초고성능컴퓨터를 활용하여 전통적인 병렬처리 기반의 계산과학을 비롯하여 AI, 빅데이터 등의 ICT 기반 연구를 수행할 수 있어야 한다는 수요가 증가하고 있다. 계산과학 연구의 다양성에 맞춰 컴퓨팅 연구환경을 제공하기 위하여 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서는 초고성능컴퓨터를 인프라로 활용하는 HPC 클라우드인 KI(KISTI Intelligent) Cloud를 개발하여 서비스하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 KI Cloud의 과금을 위한 기능의 설계 및 구현 현황을 기술하였다. 가상서버(VM) 기반의 서비스와 컨테이너 기반의 서비스의 사용량을 측정하기 위하여 Prometheus로 CPU의 사용량을 수집하여 과금 정책을 적용하고 있는 KI Cloud의 과금 기능에 대해서 살펴보도록 한다.

CD133 is one of the most important stem cell markers in solid cancers and Ki-67 is a marker that reflects cell proliferation. The relationships between the expression of CD133 and Ki-67 and prognosis in gastric carcinoma are unknown and need exploring. We examined 50 gastric cancer patients retrospectively in the Radiation Oncology Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Gazi University. CD133 and Ki-67 expression was examined using immunohistochemical staining. The survival rate in patients with CD133 positive expression was significantly worse than that in the patients with negative expression (p=0.04). Expression of CD133 had a positive correlation with that of Ki-67 (r=0.350; p=0.014). Multivariate analysis revealed that the expression of CD133 was an independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer (p=0.02). Conclusion, expression of CD133 may be a useful prognostic marker in gastric cancer.

Kisspeptins (KPs) encoded by the KiSS-1 gene are C-terminally amidated peptide products, including KP-10, KP-13, KP-14 and KP-54, which are endogenous agonists for the G-protein coupled receptor-54 (GPR54). Functional analyses have demonstrated fundamental roles of KiSS-1 in whole body homeostasis including sexual differentiation of brain, action on sex steroids and metabolic regulation of fertility essential for human puberty and maintenance of adult reproduction. In addition, intensive recent investigations have provided substantial evidence suggesting roles of Kisspeptin signalling via its receptor GPR54 in the suppression of metastasis with a variety of cancers. The present review highlights the latest studies regarding the role of Kisspeptins and the KiSS-1 gene in tumor progression and also suggests targeting the KiSS-1/GPR54 system may represent a novel therapeutic approach for cancers. Further investigations are essential to elucidate the complex pathways regulated by the Kisspeptins and how these pathways might be involved in the suppression of metastasis across a range of cancers.

Back pains include pain in one or both side costa portion and lateral abdomen. There are different kinds of flank-related disease such as intercostal nerve pain, chronic gastritis, duodenitis, herpes zoster, pepticulcer, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis and so on. Back pain arises from pathological abnormal activities. On the other hand psychogenic pains are caused by psychogenic factors without pathological abnormal activities. This is similar to KiWol back pain, which resulted from psychogenic factors like stress, anxiety, anger and etc. In oriental medicine, KiWol is the state of depression of Ki, and Shihosogansan used to treat the back pain diagnosed as stagnation of the liver Ki. So, we decided to apply Shihosogansan to a patient who suffered from back pain diagnosed as stagnation of the liver Ki. Therefore the patient treated with Shihosogansan and improved in consciousness symptoms, so we report it for the better treatment.

This study has been carried out to investigate the influences that Chiljung(七情) exert upon the liver system, and Spleen-Stomach functions. In oriental medicine regard stress as Chiljung(七情). No(怒), among the Chiljungs(七情) is a Shinji(神志) that the primary factors to develop the Kan(肝)s pathological process. The stress stimulates Hypothalamic Corticotpopin Releasing Center. This is why gastrin is more released than normal limit. It is caused disfunction of stomach. In result of No(怒), KanJuSoSeol(肝主疏泄)cannot do it's function. It results that KanKiBeomYi(肝氣犯胃) and KanKiSuingBi(肝氣乘脾) KanKiBeomYi caused to AiKi(曖氣), TanSan(呑酸), KanKiSuingBi caused to abdominal pain, diarrhea. In this point of view, It is important to take emotional stability, and escape from all this stress.

