  • 실시간 대중교통 종합 환승정보(TAGO)시스템은 대중교통 이용자 중심의 서비스제공을 목적으로 교통 수단간 환승 정보를 제공하고 있다. TAGO는 항공, 철도, 버스(시외/시내/고속), 지하철 등 대중교통 뿐 아니라 자가용, 자전거 이용자의 환승을 고려한 정적/동적 운행정보, 소통 정보를 연계하여 통합하고, 네비게이션 서비스, 지역정보 서비스, 돌발 상황, 날씨 정보, 통계 정보를 인터넷 TAGO 홈페이지(www.tago.go,kr)와 환승 지점에서의 현장안내장비(Kiosk, PDP)를 통해 제공하고 있다. 현재 TAGO는 3차 사업이 진행 중이며 전국 단위 장거리 교통수단과 지역내 단거리 교통수단의 교통정보를 연계하여 효율적인 환승정보를 제공하여 대중교통 이용 활성화에 기여하고 있다. 미래의 TAGO 시스템은 유비쿼터스 시대의 신개념 교통정보 제공을 위한 확장성을 고려하여 서비스 범위를 확대하며, 다양한 매체를 통해 전국 어느곳에서든 출발지부터 목적지까지 교통수단의 선택, 경로안내, 환승정보, 지역정보 등을 제공할 계획이다.

  • 유비쿼터스 개념의 등장으로 사용자가 언제 어디서도 자신이 필요로 하는 서비스를 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 환경을 구축하기 위한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 같은 유비쿼터스 환경의 서비스들의 대부분은 장소, 사물, 사람 등과 같은 물리공간의 개체가 가상공간인 서비스공간에 표현됨으로써 생성되고 사용자가 이를 통해 물리개체의 정보 및 그 개체에서 제공하는 기능을 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 하는 방향으로 연구 개발되고 있다. 하지만 유용한 서비스를 많이 만드는 것만으로 유비쿼터스 환경 구축되는 것은 아니다. 사용자를 위한 각종 서비스 수의 급격한 증가는 오히려 서비스 사용자나 제공/관리자가 이를 이용하고 관리하는데 혼란을 초래할 수 있다. 이를 방지하기위해서 사용자는 자신의 상황에 따라 유용하고 가용한 서비스를 선택적으로 제공받아 이용할 수 있어야 한다. 우리는 이런 이슈에 대한 해결 방안으로 "local area"에 존재하는 유비쿼터스 서비스를 효과적으로 지원하고 사용자가 이를 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 Personal Kiosk (PK) 시스템 및 기반구조를 설계 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 local area PK 환경을 구축에 필요한 세부 이슈 중 특정 사용자의 환경정보를 기반으로 유용한 정보를 선택하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 기반으로 구현한 PK 시스템 및 기반구조를 소개한다.

  • In this paper, we introduce non-touch style interface system technology without any touch style controlling mechanism, which is called as "Air-interface". To develop this system, we used the full reflection principle of infrared (IR) light and then user's hand is separated from the background with the obtained image at every frame. The segmented hand region at every frame is used as input data for an hand-motion recognition module, and the hand-motion recognition module performs a suitable control event that has been mapped into the specified hand-motion through verifying the hand-motion. In this paper, we introduce some developed and suggested methods for image processing and hand-motion recognition. The developed air-touch technology will be very useful for advertizement panel, entertainment presentation system, kiosk system and so many applications.

  • Airlines are promoting self-service based technology by introducing mobile check-in, Kiosk and self-back drop systems, which will help customer satisfaction and efficiency. This study is about the usage intension to use Technology-based Airline Self-Service, the purpose of this study is to examine the key variables affecting Unified Theory of Acceptance (UTAUT2) in using Technology-based Airline Self-Service. According to the results of the ANOVA, there was a significant difference among the groups according to the experience of the self-service device. And analysis results using Structural Equation Model(SEM) was suggested that the performance expectation and hedonic motive of UTAUT2 model were found to have significant influence on initial trust. Also, initial trust affects the intention to use. There are some moderating effects on the structural equation by groups according to the experience of the self-service device. This research has significance in that it can help establish a marketing strategy of airlines to expand the self-service based on the airline technology.

