In this study, the network analysis of researchers, institutions, and research principal agent was conducted to understand structure characteristics of international cooperation research project implemented from 1997 to 2018. The network of researchers and institutions were decentralized structure. On the other hands, the network of research principal agent was centralized structure. The Soul National University is the leading organization of international cooperation research project. In terms of research principal agent, corporation is the leading principal agent. In additions, the results of the network centroid analysis of the researchers and institutions were correlated with the research funds. As a result, it was confirmed that the network centroid of research organization was linearly related to research funds.

The objective of this article is to create a model of integrated management from the framework modeling of a digital collaborative network supported by knowledge engineering to make heritage site in the Brazil more effective. It is an exploratory and qualitative research with thematic analysis as technique of data analysis from the collaborative network, digital platform, world heritage, and tourism themes. The snowballing approach was chosen, and the mapping and classification of relevant studies was developed with the use of the spreadsheet tool and the Mendeley® software. The results show that the collaborative network model oriented towards strategic objectives should be supported by a digital platform that provides a technological environment that adds functionalities and digital platform services with the integration of knowledge engineering techniques and tools, enabling the discovery and sharing of knowledge in the collaborative network.

암묵지는 전이를 통해 증식되며, 가치 또한 증대된다. 암묵지 전이는 조직의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 암묵지 전이가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 암묵지 전이는 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽이 암묵지 전이를 저해하고 있기 때문이다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽은 지식과 지식전문가에 대한 이해부족, 업무 가중 및 미흡한 보상, 신뢰부족과 지식 접착성(Knowledge Stickiness)이다. 암묵지 전이의 장벽을 극복하기 위해서는 암묵지 지식전이를 주도적으로 추진하는 대리인이 필요하다. 지식중개자는 암묵지 전이를 위한 근간이며, 효율적인 지식네트워크의 구축은 암묵지 전이를 위한 핵심성공요소이다. 그러나 지식네트워크 관련된 대부분의 연구는 네트워크의 근접성과 밀도, 중심성 등 기초지표를 활용하는 수준에 머무르고 있다. 암묵지 전이 활성화를 위한 새로운 지식중개인 진단 프레임워크가 필요하다. 따라서 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 조직관점 및 지식근로자관점의 암묵지 전이를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 BSKT 구축안을 제시하고자 한다.

지식관리 프로세스에서 지식공유는 지식의 생성 및 분배에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 특히, 지식기반 정보기술 환경이 트위터와 같은 소셜미디어 정보서비스 등의 라이브러리 2.0 서비스를 중심으로 지식유통이 활성화되고 있다. 지식공유의 영향 요소에 사회연결망 구조 및 특징에 대한 네트워크의 관계 요소가 조직의 지식공유 활성화를 위한 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 자기조직화를 통해 유기체와 같이 성장하고 있는 조직 내부의 사회연결망의 구조 및 특성을 사회연결망 분석도구와 다중회귀분석을 통해 1) 사회연결망의 연결구조와 지식공유와의 관계, 2) 구조적 공백과 중심성의 지식공유 영향도, 3) 개인적인 능력, 정보기술 및 업무 인식과 지식공유 관계를 분석하였다.

본 연구는 내용분석과 네트워크 분석을 사용하여 국내 정보조직분야 지식구조를 조사하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 최근까지 정보조직분야 논문을 바탕으로 저자키워드, 초록, 저자, 저자소속기관을 추출하여 용어의 빈도를 측정하는 것은 물론 용어 간 연관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 네트워크상에서 각 노드의 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 위세중심성을 산출하였다. 그 결과 정보조직 연구주제어는 좁고 복잡한 네트워크를 형성하고 있으며 주제어 사이에 직접적인 연결이 많이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 목록과 분류는 여전히 정보조직의 중심축을 담당하고 있는 반면, 메타데이터, 온톨로지가 새로운 연구 분야로 부상하였다. 반면에 저자소속기관 및 저자는 넓은 네트워크를 형성하고 있었으며 협력이 활발하지 않았다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing from 1991 to 2014. Methods: 400 articles between 1991 and 2014 were collected. 1,369 keywords as noun phrases were extracted from articles and standardized for analysis. Co-occurrence matrix was generated via a cosine similarity measure, then the network was analyzed and visualized using PFNet. Also NodeXL was applied to visualize intellectual interchanges among keywords. Results: According to the results of the content analysis and the cluster analysis of author keywords from the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing articles, 7 most important research topics of the journal were 'Workers & Work-related Health Problem', 'Recognition & Preventive Health Behaviors', 'Health Promotion & Quality of Life', 'Occupational Health Nursing & Management', 'Clinical Nursing Environment', 'Caregivers and Social Support', and 'Job Satisfaction, Stress & Performance'. Newly emerging topics for 4-year period units were observed as research trends. Conclusion: Through this study, the knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing was identified. The network analysis of this study will be useful for identifying the knowledge structure as well as finding general view and current research trends. Furthermore, The results of this study could be utilized to seek the research direction in the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing.

