의료기관 핵의학 종사자의 직무 별 개인피폭선량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Individual Radiation Exposure of Medical Facility Nuclear Workers by Job)

  • 본 연구는 방사성동위원소의 의학적 이용도가 증가함에 따라 의료기관 핵의학과 방사선 관계종사자의 직무 별 방사선 이용에 대한 개인 방사선 피폭선량의 실태를 파악하여, 방사선 위험에 대해 경각심을 고취시키고, 방사선 관계종사자들에게 안전관리와 합리적인 피폭선량 관리에 도움을 주고자 분석하였다. 2007년 1월 1일부터 2009년 12월 31일까지 의료기관에서 근무하는 핵의학 방사선 관계종사자로 분류되어 개인 방사선피폭선량 측정을 정기적, 연속적으로 3년 간 조사 관리된 40명의 종사자를 대상으로 직종 별, 영상실 별, 연령 별, 선량구간 별, 직무 별 관련업무를 파악하여 심부선량에 대하여 연간평균피폭선량을 각각 분석하였다. 분석법으로는 빈도분석과 ANOVA를 시행하였다. 3년 간 영상실 별 연간피폭선량은 PET 및 PET/CT 영상실이 11.06~12.62 mSv로 가장 높은 피폭선량을 보였고, 감마카메라 주사실이 11.72 mSv로 높았으며, 직종 별 연간평균피폭선량은 임상병리사가 8.92 mSv로 가장 높았고, 방사선사 7.50 mSv, 간호사 2.61 mSv, 연구원 0.69 mSv, 접수 0.48 mSv, 의사 0.35 mSv 순으로 나타났으며, 세부업무에 따른 직무별 연간평균피폭선량은 PET 및 PET/CT 업무가 12.09 mSv로 가장 높은 피폭선량을 보였으며, 감마카메라 주사실이 11.72 mSv, 싸이크로트론 관련 합성 업무 8.92 mSv, 감마카메라 영상업무 4.92 mSv, 치료 및 안전관리 2.98 mSv, 간호사 업무 2.96 mSv, 관리 업무 1.72 mSv, 영상분석 업무 0.92 mSv, 판독업무 0.54 mSv, 접수업무 0.51 mSv, 연구업무 0.29 mSv 순으로 나타났다. 선량구간 별 연간평균피폭선량은 연구대상자의 15명(37.5%)이 1 mSv이하의 선량분포와 5명(12.5%)이 1.01~5.0 mSv이하의 선량분포를 가지고 있었고, 5.01~10.0mSv에서 14명(35.0%), 10.01~20.0 mSv에서 6명(15.0%)의 분포로 분석되었다. 연령에 따른 연간평균피폭선량은 방사선사 직종에서는 25~34세 종사자가 8.69 mSv로 가장 높은 평균선량을 보였고, 근무기간에 따른 연간평균피폭선량은 방사선사 직종에서 5~9년 종사자가 9.5 mSv로 가장 높은 평균선량을 나타냈다. 고용형태에 따른 연간평균피폭선량은 정규직 임상병리사 8.92 mSv, 방사선사 7.82 mSv, 계약직 방사선사 7.55 mSv, 인턴직 방사선사 5.62 mSv, 계약직 간호사 2.61 mSv, 정규직 연구원 0.69 mSv, 접수 0.55 mSv, 의사 0.35mSv 순으로 피폭을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때 의료기관에서 근무하는 핵의학 방사선 관계종사자의 대부분이 현재의 방사선 안전관리가 실효성 있게 이루어지고 있었으며, 직무특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있는 것을 알게 되었다. 그러나 방사선 피폭을 최소화시키는 노력이 필요하며, 이를 위해서 체계적 교육과 합리적 피폭량 관리를 위한 체계가 필요하다고 사료된다.

5ft S-Band TT&C Antenna Test

  • In early 2004, KARI developed 5ft S-Band TT&C antenna for especially KOMPSAT-2 operation in LEOP phase. This paper shows system features of 5ft S-Band antenna and its test result with KOMPSAT-l. Tracking test, command uplink test and telemetry downlink test were performed. Through tests, 5ft antenna was verified to be operational in uplink and downlink with KOMPSAT series. Due to its inherent wide 3dB beam-width of about 7deg at S-Band, this antenna system can be used very effectively even though orbital information is less accurate like LEOP and spacecraft safe mode.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹표준화 기술 중 HTML5/CSS3, Mobile JQuery를 사용하여 다양한 모바일 플랫폼 환경에서 독립적으로 실행가능하며, 사용자에게 사용자 친화적인 웹 인터페이스 및 동적인 웹 설계를 통하여 모바일 단말 상에서 모바일 오피스 시스템을 사용할 시 사용자에게 불편함을 덜어줄 수 있는 하이브리드 웹 애플리케이션 기반의 모바일 오피스 시스템을 구현하였다.

