Research and importance of legal services applied with AI so that it can be easily understood and predictable in difficult legal fields is increasing. In this study, based on the decision of the Tax Tribunal in the field of tax law, a model was built through self-learning through information collection and data processing, and the prediction results were answered to the user's query and the accuracy was verified. The proposed model collects information on tax decisions and extracts useful data through web crawling, and generates word vectors by applying Word2Vec's Fast Text algorithm to the optimized output through NLP. 11,103 cases of information were collected and classified from 2017 to 2019, and verified with 70% accuracy. It can be useful in various legal systems and prior research to be more efficient application.
The status of medical doctors is relatively high in society. However, in spite of this acknowledged status, physicians are not aware of the extent to which they have the ability to care for patients or how much effort they should make to meet people's expectations. Therefore, we should examine what society asks of doctors and how doctors need to be educated to meet the expectations of society. In this article, the author asserts that physicians need four skills. First, doctors should know how to speak and communicate. In the work of a doctor, language is the most important for tasks such as understanding texts, communication with patients, analyzing data, and starting new projects. Second, doctors should have intuition. In a doctor's medical judgment, intuition is very important and it can initiate from an educated guess. In other words, good intuition can be developed based on a good educated guess, which in turn can derive from one's explored knowledge, communication with one's inner dialogues, and good interpretation skill. Third, doctors should have creativity. Doctors should produce an image about patients from intuition, and those intuitions are based on creativity. Usually, students in medical school have creative ability; therefore, the instructor should facilitate their learning to connect this creativity to free imagination ability and medical skills. Fourth, doctors should be humane. Patients want to communicate with doctors about their disease and further about their lives. The reason why a humane doctor is important is that this humane approach itself could cure patients and reduce their pain. When a doctor's humane attitude is realized in the hospital, the patients and doctors could be pleased sincerely.

Recently, as the importance of walking in daily life has been emphasized, projects to guarantee walking rights and create a pedestrian environment are being promoted throughout the region. In previous studies, a pedestrian environment assessment was conducted using Jeonju-si road images, and an image comparison pair data set was constructed. However, data sets expressed in numbers have difficulty in generalizing the judgment criteria of pedestrian environment assessors or visually identifying the pedestrian environment preferred by pedestrians. Therefore, this study proposes a method to interpret the results of the pedestrian environment assessment through data visualization by building a web application. According to the semantic segmentation result of analyzing the walking environment components that affect pedestrian environment assessors, it was confirmed that pedestrians did not prefer environments with a lot of "earth" and "grass," and preferred environments with "signboards" and "sidewalks." The proposed study is expected to identify and analyze the results randomly selected by participants in the future pedestrian environment evaluation, and believed that more improved accuracy can be obtained by pre-processing the data purification process.

Copper Filter Dryer (CFD) are responsible for removing impurities from the circulation of refrigerant in refrigeration and cooling systems to maintain clean refrigerant, and defects in CFD can lead to product defects such as leakage and reduced lifespan in refrigeration and cooling systems, making quality assurance essential. In the quality inspection stage, human inspection and defect judgment methods are traditionally used, but these methods are subjective and inaccurate. In this paper, YOLOv7 object detection algorithm was used to detect defects occurring during the CFD Shaft pipe and welding process to replace the existing quality inspection, and the detection performance of F1-Score 0.954 and 0.895 was confirmed. In addition, the cause of defects occurring during the welding process was analyzed by analyzing the sensor data corresponding to the Timestamp of the defect image. This paper proposes a method for manufacturing quality assurance and improvement by detecting defects that occur during CFD process and analyzing their causes.
This paper presents an example of the introduction and operation of the PBL so that students can have the ability to apply the problems of corporate social responsibility and ethical values that must be considered by exporting companies or multinational companies, which are the main research subjects of business dynamics. As a result, students were able to broaden their views through self-directed classes and presentations, listen to and share opinions of other students through discussions, and were able to take a logical approach to judgment standards involved in specific corporate activities, showing that the PBL teaching method is effectively applied to business ethics classes.
Objectives : Korean medicine practice is not specifically described in medical law, and then has always been a quarrel. So far The criteria for judgment in Korean Medicine Doctor's Medical Devices Using should clinically prove it only by Korean medicine theory and academic Traditionally descending from old ancestors. After reviewing various papers published for several years, various opinions were reviewed and suggested. Results : The range of Korean Medicine Doctor's Medical Devices Using has changed since the 1951 National Medical Law stipulated Korean medicine as medical professionals. The issue of the recent ruling that distinguishes medical practice from Korean medicine practice were condensed into what emphasis to interpret amongst 1) The basic principles of learning, 2) Curriculum and professionalism, 3) Risks. The Constitutional Court's ruling was important in order of 'Risk', 'curriculum and expertise', and 'basic principles of learning.' A duty of Care means an obligation to pay attention to something. A duty of Care does not mean a "highest level," but requires a "best care" and does "best under given conditions." Even in the duty of Care, Because Korean medicine has a purpose to protect and promote the health of the people, Some standards of western medicine have to be adapted to the current general medical technology. Korean Medicine doctors can recognize the duty of care in the "some basic range" of knowledge belonging to western medicine. Conclusions : The interpretation of Korean Medicine practice are currently in compatible the argument that should clearly divide Korean medicine from Western medicine, and that should be changed in light of the changing medical environment. Therefore If Korean medicine's standard is applied to the extent to which Korean Medicine doctors are educated, it is necessary to define a new definition to actively interpret Korean Medical practice. The academic basis of Korean medicine and the level of Korean medicine practice based on the books that are traditionally available, and then current textbooks of Korean Medicine College, Korean Medicine Clinical Care Guidelines, and classification of Korean standard medical practices should be standardized. Increasingly, Korean Medicine practice should be interpreted according to reality, focusing on protecting and promoting the health of the people rather than academic differences.

