한국전통식품의 국제마케팅 전략에 관한 연구 - 미국시장을 대상으로 - (A Study on International Marketing Strategies for Korean Traditional Food)

  • This paper aims to develop international marketing strategies for Korean traditional food and gives some implications to firms that are ready to invest in developed countries with Korean traditional food and to the government that needs to make a policy to support the food industry in international marketing. For this, we researched data and studied domestic and international cases. Also, we extracted two common factors(namely product factor and image factor) through fourteen variables by factor analysis and tested whether both factors significantly influence on the success of international marketing(favorable impression). As a results, we found several key success factors(KSF), including both factors mentioned above and developed international marketing strategies for Korean traditional food reflecting these key success factors.

한국 인터넷 벤처기업의 주요 성공요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Validation of Critical Success Factors on Organizational Performance in Korean Internet Venture)

  • This study establishes key success Predictors of internet venture enterprises in Korea. The five factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, industrial level, enterprise strategy, organizational capability, and resource procurement by distinguishing between its components and determinants. Organizational performance indicators were derived from the previous studies classifying by financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator using by recent evaluation method as BSC (Balanced Scorecard). We then examine the impact of critical success factors on the internet venture performance. Hypotheses on five factors of internet venture were tested for 103 organizations. Results indicate that critical success factors may serve as key predictors. Organizational strategy and resource capability was found to be positively influenced on both financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator while entrepreneurship, industrial level and organizational capability positively affected only non-financial performance indicator.

  • Every construction project expects a success. In order to attain success for every project involved, issues that are related to the success of a construction project must be identified. This paper identifies those key factors, which contribute to the success of construction projects. The main factors crucial to project success were identified from a literature review and through a questionnaire survey administered to local contractors. A follow-up interview was conducted to validate the first survey and to evaluate the perception of the local contractors. An Analytical Hierarchy Model was used to obtain the final Critical Success Factors. The identification of the critical factors related to the success of construction projects will contribute to the achievement of a particular objective which will accomplish the success of the project. Aspects that affect the success of the project are the project characteristic, contractual arrangement, parties involved in a construction project and finally, and the aspect of the project interactive processes.

Identifying success factors in inter-Korean cooperation projects: the World Vision "Seed Potato Project"

  • During the 1990s, North Korea suffered from severe economic hardships in the aftermath of the collapse of the Soviet bloc and massive floods; North Korea is still has not escaped this suffering. South Korea has pursued various inter-Korean cooperation projects to help North Korea open and develop its economy; however, there are limited successful cases for improvement in North Korea. It is imperative to define a long-term strategy through analysis of key success factors for inter-Korean cooperation in order to develop more successful cases of inter-Korean cooperation; however, limited studies have been conducted to analyze successful inter-Korean cooperation projects. This study selects the "Seed Potato Project" (implemented by the World Vision) as a successful case to be analyzed and identifies key success factors for inter-Korean cooperation. As illustrated in previous studies, the results of the analysis of success factors of a "Seed Potato Project" from a trust-building perspective has revealed that this project follows key success factors like openness, integrity, consistency, and benevolence. In the last section of this report, this study also presents important policy implications to develop future successful cases for inter-Korean cooperation.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the criteria of measuring project performance in order to attain construction excellence. Previous researchers have examined the abstract concept of success for general new construction and identified its relationship with the factors of success. In fact, most buildings exist to satisfy the needs of people. With the passing of time and change in technology, buildings have to be maintained and renovated in order to continue functioning properly for the benefits of users. Therefore, criteria and factors of success have increasingly attracted the attention of both researchers and practitioners, especially in cities where buildings become ageing. However, the topic of project success for maintenance projects is less discussed in previous research, and project participants, including maintenance surveyors should be able to identify the success measurement and its associated factors for performance improvement. This study fills the research gap by investigating the criteria and factors of success for maintenance projects. It first provides a summary of the literature review on the criteria and factors of success for construction projects. An empirical study has also been carried out with ten practitioners in Hong Kong to further identify the criteria and factors critical for the success of maintenance projects in practice. While most criteria and factors of success for new construction projects are also applicable to maintenance projects, participants in maintenance projects believe that effective communication is in particular important to provide quality service to the end-users.