5kW급 투광형 박막 BIPV시스템의 실증연구 (Case Study on 5kWp Transparent Thin-Film BIPV System)

  • This study has been carried out empirical research on Transparent Thin-film BIPV modules, BIPV modules installed on the exterior of the building are applied a laminated module 1kWp, double-glazing module 3kWp and triple-glazing module 1kWp. Applied to the total capacity of BIPV modules are 5kWp. In this study, design and construction process of BIPV systems is presented. In addition, through monitoring of the BIPV system, the temperature and the power characteristics of each module were analyzed. During the measurement period, the module temperature measurement results, the maximum surface temperature of $51.5^{\circ}C$ triple-glazing BIPV module showed the highest, followed by double-glazing BIPV module $49.1^{\circ}C$, $44.7^{\circ}C$ laminated modules, respectively. Power output results, the daily average double-layer modules showed 4.10kWh/day, triple-glazing module 1.57kWh, respectively 1.81kWh laminated modules. In particular, the power efficiency of triple-glazing BIPV module was lower than the power efficiency of the laminated BIPV module. This phenomenon is considered to be affected by the module temperature. In the future, BIPV modules in this study the relationship between module temperature and power characteristics plans to identify.

서울시 터널 내 방음벽 설치가 입자상 물질 농도 및 소음 수준에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Soundproofing Wall of Tunnel on Particulate Matter and Noise)

  • The Seoul metropolitan government has installed soundproofing walls in road tunnels to improve the tunnel environment for pedestrians. To evaluate the efficiency of these soundproofing walls, we measured noise levels and concentrations of $PM_{2.5}$ and ultrafine particles (UFP) in tunnels with or without these walls. Although noise and UFP levels were significantly lower in the tunnels with soundproofing walls, $PM_{2.5}$ levels were significantly higher: but were significantly lowered by use of a ventilation system. When $PM_{2.5}$ and noise levels were simultaneously measured in a tunnel with soundproofing wall, noise level was significantly reduced but $PM_{2.5}$ level was significantly higher. It is concluded that the soundproofing wall can protect pedestrians from noise, but not PM. Installation of a ventilation system is recommended for protection of pedestrians in tunnels with soundproofing walls.

  • MMI system for strip caster 2 is described. It has been developed as a PC-based MMI system whose data is collected from the VME-based control system by ETHERNET. MMI elements that mimic the caster and its utilities are designed by using commercial program. In order to implement the UDP/IP communication in MMI, UDP/IP manager program with DDE that is a intercommunication protocol in MS-window is developed and connected with MMI mimics. Operator commands in MMI system are carried out immediately in VME system and the responses are displayed on MMI system. The developed MMI system has been proven to be convenient and stable through the operation of the past 5 years.

  • We have designed a multiple-valued fuzzy Approximate Analogical-Reseaning system (AARS). The system uses a similarity measure of fuzzy sets and a threshold of similarity ST to determine whether a rule should be fired, with a Modification Function inferred from the Similarity Measure to deduce a consequent. Multiple-valued basic fuzzy blocks are used to construct the system. A description of the system is presented to illustrate the operation of the schema. The results of simulations show that the system can perform about 3.5 x 106 inferences per second. Finally, we compare the system with Yamakawa's chip which is based on the Compositional Rule of Inference (CRI) with Mamdani's implication.

  • Line constants of the catenary system are estimated. The harmonic current that the Korean Train Express (KTX) injects into the catenary is measured to precisely analyze the harmonic effects. The Korean high-speed railway system is modeled by estimated and measured results. The system model is applied for predicting the harmonic effects. The simulation results from the system model are compared to field test data concerning the total harmonic distortion (THD). The reliability of the system model is verified.

  • The heating performance of a solar thermal seasonal storage system applied to a 1,320 m2 glass greenhouse was analyzed numerically, and the economic feasibility depending upon the number of boreholes was evaluated. For this study, the gardening 16th and 19th zucchini greenhouse of Jeollanam-do agricultural research & extension services was selected. And the heating load of the glass greenhouse selected was 1,147 GJ. BTES(Borehole Thermal Energy Storage) was considered as a seasonal storage, which is relatively economical. The number of boreholes was selected from 25 to 150. The TRNSYS was used to predict and analyze the dynamic performance of the solar thermal system. Numerical simulation was performed by modelling the solar thermal seasonal storage system consisting of flat plate solar collector, BTES system, short-term storage tank, boiler, heat exchanger, pump and controller. As a result of the analysis, when the number of boreholes was from 25 to 50, the thermal efficiency of BTES system and the solar fraction was the highest. When the number of boreholes was from 25 to 50, it was analyzed that the payback period was from 5.2 years to 6.2 years. Therefore it was judged to be the number of boreholes of the proposed system was from 25 to 50, which is the most efficient and economical.

  • Purpose: In order to improve the energy performance of existing buildings, so actively promoted green remodeling business. Also, improvement of the performance of envelope system of apartment housing is an absolute. The purpose of implementation of the data base and application plan of the envelope system for green remodeling of apartment housing. Method: For this study, It proposed a classification system of green remodeling envelope system constructed actual to select the applicable representative method and input material of apartment housing for green remodeling. In this study, divided into construction waste processing stage and production phase of the material for the boundary of the system, and implementation the classification system of the envelope system for applicable green remodeling. For this, established 6 environmental impact categories database. Result: As a result of various suggestions were available for case study research, alternative combinations of existing combinations than six kinds of environmental impact insulation system with superior input materials combining 96 kinds, window system, 12 kinds for determining the applicability of the established database. Depending on the account for a large proportion if compared to the detailed analysis of the environmental impact resulting from the production phase and disposal phase was analyzed that the operating management of the necessary input materials. Is considered that the economic performance and integrated energy performance required by the applicable public housing green remodeling evaluation techniques considered for future improvements insulation sheath.