The proportion of commercial vehicles currently used by the private sector among the vehicles operated by the military is very high at 58% and plans to increase further in the future. As the proportion of commercial vehicles in the military has increased, it is also an important issue to determine whether to disuse of commercial vehicles. At present, the decision of disuse of commercial vehicles is subjectively judged by vehicle technical inspector using design life and vehicle usage information. However, the difference according to the military operation environment is not reflected and objective judgment criteria are not presented. The purpose of this study is to develop a model to determine the disuse status of commercial vehicles in consideration of military operating environment. The data used in the study were 1,746 commercial vehicles of three types: cars, vans and trucks. Using the information of the operating area, climate characteristic, vehicle condition the decision model of disuse status was constructed using the classification machine learning technique. The proposed decision model of disuse status has an average accuracy of about 97% and can be used in the field. Based on the results of the study, the policy suggestions were proposed in the short and long term to improve the performance of decision model of disuse status of commercial vehicles in the future and to establish a new data construction method within the logistics information system.

The purpose of this study was to develop a sustainable dietary education program for middle school home economics subject using a teaching strategy to improve the empowerment of adolescents and to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. To achieve the purpose of this study, the program was developed and evaluated according to the ADDIE teaching design model. The contents related to the dietary area were extracted from the technical & home economics curriculum of the 2015 revised middle school and SDGs, and their relevance was analyzed to select the contents of dietary education. The program developed based on the analysis results is 'dietary life together' and consists of five learning topics: 'living together in the global village', 'maintaining healthy diet', 'creating a dietary culture together', 'living with nature and people', and 'maintaining a safe diet'. As a strategy for improving empowerment, we presented four situations, each of which represents value judgment, prediction of results, responsible behavior choice, and decision making. The developed program was reviewed by experts and applied to 17 unit classes for 17 weeks (1 unit hour per week) to the third graders of middle schools in Gyeonggi-do. Significant differences were found between before and after the class measurements of the personal empowerment and the political and social empowerment, which shows the classes were effective in improving empowerment. However, since there was no significant difference in interpersonal empowerment before and after the program, suggestions were made to utilize strategies to facilitate discussion and cooperative learning when implementing the program. The students who participated in the class evaluated the program positively as a whole. The program was evaluated to have helped the students believe they could change society through solving dietary problems.

As we face an aging society, the demand for personal mobility for disabled and aged people is increasing. In fact, as of 2017, the number of electric wheelchair in the country continues to increase to 90,000. However, people with disabilities and seniors are more likely to have accidents while driving, because their judgment and coordination are inferior to normal people. One of the causes of the accident is the interference of personal vehicle steering control due to unbalanced road surface conditions. In this paper, we introduce a encoder type semantic segmentation algorithm that can recognize road conditions at high speed to prevent such accidents. To this end, more than 1,500 training data and 150 test data including road surface damage were newly secured. With the data, we proposed a deep neural network composed of encoder stages, unlike the Auto-encoding type consisting of encoder and decoder stages. Compared to the conventional method, this deep neural network has a 4.45% increase in mean accuracy, a 59.2% decrease in parameters, and an 11.9% increase in computation speed. It is expected that safe personal transportation will be come soon by utilizing such high speed algorithm.

Biomedical signals using skin resistance have different characteristics according to stress diseases. Biological diagnostic devices for diagnosing stress diseases have been developed by using these characteristics, and devices have been developed so that the signals measured by the skin storage meter can be easily analyzed. Experts in the field will look directly at the output signal to determine the likelihood of any stress disorder. However, it is very difficult for a person to accurately determine whether a person to be measured has a stress disorder by analyzing a bio-signal measured by each person to be measured, and the result of the judgment is very likely to be wrong. In order to solve these problems, we implemented the function of determining the signal of a stress disorder by using the machine learning technique. SVM was used as a classification method in consideration of low computing ability of measurement equipment. Training data and test data were randomly generated for each disease using error range 5 based on 13 diseases. Simulation results showed more than 90% decision accuracy. In the future, if the measurement equipment is actually applied to the patients, we can retrain the classifier with the newly generated data.
