그리드 컴퓨팅 시스템에서의 두 개의 트리를 이용한 집합 통신 (Two-Tree Collective Communication in Grid Computing Systems)

  • 본 논문은 이종 네트워크로 구성되어 통신 시간이 상대적으로 길며 또한 지연(delay)이 일정하지 않은 그리드 환경에서 사용되는 MPI의 집합 통신(collective communication)에 관한 연구이다. 일반적으로 효과적인 집합통신에 있어서는 네트워크 정보를 이용한 통신 스케줄을 작성하고 이것에 따라서 실제로 통신하는 전략을 선택하고 있다 전통적인 그리드 집합통신 방식에 있어서도 네트워크 정보가 정확하다는 가정 하에 동일한 접근방식으로 집합통신을 수행하고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 네트워크 환경이 쉽게 변하는 그리드 환경에 있어서는 네트워크 정보가 정확하지 않거나 네트워크 fault가 발생할 경우, 전통적인 방식의 집합 통신은 그 통신 성능이 급격히 감소할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그리드에서 집합통신을 위한 스케줄링의 한 방법으로 TTCC(Two-Tree Collective Communication) 알고리즘을 제안한다. TTCC 알고리즘은 서로 다른 에지들로 구성된 두 개의 통신 트리를 이용해 불확실한 네트워크 상태에서도 효과적이고 신뢰성 있는 스케줄링을 제공할 수 있다. TTCC 알고리즘의 효과는 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 지연(latency)이 커짐에 따라 나타날 수 있는 성능 감소량이 TTCC를 이용할 경우 종래의 스케줄링 알고리즘을 이용하는 것보다 우수한 것으로 판명되었다.

텍스트 의사소통과 그 모델 (Textual communication and its model)

  • This article aims to establish the model of textual communication and its schema. To do this, we must identify the characteristics of textual communication, different from that of the oral, because the model of communication is usually done to show the structure of oral communication. Moreover, we must clarify the status text as '${\acute{e}}nonc{\acute{e}}$', that is to say product of the act of enunciation. The study of the text has now reached to achieve from the perspective of pragmatics, overcoming the structural point of view that dominates long text linguistics. And now, we need to enrich the theoretical basis of the pragmatics of text. Then the search of elements necessary to develop the model and pattern of textual communication can help to establish the elements used to form the theoretical basis. To clarify the characteristics of textual communication, we needed to explain the present communication by the position of reader and the point of view of textual reference. The schema that we proposed is not perfect, but there are still issues to think to complete it. For example, one must take into account the plurality of readers and reflect the relationship between interpretive texts in this schema, etc. This kind of problem is not only required to complete the schema but also to strengthen the basis of the theory of textual communication and the pragmatics of text.

수학적 의사소통을 강조한 수학 학습 지도의 효과 (Effects of Mathematics Instruction that Emphasize the Mathematical Communication)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve middle students'mathematical communication ability. We designed the mathematics instruction model based on Vygotsky's ZPD to develop the mathematical communication ability, and applied to 2nd grade students in Middle School. And we investigated the significant differences between the group which was instructed with mathematical communication and the group which was instructed with teacher's traditional explanation in aspects of learning achievement, mathematical disposition, and mathematical communication abilities. The results of the study are as follows : 1. There is no significant difference in learning achievement within significance level .05 between the group which was instructed with mathematical communication and the group which was instructed with teacher's traditional explanation by t-test. 2. There is a significant difference in reflection within significance level .01 and in self-confidence within significance level .10 by MANCOVA. 3. There is a significant difference in mathematical communication ability within significance level .01 between two groups by covariance analysis. In particular, there is a significant difference in reading within significance level .01 and in speaking within significance level .05 by t-test.

Research on Relay Selection Technology Based on Regular Hexagon Region Segmentation in C-V2X

  • Traffic safety and congestion are becoming more and more serious, especially the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents, which have caused great casualties and economic losses. Cellular Vehicle to Everything (C-V2X) can assist in safe driving and improve traffic efficiency through real-time information sharing and communication between vehicles. All vehicles communicate directly with Base Stations (BS), which will increase the base station load. And when the communicating vehicles are too far apart, too fast or there are obstacles in the communication path, the communication link can be unstable or even interrupted. Therefore, choosing an effective and reliable multi-hop relay-assisted Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication can not only reduce the base station load and improve the system throughput but also expand the base station coverage and improve the communication quality of edge vehicles. Therefore, a communication area division scheme based on regular hexagon segmentation technology is proposed, a relay-assisted V2V communication mechanism is designed for the divided communication areas, and an efficient communication link is constructed by selecting the best relay node. Simulation results show that the scheme can improve the throughput of the system by nearly 55% and enhance the robustness of the V2V communication link.