Objective & Methods : This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Cistanches Herba herbal-acupuncture (CH-HA) at KI10 (Umgok) on osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy in mice. The results were as follows; Results : CH-HA at KI10 significantly inhibited the overgrowth of tibia, the elevation of serum osteocalcin level, the reduction of tibial Ca and P level, the increase of tibial osteoclast like cells, the reduction of tibial TBV (trabecular bone volume), the overgrowth of tibial GPL (growth plate length) in ovariectomized mice. NP at KI10 significantly inhibited the reduction of BMD (bone mineral density) in ovariectomized mice, but CH-HA did not. Conclusion : Taken together, CH-HA at KI10 has a protective or therapeutic effect for osteoporosis in ovariectomized mice. Therefore, it is suggested that CH-HA may be an useful therapeutics in clinical filed after further researches.

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effect of thermal change on face, acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2). The room temperature adjust $26^{\circ}C$ making use of air-conditioner. Methods : A Clinical study was done on 20 males and females who didn't have any disease. We used IR-5000 to observe the effects of acupuncture at face temperature. Results : Acupuncturing Yon-gok(KI2), the special region on face falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=$28.1400{\pm}0.2603^{\circ}C$ to Avg.=$27.4910{\pm}0.2539^{\circ}C$ the special region on chest falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=$26.9450{\pm}0.2591^{\circ}C$ to Avg.=$26.8690{\pm}0.2519^{\circ}C$ These effects result at the stimulating 'Hwa' point, one of five-shu-point one in the meridian, Yon-gok (KI2) is one of 'Hwa'. the stimulating 'Hwa' is able to cure fever, headache, and pains. and it has ablility of controlling body temperature, specially, upper region of whole human body. Conclusions : In conclusion. Acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2) falls the temperature of region on face, Compared with the temperature of region on chest.

Shin-Ki-Hwan (Shen-Qi-Wan, SKH), Bo-Jung-Ik-Ki-Tang (Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang, BJIKT), and Sa-Mul-Tang (Si-Wu-Tang, SMT) have been used for various kinds of deficiency syndromes, such as 'yang', 'qi', and 'blood', respectively. The objects of this study were to determine the effects of water extracts of three different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), SKH, BJIKT, and SMT, on the anxiolytic activities in the elevated plus-maze test and to clarify the differences among 'yang', 'qi', and 'blood'. The water extracts of SKH, BJIKT, and SMT were orally administered to male SD rats, at 1.0 g/kg for 10 days. All rats were subjected to behavioral tests for the anxiolytic activity at 10 days. SKH, for the benefiting 'yang'agents, significantly increased the ratio of open arms entry to the total arms entry and time spent in the open arms (p<0.05), suggesting anxiolytic effect. However, both BJIKT and SMT decreased the ratio of open arms entry to the total arms entry and increased times spent in the closed arms (p<0.05). From these findings, it can be speculated that SKH only exhibits anxiolytic effect and that the different anxiolytic effects in the elevated plus-maze test may be come from the meanings of 'yang', 'qi', and 'blood'in oriental diagnostics though the cases are restricted.

Objectives : To examine the progression and presentation of King Jeongjo's Gyeok-ki(膈氣) symptoms during his reign. Methods : Based on recordings in the The Daily Records of Royal Secretariat of Joseon Dynasty related to Gyeok-ki(膈氣), characteristics of King Jeongjo's case was analyzed, then compared and examined against the political situation he was in. Results : During the 24 years of reign, King Jeongjo's Gyeok-ki(膈氣) developed in four stages; beginning stage with mild symptoms, intrinsic stage where it became the King's main disease, peak stage where symptoms intensified, and chronic stage where symptoms became rather manageable but the disease occurred regularly. Conclusions : From the year of accession to the year of death, King Jeongjo consistently complained of Gyeok-ki(膈氣), which seems to be strongly related to his family history and political situation.

Food safety is a fundamental requirement for consumers. Therefore, this study was aimed to determine the freshness of pork fillets based on freshness index (Ki value) analysis during storage. This study obtained a total of 24 pork fillets. This study was divided into 4℃ and -20℃ temperatures. Again, each temperature was divided into 4 different groups based on storage durations (15d). Each group was obtained in triplicate. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) value was significantly increased at 4℃ than the -20℃ storage with the duration of storage days. The levels of inosine-5'-phosphate (IMP) in pork fillets were significantly decreased at 4℃ and -20℃. Hypoxanthine (Hx) levels were significantly increased at 15 days than those at 0 days during storage at both temperatures (4℃ and -20℃). Subsequent freezing increased more inosine levels at -20℃ than storage at 4℃. The Ki values were increased during storage days at both temperatures, although after 15d storage, its values at 4℃ were significantly higher than those at -20℃. These results demonstrated that storage period and temperature might affect the freshness of pork fillets via lipid oxidation and nucleotide degradation. This study suggested that the Ki value will be the crucial indicator of measurement of freshness of stored pork fillets.
