Oculomotor palsy presents itself with sudden onset unilateral ptosis and inability to turn the eye upward, downward, or inward, which causes visual disturbances. We observed 5 cases of patient with oculomotor palsy, the results are as follows. Methods & Results : All patients were treated by the same method and treatment was performed by means of electroacupuncture(4Hz frequency, intensity was adjusted so that localized muscle contractions could be seen). The electrodes were placed unilaterally on BL2 to Kwangmyong(head) and GB14 to Ex-HN4. As the result, symptoms are improved remarkably. Conclusion : Patients were treated for 9.6weeks, 26.4 times(average). Improvement started after 6.6 times treatment, and symptoms were nearly cleared after 12.4 times, 4.6 weeks treatment.

미만형 거대세포종은 상대적으로 국소형 거대세포종에 비해 드문 것으로 알려져 있으며 관절외 발생하는 경우는 극히 드물다고 알려져 있다. 이에 저자들은 삼각근 내에 발생한 미만형 거대세포종 1예를 경험하여 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

Objective : Cold hypersensitivity is excessive sensitivity of each body part. particularly limbs and low backs, but sometimes it affects upper abdomen region in G-I trouble patients. Methods : We conducted this research on 69 patients who came and took the both exam of gastroscopy and D.I.T.I. in kangnam korean hospital kyung hee university. So, we researched the significance of temperature deviations on upper abdomen which was studied separately by gastritis group, digestive function group and H. pylori group. Results and Conclusion : The temperature deviation of Zhongwan(Ren12)-Danzhong(Ren17) of gastritis group and indigestive patients was significant, it means that patients who have severe gastritis and indigestion have more significant cold hypersensitivity in upper abdomen. The temperature deviation of Zhongwan(Ren12)-Danzhong(Ren17) of H.pylori positive patients in H.pylori group was not significant. The clinical relationship or tendency was not found both between H.pylori group and gastritis group and between H.pylori group and digestive function group.

Purpose: This study was to examine the correlation between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life of nursing students. Method: Design was descriptive correlative study, and subjects of this study were 352 persons who are students on 3 and 4 grade in nursing college. Measures were satisfaction with college life measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.673) and self-efficacy measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.810). Data were collected from September, 2004 to January, 2005. Data were analyzed with SPSS PC+ on each aim of this study. Result: Findings were as followings. 1. In relationship between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life, there was significant positive correlation (r=.760, p=000). 2. In difference of self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life according to general characteristics there were significant differences in grade and consultor (p<.05). Conclusion: Further needs nursing intervention to improve positively the self-efficacy that may effect on satisfaction with college life.

Bezafibrate is a lipid?lowering agent and one of the fibric acid derivatives. It is relatively safe and well tolerated and adverse reactions to bezafibrate have largely been restricted to gastrointestinal distrubances. But a few cases of rhabdomyolysis after bezafibrate administration have been reported and recently we experienced bezafibrate-induced rhabdomyolysis in patients with chronic renal failure. So we report this case with the bone scan finding and the literature review We believe that this is the first case report of bezafibrate-induced rhabdomyolysis in Korea.

Traditional architecture has structural limits after some terms because it almost made by wood elements. So in the name of 'Restoration', by anatural process, repair works are accomplished. But the repair works of traditional buildings have some problems in spite of best men power and technology. To overcome this problems, we need more detailed studies for examine the reasons of destruction in elements of wooden buildings. The life limits of wooden buildings are caused by natural circumstances and humanic circumstances, the former has bad effect on the damage in wooden buildings. There are various elements of damage in the wooden buildings, earthquake, the falling of a thunderbolt, fire, and rain, microorganism, insect, and so on. Moreover pollutions-sulfurous acid gas, acidorganic matters -are important reason of shortening the life of wooden buildings. From 1981 till now we investigated important traditional buildings under repair works by the way scientific analysis to catch the sample - seramics, woods, insects, metals, etc. In this reports we suggest various method of investigation with two samples of tradional house made by wood, one is Kim Joo Tea House, the order is Simgum-dang of Magok-Sa(dwelling of monk).

본 연구의 목적은 노인 대상자에게 소도구 운동 후 적용한 전기치료가 노인의 균형 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 34명의 노인을 대상으로 소도구 운동군(n=16), 소도구 운동과 전기자극군(n=18)으로 무작위로 설정하였다. 두 군은 1주일 5일 20분씩 5주 동안 각 군의 운동 프로그램을 진행하였다. 모든 대상자는 사전 사후에 균형 측정하였다. 연구 결과 군간 비교에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 군내 변화는 유의한 변화를 나타내었다. 전기자극이 노인의 균형능력을 높이는데 있어 영향을 줄 수 없다고 판단된다. 하지만 각 군의 평가 결과를 통해 소도구를 통한 운동은 노인의 균형능력 발달에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 생각된다.

본 논문에서는 $Low-V_T$ 트랜지스터가 필요 없는 로직공정으로 Parasitic NPN BJT를 이용하여 저 전압에서 동작 가능한 밴드갭 기준전압 발생기 회로를 제안하였다. $0.18{\mu}m$ triple-well 공정을 사용한 BGR회로를 측정 한 결과 VREF의 평균전압은 0.72V $3{\sigma}$는 45.69mV로 양호하게 측정되었다.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to report the improvement of fever, myalgia, performance status, and headache after treatment with Osuyubujaijung-tang and Geopoong-san in a Soeumin with Peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the medical records, medical laboratory and image scans of 80-year-old male patient diagnosed as peripheral T-cell lymphoma. He couldn't conduct any conventional chemotherapy due to poor performance status, ECOG 4. Results : The symptoms of myalgia, poor performance status, and neck pain improved, and fever was reduced with Osuyubujaijung-tang. Headache was subsided with Geopoong-san. Conclusions : A patient with peripheral T-cell lymphoma suffering from fever, myalgia, poor performance status, neck pain and headache showed the improvement of symptoms with treatment of Osuyubujaijung-tang and Geopoong-san. After 4 months treatment, the patient could conduct self care, physical activity and social affairs.

Objectives This study reports a case of rectal cancer patient treated with Dokhwaljihwang-tang. Methods The patient's subjective symptoms such as pain, sleeping difficulty, frequent defecation and dysuria were observed and the change of the quality of life(QOL) was evaluated using Functional Assessment of Cancer-Colon (FACT-C). Results After the treatment, symptoms such as pain, sleep disorder, defecation, and urination difficulty ameliorated and the score of the FACT-C improved. Conclusions A rectal cancer patient suffering from adverse consequences from the low anterior resection and the pain induced by the metastases showed the improvement of general condition and the quality of life after treated with Dokhwaljihwang-tang.