한국 차량공유사업의 성공요인 사례분석 (The Case Study on the Success Factors of Korean Car Sharing Business)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국의 카셰어링 기업(쏘카, 그린카)의 핵심성공요인을 분석하고, 한국의 특수한 경제, 규제 환경 속에서 형성된 공유경제 서비스의 성장과 관련하여 자동차 제조사의 대응전략을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 쏘카와 그린카 모두 창업기에는 '적시의 시장 진입', 초기 성장기에는 '외부자원의 활용'이 핵심성공요인으로 파악되었다. 고도성장기의 핵심성공요인은 두 회사의 사업방향의 차이에 따라 각기 다르게 나타났다. 독립 벤처기업으로 B2C 사업으로 외형성장에 집중한 쏘카는 '고객밀착형 마케팅'과 '충분한 자본조달'이, 대기업 계열사로 편입되어 내부 자원활용에 집중한 그린카는 '진입전략(B2B시장 확대)'이 핵심성공요인으로 파악되었다. 고도성장기의 공통적 핵심성공요인으로 '외부자원의 활용'과 '대기업과의 공생'으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 분석한 현대자동차그룹의 카셰어링 대응 전략은 크게 협력, 투자 그리고 직접운영(딜카)의 형태로 나타났다. 대응전략의 목적은 단기적으로는 카셰어링 서비스 업체와의 협업을 통한 테스트베드 운영 등으로 나타났고, 중/장기적인 관점에서는 이용자 데이터 수집, 이를 통한 신규 모빌리티 서비스 기획 등과 함께 미래의 자율주행 모빌리티 서비스 시장 선점이 중요한 목적으로 파악되었다.

예비 청년창업가들의 핵심성공요인 인식에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory study on Perceived Critical Sucess Factors for Young Entrepreneurs in the Early Startup Stage)

  • 본 연구는 국내 예비 청년창업가들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인과 영향요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 창업 성공요인에 대한 기존 연구들은 첨단 기술업종에 초점을 두거나 이미 창업하여 생존에 성공한 창업가들을 대상으로 성공요인을 회고적으로 살펴보는 것을 대부분이다. 그러나, 전반적으로 경력과 사회적 경험이 부족한 창업준비단계의 예비 청년창업가들의 입장에서는 당면한 창업준비과정상의 어려움을 극복하고 미래 성공요인에 대해 이미 창업한 기업가들과 다른 입장을 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적인 청년창업가 905명의 예비 청년창업가들을 대상으로 이들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인과 영향요인을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 국내 예비 청년창엄가들이 인식하는 핵심성공요인들은 다양한 요인들이 제시되고 있으며, 예비 창업가들의 특성에 따라 중요하게 생각하는 성공요인들이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 우수인력확보를 중요하게 여기는 경우는 20대, 남성, 공동창업 및 기술연관성이 낮은 경우이다. 반면 30대, 단독 또는 소수창업, 이전 사업연관성이 높고 창업준비기간이 긴 경우에는 창업자 역량을 중효하게 인식하였다. 또한 판로개척 및 철저한 사전준비를 중요하게 생각하는 예비 청년창업가들의 영향요인들은 다른 모습을 보이고 있다. 자금조달 능력은 유의한 핵심성공요인으로 나타나지 않는 특성도 나타나고 있다. 주요 연구결과를 바탕으로 청년창업가 육성을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

A Study of Anime's Success Factors in USA and Its Suggestions

  • Anime is very popular in Japan, it has also gained a following in America and is beginning to hit the mainstream. Anime is gaining popularity in the United States as it is shown more on television, most noticeably on the Sci-Fi Channel with shows such as Saturday Anime and during Anime Week and on Cartoon Network with shows such as Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z being shown every weekday during the Toonami block. In this paper, I present the key factors behind the success of anime in USA. To find out the factors, I research literature and simple survey. The differences of anime from us animation make anime popular. Anime-related goods such as video games, trading cards, and characters' jewelry aid the anime growing popularity. A booming trend in admiration for Japan is one of the key factors behind anime's success. In spite of disputing about Japanese animation, anime is starting to have some influence on US animation and also young American. Anime's success factors in USA could suggest that Korean Manhwa and Korean animation have to prepare strategies for rising popularity in oversea.
