Study on Revitalization of Overseas Employment through the K-Move School Program - Focusing on the USA employment cases of fashion students at P University -

  • P University applied for the overseas expansion project of K-Move School operated by Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and was selected twice in 2016 and 2017 to operate the program. The goal of this study was to prepare an activation plan based on the results of the training program to enter the fashion industry in LA, USA. The lack of research It was confirmed that the K-Move School program could provide young people with opportunities to grow into global talents in a situation where it is very uneasy to predict the future based on the domestic employment environment alone. However, in order to successfully expand overseas jobs, systematic and strategic policies are essential by the government and related ministries or institutions so that practical programs suitable for young people can be operated. It is hoped that the results of these studies will be used as basic data for young adults and leaders who are in charge of teaching overseas.

Copy-move Forgery Detection Robust to Various Transformation and Degradation Attacks

  • Trying to deal with the problem of low robustness of Copy-Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) under various transformation and degradation attacks, a novel CMFD method is proposed in this paper. The main advantages of proposed work include: (1) Discrete Analytical Fourier-Mellin Transform (DAFMT) and Locality Sensitive Hashing (LSH) are combined to extract the block features and detect the potential copy-move pairs; (2) The Euclidian distance is incorporated in the pixel variance to filter out the false potential copy-move pairs in the post-verification step. In addition to extracting the effective features of an image block, the DAMFT has the properties of rotation and scale invariance. Unlike the traditional lexicographic sorting method, LSH is robust to the degradations of Gaussian noise and JEPG compression. Because most of the false copy-move pairs locate closely to each other in the spatial domain or are in the homogeneous regions, the Euclidian distance and pixel variance are employed in the post-verification step. After evaluating the proposed method by the precision-recall-$F_1$ model quantitatively based on the Image Manipulation Dataset (IMD) and Copy-Move Hard Dataset (CMHD), our method outperforms Emam et al.'s and Li et al.'s works in the recall and $F_1$ aspects.

Detecting Copy-move Forgeries in Images Based on DCT and Main Transfer Vectors

  • With the growth of the Internet and the extensive applications of image editing software, it has become easier to manipulate digital images without leaving obvious traces. Copy-move is one of the most common techniques for image forgery. Image blind forensics is an effective technique for detecting tampered images. This paper proposes an improved copy-move forgery detection method based on the discrete cosine transform (DCT). The quantized DCT coefficients, which are feature representations of image blocks, are truncated using a truncation factor to reduce the feature dimensions. A method for judging whether two image blocks are similar is proposed to improve the accuracy of similarity judgments. The main transfer vectors whose frequencies exceed a threshold are found to locate the copied and pasted regions in forged images. Several experiments are conducted to test the practicability of the proposed algorithm using images from copy-move databases and to evaluate its robustness against post-processing methods such as additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), Gaussian blurring, and JPEG compression. The results of experiments show that the proposed scheme effectively detects both copied region and pasted region of forged images and that it is robust to the post-processing methods mentioned above.

A Survey on Passive Image Copy-Move Forgery Detection

  • With the rapid development of the science and technology, it has been becoming more and more convenient to obtain abundant information via the diverse multimedia medium. However, the contents of the multimedia are easily altered with different editing software, and the authenticity and the integrity of multimedia content are under threat. Forensics technology is developed to solve this problem. We focus on reviewing the blind image forensics technologies for copy-move forgery in this survey. Copy-move forgery is one of the most common manners to manipulate images that usually obscure the objects by flat regions or append the objects within the same image. In this paper, two classical models of copy-move forgery are reviewed, and two frameworks of copy-move forgery detection (CMFD) methods are summarized. Then, massive CMFD methods are mainly divided into two types to retrospect the development process of CMFD technologies, including block-based and keypoint-based. Besides, the performance evaluation criterions and the datasets created for evaluating the performance of CMFD methods are also collected in this review. At last, future research directions and conclusions are given to provide beneficial advice for researchers in this field.

