강진 UPFC 고장 실적 분석 (The analysis of troubleshooting in Kangjin UPFC)

  • 한국전력공사에서는 전압원 인버터형 FACTS 기기인 UPFC를 전남 강진군 강진변전소에 설치(2003. 5. 23준공) 운전하였다. 강진 UPFC는 한전과 (주)효성이 공동으로 투자하고, 지멘스와의 기술제휴를 통해 개발하였으며, 40MVA 병렬인버터, 40MVA 직렬인버터로 구성되어 총 80MVA 용량이다. 준공이후 2년여에 걸친 운전으로, 강진 UPFC의 고장정지는 현저히 줄었다. 본 논문에서는 강진 UPFC의 주요 이벤트, 고장해소 및 설비의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 대응 조치들에 대해 정리하였다.

A FAMILY OF EXPLICIT WARING DECOMPOSITIONS OF A POLYNOMIAL

  • In this paper we settle some polynomial identity which provides a family of explicit Waring decompositions of any monomial Xa00 Xa11··· Xann over a field k. This gives an upper bound for the Waring rank of a given monomial and naturally leads to an explicit Waring decomposition of any homogeneous form and, eventually, of any polynomial via (de)homogenization. Note that such decomposition is very useful in many applications dealing with polynomial computations, symmetric tensor problems and so on. We discuss some computational aspect of our result as comparing with other known methods and also present a computer implementation for potential use in the end.

  • 강진 무위사의 벽화보존각내에 보존된 벽화를 비파괴진단하기 위해 초음파탐사와 열적외선 조사를 실시하였다. 벽체의 진흙은 gravel 1.78 g, sand 5.39 g, silt 4.91 g, clay 6.26 g 이다. 조사된 8개 벽화의 초음파 속도 평균은 보살도(No.5)<관음보살도(No.5)<보살도(No.14)<주악비천도(No.20)<주악비천도(No.17)<오불도(No.3)<삼존도(No.1)<아미타내영도(No.2)로 순서이고 범위는 $71.63\sim3610.11m/s$, 평균 417.44m/s이며 일축압축강도 $70.34\sim533.28kg/cm^2$, 평균 $84.23kg/cm^2$이다. 신선한 진흙벽체의 초음파 속도는 약 850m/s를 내외하고 800 m/s이하의 속도가 나타나는 곳은 최초 발생한 미세균열이 확장되어 물성이 저하된 것으로 예상된다. 600 m/s내외에서는 한 화면에서 물성저하 또는 물성편차가 현저해 질 수 있다. 400m/s 내외의 속도는 진흙벽체가 서서히 압축되어 견고하게 느껴지나 물성은 취약하며 진흙벽체에 입상분해가 발생하기 쉬운 상태는 200 m/s이하의 속도를 나타내었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 천연가스의 탄화수소 이슬점과 물 이슬점을 계산하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 임계압력 근방까지 탄화수소 이슬점이 계산되도록 발산 방지 로직을 고안하였고 물 이슬점의 대해서는, 상용프로그램과 달리 탄화수소 이슬점 이하에서도 이슬점이 계산될 수 있도록 로직을 개발하였다. 그리고 계산결과는 국외 상용프로그램 및 ISO와 비교하였으며 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

천연가스 주요 물성 간의 상관식 (Correlations between the Important Physical Properties of Natural Gas)

  • 본 연구에서는 천연가스와 관련된 정보 중 쉽게 구할 수 있는 발열량이나 비중만으로 비중(또는 발열량), 압축인자, 밀도 등을 계산할 수 있는 5가지 상관식을 도출하고자 하였다. 상관식 도출에 필요한 충분한 수의 기초 데이터를 생성하기 위해 SGERG 상태방정식을 발열량식으로 변형하여 사용하였고, 이렇게 생성된 데이터를 기초로 5가지 상관식을 도출하고 불확도를 평가하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 조건에서 상관식의 불확도가 0.1% 근방으로 나타나 천연가스 업계와 학계에서 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

  • College is a component of local community, which is not separated from the community, seeks the local development through the extension of opportunity for the local students to enter higher schools, improvement of local culture and environment, extension of production education, research on local community, supply of side job manpower and lecture attendance system and affects the local community with the increase of young population. It is found that after the College is founded in the research area, the whole image of physical and psychological evolution of College according to the change factors like the change of use of neighboring regions and business items is relatively active, has the connection to the region and shows the strong continuous image. Accordingly, College must seek the mutually organic relationship which local community and be a foundation for the local development by leading to the formation of neighboring region around campus.

