영농폐비닐 수거율 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis of the Determinants of the Collection Rate of Agricultural Plastic Waste)

  • It is widely known that agricultural plastic waste incineration by farmers may cause big forest fire or fine dust in rural areas. Hence, how to increase the rate of collection and recycling of the agricultural plastic waste is of concern to policy makers especially for rural environment. The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of the collection rate of agricultural plastic waste. This study used the data from 'Research on Agricultural Waste' by the Korea Environment Corporation from year 2012 to 2015 for 163 regions. This study found that the compensation rate for collection, the frequency of collecting services, and the quality of waste are important to increase the collection rate. And the regions with more elderly and low income people are more likely to have higher collection rate. Finally, the chief producing regions that are specialized in a certain crop shows higher collection rate.

서울컬렉션 시장부합 요소와 시장지향에 관한 탐색적 연구 -컬렉션 참가자들을 중심으로- (An Exploratory Study for the Market of Seoul Collection -From the Collection Participant's Perspective-)

  • This study is to understand the current situation of the Seoul Collection and suggest market oriented strategies in order to establish a more effective fashion market. Three elements-time, form, and, place-were defined to analyse the dynamics of the collection and two factors-customer/competitor oriented information and information interaction among participants-were employed to evaluate the Seoul collection toward market orientation. The data were collected from the collection participants via an in-depth interview. The identified major market factors were: 1. Time-In order to create a desirable market, the opening time of the Seoul Collection needs to be rescheduled in accordance with the openings of other countries. Also the time must be suitable to the buyer's movement. 2. Product-Products which did not meet the needs of the market and their unrealistically high prices were two main factors that hindered sales. 3. Place-Although the place was a vital factor to the success of the collection, the facility was not fully a suitable location for buyers to place orders. Additionally, the analyzed data indicated the low market-oriented Seoul collection. Vital to elevating the Seoul Collection to meet the global standard, therefore, more practical research and merchandise planning should be arranged in advance.

연구도서관 장서의 양적 질적 평가에 관한 분석적 고찰 (An Analytical Study on the Quantitative and Qualitative Evaluation of Research Library Collection)

  • The purpose of this study is to bring out the most reasonable and feasible evaluation methods of research library collection in Korea. At the very outset, writer tried to define the purpose and the necessity of collection evaluation. Writer described a collection evaluation is to gain the data for decision making on selection policy, weeding and storage project, and explained it is one of the procedures of a collection development system operation of being explained as repeated three procedures through a collection development plan, an implimentation of the set plan(selection process) and a collection evaluation. Writer also pointed out the fact many libraries in Korea are apt to by pass or overlook this important process. Writer then defined the criteria of a collection evaluation as the measurement of the proportion of library holding's capability to meet users' demands and that of the degree of total collection's utilization. Writer introduced and analysed seven existing collection evaluation methods and concluded the method by a survey of users' needs and opinion and the method by a circulation survey are the most feasible and reasonable methods that can be applied. Writer also added that using above two evaluation methods together can enhance the effectiveness of collection evaluation.

공공도서관 장서의 포화에 관한 사례 연구 (Case Study on Collection Saturation of Public Library)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관의 자료이용공간 내 장서포화 상태를 측정하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 수행을 위하여 특정 지방자치단체 한 곳을 선정하여 이 지방자치단체가 운영하는 공공도서관의 도서관별 장서포화상태를 측정하여 장서포화의 상태와 원인을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 연구 결과를 토대로 우리나라 공공도서관에서 장서포화도를 측정하여 장서포화에 대한 심각성을 인지하고, 장서포화의 원인을 파악하여 이를 해결해야 한다는 당면과제를 제시하는데 있다.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서 발생된 클라우드 컬렉션은 네트워크상의 또는 물리적 형태의 플랫폼을 통해 도서관간 중복된 장서를 공동 보존 활용함으로써 새로운 가치를 창출시키는 프레임�p을 의미한다. 전자책 시장 활성화와 인쇄본의 소급 디지털화 경향은 라이선스 기반의 전자책 서비스와 도서관 소장 도서의 공동 활용을 추구하는 새로운 장서 관리 패러다임을 예고하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 보존과 인쇄본 공동 보존이 상보적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 클라우드 컬렉션의 개념에 대해 논의하고, 한국 대학도서관의 클라우드 컬렉션 도입 방향을 전망해 본다.

