본 연구는 한국 청정개발체제 산업의 형성 과정과 네트워크에 대한 분석을 통하여, 특정 장소에서 발생하는 산업 형성의 요인과 산업 변화의 동인을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 설문 조사 및 심층 면담 조사를 통하여 기업 행위자의 적응 활동에 따른 네트워크의 진화와 이의 창발적 현상으로서의 산업 변화를 분석하였다. 한국 청정개발체제 산업의 발생에는 국제적 제도로 인한 조건에 국내 기업들의 산업 활동이 부합하였다는 우연성이 작용하였다. 그러나 산업의 형성에는 발전사의 신재생에너지 발전 프로젝트를 유도하여 시장을 확대하는 방향에서 수행된 정부 정책이 산업 형성을 가속화하는 촉매 역할을 수행하였다. 구조재편 상황에서는 정부 정책이 온실가스 감축과 관련된 국내 새로운 산업 형성의 초기 조건을 형성하였다. 이 과정에서 해외의 관련 지식을 국내 착근화하고 국내 외의 프로젝트에서 기반으로 활용하도록 하는 지식의 국지화가 중요한 동인으로 작용하였다.

Value of rural amenity resources scattered in rural area is difficult to be assessed isolatedly. Rural Amenity Resources Map (RARM) is developed for assessing rural resources based on specific territory. In the developing process, knowledge based system is oriented because rural amenity is differed from personal feeling. Possible decision trees in RARM are developed in reviewing process of previous GIS based decision support systems, and information strategy planning is constructed for achieving goals such as rural tourism, down shifting, and rural investment.

Global economy these days is characterized with an unlimited competition due to Globalization and Information Age. Expansion of E-business accelerates informationized and globalized society and also intensifies market competition. As a result, global economy gradually develops to knowledge-based economy, and Business Service Industry becomes essential to the production increase in the manufacturing industry as well as its high added value comes into the spotlight as one of rapidly growing business industry. Business Service Industry has not yet been academically established, however, it may be defined as the industry of which production is a mediating service in the production process rather than in the final consumption. The export of the manufacturing industry has traditionally played mainstream role in Korea where economic development has been centered on the manufacturing export. However, as with increasing emphasis on the role of service sector and highly developed industrial field in the national economy, not only the relationships between manufacturing industry and service industry becomes rapidly more involved, but also the importance of highly competitive service industry becomes emphasized in accordance with open global economy after WTO system takes off. Now it is time we come to the realization that service is in the center of national competitive power as a result of global door open in all service industry.

The successful knowledge and information based companies facilitate to restructure the industry and strengthen the national competitiveness in the future. The advent of information age provides us new challenge because the information breakthrough can play a pivotal role in terms of knowledge transfer in the human resource management. This research focuses on best practices of human management and contrasting the human resource strategy of Japanese and American firms respectively, Based on this, we suggest the strategic alternatives of the described HR problems as well as the way of effective human resource management for Korean venture firms. We have reviewed the previous international and domestic literatures in details to understand HR liabilities of newness of venture firms in terms of the population ecology. The objective of this research is to solve the HR problems that Korean firms faced with.

Social manufacturing architecture is based on information delivery through social media and SNS, PLM and social platform, crowd source and knowledge base on whole phase of product life cycle. Although advanced social manufacturing issues are rising globally, its technology emerging into domestic industry is likely to be slow. We focused to review technological changes and R&D trend, patent issues, and then suggest assignments and advices to be practiced for social manufacturing modeling.

To combine the science and technology creativity necessary in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to cultivate talents who can discover new knowledge and create new values by combining various knowledge with self-directed mathematical competencies. This research attempted to lay the foundation for the curriculum for fostering future creative convergence talent by preparing, executing, and reflecting on the learning plan after learners themselves understand their level and status through self-directed learning. Firstly, We would like to present a teaching-learning plan based on the essential capabilities of the future society, where the development of a curriculum based on mathematics curriculum and intelligent informatization are accelerated. Secondly, an educational design model system diagram was presented to strengthen the self-directed learning ability of mathematics subjects in the electronic engineering curriculum. Consequently, through a survey, we would like to propose the establishment of an educational system necessary for the 4th industry by analyzing learning ability through self-directed learning teaching methods of subjects related to mathematics, probability, and statistics.