전남지역 출생 의례복식의 현지조사 고찰 (A Study on the Ritual Clothing in Birth around Chonnam Area)

  • In Anthropology, ceremonies which human should pass in lives are difined as ‘Rites of Passage’. Each Rite has its own Clothing style, which is little different from general Clothing in shape, composition, color, meaning, etc. This Study shows composition and characters on Birth Ceremony Clothing through Documents and Survey around Chonnam Area. Survey Area is subdivided into 3 parts : Koksung(A Basin of Sumjin River-Eastern Area of Chonnam), Na-ju( A Basin of Yeongsan River-Western Area of Chonnam), and Kangjin(Southern Area of Chonnam). This Study analyses characters on Baenaet Jogori, 100th-day Clothing and First-birthday Clothing in Chonnam Area. In case of Baenaet Jogori, its shape in Survey is similiar to that of documents. In case of 100th-day Clothing, New Jogori and Baji have been made usually. First-Birthday(called “Dol”) Clothing shows difference between male and female infant. Male clothing consists of Pungcha Baji, Jokki, Magoja, Doltti while Female clothing consists of Pungcha Baji, Chima, Jumoni, and Doltti. In making of infant Clothing, 5-colors(Blue. Red, Yellow, White, Black) which consists of basic color in the Theory of the cosmic dual forces and Shape of Letters such as 壽ㆍ福ㆍ亞ㆍ卍 are used usually. This kind of colors and Shape of letters symbolize longevity and fortune. As a result of study, I find what Ritual Clothing in Birth has many symbolic meaning which reflects life-style culture. This study lay meaning on that deals infant clothings as a kind of Ritual Clothing.

Corbicula fluminea (Bivalvia: Corbiculidae): a possible second molluscan intermediate host of Echinostoma cinetorchis (Trematoda: Echinostomatidae) in Korea

  • More than 1,500 clams of Corbicula fluminea, the most favorable food source of freshwater bivalves in Korea, were collected from 5 localities to examine cercarial and metacercarial infection with Echinostoma cinetorchis. Although 3 clams infected with suspicious E. cinetorchis metacercariae out of 200 specimens collected at Kangjin, Chollanam-do were detected, no cercarial and metacercarial infections with E. cinetorchis were observed in field-collected Corbicula specimens. In the susceptibility experiments with laboratory-reared clams, those infected with miracidia of E. cinetorchis did not release their cercariae up to 60 days after infection. To confirm the identity of second intermediate host of E. cinetorchis experimentally, a total of 30 clams were exposed to the cercariae from Segmentina hemisphaerula that had been infected with miracidia of E. cinetorchis. The clams were susceptible to cercariae of E. cinetorchis with an infection rate of 93.3%. Metacercariae from clams taken more than 7 days after cercarial exposure were fed to rats (S/D strain), and adult worms of E. cinetorchis, characterized by 37-38 collar spines on the head crown, were recovered from the ileocecal regions. This is the first report of C. fluminea as a possible second intermediate host of E. cinetorchis.

농촌지역 관광자원 개발방향에 관한 연구: 청송, 공주, 강진지역을 사례로 (A Study on Development Directions of the Touristic Resources in Korean Rural Regions - A Case Study of Cheonsong, Kongju and Kangjin Rural Regions -)

  • The relative difference between Korean rural region and urban region has increased by the rapid urbanization and industrialization since 1960. Therefore it will be important to raise the income of the people living in rural region. So the Korean government established the collective side job area and rural industrial area for the increasing of the non-agricultural income. For this, the touristic resources development is also the another important means of the rural region development. So the purpose of this thesis exists in the presentation of the direction of the touristic resources development in rural region. For this purpose, three representative regions among the Korean rural regions were selected and the case study was accomplished. In this way the rough direction of the touristic resources development in rural region has presented The direction of the development and the conclusion were as follows : 1)Planners must establish the planning with the vision and demand of future than percent condition. 2)Because the urbanization is continued incessantly, the rural region is developed to be the space of resort. 3)The touristic resources development in rural region is contributed to the regional development through the raising interaction of the touristic resources. 4)The rural region is developed to be the space of the Korean rural tradition 5)The grassland os constructed in the mountenous land and the landscape of the Korean national land is changed to be the picturesque landscape. 6)The construction of the traditional artistic products is accomplished to increase the income of the people in rural region.

Determination of Germination Quality of Cucumber (Cucumis Sativus) Seed by LED-Induced Hyperspectral Reflectance Imaging

  • Purpose: We developed a viability evaluation method for cucumber (Cucumis sativus) seed using hyperspectral reflectance imaging. Methods: Reflectance spectra of cucumber seeds in the 400 to 1000 nm range were collected from hyperspectral reflectance images obtained using blue, green, and red LED illumination. A partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was developed to predict viable and non-viable seeds. Various ranges of spectra induced by four types of LEDs (Blue, Green, Red, and RGB) were investigated to develop the classification models. Results: PLS-DA models for spectra in the 600 to 700 nm range showed 98.5% discrimination accuracy for both viable and non-viable seeds. Using images based on the PLS-DA model, the discrimination accuracy for viable and non-viable seeds was 100% and 99%, respectively Conclusions: Hyperspectral reflectance images made using LED light can be used to select high quality cucumber seeds.
