Objectives: This study analyzed the influence of organizational cynicism among ward sisters on their organizational citizenship behavior and how coaching leadership moderated it. Methods: Survey data from 500 ward sisters at 10 general hospitals were collected, and the data of 483 ward sisters were used. The IBM SPSS AMOS Ver. 21.0 and PROCESS macro software were used for conducting regression analysis, validity analysis, and regulation effect analysis. Results: Organizational cynicism was negatively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Coaching leadership strengthened the negative influence of organizational cynicism on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: This study empirically identified that organizational cynicism is an important predisposing factor affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of ward sisters. In order for coaching leadership to exert a positive influence on organizational citizenship behaviors, addressing ward nurses' degree of organizational cynicism and psychological status should be prioritized.

As a pan of voice identification, this study is on the voices from four different groups of sisters. The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze if sister's voices are actually so similar, as many people believe, that it is more difficult to distinguish one from the other than those of unrelated speakers. And it is also aimed to find out what the clues are to decide whether or not the voices are those of the same speaker or of different ones. The result shows that the mean frequencies of $F_3$ and $F_4$ of examined vowels and F0, in some group of sisters, are analyzed similar, In aural test, many listeners took their voices for those of the same speaker.

The aims of this study are to discover general aspects of the kinship behavior shown from singles and also the related variables that had influenced on the single's kinship behavior The research has based on a comprehensive survey with 78 men and 82 women who are single. Statistical methods, including frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Duncan Multiple Range test utilizing the SPSS for Windows 10.0, have been adopted for the analysis of the data compiled. The findings of this study were as follows: First, singles have shown the ordinary kinship behavior to their orientation families, those are parents, brothers and sisters. And they had more active kinship behaviors with parents than brothers and sisters. Second, variables such as pressure to marry, education level, job type, and parents' marital satisfaction, have influenced on the single's kinship behavior with parents. While income level have influenced on the single's kinship behavior with brothers, and age, income level, responsibility of care giving and reason for single, on the single's kinship behavior with sisters.

Purpose: We performed exome sequencing in a breast cancer family without BRCA mutations. Materials and Methods: A family that three sisters have a history of breast cancer was selected for analysis. There were no family members with breast cancer in the previous generation. Genetic testing for BRCA mutation was negative, even by the multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification method. Two sisters with breast cancer were selected as affected members, while the mother of the sisters was a non-affected member. Whole exome sequencing was performed on the HiSeq 2000 platform with paired-end reads of 101 bp in the three members. Results: We identified 19,436, 19,468, and 19,345 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the coding regions. Among them, 8,759, 8,789, and 8,772 were non-synonymous SNPs, respectively. After filtering out 12,843 synonymous variations and 12,105 known variations with indels found in the dbSNP135 or 1000 Genomes Project database, we selected 73 variations in the samples from the affected sisters that did not occur in the sample from the unaffected mother. Using the Sorting Intolerant From Tolerant (SIFT), PolyPhen-2, and MutationTaster algorithms to predict amino acid substitutions, the XCR1, DLL1, TH, ACCS, SPPL3, CCNF, and SRL genes were risky among all three algorithms, while definite candidate genes could not be conclusively determined. Conclusion: Using exome sequencing, we found 7 variants for a breast cancer family without BRCA mutations. Genetic evidence of disease association should be confirmed by future studies.

The authors observed 2 cases of fibrous dysplasia on the cranial and maxillofacial bones in 31, 28 aged sisters, who had come to the Infirmary of Dental College, Yonsei University. The serial roentgenograms and clinical findings had been taken and the results established as polyostotic fibrous dysplasia according to the findings in their images. The authors have obtained the results as follows: 1. Bony expansion of the mandible occured at 18 years of age and the facial assymetry appeared due to development of the lesions. 2. The traumatic history were not noted but weak tendency of familial history noted 3. Endocrine disturbances, hyperpigmentation on the skin and premature puberty in the infancy were not noted. 4. We have concluded these diseases as polyostotic fibrous dysplasia on the cranial and maxillofacial bones with weak familial tendency according to the findings

