1급 응급구조사의 직무분석에 관한 연구 (A study on the job description of paramedics)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey a perception of frequency & importance level of job performance, from 249 paramedics who were working at fire station. The job related activities of 4 duties, 18 tasks and 145 task elements were checked by 4 rating scale. The data were analyzed using a SPSS program for descriptive statistics. The results of the study were as follows ; 1. Some of the most frequent tasks were medical tx, managing people & organization, trauma care, pt assessment, general coping skill 2. Some of the most frequent task elements were preparation of written reports, operation of pt lifting supplies, transportation of patients on stretchers, administration of cervical collar and utilization of scoop stretcher. 3. Some of the highest level of importance in task were resuscitation of circulation, surgical tx, safety & infection control, environmental emergency care, trauma care. 4. Some of the highest level of importance in task elements were administration of cervical collar, adult CPR, infant CPR, child CPR, and AED. 5. The highest level of task elements in perception of frequency & importance were administration of cervical collar, infection control after pt care, utilization of long back board, disinfection of ambulance after ride a long, care of chest pain pt, care of unconscious pt, tx of asthma. 6. A difference between frequent & importance score were due to lack of supplies(41%), structural problems(30%) and medical control system(16%), lack of skills(10%), Suggestion; 1. This paper would be more reliable and confirm through wilder range of survey. 2. It would be necessary of more depth survey through dacom study from paramedic. 3. Development of field oriented protocol & curriculum that based on task elements which have high score of both frequency & importance level is required.

데이컴 기법을 이용한 일개 권역응급의료센터 간호사의 직무 분석 (Nurses' Job Analysis in a Regional Emergency Center Using the DACUM)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to establish the role of and to analyze the job of nurses in a regional emergency center using the Developing a Curriculum(DACUM) process, a job analysis technique. Methods: The DACUM committee was organized, and three workshops were held from June 1st to July 4th, 2016. One hundred two nurses in a regional emergency center participated in a survey from October 3rd to 10th, 2016. The frequency, importance and difficulty of each tasks and task elements in the DACUM were investigated on a Likert scale. Results: The roles of nurses in a regional emergency center were identified and the DACUM chart was developed with 6 duties, 29 tasks and 153 task elements. According to the survey, some tasks such as 'CPR,' 'acute respiratory distress care,' and 'drug administration' showed high frequency and importance or difficulty in all nursing units in common, and different results reflected the characteristics of each nursing unit were also found. Conclusion: The results showed the feature of the regional emergency center. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop educational programs for practice.

프랜차이즈 교육기관과 교육콘텐츠의 특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Characteristics of Franchise Educational Institution and Contents on the Educational Transition)

  • Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

미술교과 중심의 융합인재교육(STEAM)이 중학생의 과학·직업역량에 미치는 영향 - 3D프리터를 활용한 식품디자인수업을 중심으로 - (The effects of science·job competence through STEAM education based on a Fine Arts among Secondary School Students - Focused on the food design class using 3D printer -)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 미술교과 중심의 융합인재교육(STEAM)이 학습자의 과학역량과 직업역량에 어떤 효과가 있는 지를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 개발한 프로그램의 주제는 3D프린터를 활용한 '식품디자인' 주제로 총 5차시로 개발하여 경기도에 소재한 Y중학교 2-3학년 학생 237명을 대상으로 모의수업을 진행하여 사전 사후 결과를 분석하였다. STEAM교육역량 분석 결과 프로그램 실시 이후 실시전에 비하여 학습자들의 공통, 과학, 식품과학 직업역량이 전반적으로 향상되었다. 특히 과학역량의 세 개 하위영역 중 탐구적 요소의 변화가 검정통계량으로 가장 큰 유의한 변화가 있었다. 식품과학 직업역량의 검정통계량에서 공통역량, 과학적 역량과 비교해 가장 큰 유의한 차이를 보인 것을 알 수 있다. 본 프로그램은 학교수업 시간에 활용할 수 있도록 현장중심으로 개발하였으며 프로그램은 주제별로 혹은 재구성하여 활용하는 것도 가능하다.

In addition, National Competency Standards (NCS) have also been developed. As a result, It has been created standards for each job and provide education and training standards for industrial production management tasks. Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. In addition, Colleges are focusing on vocational education. Because of the opening of the education market, They are competing in various ways. And, To survive in this competition. They are making great efforts to improve the lecture satisfaction. If education is regarded as an industry, it can be classified as a representative service industry. Because it is formed as a perfect competition between colleges. And then in this paper, This will focus on the mechanical production Manager duties of industrial engineering department related NCS. This study also conducted empirical studies to analyze factors affecting the curriculum using the KANO analysis.

