Tapping mode atomic force microscopy (TM-AFM) utilizes the dynamic response of a resonating probe tip as it approaches and retracts from a sample to measure the topography and material properties of a nanostructure. We present recent results based on numerical techniques that yield new perspectives and insight into AFM. It is compared that the dynamic models including van der Waals and Derjaguin-Muller-Toporov(DMT) or Johnson-Kendall-Roberts(JKR) contact forces demonstrates that periodic solutions can be represented with respect to the approach distance and excitation frequency.

PZT(30/70) thick film was fabricated by using 1,3 propanediol-based sol-gel method. Prepared film of pyroelectric property was investigated by Dynamic method of modulation frequency dependence. Pyroelectric coefficient was obtained about 5.0$\times$10$^{-8}$ C/$\textrm{cm}^2$.K. The figure of merits for voltage responsivity and specific detectivity were 3.4$\times$10$^{-11}$ C.cm/J and 5.9$\times$10$^{-9}$ C.cm/J, respectively, because of relative high-dielectric constant and high-pyroelectric coefficient. Voltage responsivity was increased at low modulation frequency and it was decreased at high modulation frequency. Voltage responsivity was maximum 1.84 V/W at 10 Hz. As Johnson noise is dominant, Noise voltage was increased nearly proportional to f$^{-1}$ 2/. Noise equivalent power and specific detectivity were 2.83$\times$10$^{-7}$ W/Hz$^{1}$2/ and 3.13$\times$10$^{5}$ cm.Hz$^{1}$2//W the same frequency at 80 Hz, respectively.

1,3 propanediol 을 이용한 sol-gel 방법으로 PZT(30/70) 후막을 제작하였다. 제작된 film 의 초전특성은 dynamic 방법을 이용하여 변조 주파수 의존성을 조사하였다. 초전계수 (pyroelectric coefficient) 는 약 $5.0{\times}10^{-8}\;C/cm^2{\cdot}K$를 나타내었다. 전압감도와 비검출능에 대한 재료평가지수는 비교적 높은 유전률과 높은 초전계수로 인해 각각 $3.4{\times}10^{-11}\;C{\cdot}cm/J$과 $5.9{\times}10^{-9}\;C{\cdot}cm/J$을 나타내었다. 전압감도는 저주파 영역에서 증가하다가 고주파 영역에서는 주파수에 반비례하는 경향을 보이며, 10Hz에서 최대값 1.84 V/W를 나타내었다. 잡음전압은 Johnson 잡음의 영향으로 거의 $f^{-1/2}$ 에 비례하여 증가하였다 잡음등가전력과 비검출능은 같은 주파수 80Hz 에서 각자 $2.83{\times}10^{-7}\;W/Hz^{1/2}$ 과 3.13{\times}10^5\;cm{\cdot}Hz^{1/2}/W$를 나타내었다.

본 논문은 차등공간변조(DSM)를 위한 안테나 인덱스 순열들의 그레이 코드 오더를 제안한다. 실행하기 위해서 계산 복잡도(Computational complexity)와 사전 편찬식 오더를 사용하는 기존 DSM 이 둘의 유사성을 도출한 Trotter-Johnson의 유명한 Ranking & Unranking 알고리즘들을 차용했다. 사전 편찬식 오더를 넘어선 그레이코드로 얻어낸 신호 대비 잡음비는 시뮬레이션들을 통해 성능이 분석되었다. 그레이 코딩 프레임워크를 기초로, 그레이 코드 오더에 속한 완전 순열들의 예상되지 않는 위치들에서 직접적으로 선택된 액티브 안테나 지수들의 순열들이 있는 인터섹티드 그레이 코드(I-code) 오더로 명칭된 다양성-강화 기법를 제안한다. 분석과 시뮬레이션들에서, I-Gray 코드 오더가 그레이 코드 오더에 대한 추가적인 다이버시티 차수를 만들어 내 성능이 우수했다.

We present a preliminary result from a high-resolution and high signal-to-noise spectroscopic survey, providing atmospheric parameters for about 170 nearby field dwarfs in the Hipparcos catalog. Our preliminary analysis shows that when Hipparcos parallaxes are adopted, a few stars in our sample are too faint compared to main-sequence fitting distances based on our accurately measured [Fe/H]. We discuss magnitude deficits of these field stars in connection with the short Hipparcos distance to the Pleiades.

본 논문에서는 고정자의 제 3고조파 전압 성분을 이용하여 브러시리스 직류 전동기의 회전자 위치를 간접 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 3고조파 성분은 회전자의 위치 정보를 가지고 있고 이 전압을 이용하여 전환 신호(Commutation signal)를 만들어 낼 수 있다. 따라서 전환 신호를 이용하여 구형파 전류 여자 브러시리스 직류 전동기를 센서리스로 운전하는 방식은 상지연 필터가 필요하지 않고 하드웨어적으로 전류의 전환 시점이 결정되므로 센서리스 드라이브용 프로세서의 부담을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 역기전력 파형과 상전류가 비교적 정확한 동기를 유지할 수 있으므로 넓은 속도 범위에서 안정적인 센서리스 운전이 가능한 방법이다.
