Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the theory of mind and body practice in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon from the point of views of Taoism, Buddhism, and Oriental medicine. Methods : An ideological background and development of Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon was first examined. Then, the definition of, other descriptions of, and various locations of, Dan-Jeon were investigated. In addition, the theory of Qi movement of Shui Sheng Huo Jiang (ascent of water Chi and descent of fire Chi) in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon was taken into consideration from perspectives on the thought of Taoist Nei Dan (internal alchemy) and Oriental medicine. Finally, the characteristics of mind and body practice in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon. Results & Conclusions : Dan-Jeon in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon consists of three parts, upper, middle, and lower Dan-Jeon, which is related to Jing (sperm, essence) Qi (breath, eneregy) Shen (spirit, intellect) of our body. Jing Qi Shen is a crucial part in our mind and body, mind and body are connected by energy, and the energy flow is possible by ascent of water Chi and descent of fire Chi. Ultimately, Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon is a method of practice to keep one's mind and body healthy, and its purpose is to do timeless meditation in our daily lives regardless of time and place.

Basic summary of the medical administration: First of all, Liao Jin Yuan dynasties had broad cultural exchange between north and south that the two traditional medical administrations were closely linked which later formed a system that united as one. Establishment of governmental medical office and governmental medical education organization was the very first attempt in the history of the medical administration. The measure on promoting the social level of medical doctors has an important meaning on the growth of the medical field. Medical policy on prisoners was done under the new condition brought on from experience. Medicine not of China was broadly interchanged, medicine from Arab was spread throughout China, and the department on skeletal injuries and the dietary treatments had major development. At this era, under a overall expansion of politics, economy, culture and medicine, scholastic dispute on medicine triggered medical expansion.

Three marine bacteria producing pigments were isolated from seawater of Jeju-Do and local solar saltern in Korea. Based on phenotypic characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the strains were identified as Pseudoalteromonas spp., which produced red (Ju11-1), yellow (Ju14), and orange (TA20) pigments. The pigments showed UV absorption maxima at 537, 378 and 387 nm, respectively. The strains were growing well on Marine broth 2216 culture medium. The productivity of pigments reached the maximum value after 28 hours (Ju11-1, Ju14) and 24 hours (TA20) at $30^{\circ}C$, 2% NaCl and pH 6-7. The best pigment production of strains were supported by 1% of lactose (Ju11-1) and maltose (Ju14, TA20) as a carbon source and 1% of beef extract as a nitrogen source.

Purpose : The purpose of this study found change that caused by various form and weight of bag. So we investigated how these things change the shoulder altitude and space between external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus and also plantar pressure. Method : We measured two different way for this study. One was backpack with 5, 10kg and another one was shoulder pack with same weight. Each trial was 10 seconds in duration with static stance posture. With these experiments, we checked space between plantar pressure, shoulder altitude, external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus with EMED system and GPS. We analyzed these results with PASW(SPSS) statistics 18.0. Result : In conclusion, there were no significantly differences in shoulder altitude by weight of pack, but average of plantar pressure and space between external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus was increased.

Yun Dong - ju's poetry and his representations are used in various visual and dramatic media. According to its medium and genre characteristics, Yoon Dong - ju's representations and his poems are selected and changed. It is also the process of reading what the text is trying to convey to the public through a single person. In this study, Yoon Dong - joo's poetry was compared with other poetry of poetry. Particularly, the discussion was focused on the creative actor . If the creative drama is transmitting the feelings of Yoon Dong-ju through the city, the film conveys the poem of Yoon Dong-ju. Gamuplays are more restrictive than the movies because of their genre. As a result, the emotional expressions of the characters are more intense, the progress of the narrative is also dramatic, and the aspect of Yun Dong - ju, a poem illuminated by the movie and the drama, also differs. If the film aims to portray poet Yoon Dong-ju as a genuine literary youth, the creative poet reinterprets Yun's poetry as having a meaning of resistance.
