강원지역에서 사육되는 소의 내부기생충 감염실태조사 (Prevalence of internal parasites in housed cattle farms in Gangwon-do)

  • Parasites cause great economic loss in livestock in Korea, and can be categorized as either or indirect losses. In order to monitor the parasites from October 2005 to January 2006, 401 samples were randomly collected from cattle farms and examined the prevalence of gastro-intestinal (GI) parasites by using the sucrose flotation method and formalin-ether centrifugation method. The overall infection rate of GI parasites was about 43.4%. Of these parasites, nematodes were identified as Capillaria bovis (5.5%), Strongyloides papillosus (2.5%), Trichuris discolor (1.2%). Cestoda was observed only one species, Moniezia benedeni (2.2%). The rate of Eimeria spp was 39.2%. A total of five species of Eimeria was identified; among the species identified as above E bovis and E zuernii appeared with relatively higher infection rates. The combined infection of parasites was 35.2% in single species, 29.0% in double and 2.0% in triple infections. No cases of clinical symptoms were observed in this survey. The EPG levels of each species of parasites were very low in all infected cases.

강원도산(江原道産) 참나무과(科) 4 수종(樹種)의 추정건조(推定乾燥)스케쥴 (The estimated drying schedule of Fagaceae four species grown in Kangwon-Do)

  • 강원도산(江原道産) 참나무과(科) 4수종(樹種)의 건조특성(乾燥特性)을 파악코져 $100^{\circ}C$에서 급속건조(急速乾燥)를 실시하여 건조중(乾燥中) 함수율(含水率)과 건조경과(乾燥經過), 초기할렬(初期割裂)(목구할렬(목구할렬(木口割裂))과 표면할렬(表面割裂)), 찌그러짐, 내부할렬(內部割裂) 등의 건조결함(乾燥缺陷)을 조사(調査)하여 추정건조(推定乾燥)스케쥴을 작성(作成)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 건조시간별(乾燥時間別) 건조중(乾燥中) 함수율(含水率)은 초기함수율(初期含水率)이 높은 판재(板材)일수록 급속(急速)한 곡선적(曲線的) 감소(減少)를 나타내었고 건조소요시간(乾燥所要時間)이 길었으며 굴참나무가 건조중(乾燥中) 할렬(割裂)의 발생량(發生量)이 가장 크게 나타났으며 구해진 추정건조(推定乾燥)스케쥴은 $T_5-C_2$였다. 또한 모든 수종(樹種)의 목리방향별(木理方向別) 수축율(收縮率)은 접선방향(接線方向)(T) > 방사방향(放射方向)(R) > 섬유방향(纖維方向)(L)의 순위(順位)였으며 급속건조법(急速乾燥法)에 의한 수축율(收縮率)이 정상적인 수축율(收縮率)보다 크게 나타났다.

The Analysis on Forest Fire Occurrence Characteristics by Regional Area in Korea from 1990 to 2014 Year

  • Understanding regional characteristics in forest fire occurrence is important to establish effective forest fire prevention policy in Korea. This study analyzed the characteristics of forest fires occurred in 16 administrative districts for recent 25 years (1990~2014) to examine regional characteristics in forest fire occurrence. Forest fire occurrence reflects regional characteristics depending on climatic factors as well as region's society-cultural factors. Results showed that the first cause of forest fire occurrence was carelessness by human activities throughout all administrative districts, however, the second cause depends on regional characteristics. As the results of forest fire occurrence period analyzed for 10 days, the most forest fires occurred in the southern region during January to March, while forest fires in the northern region occurred mostly during March to April. We classified forest fire occurrence patterns into three types (centralized: Gyeonggi-do, dispersal: Busan, horizontally distributed: Gyeongsangnam-do) by multi-temporal analysis for forest fire occurrence period.

강원도 치유의 숲 조성 기본계획 수립에 관한 연구 (A Case Study on the Healing Forest Development Plan of Kangwon Province)

  • This study carried out to establish a master plan about healing forest in Gangwon-do focusing on healing road and visitor center. The site of this study was approximately 721 ha of mountain in Imgye-myeon, Gangwon-do, and the master plan was established through analysis of humanities-social and natural environments. The healing forest was developed 6 healing trails(10.5 km), devided by 3 steps, and each healing trail was designed to make rest area, wooden bridge, and open space. Also, visitor center, the core place of healing forest, was devided to several spaces as health measurement room, AV room, etc. and was planed for audio-visual education room for visitors.

강원도(江原道) 자연휴양림(自然休養林) 프로그램의 방향(方向) 모색(摸索) (New Perspective of Forest Recreation Program in Gangwon-do)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 내 자연휴양림의 프로그램의 현황을 파악하여 향후 자연휴양림의 발전 방향을 모색하고자 실시하였다. 2003년 현재 강원도는 19개소의 자연휴양림(국유림 11 개소, 공유림 4개소, 사유림 4개소)을 조성 운영하고 있으며, 현행 시행되고 있는 프로그램으로는 숲해설, 산악자전거, 산악 마라톤, 산악스키, 숲속 음악회, 숲교실 등이 시행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 강원도 자연휴양림 프로그램의 새로운 방향을 위해서 문화 복지 교육 프로그램을 축으로 하여 발전 방향을 모색하였다. 문화 프로그램으로는 "전통가옥체험 프로그램", "오지체험 프로그램", "산촌 특산물 프로그램"을 구상하였으며, 복지 프로그램은 "노인복지프로그램"과 "장애인 복지 프로그램"을, 교육프로그램으로는 "숲속의 지구촌 교류" 프로그램 조성과 "인성교육 프로그램"을 제시하였다. 앞으로 주 5일 근무제 도입으로 휴양수요가 대폭적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되므로 관광 강원도의 이미지를 부각시키기 위해서 자연휴양림의 지속적인 관심과 다양한 프로그램 개발이 더욱 증진되어야 할 것이다.

  • Korean L. leiolepis of the genus Leontopodium could be discriminate from the foreign L. alpinum using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Among the 12 URP markers used for the detection, the URP-5 marker and the URP-7 marker detected polymorphic DNA bands, ranging from 400-1000 bp in the size of amplified DNA fragments.

  • This paper has developed the power line interphone system with the amplitude modulation technique. We described the Amplitude modulation and demodulation circuit and the line coupler for the implementation of the power line interphone. and suggested the experimental result for the signal attenuation, demodulated signal, spectrum.