Owing to the limits of IT System-driven knowledge management(KM) for innovation processes, alternative KM methods has been suggested such as: (1) the knowledge network of experts or (2) communities-of-practice. This study analyzes two cases in terms of on-line expert knowledge networks for problem-solving, with the dimensions of analysis based on a theoretical framework. By analyzing the cases of S company's expert network and Naver's Ji-sik-iN, we found that system quality(e.g., ease of use, accessibility, and searching function), information/knowledge quality(e.g., usefulness, accuracy, and timeliness), knowledge-sharing culture, social capital and relevant reward systems are important for stimulating a Q&A-based problem-solving knowledge network. Implications of the findings and future research directions are discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 조직 구성원의 지식은폐에 대한 국내외 연구 동향을 살펴보는 것이다. 조직 구성원이 자신의 지식을 공유하지 않는 것을 넘어 의도적으로 숨기는 등의 구성원의 지식은폐에 대한 연구가 확산됨에 따라 이에 대한 연구가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 위해 국내외 지식은폐 관련 게재된 연구 120편을 수집하였으며 이를 통하여 346종 578개의 키워드를 수집하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 설정한 데이터 표준화 기준에 따라 키워드를 코딩하여 최종적으로 86개 노드와 667개의 링크로 된 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 설정한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내외 지식은폐 관련 문헌 분석을 통해 개념적 모형을 개발하고 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 도출한 네트워크 구조를 비교하여 연구 동향을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 네트워크 중심성 분석 결과 지식공유, 창의성 그리고 성과 키워드가 연결정도 중심성, 매개 중심성 그리고 근접 중심성 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지식은폐의 이론적 기제와 관련이 있는 "심리적 주인의식"과 "개인의 정서"에 대한 에고 네트워크를 분석함과 개념적 모형과 비교를 통하여 심층적으로 변수 간 관계를 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 이상과 같이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge structure of cancer survivors. Methods: For data, 1099 articles were collected, with 365 keywords as a Noun phrase extracted from the articles and standardized for analyzing. Co-occurrence matrix were generated via a cosine similarity measure, and then the network analysis and visualization using PFNet and NodeXL were applied to visualize intellectual interchanges among keywords. Results: According to the result of the content analysis and the cluster analysis of author keywords from cancer survivors articles, keywords such as 'quality of life', 'breast neoplasms', 'cancer survivors', 'neoplasms', 'exercise' had a high degree centrality. The 9 most important research topics concerning cancer survivors were 'cancer-related symptoms and nursing', 'cancer treatment-related issues', 'late effects', 'psychosocial issues', 'healthy living managements', 'social supports', 'palliative cares', 'research methodology', and 'research participants'. Conclusion: Through this study, the knowledge structure of cancer survivors was identified. The 9 topics identified in this study can provide useful research direction for the development of nursing in cancer survivor research areas. The Network analysis used in this study will be useful for identifying the knowledge structure and identifying general views and current cancer survivor research trends.

With the advent of knowledge-based economy and information society, information and telecommunications(IT) industry is reckoned as the crucial sector for the creation and diffusion of technological knowledge. In this study, we analyze the process of 'industrialization of IT'and 'informatization of industries' based on the technology linkage structure, or technological knowledge network. The former is defined as the process whereby IT industry absorbs technological knowledge from other industries to grow as an independent industrial sector. The latter is defined as the process whereby other industries adopt IT technology to enhance productivity and upgrade industrial structure, We employ the R&D stock as a proxy for technological knowledge of respective industries and measure the flow of technological knowledge between industries in terms of I/O relationship. By applying the network analysis, we examine the changing pattern of technology linkage structure of the Korean industry throughout the years from 1983 to 1997. Some policy implications are presented based on the findings from the analysis.