Few studies have done on the intergenerational relations of married women and their own parents in Japan. This study approaches the topic by examining coresidence and contact frequency between generations. The study expects the likelihood of living together (including living next door) and the extent of contact would differ by the characteristics of woman, her husband, children, her brothers and sisters, her own parents and parents-in-law. From the 2003 Survey for National Family Research in Japan, selected are 853 currently married women in their 30s and 40s whose parent and parents-in-law are alive. The analysis shows that the likelihood of living together with parents decreases as the number of brothers and sisters increases. In particular, the presence of brother substantially decreases the likelihood. Having father only alive (vs. having both parents alive) also increases the likelihood. The frequency of contact with parents is conditioned by the coresidence with parents-in-law. It also differs by the level of education and its gap between spouses. Subjective evaluation of husband's attitude toward her parents is important. As in the case of living together, the number of brothers and sisters and the survival status of parents are significant in explaining the frequency of contact with her parents. The results indicate that number of brothers and sisters as well as widowhood of parents serves as its demographic condition. The findings that the frequency of contact with parent are affected by coresidene with parents-in-law, education gap between spouses and husband's attitude toward her parents suggest that the relationship of married women with her own parents are conditioned by her husband and his parents.

The horro movie which was released in 2003, was a box office hit drawing audiences totaling 3,140,000 people. Then, there were partial opinions that it was difficult to understand the content of the movie. However, it was most favorably received in the horror movies which were released before and after 2003. The 4 main characters in the movie are a family. The family conflicts begin as the dad has an affair. Muhyeon(the dad)'s infidelity leads his wife to kill herself. The suicide of the wife and mom again leads Suyeon(the younger sister) to be dead. At this moment, Suyeon's death is related to Eunju(the step mom). Sumi(the older sister) is deeply hurt by the fact that Eunju left her younger sister's death after she was dead. But at the same time, she realizes that she is also related to Eunju's act. And she felt guilty about her younger sister's death. Eunju was also hurt by Sumi's biting remarks. However, she feels guilty about the fact that she made Suyeon be dead. Director Jiun Kim said in the interview when it was released, "this movie is about hurts and guilt among families." These hurts and guilt are expressed by horror images that imagination and reality are mixed. Hurts are expressed by virtual images and guilt is done by real images. This paper presented still pictures which explain the virtual and real images and examined what hurts and guilt mean. And it described the symbolic meanings of three media which cause conflicts among main characters.

This paper considers how Koreans found their positions in the complex, overlapping, disjunctive, and interconnected "Oriental" repertoires in the early Cold War years. When we use the term, Oriental, it should require careful translation from context to context because it may be subject to very different sets of contextual circumstances. Klein views Cold War Orientalism in the complex of various regions including East Asian and Southeast Asian countries; however, when Koreans are contextualized at the center of the discussion the Orientalism produces another discursive meaning. Even though many great researches have been done on Korean immigrations, Korean American literatures, and US-Korea economic, political, and foreign relations, not many discussions about Korean American popular cultures have been discussed in the basis of the Oriental discourse in the United States.For this argument, this paper investigates the performative trajectory of a girl group "Kim Sisters" who began to sing at the US military show stages in South Korea in 1952 during the Korean War. They moved to Las Vegas show stages in 1959 and later appeared in Ed Sullivan Show more than thirty times during the 1960s and 70s. Meanwhile, they not only returned to South Korea often times to perform at the stages for Korean audiences in South Korea but also played at the shows for Korean immigrants in the United States. Korean American immigration to the United States has followed a different route from the majority of Asian American population such as Chinese or Japanese Americans, which means that efforts to compare this particular group to the others may be unnecessary. Rather doing comparative studies, this paper, therefore, focuses on the formation of the intersecting and multiple identities of Korean female entertainers who were forced or forced themselves to be incorporated into the American popular "Oriental" imagination, which I would call "embedded" identities. This embeddedness has been continuously maintained in the configuration of Korean characters in the United States. This will help not only to observe the discursive aspect of Asian American identity politics but also to claim a space for comparatively invisible Korean characters in the United States which has been often times neglected and not brought into a major Asian American or Oriental historical discourse. This paper starts with American scenes at the beginning of the twentieth century to trace Americans Oriental imagination which was observable in the various American cultural landscape and popular music soundscape. It will help us more clearly understand the production and consumption of the Korean "Oriental" performances during the early Cold War period and especially the Korean performance in the American venue, silently overshadowed into the political, social, and cultural framework.

최근 국제적으로 다자간무역협정(FTA)이 진행되면서 세계무역 정세가 급변하고 있다. 국내에서는 내년 7월부터 사료 내 항생제 투입이 전면 금지되고, 또한 동물복지에 대한 관심 등이 높아지면서 향후 양계산업도 큰 변화가 예상되고 있다. 본고는 30여 년간 유럽에서 축산물 마케팅 산업에 참여해 온 Mr. Philip Wilkinson씨를 만나 영국을 비롯한 유럽의 양계산업을 들어보고 국내 양계산업이 나가야 할 방향을 짚어보았다.
