In this paper. improved the formula of Kass. First of all, improved initial guess inside and outside of an object. So, prevent the of shrink, find more easily and faster the contour of object. Secondly, proposed the algorithm which moved to local minimum with the improvement of formula of the internal energy and $3{times}3$ matrix. Process the noise of local minimum with use of medial filtering. In third, process the phenomenon which edge points gather one point with imposing energy to the energy term. Improve the algorithm to find the contour precisely with the use of threshold. The result of these improvements, make an initial guess easily and find the contour of objects which have higher curvature. Improve the speed of process by reducing the repetition of feedback system.

HBC722 (also known as LkHa 188-G4 and PTF 10qpf; A. Miller et al., 2011) is one of the FU Orionis-like young stellar objects which outbursted in August 2010 (Semkov et al., 2010). We have been monitoring the post-outburst phase of this object since November 2010 with Korean Astronomy and Space Science Institute Near Infrared Camera System (KASINICS), at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO). Four filters, J, H, Ks, and H2 band, were used for this observation. We did aperture photometry to find photometric variation. The light curve shows a long period brightness change. After decrease of the brightness, which was reported at the KAS 2011 fall meeting, HBC722 brightens up slowly now. However we cannot confirm any short period variations, previously reported by Green et al (2013), due to large scatters in the obtained light curve.

An unmanned aircraft refers to an aircraft which carries no human pilot and is operated under remote control or in autonomous operational mode. An unmanned aircraft system consist of a one system which include UAV(s), UAV control station and data link, etc. As the UAVs can perform the dull, dangerous and difficult missions, various kinds of UAVs with different sizes and weights have been developed and operated for both civil and military areas. It is important to develop the airworthiness certification criteria of the UAVs to minimize the risks of fatal impacts on human life and environment and to achieve the equivalent level of safety to the manned aircraft. Analysis of the KAS Part 23 and STANAG 4671 can provide guidelines for the generation of the airworthiness certification criteria for the UAVs in civil application.

Response speed of generator/control system kas increased with the aid of the development of power electronics. Even though it is desirable to enhance response speed for the control system(AVR/Gov) of generator itself, in case a certain generator/control system with high response excitation system is connected with bulk power system, terminal voltage and active power of some generators can oscillate with adjoining generators or near area when even a little of disturbance take place. PSS(Power System Stabilizer) is used to damp rotor swing by adding the supplementary signal in phase with speed. As the stable AVR response is very important before PSS is installed, modeling and analysis of generator/control system was performed. Next we have analysed PSS response of Hanlim's gas turbine by transmission line open/close test.

Two phase sampling design is useful to increase estimation efficiency using deep stratification, improved non-response adjustment and reduced coverage bias. The same sampling units are commonly used for the first and the second phases in complex two-phase sampling design. In this paper we consider a sampling scheme where the first phase sampling units are clusters and the second phase sampling units are list samples. Using selected clusters in first phase requires that we list up elements in the selected clusters from the first phase and then use the list as a secondary sampling frame for the second phase sampling design. Then we select second phase samples from the listed sampling frame. We suggest an estimator based on the complex two-phase sampling design with different sampling units of each phase. Also the estimated variances of the estimator obtained by using classic and replication variance methods are considered and compared using simulation studies. For real data analysis, 2010 Korea Farm Household Economy Survey (KFHES) and 2011 Korea Agriculture Survey (KAS) are used.

사용자가 안전한 WiBro 서비스를 받기 위해서 사용자 단말과 ACR(Access Control Router) 간에 인증이 선행되어야 한다. 그렇지 않을 경우, 많은 공격 위험으로부터 노출될 수 있다. 따라서 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)에서는 휴대인터넷(와이브로$^{TM}$) 서비스를 위한 상호 인증 절차 표준을 제정하였다. 이 표준 프로토콜은 PISIM(Portable Internet Subscriber Identity Module)을 이용하여 PE(Portable Equipment)와 ACR 간에 상호 인증을 수행한다. 그러나 표준은 인증에 필요한 메시지의 수가 대체적으로 많은 편이며 PISIM의 분실과 에러가 발생했을 경우에는 사용자는 무선인터넷 서비스를 사용할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ACR과 PSS 간에 키 동의 프로토콜을 수행하여 PSS를 인증한다. 이때 PSS의 계산량을 지원하기 위한 PSD(Power Support Device)가 키 동의 프로토콜에 참여하게 된다. 이렇게 생성된 키는 ACR과 안전한 통신 세션을 맺고 있는 KAS(Key Authentication Server)에 PSS의 식별자와 키 정보를 암호화에서 저장한다. 끝으로 제안된 프로토콜의 안전성과 효율성을 분석한다.

This study considers the stages of curriculum development for the integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and specifically the KAS2021 (announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members (doers)' agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum (draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members' agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.

In this study, the optimum design of mold feed systems is determined for plug cover housing (PCH), which is a cover-assembly product that protects the wiring of automobile connectors. The design goal is to achieve the filling balance of the resin in the left and right covers while avoiding the occurrence of weld lines in the hinge as much as possible. For the optimization, an orthogonal array experiment and a main effect analysis of the design factors are performed, and the factors that cause the interactions with the two design characteristics are selected as the design variables. We present some design alternatives, i.e., some combinations of the design variables, and analyze the filling-simulation results, expected molding risk, and cost economics to select an optimum design solution among the design alternatives. In the optimal solution, the weld line is generated at a position outside the hinge, and the filling balance is also acceptable, showing that both design goals can be satisfied simultaneously despite conflicting with each other.

In this study, we tried to compare and analyze the taste components of Korean Ganjang made by a conventional method on a small scale and aged for 3 years and brewed Ganjang produced by a large company. As a result of the study, a total of 22 types of free amino acids in liver were detected. The main amino acids of Korean Ganjang were glutamic acid, lysine, serine, citrulline, alanine, and leucine, then, the main amino acids of brewed Ganjang were leucine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, valine, serine, alanine. The content of glutamic acid in the composition of free amino acid was 12133.69 mg/mL, more than twice as much as that of Korean Ganjang. The content of leucine (bitter taste) was 5933.37 mg/mL of brewed Ganjang, which was 2.9 to 7 times higher than that of Korean Ganjang. Overall, the content of glass amino acids with savory, sweet, and bitter flavors was found to be very high in brewed Ganjang (BGS) than in Korean Ganjang (KAS, KBS, and KCS). On the other hand, GABA was 456.43 mg/mL for Korean Ganjang KBS, 3.3 times higher than brewed Ganjang. Brewed Ganjang had higher glucose content, inorganic content, iron (Fe), organic acid lactic acid and acetic acid content than Korean Ganjang. Korean Ganjang was found to contain high saturated fatty acids, calcium (Ca), and sodium (Na).

In this talk, we will give an overview of the small telescope network project in Korea. The small telescope network is a project in planning that would gather 0.4m-1.0m telescopes in Korea together for a common use in research and education, and the project is being led by the Optical/IR Astronomy Division of KAS. Even in the era of giant telescopes, small telescopes are still competitive for various research topics that require rapid response or long-term, steady monitoring. There are quite a few small telescopes in Korea, but the research use of these telescope has been very limited. By organizing these telescopes together, the small telescope network hopes to bring these telescopes in full operation and offer Korean astronomers competitive observational resources. In this talk, we will outline the project, describe potential resources, and several science cases such as multi-messenger astronomy, supernovae, and AGN. We will also introduce how this project might be run, with the expected operation of the small network starting at 2020.
