  • Three marine bacteria producing pigments were isolated from seawater of Jeju-Do and local solar saltern in Korea. Based on phenotypic characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the strains were identified as Pseudoalteromonas spp., which produced red (Ju11-1), yellow (Ju14), and orange (TA20) pigments. The pigments showed UV absorption maxima at 537, 378 and 387 nm, respectively. The strains were growing well on Marine broth 2216 culture medium. The productivity of pigments reached the maximum value after 28 hours (Ju11-1, Ju14) and 24 hours (TA20) at $30^{\circ}C$, 2% NaCl and pH 6-7. The best pigment production of strains were supported by 1% of lactose (Ju11-1) and maltose (Ju14, TA20) as a carbon source and 1% of beef extract as a nitrogen source.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study found change that caused by various form and weight of bag. So we investigated how these things change the shoulder altitude and space between external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus and also plantar pressure. Method : We measured two different way for this study. One was backpack with 5, 10kg and another one was shoulder pack with same weight. Each trial was 10 seconds in duration with static stance posture. With these experiments, we checked space between plantar pressure, shoulder altitude, external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus with EMED system and GPS. We analyzed these results with PASW(SPSS) statistics 18.0. Result : In conclusion, there were no significantly differences in shoulder altitude by weight of pack, but average of plantar pressure and space between external acoustic pore and lateral malleolus was increased.

According to its medium and genre characteristics, Yoon Dong - ju's representations and his poems are selected and changed. It is also the process of reading what the text is trying to convey to the public through a single person. In this study, Yoon Dong - joo's poetry was compared with other poetry of poetry. Particularly, the discussion was focused on the creative actor . If the creative drama is transmitting the feelings of Yoon Dong-ju through the city, the film conveys the poem of Yoon Dong-ju. Gamuplays are more restrictive than the movies because of their genre. As a result, the emotional expressions of the characters are more intense, the progress of the narrative is also dramatic, and the aspect of Yun Dong - ju, a poem illuminated by the movie and the drama, also differs. If the film aims to portray poet Yoon Dong-ju as a genuine literary youth, the creative poet reinterprets Yun's poetry as having a meaning of resistance.
