LBD-007, a newly developed recombinant human interferon alphaA, was at dose levels of 0.3 $\times$$10^6$ , 6 $\times$ $10^6$ and 12 $\times$ $10^6$ IU/kg/day administered subcutaneously to pregnant New Zealand White rabbits during the organogenetic period. Cyclophosphamide was used as a positive control. All pregnant females were subjected to the caesarean section on day 28 of pregnancy. Effect of test substance on dams and embryonal development of fetuses were examined. 1. No treatment-related changes in clinical signs, food consuption, body weight and necropsy findings of dams were observed.

Ethylenethiourea was used as a positive control. 2/3 of dams per group were subjected to caesarean section on day 20 of pregnancy and the remaining 10 dams per group were allowed to deliver. Effects of test substance on dams, embryonal development development of F1 fetuses, as well as growth, behaviour and mating performance of F1 offspring were examined. 1. No treatment-related changes in clinical signs, food consumption, body weight and necropsy findings of dams were observed.

행위 DB로부터 행위패턴 분석 및 마이닝을 위해서는 정교한 행위패턴 모델링 기술이 수반되어야 한다. 기존의 그래프기반 행위 패턴 모델링 방법은 하루 행위 시퀀스들의 동일한 행위 시퀀스 세그먼트를 찾아 하나의 행위 시퀀스로 결합시켜 행위 그래프를 생성하였다. 이 방법은 서로 다른 시간에 발생한 행위 시퀀스 세그먼트들이 하나의 행위 시퀀스로 결합되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 하루의 행위 시퀀스를 시간 세그먼트 단위로 분할하고, 각 시간 세그먼트별로 행위 그래프를 생성하여 정교한 행위 그래프 모델을 수립하는 방법을 제안한다. 그래프 마이닝 기법들을 활용한 실험을 통하여 제안하는 행위패턴 모델링 기법이 기존의 행위 그래프 모델 기법보다 더 유용함을 보인다.

Family Coleophoridae, commonly known as "casebearers", is one of the largest families of Gelechioidea (Lepidoptera), with more than 1,450 described species worldwide, but it has been poorly known in Korea, with only 32 known species of the genus Coleophora Hübner, 1822. Here we present Coleophora fasciella Koo & Baldizzone, sp. nov., a new species to science, and C. mayrella (Hübner, [1813]), an unrecorded species in Korea. Diagnostic characteristics with descriptions of the genitalia are provided with photos of adults, wing venations, and genitalia of both sexes for the species. Mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI) barcode sequences for the two species are also provided.
