국제 무역의 활성화와, 운송수단의 기술적 발전은 국가 간 교역을 증대시키게 되었다. 특히 해상 무역 물동량의 증가는 국제항을 다양한 재화 및 여객 소통의 중심으로 만들었고, 경제적 관문으로써의 중요성이 높아지고 있으며 점차 국가 주요 기반 시설로 자리 잡고 있다. 즉, 원활한 교역을 위한 물류 효율화 달성과 안전한 항만 운영을 위한 보안 제도 강화의 필요성이 증대됨에 따라, 이를 효과적으로 관리 유지할 필요가 있게 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 자동화 고부가가치 서비스가 가능한 정보 중심의 u-Port(Ubiquitous Port)를 국가 전략적 차원에서 육성한 대한민국 사례를 기반으로 효율적인 항만물류를 위한 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있도록 해운물류표준화 기구인 IMO(International Maritime Organization)에 선진 사례로 소개하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. u-Port는 수출입 화물 관리가 용이하며 항만 보안을 강화하는 등 항만 업무 효율화를 제공할 수 있다는 장점으로 향후 개발도상국 또는 후진국의 항만 업무 생산성 및 투명성을 높일 수 있는 기반을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

Pilotage & Tugs Assistance Service in Korean e-Navigation provides port monitoring which presents features of port by utilizing dynamic and static information of vessel, weather data, water way information and etc. It also supports process related to pilotage and tugs according to each user types. This study suggests how this services can be utilized after practicalization and describes expectation from applying this utilization. The Pilotage & Tugs Assistance Service is expected to be platform for Pilotage & Tug by further research and development.

점차 종이 서류 기반의 전자거래 방식에서 전자적 메시지를 통한 전자거래 방식으로 업무가 처리되고 있다. 그러나 업무의 특성 상 여전히 종이 서류로 처리해야 하는 경우가 존재하고 있다. 즉 전자 문서를 통해 데이터를 수신받았다 할 지라도 증빙을 위해 사용자는 이와 별도로 종이 서식 문서를 제출해야만 한다. 이에 국제 표준화 기구인 UN/CEFACT은 paperless transaction을 위해 UNeDocs를 제안하였고 종이 서식으로 유통되는 여러 업무에 대해 전자적인 서식 데이터를 정의하고 있다. UNeDocs 기반의 전자 서식 데이터는 데이터 뿐만 아니라 서식 정보까지 포함하고 있으며 이를 바로 출력할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이로서 이중으로 데이터를 생성할 필요가 없고 표준화된 데이터가 교환됨으로 인해 사용의 편이성을 제공하고 확장성을 보장할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 UNeDocs 기반의 데이터 모델을 UN/CEFACT에서 권고하는 방식으로 정의하고 정의된 데이터 모델을 기반으로 다양한 형태로 변환할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 설계된 시스템을 통해 입력 데이터를 UNeDocs 기반의 데이터로 변환할 수 있게 됨으로 e-비즈니스에서의 paperless transaction을 지원할 수 있게 된다.

최근 들어 온톨로지(ontology), 시소러스(thesaurus) 등과 함께 주목받고 있는 Princeton 대학의 워드넷(WordNet, 이하 PWN) 은 자연어 처리(NLP)와 관련하여 대안을 제시할 수 있는 어휘의미망(lexico-semantic network)이다. 또한 PWN을 기반으로 상이한 개별어 어휘의미망 구축이 여러 차례 시도되었고, 현재도 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 간접 구축 방식에 의한 어휘의미망 구축 시 요구되는 정제(refinement) 방식들을 검토하고, 이를 한국어 명사 어휘의미망(KL)에 적용하여 정확도 검증 방법의 한 대안으로 제시하였다. 또한 보다 정교한 정제 방법의 모색과 고찰은 향후 과제로 삼고자 한다.

As domestic logistics environment has changed into global logistics, various logistics parties are participating in processing logistics business. Goods is packed into container and delivered to consignee in steps. The goods may be damaged or lost since it has not directly delivered to consignee by single entity during the delivery process. Therefore, all parties want to know the flow of export/import cargos. However, it is very difficult to follow cargo flow consistently delivered from consignor to consignee. Because cargo flow does not be matched up information flow and information systems are based on neither standard business processes nor standard data, which makes it very difficult to associate logistics data among various logistic parties. This paper performs business process modeling for cargo tracking with international standard modeling methodology released by UN/CEFACT. And then, the standard data is defined for cargo tracking business process of unified and integrated business collaboration. The resulting business process model and data model will support international interoperability.

스마트폰 기술이 항만물류 산업에도 혁신적 변화를 일으키고 있다. 2010년 국토해양부는 '유무선 통합 Smart-Port' 정책을 발표하고 스마트폰과 Wibro, 3G, Wifi 등 통신망을 이용한 항만물류서비스를 통하여 항만자동화와 효율성 제고를 꾀하겠다는 계획을 발표하고 실행에 박차를 가하고 있다. 국내 항만물류 분야에서는 국토해양부의 정책에 발맞추어 다양한 형태의 항만물류 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 항만물류 분야에서 도입, 사용되고 있는 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 애플리케이션 사례를 분석하고, 활성화방안을 제시하였다.

사업 영역 확대와 네트워크 발달로 인해 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)는 점차 국제적 환경으로 확대되고 있으며, 장소나 시간에 구애받지 알고 정보를 전송할 수 있게 되었다. 거래되는 업무가 증가됨에 따라 거래내용, 결제 내용(계좌번호, 카드번호 등), 비밀번호 등 교환되는 정보의 종류도 다양해져 보안의 중요성이 대두되었다. 이에 데이터 사용 효율과 응용 가능성을 높이기 위해 차세대 인터넷 표준으로 대두되고 있는 XML을 메시지 처리 단위로 정의하고, XML 기반의 인터넷 메시징 시스템인 IMSX (Internet Messaging System based on XML)을 설계하였으며, 보안 위협으로부터 대응하기 위해 암호화(Encryption)와 전자서명(Digital Signature) 등의 메시지 레벨의 응용 보안을 적용하였다. 또한 문서 송신, 문서 수신, 검색, 문서 변환, 템플릿(Template) 제공, 보안 서비스 등을 선정하여 구현하였다.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.
