Searching Algorithms Implementation and Comparison of Romania Problem

  • Nowadays, permutation problems with large state spaces and the path to solution is irrelevant such as N-Queens problem has the same general property for many important applications such as integrated-circuit design, factory-floor layout, job-shop scheduling, automatic programming, telecommunications network optimization, vehicle routing, and portfolio management. Therefore, methods which are able to find a solution are very important. Genetic algorithm (GA) is one the most well-known methods for solving N-Queens problem and applicable to a wide range of permutation problems. In the absence of specialized solution for a particular problem, genetic algorithm would be efficient. But holism and random choices cause problem for genetic algorithm in searching large state spaces. So, the efficiency of this algorithm would be demoted when the size of state space of the problem grows exponentially. In this paper, the new method presented based on genetic algorithm to cover this weakness. This new method is trying to provide partial view for genetic algorithm by locally searching the state space. This may cause genetic algorithm to take shorter steps toward the solution. To find the first solution and other solutions in N-Queens problem using proposed method: dividing N-Queens problem into subproblems, which configuring initial population of genetic algorithm. The proposed method is evaluated and compares it with two similar methods that indicate the amount of performance improvement.

2009 개정 교육과정 고등학교 '과학'에 대한 학생의 흥미 분석 (An Analysis of Students' Interest in High School 'Science' in View of the 2009 Revised Curriculum)

  • 2009 개정 교육과정 고등학교 '과학'은 민주주의사회의 구성원으로서의 필요한 과학적 소양을 함양하는 것을 목적으로 개발되었다. 우주 탄생에서 생명의 출현에 이르기까지 과학자들의 탐구과정을 탐색하고 첨단 과학기술이 현대 사회에 어떻게 적용되고 영향을 주는지를 탐구함으로서, 과학적 탐구방법과 과정을 이해하고 과학에 대한 흥미와 호기심을 제고하고자 하였다. 한편, 흥미는 학습 성취도와 진로에도 영향을 주는 심리적 구인으로서 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정 고등학교 '과학'에 대한 고등학생들의 흥미를 선행연구에 따라 다차원적 속성을 지닌 흥미로 규정하여 흥미 측정도구를 개발하고, 이를 2011년에 고등학교 '과학'을 이수한 10개교 고등학생 997명을 대상으로 적용하여 조사하였다. 응답자료를 바탕으로 요인 분석 결과, 고등학교 '과학'에 대한 학생들의 흥미는 동기 차원, 활동 차원, 주제 차원 등을 지닌 다차원적 속성으로 나뉘어지며 각 차원별로 여러 개의 하위 차원으로 구성됨을 통계적으로 확인하였다. 응답 학생들의 고등학교 과학에 대한 일반적인 흥미는 중간 점수보다 약간 높게 나왔으며, 차원별로 보면 동기, 활동, 주제 순으로 흥미가 높게 나타났다. 또한, 응답자의 성별과 진로 희망 계열에 따라서 일부 하위 차원과 범주별로 통계적으로 유의미한 흥미 분포의 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 2009 개정 교육과정의 고등학교 '과학'을 지도함에 있어서 학생들이 보이는 흥미의 차원별 분포 및 개인변인에 따른 차이를 고려해야한다는 점을 시사한다.

일부 미혼여성의 결혼관에 대한 조사연구 - 가족보건 측면을 중심으로 - (Research Study on the Marriage View of Partial Unmarried Women -Seen at the Side of Family Health-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence that the marriage view of unmarried women have on future marriage, and to study which meaning this result have in the family health. Thus, for the study purpose which corresponds with it, the question survey was made, by making 500 unmarried women in the twenties in Seoul, from Aug. 16, 1991 to Sept. 5, 1991. And, as for the concrete survey contents, the idea on the marriage and family, marriage tiem, marriage selection, and the family planning after marriage etc. were center. As for the result examined in accordance with this, the data analysis was made by use of SPSS. And, as a result of the analysis, following conclusion was obtained. 1. About the necessity of marriage, 72.2% among the whole respondents had the affirmative attitude. On the other hand, the negative attitude about the necessity of marriage showed as 8.9%. This result is higher than 4.6% of Japan. Thus, it can be regarded as what reflected the tendency that the spinsterhood is increasing, with the decrease of the necessity about the marriage of the unmarried women of our nation recently. 2. Desiring marriage time is average 26.93 years old. Thus, it foreshowed that the late marriage tendency would continue. The relevancy to this late marriage was high (P<.001), in case that the age is high, and that the education level of parents is low (P<.01), and in case of the lone father and mother(P<.001) 3. The age difference with the spouse at the time of marriage is average 3.1 age. Thus, it was the tendency that 0.2 age was narrowed than the recent data of Statistics Agency. And, the difference appeared narrow, in case that the age of respondent is high and the level of education is high(P<.001). The selection condition of spouse showed the tendency to take a serious view of individual rather than family clan, in the oder of character, health and job etc. In addition, as for the selection method of spouse, the tendency to prefer love marriage to marriage made up by a go-between. And, in case of the respondent whose age is low, education level is high, both parents are in existence (P<.001), number of brother is small, education level of parents is high, it showed to prefer the love marriage(P<.05).

