This paper presents fully integrated 5 GHz band low phase noise LC tank VCO. The implemented VCO is tuned by integrated PN diode and tuning rage is $5.01{\sim}5.30$ GHz under $0{\sim}3 V$ control voltage. For good phase noise performance, LC filtering technique, common in Si CMOS process, is used, and to prevent degradation of phase noise performance by collector shot-noise and to reduce power dissipation the HBT is biased at low collector current density bias point. The measured phase noise is -87.8 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset frequency and -111.4 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency which is good performance. Moreover phase noise is improved by roughly 5 dEc by LC filter. It is the first experimental result in InGaP/GaAs HBT process. The figure of merit of the fabricated VCO with LC filter is -172.1 dBc/Hz. It is the best result among 5 GHz InGaP HBT VCOs. Moreover this work shows lower DC power consumption, higher output power and more fixed output power compared with previous 4, 5 GHz band InGaP HBT VCOs.

기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 필요에 맞추어 많은 네트워크 관리 시스템들이 개발되어 상용화 되었으나 이들 관리시스템들은 트래픽 모니터링에 의한 통계값 제공과 같은 단순 평면적인 관리 기능만을 제공할 뿐 네트워크의 특성과 환경에 따른 분석, 진단 기능은 제공하지 못하고 있다. 또한 현재의 네트워크 환경은 다양한 통신장비와 서비스들의 개발에 따른 망 구성 요소의 이질성과 복잡성이 증가하고 있으며 이는 전문적인 네트워크 운영관리와 분석기술을 요구하고 있다. 이는 관리자에게 네트워크가 점점 다양화, 복잡화 되는 환경에서 부담으로 작용할 뿐 아니라 결과를 도출하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 따라서 기존 네트워크 관리 시스템의 한계를 극복하고 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용, 관리자의 운영경험지식을 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 네트워크의 분석과 진단이 가능한 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 시스템 구축의 전제조건으로 네트워크 운영경험 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 통한 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용할 수 있는 임계값 최적화와 향후 한국전력 사내 데이터통신망의 지능화된 분석과 진단을 위해 활용하게 될 지식 발견 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

We studied the value of a nuclear power plant by considering Koreans' willingness to pay (WTP) for neutralizing the various problems caused by building and operating a new plant. For this, we used a conjoint analysis and ordered logistic regression. We then compared the WTP estimates between various segment groups. The results revealed that each household was willing to pay an additional 99,677 Korean Won (KRW)/mo on average to resolve the negative impacts from a nuclear plant. Therefore, the yearly cognitive and economic value of a nuclear plant in Korea was about 19 trillion KRW. Through a segment analysis, we found that the more educated, younger, and poorer groups gave higher cognitive values than the less educated, older, and richer groups, respectively. Also, people who lived far from a plant gave higher values than people living near a plant, and people with more knowledge about or interest in nuclear energy gave higher values than people with less knowledge or interest. People who felt that nuclear energy is necessary gave higher values to nuclear energy than those who did not. Our results can be used as bases to set targets for promoting nuclear energy and pursuing a national project of building a nuclear power plant.

지식경영(Knowledge Management), 지적 자산, 디지털 지식자산관리 등 지시에 관한 개념은 오늘날 많은 조직에서 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 경우만 보더라도 '지식정보화 강국'을 표방하면서 지식경영과 기록관리를 주요시책으로 채택하고 있어 문헌정보학의 관점에서 이에 대한 이론적 기반과 Best Practice에 관한 연구가 시급하다. 그러나 지식경영을 비롯 지식에 관한 종래의 많은 연구는 경영학 분야에서 주되게 연구되었거나 문헌정보학 내에서도 지식에 관한 통합적 연구 기반은 매우 부족한 형편이어서 정보통신발달(ICTs)에 따른 지식 및 관련 시스템 간의 관련성. 협업 가능성에 관한 논의도 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특히 지식경영과 기록관리를 중심으로 지식의 범주, 관리방법 등을 비교 연구함으로써 지식에 관한 통합관리의 발전적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 특히 향후 지식경영 렌 기록관리체제를 도입하고자 하는 공공기관에 이론적 논거가 될 것으로 판단한다.