  • Recent healthcare environments have characteristics of expanding the scope of healthcare-impacting healthcare, complexity resulting from diversification of components, and accelerating the pace of change. Drugs are used for the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of diseases, so they can inevitably cause harm, while they have efficacy and effectiveness, which are key elements of health recovery. Therefore, many countries regulate permits for safe and effective medicines, and also designate essential drugs directly related to life as pay targets and guarantee health insurance. Especially Pharmacist relying on manpower for composition medicine is liable for mal-manufacture due to combination of toxic medical substances or other chemical usage. In this paper, we focus on using Kiosk and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for automated pharmacy to level up medical service and create labor friendly environment for pharmacist themselves through maintenance of prescription data and automated manufacturing solution. Presentation of drug substances and precautions will lead to efficient drug prescription and prevent misuse of information while auto manufacturing system efficiently maintain labor force and raise patient satisfaction level by reduction of waiting time.

Factors Influencing Post-Adoption Resistance to Self-Order Kiosks at Fast-Food Restaurants: A Focus on the New-Silver Generation

  • Due to the phenomenon of aging, a new consumer segment known as the "new-silver generation" is emerging. Unlike the previous silver generation, this generation possesses significant economic power and consuming willingness, attracting attention from consumer goods companies. However, both the new-silver generation and the elderly face challenges in adopting contactless or self-service technologies such as self-order kiosks, resulting in negative reactions. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the attitude and response of the newsilver generation towards kiosks, as well as the factors influencing their resistance to such technology. By applying theoretical perspectives from the innovation resistance model, technostress theory, and the value-based model, this study identifies influencing factors for innovation resistance among the new-silver generation when using contactless technologies implemented in fast-food restaurants. The findings indicate that a lower awareness of new technologies and services corresponds to decreased adoption resistance, while a higher perceived value leads to more positive behaviors and attitudes among the new-silver generation utilizing kiosks at fast-food restaurants.

  • The purpose of this paper is to design a platform that is easier for users to provide membership services to consumers in systems used for non-face-to-face orders such as interphones and kiosks than conventional systems. In the past, memberships used cards, smartphones, and personal information to create barcodes, but consumers have difficulty managing memberships that exist in each company, and as unmanned ordering stores through kiosks and interphones increase, more and more consumers do not accumulate membership services. In order to increase the usability of membership services, an integrated platform design for the utilization of membership services is proposed. The purpose is to integrate and provide each membership service history with one view, and to provide consumers with a platform to integrate and check multiple services into one.

Investigating the Recommendation Intention of Customers on the Mobile App and KIOSK: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Untact Service Image (모바일 앱 및 키오스크 사용자의 추천의도에 관한 연구 ; 비대면서비스 이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study investigates customers' perceptions of untack services in the hospitality and foodservice industries based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study first identifies Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Image as antecedents of customers' Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. Second, the structural relationships among them are established and tested. The study adopts a self-administered survey method, uses SmartPLS 4.0, and applies a two-stage approach. After testing the reliability and validity of customers' 429 data on hospitality and foodservice, hypotheses were tested. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affects Perceived Usefulness and Image. Perceived Usefulness significantly also affects Image and Behavioral Intention. The Image of untact services also significantly affects Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. And Behavioral Intention significantly affects Recommendation Intention. Finally, the mediation effects are also all significant. The study's findings suggest that researchers and practitioners should consider the management of Image and Recommendation Intention in the untact service environment.

  • 최근 키오스크의 사용률이 증가함에 따라 키오스크 사용의 어려움을 겪는 정보 취약계층이 존재한다. 키오스크 사용시 메뉴 선택을 키오스크 앞에서 하며, 절차 또한 복잡하다. 또한 키오스크의 높이가 고정되어 있어 휠체어를 타신분, 어린이 등 고정된 높이에 맞지 않는 사람은 사용이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 맞춤형 추천과 자동 높낮이 조절 키오스트에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 키오스크를 위한 얼굴 분석 기법의 성능 연구 결과를 제시하고 있다. 가장 대표적인 얼굴 분석 알고리즘들로 알려진 MS Azure 얼굴 분석 기법과 네이버 클로바 얼굴 인식 기법에 대한 비교 실험 결과 성별 인식의 경우 MS Azure 기법이 조금 우수했고 나이 분류의 경우에는 비슷한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
