We investigated the haze and the surface roughness of textured Si substrates etched by $XeF_2$ etching system with the etching parameters of $XeF_2$ pressure, etching time, and etching cycle. Here the haze was obtained as a function of wavelength from the measured reflectance. The haze of textured Si substrates was strongly affected by the etching parameter of etching cycle. The surface roughness of textured Si substrates was calculated with the haze and the scalar scattering theory at the wavelength of 800 nm. Then, the surface roughness was compared with that measured by atomic force microscope. The surce roughness obtained by two methods was changed with the similar tendency n terms of $XeF_2$ etching conditions.

Effect of phenylpropanoids on Phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and phosphodiesterase (PDE) activities in the asthmatic lung tissue were studied in guinea pigs. Bronchial asthma were introduced by the challenge of aerosolized ovalbumin (OA) in the double-chambered plethysmograph at twenty one days after sensitization of OA in guinea pigs. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF) were taken by brochalveolar lavage with HEPES buffer. (omitted)

Phenylpropanoids(PP), C6-C3 compounds, are widely distributed in many plants. In this experiments, effect of PP on sheep red bood cells (sRBC)-induced delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) were studied in ICR male mice. SRBC were challenged by i.p. injection at two weeks after sensitization of Lp. injection of sRBC. Five days after the challenge of antigen, paw edema induced 24 hours after the last challenge by DTH, respectively. (omitted)

We have investigated the grating coupled surface plasmon resonance (GC-SPR) sensors using ZnO nano-grating structures to enhance the sensitivity of an SPR sensor. The GC-SPR sensors were analyzed using the finite-difference time-domain method. The optimum resonance angles of 49 degrees are obtained in the 150 nm wide grating structure with a period of 300 nm for the ZnO thickness of 30 nm. Then, the ZnO nano-grating patterns were fabricated by using laser interference lithography. The measured resonance angle of nano-grating patterns was around 49 degrees. Here, an enhanced evanescent field is obtained due to the surface plasmon on the edge of the bandgap when the ZnO grating structures are used to excite the surface palsmon.

이 논문은 주택 및 영세사업장의 모의설비 시스템을 구성하여 전기화재원인 분석 및 이상신호 검출이 가능한 하드웨어 개발과 소프트웨어 개발이 주목표이다. 이를 위하여 주택 및 영세사업장 현장실태 조사를 통하여 모의설비 시스템을 구성하고 개발된 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 정착하여 전압 및 전류에 대한 각각의 정상 및 이상신호를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 전기화재 신호 분석용 시스템을 통하여 전기화재 감지장치의 기준값 설정과 전기재해 취약장소에 설치하여 전기화재를 조기에 경보하여 국민의 인적 물적 재산상의 손실을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

We synthesized emissive materiaJs, nameJy $Zn(HPB)_2$. The fundamentaJ structures of the OLEDs were ITO / NPB (40 nm) $Zn(HPB)_2$ (40 nm) / $Alq_3$:DCJTB (20, 30, or 40 nm) / LiF / AI. We varied the thickness of $Alq_3$:DCJTB from 20 nm to 40nm. We measured current density-voJtage and luminance-voJtage characteristics at room temperature. When the thickness of the Alq3:DCJTB layer was 40 nm, white emission is achieved. The CIE coordinates are (0.32, 0.33) at an applied voltage of 14V.

The standard uncertainties of two different approaches using the same data set are compared and evaluated using an example of gravimetric standard gas preparation. It is shown that the correlation between input quantities should be taken into account for the proper evaluation of uncertainty resulting from random effects.
