to analyze these unstructured data (e.g., text files and log files) by using commercial and noncommercial analytical tools. Especially, the attempt to discover meaningful knowledge by using text mining is being made in business and other areas such as politics, economics, and cultural studies. For instance, several studies have examined pending national issues by analyzing large volumes of texts on various social issues. However, it is difficult to create satisfactory information services that can identify R&D documents on specific national issues from among the various R&D resources. In other words, although users specify some words related to pending national issues as search keywords, they usually fail to retrieve the R&D information they are looking for. This is usually because of the discrepancy between the terms defining pending national issues and the corresponding terms used in R&D documents. We need a mediating logic to overcome this discrep 'ancy so that we can identify and package appropriate R&D information on specific pending national issues. In this paper, we use association analysis and social network analysis to devise a mediator for bridging the gap between the keywords defining pending national issues and those used in R&D documents. Further, we propose a methodology for packaging R&D information services for pending national issues by using the devised mediator. Finally, in order to evaluate the practical applicability of the proposed methodology, we apply it to the NTIS(National Science & Technology Information Service) system, and summarize the results in the case study section.

  • 스마트기기 대중화에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 폭발적인 증가로 온라인상의 관계와 활동이 오프라인상의 실생활까지 영향을 미침에 따라 온라인상의 소셜 네트워크 활동에 대한 관심과 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SNS 활동에 영향을 미치는 요소를 대상(object, 사용자(User), 영향력 방향(Influence direction), 영향력 강도(Influence distance) 4가지 요소로 정의하고 SNS 사용자 상호간 영향을 유기적 관점에서 측정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존 영향력 측정 요소를 반응횟수, 친구의 수, 접촉횟수 등 정형 데이터와 원인시간과 반응시간의 차이, 호감도, 반응의 유형 등 비정형 데이터까지 확대하여 영향력 방향(Influence Directio)과 영향력 강도(Influence Strength or Distance)의 측정 기법을 정교화 하였다. 또한, 영향력 측정을 위한 data를 수집하고 분석하는 시스템과 facebook으로 수집한 sample data를 이용한 영향력 측정 기법 프로세스를 실험하고 구현 가능성을 설명하였다.

'정의'의 재발명을 상상하다 : Lesson Play의 분석 (Imagining the Reinvention of Definitions : an Analysis of Lesson Plays)

  • 이 연구에서는 도형 정의의 재발명에 대해 세 교사가 쓴 lesson play를 통하여, 교사들이 가지고 있었던 정의 개념과 연역적 조직화로서의 정의하기를 가르치고자 할 때 봉착했던 교수학적 문제들을 살펴보았다. 교사들은 lesson play에서 도형의 정의를 주입식으로 전달하지 않았으며 여러 다른 정의의 가능성을 제시하였으나, 연역적 조직화로서의 정의하기를 적극적으로 구현할 수는 없었다. 교사들은 정의를 어떤 용어에 대한 언어적 약속으로 생각하여, 정의를 가르치는 데 있어 연역적 조직화와 같은 과정이 왜 필요한 지를 이해하지 못하였다. 또 수학적 정의의 임의성 및 정의와 정리의 지위가 절대적이지 않다는 사실을 수용하는 데에도 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 교사들이 도형의 수학적 정의를 자신이 배웠던 방식과 다르게 가르치도록 하기 위해서는, 교사교육에서 단순히 Freudenthal의 이론과 같은 이상적인 교수 방향 및 철학을 소개하는 것만으로는 부족하며, 상식적인 정의 개념과 수학적 정의 개념의 차이를 인식하고 반성해보는 것이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

"한국의 의사상, 2014"의 역량 규정에 대한 의과대학의 교육현실과 기대수준 분석 (Analysis of Educational Reality and Expectations Regarding Competencies Defined in "The Role of Korean Doctor, 2014")

  • The aim of this study is to determine whether the 65 competencies, defined in "the role of Korean doctor, 2014", are suitable for basic medical education phase in Korea. It seeks to analyze the gap among the educational reality and expectation, assessment situation of the competencies above. We also try to define issues of the development, application and assessment phases of competency-based medical education (CBME) at individual medical schools. We designed survey tools based on the Miller's assessment pyramid (knowledge, explanation, demonstration, and performance) for each of the 65 competencies. The survey distributed to 41 medical schools in April 2015 and 38 replies were received (92.7%). Competencies that matched both the educational reality and expectation were numbers 1 (patient care), 33 (social accountability), and 49 (professionalism). However, all the other competencies ranked lower in current status than that of desirable level. 54 out of 65 competencies (83.07%) remained at the knowledge and explanation level when each competence were assessed. In the development, application, and assessment phases of CBME, common issues that medical schools commonly noted were difficulty linking competencies to curriculum preparation and student assessment, the lack of faculty's understanding, difficulty to reach consensus among faculties, and absence of teaching and learning methods and assessment tools that fits CBME. For the successful settle down of CBME, there is a need for efforts to develop the model of graduate outcomes, to share information and experience, and to operate faculty development program by the medical education communities.