The reliability of power electronic systems becomes increasingly important, as power electronic systems have gradually gained an essential status in a wide range of industrial applications. Accordingly, recent research has made an effort to improve the reliability of power electronic systems to comply with stringent constraints on safety, cost, and availability. The condition monitoring of power electronic components is one of the main topics in the research area of the reliability of power electronic systems. In this paper, condition-monitoring methods of reliability-critical components in power electronic systems are discussed to provide the current state of knowledge by organizing and evaluating current representative literature.

There have been several research efforts to support interoperability among multiple databases. In integrating multiple databases, we must resolve schema conflicts due to the heterogeneity in databases. To resolve these conflicts, not only meta-data for database schemas but also general knowledge expressing the real world meanings associated with the database schemas are required. This paper presents a uniform representation method for relational schema and general knowledge base that is composed, among other things, of concept hierarchy and thematic roles in relationship, using the knowledge representation language Lk. This representation method has a flexible descriptive power which facilitates concepts to be expressed at different levels of granularity and can describe knowledge expressed in Lk are used for input of the next step, such as conflict resolution and query processing of multiple database.

For design of On/Off type solenoid actuator, designer must have the experimental knowledge as well as general electromagnetic formulas to design object. It is possible for theoretical knowledge to do the out-line design, but it is impossible to optimal design without experimental knowledge which only can achieve through many repeated experiments. In addition, in present On/Off type solenoid actuator field, smaller, lightening, lower consumption power, high response time are effected as the most important design factor. So, experimental knowledge is more needed for optimal design of solenoid actuator. In this study, we developed a design program composed electromagnetic theories and experimental parameter values for inexperienced designers. And we proved the propriety of this program by experiments.

Recently according to the WIPO's policy of preserving traditional knowledge, constructing the database of traditional knowledge is in progress. To maximize the retrieving power of the knowledge resource systems which will be developed later, it is necessary to construct the ontology for the concepts used by traditional knowledge. In order to construct the ontology systematically, a standardized ontology representation method is needed, and OWL(Web Ontology Language) is the recommendation of W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) and is widely used. Ontology tools can be used to ease the construction of OWL ontology, but no research about the comparison of OWL ontology tools exists. This paper compares the tools of OWL by an objective point of view and with that one can make a decision of using the appropriate tool for constructing OWL ontologies.

In this study, an attempt was made to provide basic data for the development of programs that can improve safety care practices in the future by identifying factors that influence childcare teachers' safety care practices. 134 childcare teachers participated, and the survey results were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, there was a significant positive correlation between safety knowledge and attitude. There was no significant correlation with knowledge and safety care practices. It was found that safety attitude had a significant positive correlation with safety care practice.. The factor influencing safety care practice was attitude toward safety, and the explanatory power of the model was 46.1%. In order to improve the level of safety care practices of childcare teachers, a program that can be practically utilized through customized education tailored to the needs of childcare teachers and each field rather than simply imparting knowledge is absolutely essential.

금융기관의 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 전 임직원들의 경쟁력 마인드와 업무현장의 실제적인 경험에서 우러나온 노하우, 은행내외에서 생산되어 유통되고 있는 명시적 지식정보 등을 서로 공유할 수 있는 조직문화가 갖추어져야 한다. 여기에 지식정보관리의 중요성에 대한 인식과 발상전환이 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구는 지식정보관리에 대한 중요성을 중심으로 국내 은행들의 지식정보공유에 대한 영향과 그 인식수준의 다양성을 조사하고 분석하여 은행에서의 바람직한 지식정보관리의 당위성을 은행의 역할과 개선방안 측면에서 모색해 보고자 한다.
