미용 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Employment Stress on Cosmetology Students Occupation Decision and Job Hunting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

  • A practice on learn-by-doing career education programs has been operated in Faculty of Engineering in Niigata University from 2006. The purpose of the activity is reduction of early unemployment which is due to the gaps between the situations which university students would expect in their job hunting processes and those of their practical work places after getting jobs. We developed a novel internship program to let the students notice the practical situations of engineers outside the university. A major part of the program is composed of two different kinds of internships and what we call a career design workshop. The characteristic programs are called "Market Internship" and "Technology Internship". In the activities, they are organically connected with each other. In the paper we refer to one of the unique internship programs "Technology Internship", which is characterized as a longer-term practice than usual. In the course of one-month internship practices, the students obtained deeper understandings and closer relationship to the practical work places of the companies than usual internships which last less than two weeks. The students estimated these unique experiences effective for their job hunting in near future.

  • This study was following one of 'A study on the consciousness of fashion industries internship'. The purposes of this study were to develop the internship program which focused on practical use to introduce and carry out for fashion industries, and secondly to propose some regime for government to activate fashion internship. Reference searching method and depth interviewing method were used for this study. The results were as follows : Fashion industry internship was grouped into two classes, 'on-the-job training'; educating students fields and 'talent hunting'; selecting good persons. Internship of industry-academic world was classified into two types; the one is 'credit type' which has curriculums between universities and industries and the other is 'non-credit type' which has not any credit and is operated by industry own system. This study provided the development courses of pragmatic program to perform internship systematically and it also provided the program models for guide line in fashion industries. Six grades such as ready step, introduction step, selection step, management step, evaluation step and feed-back step were proposed for the internship program development steps of fashion industries. A virtual organization, 'The Fashion Industry and Academy Association' was proposed as a policy for activating internship between universities, industries and government.

  • LinkedIn is one of the most job hunting and career-growing applications in the world. There are a lot of opportunities and jobs available on LinkedIn. According to statistics, LinkedIn has 738M+ members. 14M+ open jobs on LinkedIn and 55M+ Companies listed on this mega-connected application. A lot of vacancies are available daily. LinkedIn data has been used for the research work carried out in this paper. This in turn can significantly tackle the challenges faced by LinkedIn and other job posting applications to improve the levels of jobs available in the industry. This research introduces Text Processing in natural language processing on datasets of LinkedIn which aims to find out the jobs that appear most in a month or/and year. Therefore, the large data became renewed into the required or needful source. This study thus uses Multinomial Naïve Bayes and Linear Support Vector Machine learning algorithms for text classification and developed a trained multilingual dataset. The results indicate the most needed job vacancies in any field. This will help students, job seekers, and entrepreneurs with their career decisions

  • 최근 청년 실업 문제가 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되면서, 대학 졸업자에 대한 원활한 사회 진출에 도움이 될 수 있도록 대학을 중심으로 졸업자에 대한 현장중심 맞춤형 교육과 산업현장에서 요구하는 경험중심 인재상을 반영한 다양한 산학협력 프로젝트가 기획되어 실시되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력들은 현실 취업시장 상황을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 많은 취업 실패와 시행착오를 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 취업을 앞두고 있는 4학년을 대상으로 BLE분야 중견기업과 긴밀한 산학협력을 통해 학생 경험중심의 현장 맞춤형 소프트웨어 개발 인력양성을 위한 사업모델을 제안하여 산학협력 프로젝트를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 사업모델에 대한 사업성 평가와 약점 및 위협 요인에 대한 대응전략 분석을 통해 문제점과 실패 요인을 찾아내어 개선된 사업모델을 제안하였다.

딥러닝을 활용한 취업준비생 데이터에 의한 취업 가능성 예측 (Prediction of Employability by Job Seeker Data Through Deep Learning)

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 활용하여 취업준비생들의 데이터에 의하여 취업 가능 여부와 그에 따른 유용한 정보들을 얻기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 취업 가능성이 성공적으로 평가된다면 예비 사회인, 취업준비생, 대학생들이 미리 취업 준비가 어느 정도 이루어졌는지 본인의 위치를 평가할 수 있으며 강점과 약점을 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 취업생 및 취업준비생 데이터를 포함하는 CSV파일을 생성하였고, 딥러닝을 활용하여 유용한 정보들을 추출해내는데 성공했다. 이를 통해 취업 가능성 예측 프로그램은 취업준비생들과 기업의 인사관리자들에게 커다란 이점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 더 나아가 이 프로그램은 기업 구성원들의 업무능력을 평가할 수 있는 프로그램으로도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업이 아동.청소년의 사회.정서 및 인지적 발달에 미치는 효과 (Effect of the Spportive Project for the Priority Region of Educational Welfare Investment[SPPREWI] on School Children's Psychosocial and Cognitive Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 교육과학기술부에서 실시하고 있는 빈곤 아동 청소년 정책인 '교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업'(이하 교육복지사업)의 정당성 확인과 지속적 실시 여부를 확인해 보기 위해 사업의 성과를 평가하고자 하였다. 특히 교육복지사업에서 기대되는 성과지표에 기반하여 사회 정서적 발달('긍정적인 자아개념', '우울 불안 자살충동', '공격성 분노', '비행', '학교생활적응', '사회적 변화')과 인지적 발달('학습자기조절인지', '학습행동통제전략', '직업준비성')을 측정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육복지사업을 운영하는 학교[즉, 실험집단]와 동일한 지역 내 열악한 환경에 놓여 있는 비운영학교[즉, 통제집단] 간 비교 그리고 사업운영학교의 서비스 이용수준에 따른 실험집단 내 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과로부터 교육복지사업이 성과지표에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 열악한 환경이라는 위험요인에 대한 완충효과를 갖는 동시에 서비스제공에 상승효과를 나타내는 '학교 건강성'의 조절효과 확인을 통해 교육복지실천에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.