  • 어느 국가를 막론하고 공공도서관의 사회적 정체성과 역할모형은 역사성과 체계성을 겸비한 장서에서 발원한다. 그렇기 때문에 장서개발은 모든 공공도서관이 가장 중시해야 할 전문직 업무이다. 이에 국내외 공공도서 관계가 금과옥조로 삼는 고전적 장서개발의 정론이 직면하는 한계를 분석하고 디지털 오디세이의 신화를 논급한 다음에 미래 장서개발의 노선과 전략을 제시하였다.

  • This study investigates the electrical and collection characteristics of a wide plate spacing electrostatic precipitator (ESP), using a pilot-scale one. Electrical operating characteristics and collection efficiency were measured for various shapes of discharge electrodes. The collection plate spacing ranged from 300 to 550 mm. Results of electrical characteristic and collection efficiency tests as a function of collection plate spacing, discharge electrode type, applied voltage, and particle diameter were obtained. Increasing the collection plate pitch and altering the corona electrode geometry was found to increase the collection efficiencies without increasing input power requirement. The best efficiency is achieved for the discharge electrode of twisted pin type.

우수의 지표 포집 모델의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Rainwater Collection Model by the Ground)

  • In this study, quantity and quality of collected rainwater by the ground collection system were investigated and the Rainwater Collection Prediction Model was developed to predict the amount of collected rainwater. The quantity of collected rainwater in the collection system was 9516 L(38.2%) and the quantity of infiltrated rainwater in the collection system was 9946 L(40.2%) through $25m^2$ area for the study period, respectively. Average turbidity of collected rainwater in collection system was 2.2 NTU, and average turbidity of infiltrated rainwater in collection system was 2.3 NTU for study period, respectively. The predicted amount by the model and the actual collected amount were 9842.4 L and 9516 L, which were very close showing that prediction was excellent. The optimal rainwater storage tank volume was simulated with a certain consumption condition for various cities with different rainfall patterns.

공공도서관 개관장서 구축 방안 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Founding Collection in Public Libraries)

  • 이 연구는 공공도서관을 건립하고 개관하는 과정에서 새롭게 구축되는 개관장서 구성의 방법론에 대하여 논하고 있다. 최근 지역자치단체 등이 공공도서관을 지속적으로 설립하고 있는 것은 매우 고무적이다. 반면, 도서관의 가장 중요한 요소인 장서구성에 대한 방법론이 정립되어 있지 않아 일선에서는 혼선의 여지가 있다, 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 최근 개관한 10개 공공도서관의 개관장서 구축 사례를 검토하여 장서개발정책 수립, 장서구성기본계획 수립, 개관장서 규모 도출, 그리고 향토자료 구축 방안 등의 측면에서 표준적인 공공도서관 개관장서 구축방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

다단 임팩터(MOUDI)의 조대 입자 채취 특성 (Collection Characteristics of a MOUDI Cascade Impactor for Coarse Particles)

  • Particle collection characteristics of the MOUDI cascade impactor has been studied for coarse particles in the range of 2 to 20$mu extrm{m}$ in aerodynamic diameter. A vibrating orifice aerosol generator was empolyed to generate monodisperse test aerosols. The oleic acid and sodium chloride(NaCl) particles were used as test aerosols. Aluminum foil and Teflon filter were selected as impaction media. The sampling flow rate was changed from 25 to 35L/min. Particle collection efficiency for single stage was examined for liquid particles. The stage response was obtained experimentally for the cascade impactor composed of three stages and a backup filter. The results showed that most of particle collection efficiencies measured in this work are similar to the efficiency curves obtained by Marple et al.(1991). For particles less than cut-off size of the stage, the collection efficiencies of solid particles are similar to those of loquid particles. However, the collection efficiency of solid particles decreases with mereasing particle diameter for the particles greater than the actual cut-off size of the impactor. The particle collection efficiency increases with increasing sampling flow rate at the same particel size. However, the collection efficiency curves seem not to be greatly shifted with the flow rate. The stage responses obtained by direct measurements in this work are in good agreement with those derived from the collection efficiency curves for single stage.