부부간 의사소통 행태의 세대별 특성과 변천과정 연구 (The Characteristics and Transitional Process of the Communication Behavior between Korean Husbands and Wives among Generations)

  • 부부간 의사소통은 결혼 기간이 축적될수록 '공유된 경험세계'가 상대적으로 많은 반면 '친밀성'으로 인해 다양한 의사소통 문제들이 창출되는 산실이기도 하다. 따라서 부부간 의사소통은 표면적으로 매우 용이한 의사 소통 상황으로 비추어질 수 있지만 심층적으로 살펴보면 다양한 대인 커뮤니케이션(interpersonal communication)의 문제가 산재해 있음을 볼 수 있다. 이 연구는 한국사회의 부부간 의사소통 행태를 각 세대별로 나누어 그 특성을 탐색해보고, 결혼생활이 축적됨에 따라 나타날 수 있는 부부간 의사소통 행태의 변화 추이를 살펴보는데 중점을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 20대, 30대, 40대, 50대 부부, 즉 연령 동기자 그룹을 대상으로 대인 커뮤니케이션과정의 5가지 차원-개방적 태도 차원, 문제 해결 차원, 의사 표현 차원, 경청(傾聽) 차원, 피드백 차원에서 설문조사를 진행하여 그 결과를 분석해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 부부간 의사소통 행위의 특성이 각 세대별로 파악 되었으며, 다시 의사 종단 분석을 통하여 개방적 태도 차원, 문제 해결 차원, 의사 표현 차원, 경청 차원, 피드백 차원의 부부간 의사소통 행위가 변천하는 과정을 추적해볼 수 있었다.

Study on the Application of Infographics in the Communication of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China

  • China's intangible cultural heritage at the national level amounts to more than 1,500 species, and it is also the country with the largest number of items on UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list, so the intangible cultural heritage of the country and mankind is very much treasured and cared for. However, with the development of the times, many intangible cultural heritages are facing a dilemma due to the problem of a single form of communication. However, at the same time, the efficient and convenient way of information visualization provides innovative ideas and new opportunities for the visual communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. This paper examines the formal characteristics of infographic visual expression on the theoretical basis of books and related papers and analyzes the application cases and advantages of infographics in the communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage in the context of the present era. It aims to explore a fast and novel visual presentation method for the communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage through infographic design methods, to promote the inheritance and development of Chinese intangible cultural heritage in the new era.

티셔츠 문양의 커뮤니케이션 기능 및 이를 응용한 디자인 연구 (A Study on T-shirt Patterns as Communication and Its Design Application)

  • Clothing not only offers protection for the body and an aesthetic function but also accomplishes a communication role by delivering a message. And symbolic meanings of clothes deliver important information about the wearer. The T-shirt is one of the most popular items of clothing because of its simplicity and utility, In particular, T-shirt patterns, being simple forms, accomplish non-verbal communication directly by making possible the expression of an idea and showing the personality of the wearer. For these reasons, the T-shirt is becoming established as an Important item of clothing that shows one's personality and individuality in modern society. One purpose of this study is to confirm the communication function of fashion and understand that fashion plays an important symbolic role as a means of communication. Another purpose is to see how T-shirt patterns relate to human communication, through studying of widely accepted T-shirt in modern society. The final purpose is to develop a T-shirt design application based on this study and show how T-skirts contribute to expressing one's individuality and deliver ideas about society through clothing. The results of this study are as follows: 1. T-shirt patterns play a part in non-verbal communication. 2. T-shirt patterns have been variously expressed through conditions of society, culture and types of patterns, and formation techniques. 3. The communication function of T-shirt patterns have been classified to 5 categories; publicity, persuasion, solidarity, art, and fashion. 4 T-shirt design patterns were developed and produced. 5. T-shirt patterns could be useful ways to express individuality of oneself today.