갈등이 조직성과 및 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Conflict on the Performance and Validity of Organization)

  • 현대사회를 무한경쟁시대라 말한다. 이러한 국내외 경영환경변화에 도전하기 위하여 조직도 새로운 변화를 해야하며 변화를 시도하고자 하는 경우에는 그 변화의 주체가 원하든 원하지 않든 간에 조직내에 갈등이 수반되기 마련이다. 변화에 따라 크고 작은 갈등해소에 관심이 있어야 하며 갈등을 생산적이고 창의적으로 관리하여 조직의 새로운 활력과 발전의 기회로 삼아야 할 것이다. 또한 갈등은 인간으로 구성된 조직에서는 목표와 욕구에 따른 다양한 갈등이 존재하여 갈등으로부터 자유로울 수 없으며 조직과 조직 그리고 인간과 조직간의 공존이라는 현대사회의 특징을 감안할 때 피할 수 없는 숙명과 같은 것이다. 그러므로 갈등을 관리한다는 것은 조직 발전의 좌표로써 매우 중시되며 조직의 적극적인 영향을 발휘하도록 갈등을 감소시키거나 증가시키는 행동을 할 때 갈등자체를 합리적이고 효율적으로 관리해야 한다는 것에 유의할 필요가 있다. 따라서 조직행동론 관점에서 조직성과 및 조직 유효성에 직무만족과 관련하여 개인의 갈등이 조직 내 이직과 결근율 더 나아가서 조직전체의 생산성에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 사실과 조직관리자는 구성원의 갈등해소와 직무만족을 위하여 갈등관리 방안을 다음과 같은 3가지 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 결과적으로 개인갈등에 따른 조정방안을 중심으로 개인갈등관리 및 직무만족과 조직 유효성 그리고 생산성 향상에 보다 노력하는 것과 조직관리자와 구성원들은 조직 내 갈등을 문제가 아닌 새로운 발전의 계기와 문제 해결의 한 부분으로 인식하여 새로운 이노베이션을 창출하게 끔 갈등관리의 방향을 제시하여야 할 것이다.% (P<0.05)로 여성요인 환자에서 유의하게 높았다. 결론적으로 세포질내 정자주입술 후 수정률과 발생된 배아의 발생률은 광학현미경하에서 관찰한 난자의 상태와 상관관계가 없는 것으로 사료되며, 세포질내 정자주입술 후 난자의 퇴화율은 난자 세포막의 탄력성과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 생각된다.rine 또는 autocrine조절물질로 작용하여 GH 분비 외에도 뇌하수체 전엽 세포들의 분화와 분열등에 관여함을 시사한다..3 unit의 잔존활성을 보였으나 중심온도가 9$0^{\circ}C$와 10$0^{\circ}C$일 때 잔존활성은 측정되지 않았다.>에서 뚜렷한 효과를 나타내었다.비율이 높은 반면 Malaysia 거주자들은 중국음식, 만두 및 면류의 이용이 비교적 많은 편이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 외국에 거주하면서 한국의 전통적인 특성을 간직하고자 하는 의식을 가지고 있음을 볼 수 있으며 하루 세끼의 식사형태에서 밥을 중심으로 하는 비율은 국내 보다 크게 낮았지만 여전히 다른 식사형태 보다 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 한국 고유의 식문화 특성을 가지면서 거주지역의 식품생산 및 사회 문화적 특성에 영향을 받음으로써 거주국의 식품, 식사 형태, 조리방법을 도입하는 등 부분적으로 변화가 진행되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.가장 시급한 개선점이라고 생각된다. 따라서 효과적인 급식운영을 하기 위해서는 학교식당은 맛, 다양한 메뉴의 식단, 위생, 가격의 저렴 등을 통해서 급식대상자들이 만족한 급식을 할 수 있도록 체계적인 관리 및 운영을 통해 적극적으로 개선해 나가야 할 것으로

한방병동과 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족도의 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Nurses' Job Satisfaction between the Oriental Medicine Ward and the General Ward)

