For the saving of energy consumption, it is necessary that the high efficient energy transfer machine. We found the optimum operating condition of screw water chiller during this performance test. The specifications of compressor for this performance test are as follows. Built-in volume ratio; Vi=2.4, using refrigerant; HCFC-22, nominal motor output; 60kW(80Hp). We found the test results on water cooled chiller standard test condition that the evaporating capacity is increased 8% maximum and 5.6% under same operating condition. and COP is increased 11 % max. and 8% under same operating condition with change of the evaporating inlet/outlet condition. For the results of these test, we can estimate the optimum operating condition of water cooled type screw chiller.

Most of the failures of rotating machine are stator coil insulation failures. The insulation diagnostic testing for high voltage motors and generators are only megger test and P. I Test which is applied DC voltage until now. But it was impossible to judge insulation deterioration status of high voltage rotating machinery by above testing. In other words, even though the megger measurement values are fairly high, they used to be failed from time to time. Therefore in order to excute reliable and detailed diagnosis of insulation deterioration for rotating machinery, the tangent delta test, the alternating current test and the partial discharge test shall be applied to the insulation diagnostic testing on site.

Objectives : Liver cancer usually appears in the setting of underlying liver disease. Liver transplantation has potentials to improve survival for patients with liver cancer. This case report was designed to assess the clinical effect of Korean medicine on liver transplant patient's cerebral infarction.Methods : We provided Chiganpung Granule(Chodeungsan) to a patient who was 58 year old man complained of cognitive impairment and dysarthria. We checked the change of symptoms(K-MMSE, Aphasia Rapid Test) and liver function test and kidney function test.Results : We observed that Chiganpung Granule(Chodeungsan) decreased cognitive impairment and dysarthria. Liver function test and Kidney function test was improved.Conclusions : From the above results, it is considered that Korean medicine treatments is effective on liver transplant patient's cerebral infarction.

An Over Current Relayng algorithm using 80c196kc micro processor was realized in this paper. This OCR Algorithm was verified with simulated fault signal. The fault signal was made by EMTP and realized by DOBLE to compare H/W test with S/W test. This simulations showed similar result between H/W and S/W test.

Results of RF compatibility test between KOMPSAT(Korea Multi-Purpose SATellite) and TTC(Tracking, Telemetry, and Command) station are described. S/C(Spacecreft) RF Test, telemetry test, command test, ranging test, and tracking receiver test were performed with respect to pass/fail criteria. To provide physical RF interface between KOMPSAT and TTC equipment, direct low cable and antenna-to-antenna interface were implemented. Through RF compatibility test, it was fully demonstrated that KOMPSAT and TTC equipment are functionally workable.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the 8.5seconds cut-off of the 8-foot up-and-go test as a predictor of falling and a good discriminator of fallers and non-fallers in women in their 60s to 80s. METHODS: The final subjects of this study were 98 elderly women from six senior centers of B metropolitan city. The 8-foot up-and-go test evaluated agility and dynamic balance. The chair-stand test measured the muscle strength for of the lower body. Ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion were measured to assess the ankle mobility of the subjects in this study. RESULTS: The below 8.5seconds group showed significantly low values in age and high values in chair-stand (times/30 s), plantar flexion ($^{\circ}$), and K-MMSE (score) compared to the over 8.5seconds group. This group was significantly faster compared to the over 8.5seconds group. In the below 8.5seconds group, only plantar flexion ($^{\circ}$) of all the items showed significantly higher values among those in their 60s compared to those in their 70s and 80s. CONCLUSION: The 8.5seconds cut-off on the 8-foot up-and-go test as a good discriminator and predictor of falling showed differences among fall risk factors (age, lower extremity strength, cognition, and ankle mobility) in women in their 60s to 80s without having regular exercise and a fall experience over the past ones year.

Alloxan에 의한 Amino acids의 spot test에 있어서, alloxan수용액에 lactose를 가해주면, alloxan 자신의 착색을 막을 수 있다. lactose를 포함하는 alloxan수용액은 매우 안정하여서, 실온에서 수 개월 동안 두어도 착색되지 않으며, lactose의 존재로 말미암아, alloxan과 amino acids와의 색반응은 조금도 영향을 받지 않았다. 이시약에 의한 amino acids의 spot test법은 ninhydrin에 의한 spot test보다 예민하고, 또 alloxan 또는 dimethylalloxan을 발색약으로 사용하는 paper chromatography법에 비해, proline (1 ${\gamma}$), hydroxyprolin (5 ${\gamma}$)를 확인할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

The present study was undertaken to develop the in vitro sun protection factor(SPF) test method having good correlation with in vivo method using human. 8% homomentyl salicylate, P3 reference standard and commercially available sunscreen products were measured by the in vitro method using SPF 290S analyzer, and the SPFs were compared with the SPFs measured by in vivo test method. In vitro SPFs of 8% HMS and P3 reference standard were 4.59 $\pm$ 0.12 and 14.94 $\pm$ 0.83. There are good correspondence, correlation coefficients were 0.9506 and 0.9769 respectively, between the in vitro and in vivo SPFs for the sunscreen creams and lotions. Correlation coefficients of makeup base/liquid foundation, lotion labled with "shake before use" and compact powder were 0.8812, 0.8632 and 0.5984 respectively. The optimum mixture ratio of compact powder and cream base represents 1:0.8. These results suggest that the in vitro SPF test method will be able to be used as an alternative method for in vivo SPF in case of lotion and cream.

본 논문에서는 UML 개발도를 이용하여 테스트 데이타를 자동 생성하는 방안을 제안하고, XML 기술을 이용하여 개발한 "테스트 데이타 자동화 도구인 AUTEG(Automatic UML-Based Test Data Generation)"를 "Insurance System"의 사례에 적용한 결과를 분석 기술한다. AUTEG는 전체 시스템을 구성하는 모듈 사이의 인터페이스(interface)영역에 존재하는 오류 추출이 가능한 테스트도(test diagram)와 기존의 화이트 박스 테스트(white-box test)기법을 테스트도에 적용하여 테스트 데이타를 자동 생성한다. 또한 AUTEG는 통합 테스트와 시스템 테스트에 적용할 수 있으며, 사용자가 통합 테스트의 단위 모듈을 자유롭게 그룹화 할 수 있다.
