Developing countries have faced serious difficulties in implementing customs procedures. For example, they have experienced heavy administrative constraints such as lack of qualified personnel and non-computerization. Some importers in developing countries have tried to undervalue or overvalue the imported goods and misclassify them with the target of lowering the incidence of customs duties. In order to address these problems many of developing countries often require the exporter to get a Clean Report of Findings(CRF) issued by a preshipment inspection entity. This study tries to reply to the following questions with which the exporters are faced in the process of issuance of CRF. First, what are the provisions and regulations that the exporters have to note in the event a CRF is issued by the inspection entity? Second, how do the exporters safeguard their own rights in case of price verification? Third, how to protect the confidential business information to be submitted by the exporters in order to get a CRF? Fourth, how can the exporters respond to the improper conducts that the inspection entities have done?

This article is a review report on the middle school mathematics textbooks, based on "2015 Revision of National Curriculum". Considering future textbooks, this report is to keep a record of the review. In this report, I mainly discuss the mathematical aspects (but not educational or pedagogical aspects) of the textbooks. I sincerely hope that the content of this article is to be discussed and examined further by the society of mathematics education and the society of mathematics.

Ferro-cement is a composite material made of portland cement mortar and wire(or chicken wire) reinforcement. In most cases, as a shipbuilding material, reinforcing steel rods and steel pipes are also used. This report will review the technique of ferro-cement boat building and will guide the working details. Beyond these, this report will present some test results of the ferro-cement test pannels and will compare those with the other well known shipbuilding material. As a matter of fact ferro-cement application to the shipbuilding material is quite not a new theory. There were already lots of case studies and actual ship building applications. But the technique to do this is not easily available to the interested persons and amateur shipbuilders. Therefore this report will stress most its "state-of-the-art review" and give kind guidance in using ferro-cement as a shipbuilding material. For the more interested research worker, technical references as much as listable are printed in the bibliography section on this report.

Mucoepidermoid tumors of lung are extremely uncommon, with fewer than 50 such cases having been reported. The degree of tumor malignancy has been discussed by some authors without any definite conclusion. This report describes a case of this, occurred in a 53-year-old female, having a highly malignant process and finally confirmed by postoperative histopathological evaluation.

Mediastinal lipomas are fairly unusual tumors. They are usually lobulated, encapsulated and found in the anterior mediastinum. Although benign, they may grow to an huge size, but they no specific symptom. We experienced a case of large cervico-mediastinal lipoma, which successfully resected. This report reviews our experience with the review of literature.

Air within the spinal canal called pneumorrhachis has been seen rarely. We report a case showing multiple air pockets in the paraspinal and epidural space with vacuum disc and review pathogenesis and treatment of pneumorrhachis.

We report a successful right,sleeve pneumonectomy using femoro-femoral bypass on a 26-year-old woman with severe carinal and lower tracheal stenosis of tuberculous origin. Omental graft on the anastomotic site was added, There was no specific postoperative complication and postoperative bleeding was minimal.

The pulmonary carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor, which composed of an admixture of histologically malignant epithelial and mesenchymal tissues. Carcinosarcomas comprise 0.2% of all pulmonary neoplasms and are most often found in a proximal bronchus. We report two cases of the pulmonary carcinosarcoma with a rewiew of the literatures.

Congenital lobar emphysema is an uncommon disease affecting newborns and infants with respiratory distress. This report describes a 1.9kg premature baby of 31weeks gestation who developed respiratory distress symptoms of congenital lobar emphysema involved left upper lobe.Left upper lobe lobectomy was carried out and good result was obtained. So, we present one case report with literature review.