발생 간격 기반 가중치 부여 기법을 활용한 데이터 스트림에서 가중치 순차패턴 탐색 (Finding Weighted Sequential Patterns over Data Streams via a Gap-based Weighting Approach)

  • 일반적인 순차패턴 마이닝에서는 분석 대상 데이터 집합에 포함되는 구성요소의 발생 순서만을 고려하며, 따라서 단순 순차패턴은 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 반면 실제 응용 분야에서 널리 활용될 수 있는 관심도가 큰 순차패턴을 탐색하는데 한계가 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위한 대표적인 연구 주제들 중의 하나가 가중치 순차패턴 탐색이다. 가중치 순차패턴 탐색에서는 관심도가 큰 순차패턴을 얻기 위해서 구성요소의 단순 발생 순서 뿐만 아니라 구성요소의 가중치를 추가로 고려한다. 본 논문에서는 발생 간격에 기반 한 순차패턴 가중치 부여 기법 및 이를 활용한 순차 데이터 스트림에 대한 가중치 순차패턴 탐색 방법을 제안한다. 발생 간격 기반 가중치는 사전에 정의된 별도의 가중치 정보를 필요로 하지 않으며 순차정보를 구성하는 구성요소들의 발생 간격으로부터 구해진다. 즉, 순차패턴의 가중치를 구하는데 있어서 구성요소의 발생순서와 더불어 이들의 발생 간격을 고려하며, 따라서 보다 관심도가 크고 유용한 순차패턴을 얻는데 도움이 된다. 한편, 근래 대부분의 컴퓨터 응용 분야에서는 한정적인 데이터 집합 형태가 아닌 데이터 스트림 형태로 정보를 발생시키고 있다. 이와 같은 데이터 생성 환경의 변화를 고려하여 본 논문에서는 순차 데이터 스트림을 마이닝 대상으로 고려하였다.

Factors Affecting Public Prejudice and Social Distance on Mental Illness: Analysis of Contextual Effect by Multi-level Analysis

  • Objectives: While there have been many quantitative studies on the public's attitude towards mental illnesses, it is hard to find quantitative study which focused on the contextual effect on the public's attitude. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the public's beliefs and attitudes including contextual effects. Methods: We analyzed survey on the public's beliefs and attitudes towards mental illness in Korea with multi-level analysis. We analyzed the public's beliefs and attitudes in terms of prejudice as an intermediate outcome and social distance as a final outcome. Then, we focused on the associations of factors, which were individual and regional socioeconomic factors, familiarity, and knowledge based on the comparison of the intermediate and final outcomes. Results: Prejudice was not explained by regional variables but was only correlated with individual factors. Prejudice increased with age and decreased by high education level. However, social distance controlling for prejudice increased in females, in people with a high education level, and in regions with a high education level and a high proportion of the old. Therefore, social distance without controlling for prejudice increased in females, in the elderly, in highly educated people, and in regions with a high education and aged community. Conclusions: The result of the multi-level analysis for the regional variables suggests that social distance for mental illness are not only determined by individual factors but also influenced by the surroundings so that it could be tackled sufficiently with appropriate considering of the relevant regional context with individual characteristics.

간호관련인력별 직무표준 설정에 관한 연구;간호사와 간호조무사를 중심으로 (A Study on Standards Development for Nursing Practice)

  • The study was performed to develop standards for nursing practice. The quality and quantity of medical services, including nursing services, has been determined to date by the availability of providers rather than by the actual needs of the patients. In fact, there has been a serious gap between expected and actual servces. In order to provide high quality nursing services and to enhance professional status, the nursing profession should define their practice in a measurable way and identify the client outcomes to which they contribute. Therefore, this research was conducted through the three phases as follows : (1) Evaluation of current nursing practices and environment, and analysis of actual patient needs, by means of questionnaires. (2) Literature review to define the nature, purpose, and standards of professional nursing practice. (3) Expert group's modification of existing standards by integrating the results of first two phases. As a result, standards for each area of nursing practice were developed, such as shown in Table 3 and Table 4. However, these standards must receive ongoing attention by the profession to assure that they remain current and reflect advances in nursing knowledge and clinical technology.

Exploring Self-image Congruity and Regret for IS Continuance based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model

  • In order to understand information system post-adoption phenomena, the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) was proposed. Past studies based on the ECM focus on a referent centered on the target IS being studied. The effect of this reference, captured through confirmation, has been strongly shown. However, the saliency of two additional reference effects, captured through self-image congruity and regret, has not been explored. In order to fill this knowledge gap, this paper attempts to develop a research model that extends the ECM by incorporating self-image congruity and regret as well as perceived enjoyment. For this extension, we synthesize the extant literature on continued IS use, self-image congruity, and regret. The analysis results tell us that self-image congruity plays a key role in forming two post-adoption beliefs, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. It is also found that the absolute effect of regret on continuance intention is larger than those of other antecedents identified in IS. Overall, this study preliminarily confirms the saliency of self-image congruity and regret in post-adoption phenomena. Our study results is likely to help the IS community systematically address unexplored effects of self-image congruity and regret.

Are We Being Globalized?: A Contrastive Analysis of Application Essays

  • The findings in contrastive rhetoric research of the twentieth century have shown that different cultures have different conventions in organizing written texts. These culture-related conventions were claimed to influence English texts written by L2 learners, including Asian learners of English. However, due to the massive inflow of the American culture into Asia as well as increased exposure to English in the midst of globalization of the last decade, it is quite probable that the textual gap between the native English writers and Asian EFL writers have been reduced. The present study investigates the changes that have taken place in EFL writer's knowledge of genre-specific writing over the past decade. To this aim, this study compared four sets of application essays written by four groups of applicants (1) native American applicants in 1993, (2) Korean EFL applicants in 1933, (3) native American applicants in 2003, and (4) Korean EFL applicants in 2003. The results suggested that the disparity between the Korean EFL writers' and the native English writers' texts were becoming less noticeable at the macro-level, possibly due to Korean EFL writers' enhanced textual awareness of English genre structures Pedagogical implications are discussed.