The impact of Marketing Communication Content Distributed on Social Networks on Electronic Word-of-Mouth

  • Purpose: This paper evaluates which characteristics of marketing communication content distributed on social networks impact electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). Research design, data, and methodology: Quantitative research was carried out on 637 Vietnamese people aged from 18, who were exposed to marketing communication programs of fashion brands. Preliminary data were analyzed by the reliability of the scale, multivariate regression analysis, and analysis of variance. Results: The research findings have identified the four characteristics of social media content that positively impact e-WOM, including entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and customization. Participants aged 30 and under have a higher appreciation for media content and e-WOM than those from 31 and over. Conclusion: To promote e-WOM, marketing communication content distributed on social networks should focus on the following characteristics: (1) The entertainment of marketing communication content should involve positive emotions, fun, and enjoyment; (2) With interactive content, focus should be placed on discussion and exchange content, content that encourages sharing, and two-way interactive content; (3) For trending marketing communication content, marketers consider communicating brand-related latest information, up-to-date information, and hot discussion topics; and (4) When creating customized content, brands should be interesting, customized (information, product, price), and unique.

Zigbee-based Local Army Strategy Network Configurations for Multimedia Military Service

  • With the rapid evolution of communication technology, it became possible to overcome the spatial and temporal limitations faced by humans to some extent. Furthermore, the quality of personal life was revolutionized with the emergence of the personal communication device commonly known as the smart phone. In terms of defense networks, however, due to restrictions from the military and security perspectives, the use of smart phones has been prohibited and controlled in the army; thus, they are not being used for any defense strategy purposes as yet. Despite the current consideration of smart phones for military communication, due to the difficulties of network configuration and the high cost of the necessary communication devices, the main tools of communication between soldiers are limited to the use of flag, voice or hand signals, which are all very primitive. Although these primitive tools can be very effective in certain cases, they cannot overcome temporal and spatial limitations. Likewise, depending on the level of the communication skills of each individual, communication efficiency can vary significantly. As the term of military service continues to be shortened, however, types of communication of varying efficiency depending on the levels of skills of each individual newly added to the military is not desirable at all. To address this problem, it is essential to prepare an intuitive network configuration that facilitates use by soldiers in a short period of time by easily configuring the strategy network at a low cost while maintaining its security. Therefore, in this article, the author proposes a Zigbee-based local strategic network by using Opnet and performs a simulation accordingly.

커뮤니케이션 매체로서 어린이 그림책에 대한 연구 (A Study on Children′s Picture Book as a Communication Medium)

  • 인간은 커뮤니케이션을 통해 그들의 생존과 바람직한 사회생활을 영위해 오고 있다. 인간의 커뮤니케이션은 언어에서 문자, 인쇄매체, 전파매체를 통해, 또한 최근에는 통신매체를 통하여 변화하며 확산되고 있다. 문자의 발명 이후 책은 가장 오랜 역사를 지닌 인간 커뮤니케이션 매체로서 인간의 정신세계를 보존, 전승해 왔다. 어린이 그림책 역시 커뮤니케이션 매체로서 정보의 발신자, 메시지, 매체, 수신자라는 요소로 구성되어 커뮤니케이션의 과정이 이루어진다. 작가, 일러스트레이터, 편집자라는 집합군의 발신자는 어린이라는 특별한 수신대상을 분석하여 메시지를 기호화하고 내용을 구성하며 매체를 선정하고 어린이에게 효과적으로 전달하여 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지도록 한다. 어린이라는 수신자의 발달 특성과 그의 욕구를 살펴 볼 때, 그림책의 글과 일러스트레이션이라는 시각매체는 어린이와의 커뮤니케이션을 위해 가장 적절한 것이다. 그래서 그림책은 첫째, 어른과 어린이간의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 어린이가 자아를 발견하고 역할을 수행해 갈 수 있도록 하여 결국 사회와의 커뮤니케이션을 이루게 한다. 둘째, 글과 일러스트레이션의 메시지 해독을 통하여 어린이에게 이 시대 인간 커뮤니케이션의 능력 즉 비주얼 커뮤니케이션과 문자 커뮤니케이션을 경험하고 학습하게 한다.