Fuzzy sliding-mode control of a human arm in the sagittal plane with optimal trajectory

  • Patients with spinal cord injuries cannot move their limbs using their intact muscles. A suitable controller can be used to move their arms by employing the functional electrical stimulation method. In this article, a fuzzy exponential sliding-mode controller is designed to move a musculoskeletal human arm model to track an optimal trajectory in the sagittal plane. This optimal arm trajectory is obtained by developing a policy for the central nervous system. In order to specify the optimal trajectory between two points, two dynamic and static optimal criteria are applied simultaneously. The first dynamic objective function is defined to minimize the joint torques, and the second static optimization is offered to minimize the muscle forces at each moment. In addition, fuzzy logic is used to tune the sliding-surface parameter to enable an appropriate tracking performance. Simulation results are evaluated and compared with experimental data for upward and downward movements of the human arm.

  • The current mathematical education calls for a learning environment from the constructionism perspective that actively creates mathematical objects. This research first analyzes JavaMAL's expression 'move' that enables students to express the agent's behavior constructively before they learn vector as a formal concept. Since expression 'move' is based on a coordinate, it naturally corresponds with the expression of vectors used in school mathematics and lets students take an embodied approach to the concept of vector. Furthermore, as a design tool, expression 'move' can be used in various activities that include vector structure. This research studies the educational significance entailed in JavaMAL's expression 'move'.

  • In this study, the automatic system exchanging well-plates was developed as a basic stage of the genome project. The developed system consisted of the plate fixing well-plates, the well-plate cassette, the head to move a well-plate from the well-plate cassette to the plate fixing well-plates before genome work or from the plate to the cassette after the work, the manipulator to move the head on the X, Y and Z axes and the control system. The performance test to exchange well-plates with the robotic system developed was carried out. The time to set an well-plate from the well-plate cassette onto the board fixing well-plates was 55 seconds and the time for 9 ones was 8 minutes and 15 seconds. It took 57 seconds to move a well-plate from the board to the cassette and 8 minutes and 33 seconds for 9 ones.

  • This paper Proposes a new couple particle swarm optimization (CPSO) for multimodal functions. In this method, main particles are generated uniformly using Faure-sequences, and move accordingly to cognition only model. If any main particle detects the movement direction which has local optimum, this particle would create a new particle beside itself and make a couple. After that, all couples move accordingly to conventional particle swarm optimization (PSO) model. If these couples tend toward the same local optimum, only the best couple would be kept and the others would be eliminated. We had applied this method to some analytic multimodal functions and successfully locate all local optima.

  • In this paper, automatic sunvisor system is introduced for driver's safety and convenience. This system has the mechanism which keeps the sun off without obstruction of driver's sight. The mechanism can make the sunvisor move forward or rotate left while remaining inside inner roof. The control system consists of a CPU, a motor driver, light sensors, and the algorithm that can control the movement of sunvisor efficiently. When the light sensors take the sun light, they give the signal to the CPU and the CPU calculates the best position of the sunvisor with the information of driver's eyes height. Then, the CPU gives the signal to motors that can move the sunvisor.

  • 최근 우리나라 청년실업은 경제사회적 측면에서 부정적인 영향을 미치며 심각한 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 청년실업에 대한 하나의 대안으로서 글로벌 일자리 창출이 오래 전부터 대두되어 왔으며, 정부는 2013년부터 기존의 해외진출 사업들의 내실화를 위해 해외 취업, 인턴, 봉사 및 창업 지원을 "K-Move" 브랜드로 통합하여 추진하고 있다. 그러나 2018년 기준으로 볼 때 해외취업 희망자 중 실제로 해외취업에 성공하는 비율은 24.5%에 불과한 수준이다. 본 연구는 해외취업자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 해외취업의 성공률을 높이기 위한 전략방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 설문조사 결과가 주는 주요 해외취업 전략방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해외취업의 명확한 목표설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 해외취업을 위한 사전준비 활동이 보다 강화되어야 한다. 셋째, 해외취업과 관련한 정보인프라의 고도화가 필요하다. 그리고 넷째, 지역 및 국가별 차별화된 취업전략이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과는 해외취업 희망자 뿐만 아니라 해외취업 지원정책을 수립하고 실행하는 정부기관에도 유용한 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