우리나라 병원 행정인력의 전문성 수준 분석 (The Level of Expertise of Hospital Administrators in Korea)

  • This research is designed to analyze the professionalism of administrators working in Korean hospitals as a way to make them a better expertise in the industry. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of 105 administrative professionals working in hospitals nationwide and statistical analysis was performed with the SPSS Windows version 15.0. The survey questions were developed based on the Spencer & Spencer's results of research in expertise variables. The results showed that the current Korean hospital administrator do have short of expertise required for their job position. Therefore, the curriculum reform is required for healthcare management programs in college and the Korean College of Hospital Administrators (KCHA) is required to change the contents of license exam based on the results of the study.

  • 사회가 복잡해짐에 따라 처리하고 분석해야 할 콘텐츠의 양은 점점 더 많아지며, 이러한 많은 정보들을 자동적으로 체계적으로 분류하여 필요한 통계를 바로 추출하는 기능이 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직업 정보 사이트인 jobkorea 사이트에서 IT 분야의 구인 관련 공고를 추출하고 추출된 문서들에 있는 단어들의 통계 처리를 통해 현재 IT 관련 산업체에서 필요로 하는 기술 분야 및 직종을 자동으로 분석하여 보여줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 IT 관련 학과의 교과과정 개편 등의 다양한 응용에 활용할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 또한, 본 시스템은 직업 정보 사이트의 분석 이외에 콘텐츠 동향 분석이나 관련 분야의 통계 처리를 필요로 하는 다른 사이트에도 쉽게 확대 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

간호전문직 자율성(Professional Nurse Autonomy)의 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Professional Nurse Autonomy)

  • Professional nurse Autonomy is an essential attribute of a discipline striving for full professional status. Purpose: This study was to clarify the concept of professional nurse autonomy to provide basic data needed for development of professional autonomy enhancing strategies. Method: This study use the process of Walker & Avante's concept analysis based on Wade's research (1999), and field data of 21 nurses. Results: Professional nurse autonomy is defined as competency and creative performance of the professional nurse in practice, to decide independently or interdependently nursing activities and to be had accountable for results of decisions, that reflect advocacy and caring. It was identified that critical attributes include responsible discretionary decision making, collegial interdependence, initiative, creativity, and caring, advocacy, cooperative relationship with clients, receptive capacity to others, activeness, self confidence, and devotion and responsibility to their profession. Antecedents include personal characteristics, educational background, experience and structural characteristics that enhance professional nurse autonomy. Consequences of professional nurse autonomy are feelings of self-efficacy, empowerment, job satisfaction, reduction of intention to leave their job. Conclusion: According to these results, it is recommended that the curriculum provides an environment for learning professional nurse autonomy, and that is used as basic data to develope strategies to enhance professional autonomy of nurse in practice and it's effects

스마트 미디어 시대의 미디어 교육 방안 (Media Education Methodology in Smart Media Era)

  • 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 스마트 미디어의 확산은 기존 미디어 사업의 비즈니스 모델에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 변화는 미디어 현장의 직군별로 요구되는 핵심역량에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 현업 종사자를 대상으로 두 번의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 미디어 현장에서 느끼는 변화, 직군별 요구되는 역량의 변화를 파악하고 이러한 변화에 대응할 수 있는 대학의 미디어 교육 방안을 고찰 하였다. 고전적인 커뮤니케이션 이론 교육에서 탈피하여 보다 대학은 현재 미디어 현장에서 요구되는 역량을 키워줄 수 있는 커리큘럼을 개발해야 한다. 향후 대학의 미디어 교육은 새로운 매체 환경에서 미디어와 관련된 여러 가지 이슈에 대한 종합적인 문제 해결 능력의 배양에 초점을 맞추어야 한다.

이러닝 품질관리사의 자격 검정 체제 개발 (Development of an Examination System for a e-Learning Quality Manager's Certificate)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an examination system for an e-learning quality manager's certificate which is composed of subjects, criteria, method of examination. The task model of e-learning quality manager was modify and task/knowledge/skill matrix was developed to design the examination system through conferences of DACUM committee and an advisory committee. And a survey was carry out to analyze validity of contents of the examination system. The major findings were as the follow: First, occupational specification, job specification, task specification and task/knowledge/skill matrix were developed. Second, examination subjects were developed based on task/knowledge/skill matrix, which were "Basis of e-Learning and plan of service", "Expulsion and management of e-learning infrastructure", "Development of e-learning contents", "Operation and evaluation of e-learning service". Third, the criteria and methods of examination for an e-learning quality manager's certificate were developed, which is composed of test type, the sum of test items, test time and acceptable standards.
