The purpose of this study is to find student factors associated with the students' evaluation of university teaching, and to provide a meaningful reference to policy-making of teaching evaluation. Based on the surveyed questionnaires from 232 students who participated in e-learning course. in combination with applying descriptive statistics, this study analyzes (1) the influences of students' pre-motivation level of student based-on ARCS theory on class satisfaction, (2) the influences of students' grade, attendance, and class involvement on class satisfaction, and (3) the influences of e-learning experience on students' pre-motivation level and class satisfaction. Result of this study shows that: (1) students' pre-motivation level including Attention(A), Relevance(R), Confidence(C), and Satisfaction(S) is positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, (2) students' grade, attendance. and class involvement are positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, and (3) students' e-learning experience is not related with students' pre-motivation level, whereas it is related with class satisfaction.

The Common Criteria (CC) philosophy is to provide assurance based upon an evaluation of the IT product or system that is to be trusted. Evaluation has been the traditional means of providing assurance. It is essential that not only the customer' srequirements for software functionality should be satisfied but also the security requirements imposed on the software development should be effectively analyzed and implemented in contributing to the security objectives of customer's requirements. Unless suitable requirements are established at the start of the software development process, the re suiting end product, however well engineered, may not meet the objectives of its anticipated consumers. By the security evaluation, customer can sure about the quality of the products or sys tems they will buy and operate. In this paper, we propose a selection guide for If products by show ing relationship between security engineering and security evaluation and make help user and customer select appropriate products or system.

An economic evaluation is required in order to apply to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) for a listing in the national drug formulary. To assist companies in preparing the necessary documents, HIRA published guidelines for the economic evaluation of pharmaceuticals in 2006. The guidelines are composed of two parts: guidance and explanatory notes. Each guideline reflects the best practice which meets both the theoretical consensus within the academic community and local situations, like data availability. To enhance the transparency of evaluation, guidelines emphasize the reproducibility of data and analysis result. That is, all evaluation processes are required to be described in enough detail to be replicated by reviewers. With growing experience and theoretical development in this area, HIRA guidelines will be revised periodically.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to see whether pain in cancer patients is decreased by Eriobotryae Folium Fomentation. Methods: We examined the change in pain among six cancer patients, prescribing Eriobotryae Folium Fomentation. As for evaluating methods, we used the case history of pain, the direct evaluation of pain, the indirect evaluation of pain. The direct evaluation of pain is subdivided by the language expression, the non-language expression, and Visual analog scale(VAS). The indirect evaluation of pain is subdivided by the condition of walking, mood and the condition of sleep. Results: After two weeks, any remarkable pain decrease is not observed in both of the direct evaluation and indirect evaluation.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

Despite the increasing interest in web contents and the rapid growth of CMS(Content Management System) market, the studies on the evaluation criteria for determining the purchase of the CMS solution are very rare. We introduce previous researches on the evaluation models of IT solution, and develop new criteria for evaluating CMS solutions. We calculate the relative importance of the evaluation criteria using scores from the IT experts based on the "Pair-wise Comparison" using the AHP. Based on the analyses of IT specialists′ responses, the results of the study show that, among the ten criteria, "the function of content management", "the contribution to the company′s business process" and "the fit with Information Strategic Plan" are the three most important ones over the remaining others. The developed model and criteria for the evaluation of the CMS solutions are expected to contribute on effective purchasing decision of the solutions and their successful implementation.

Recently, the reliability evaluation and analysis are applied far many industrial products which are required to guarantee in quality and efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to present some of reliability evaluation methodologies that are applicable to machine tools. Especially ATC (Automatic Tool Changer), which is a core component of line center, was chosen as the target of the reliability evaluation and analysis. The scope of research is reliability prediction, reliability test and evaluates their results. The results of reliability evaluation have shown the failure rates, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), reliability for those components of ATC and real tests reliability through the constructed reliability test-bed. It is expected that proposed methodologies would increase reliability for a high-speed line center.

As International considerations about the Barrier-Free environment increase, Korean Barrier-Free Environment Certification System has operated since 2008 in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find way to improve evaluation items, so this study analyzed the result of examination certified facilities and investigated the importance of the evaluation item for conducted a questionair survey with the BF experts. As a result, a lower scored and high important item should assign a higher score or lower the difficulty level, so induces applicants to be certified. Second, a higher scored and lower important item should assign a lower score or increase the difficulty of evaluating. The results suggested are expected the use in the improvement direction of BF certification evaluation items.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a evaluation method and matching process model which derives suitable design firm for a client. Unlike the existing evaluation method, the suggested evaluation method and matching process for interior design firm allows a client specify his own needs. The evaluation methods utilizes designers experience record, past performance and customers post occupancy evaluation to derive design firms meeting clients requirements. With this method and matching process model, customers could access the design firms more efficiently and the design firms suitable for the clients needs could be suggested.

The purpose of this study is to suggest designing goals and directions in the lobby area of obstetric hospitals by constructing a space evaluation structure model, which is made by image evaluation structure model used by SD method and Advanced Repertory Grid Technique. As a result of the image evaluation used by SD method, it turned out 4 factors which are related to recognizing and evaluating the space formativeness, openness, decorativeness, sensitiveness. I found out the relationship between space evaluation structure and the element of interior space. I also suggested detailed designing method based on this relationship. Space evaluation structure model can be applied to designing lobby areas of obstetric hospitals to reconstruct more specific and objective designing goals and standards rather simply designer's sensitive and abstract designing approach.