노인들의 연하곤란 관련 간호는 생명유지 및 질적인 삶을 영유하는 필수적인 요소이다. 노인요양병원 입원 노인들의 연하곤란 예방과 관리를 위해서는 노인요양병원에서 근무하는 간호 인력의 연하곤란 관련 수행 정도를 파악하고 간호수행의 관련 요인을 파악하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 노인요양병원에 근무하는 간호 인력을 대상으로 연하곤란 관련 지식, 태도 및 간호수행 정도를 확인하고 이들 간의 관계를 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 2016년 11월 14일부터 2016년 11월 27일까지 노인요양병원에 근무하는 임상경력이 1년 이상의 간호인력(간호사와 간호조무사) 220명을 대상으로 연하곤란 관련 지식, 태도 및 연하곤란 간호수행정도를 설문조사하였다. 노인요양병원 간호 인력의 연하곤란 관련 지식은 14.07±2.94점이었고 연하곤란 관련 태도는 3.59±0.39점이었다. 연하곤란 간호수행 정도는 3.10±0.43점이었다. 연하곤란 관련 간호수행은 지식(r=0.295, p=.000)과 태도(r=0.392, p=.000)와 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 노인요양병원 간호 인력의 연하곤란 간호수행에 영향을 미치는 연하곤란 관련 지식 및 태도를 포함하여 이를 증진시키는 연하곤란 관련 간호 교육프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

Entrepreneurship development has increasingly become a global solution to address the problem of rising unemployment. Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) have become important tools in improving the economic performance and social well-being of nations. When universities and industry work together to push the boundaries of knowledge, they become a powerful engine for innovation and economic growth. This paper is based on focus group interviews and discussions conducted with key players involved in the HIT-Sandown-UNDP Business Incubation Programme in Harare Zimbabwe. The business incubation project sought to support young Zimbabweans to transform their technical prototypes into commercially and socially viable ventures. As a result, a total of 10 prototypes were refined and investor ready business plans were developed for capital sourcing purposes. It was only through the coming together of the partners that real transformation of the lives of the participants was achieved through learning valuable business skills, coaching and mentoring. University-industry partnerships are a useful vehicle of setting up sustainable business incubation centres.

본 연구는 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였으며, 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입의 관계에서 지식경영활동이 매개효과를 나타내는지를 분석한 실증연구이다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로서 본 논문은 서비스/제조/IT 대기업 종사자 635명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 산업별 변수간의 관계에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 용어에 대한 정의를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십은 목표달성에 그치지 않고 변화와 혁신을 추구하며, 조직구성원들이 지니고 있는 잠재적 역량과 강점을 개발하고 자신감과 열정을 증대시키며, 긍정적 강점을 자극하여 기대했던 것보다 높은 성과를 달성하도록 한다. 이러한 변혁적 리더십은 조직유효성을 증진시키는 선행요인으로 중요하게 인지되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식경영활동도 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입간에 지식경영활동의 매개역할에 관해서 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 각 집단별로 분석해보면 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동에 미치는 영향에서는 서비스업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 지식경영활동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서도 서비스업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 IT업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 위와 같은 분석결과를 토대로, 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과의 의미와 산업별 차이에 대한 의미를 중심으로 시사점을 논의하였고 연구의 한계점도 제시하였다.

Recently, the beauty industry has implemented personalized services based on skin big data. To increase competitiveness in the beauty industry, systematic data measurement and evaluation indicators are necessary to select data and obtain necessary knowledge. In response, this study sought to stably enhance the accuracy of skin diagnosis based on satisfaction and reliability. To this end, the research was conducted through focus group interviews (FGI), a case study of brands, and analysis of prior research results. In particular, as a result of analyzing keywords that classify skin types by brand, common survey items for skin types were oiliness and using moisturizer, cosmetic use and vascular of skin, external stimulus and blemish & freckles, facial wrinkle, outside activities, self-consciousness, and smoke. In additioin to the common questions of the preceding study and the brand survey items, the questions concerning complex skin types, seasonal change, facial color, wrinkles and elasticity were added, and the questions were presented in a total of 40 items. In particular, it suggested that skin measurement could be conducted by focusing on elasticity and pigmentation items by reflecting the results of prior research and the opinions of FGI, and based on this, a customized service with high satisfaction and high accuracy of beauty care based on this could be proposed. We hope that this study will facilitate active self-care by providing more satisfying skin stones and personalized cosmetics proposals, thus laying the foundation for the further development of the cosmetics industry.