  • In our society today, a variety of medical caring system, along with a scientific development in the area of oriental medical science plus national demand, has increased the augmentation and the opening of oriental wards and hospitals (Han Bang), which has come to create an additional requirement of nursing activity at oriental medicine wards should be different from that of the general wards or the same as the other. In view of this, various studies need to be made in this connection. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the number of nurses who want to work at oriental medicine wards and measure job satisfaction in nursing as compared with those working at general wards so as to provide basic materials for future assignment and supplementary training for the nurses. An attempt was made to contribute toward nursing administration on the one hand improving nursing training course on the other hand. A total of 72 nurses currently working at two oriental medicine hospitals available in Seoul and 82 general nurses were selected for this study using the questionaire from December 1993 to January 1994. An instrument for the study was based on the measurement of work satisfaction developed by Paula L. Stamps including 37 questions complemented by Kim for revision (1993) and 14 questions regarding general characteristics and oriental medicine wards. The instrument to test dependability showed Cronbach's=0.7711. The collected data have been processed by computer package SPSS. General characteristics of the two groups and the matters involved in oriental medicine wards were calculated into real figure and percentage an similarities between the two groups were analyzed by t-test and F-test according to the characteristics of variables. The comparative test on work satisfaction among the two groups including general characteristics and work factors were conducted by t-test and F-test. The major findings as a result of the study are as follows : 1. As general characteristics, age group of $26{\sim}30$ years are more than any segment of age. As to marital status, the number of those in single status is slightly higher than the married. Approximately 80% of them are graduates of nursing schools and nursing colleges. They are mostly in service for one to three years. There is no significant difference between the two groups. 2. The number of those who want to work at oriental medicine wards represents 40.3% against 58.4%, being in favor of general wards. 3. The reason for service at oriental medicine wards is that "there is room for potential research" which happened to rank first, followed by "easy job," "good working atmosphere" and "growing interest in oriental medicine." 4. Work satisfactions among nurses who work at oriental medicine wards prove greater than that of nurses who work at general wards. 5. Work satisfaction between the two groups by work factors is reflected with significant difference statistically on task requirement, interaction and doctor-nurse relationships. 6. The general charcateristics and the work satisfaction by work factors prove that there are significant difference in age, marital status, education and the period of work. They tend to be more satisfied with the work as they grow in age. Significant differneces are found in the work factors such as autonomy, adiministration and professional job in the relationship with doctor-nurse. As to marital status, the married are more satisfied than the unmarried. There are significant differneces in the factors respecting administration and doctor-nurse college graduates are highly satisfied with task requirement. However, satisfaction with the professional level has proven the highest degree for those having master degree. The period of work and satisfaction : There are significant differneces in task requirement, administration, interactions, professional level and doctor-nurse relationships. As a general rule, the degree of satisfactions is in proportion to the lengrh of service. The following conclusions are drawn based on the fndings mentioned above. Even though the work satisfaction of the nurse who work at oriental medicine ward is relatively high, it is desired that personal consultation be given as to disposition of nurses when they are assigned to oriental medicine wards. It is also recommended that lectures on oriental medicine be conducted through supplementary training and/or basic nursing course in order that they may be motivated for ingenious activities with an increasing sense of self-esteem which will eventually enhance positive changes for the patients who are in need of oriental medicine nursing and for the medical teams. In addition, joint reseaches involvingclinical care and education should be in constant process for unique and scientific development for those who are subject to oriental medicine nursing care.

한국기업의 지식경영 구축과 인적자원 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study in the construction of the system of knowledge management and human resources management in the Korean firm)

  • Recently, most enterprises are having a knowlege management boom. A number of books associated with the knowlege management are being published, countless public seminars are held, and many research councils have been organized studying it formally or informally as if not importing the system is like falling behind a fashion. However, there are not many cases that achieved success by constructing the system of knowledge management. Then, why the knowledge management is not so much effective despite so many voices wanting the change of management system and a lot of public lectures about it? I guess the reason is that most companies do not have concrete methodology. Seeing a result of a survey which reported that with spread of venture boom and successful examples being known widely, the outflow of precious human resources is accelerated and a large number of employees of conglomerates have already resigned or are considering separation from their positions, we can realize that are occurring a change which can be nearly called severance in an occupational view and an organization culture. The preference to a large enterprise or a public institution of labor is low today and the notion about a lifelong job is regarded as past remains. As for this, it could be said that the social atmosphere that pursued the stability of a job has been changed to the practical one that attaches importance to ability and pay. The way of thinking of employees has been changed while established organizations cannot satisfy their desire and this explains why important members of a company are flown out. The reason why superior human resources move to venture businesses is that they can do their likable work and also prove their ability as well as unconventional rewards. Although existing companies are trying to preserve important human resources through performance compensating stock option, temporary patching up of personnel management cannot retard the rushing wind of foundation and the outflow of labor. On the contrary, clumsy import of performance-based reward system not only fails to hire superior labor power but also can bring about a sense of incompatibility and conflicts among the remaining employees. Therefore, this thesis, focusing on how to choose, develop, and maintain the human resources, will suggest a future-aiming human resources management model of Korean enterprises after comparing and analyzing the actual condition of domestic companies and the trends of advanced corportaions.

물리교육 전공 학생들의 교육실습 과정 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Process of Practicum of Student Teachers Majoring in Physics Education)

  • This study has been undertaken in the light of constructivist view of teacher education. Participant observation, unstructured interview and questionnaire were used to explore the process and the role of practicum in science teacher education. The subjects were 19 student teachers majoring in physics education; 8 had participated at boys junior high school, 11 at senior high school. The student teachers had very critical and negative perception on their school days' science lessons. They had expected to do 'better' in their practicum but there were only 3 to 5 opportunities of teaching under the umbrella of textbook. Explanation in the classroom and solving exercise problem were the main features of student teachers' lessons. Much of the lessons were similar when it is to same topic and the main reference for their lesson preparation was the textbook. The student teachers felt the design of teaching approach as the most difficult thing during their lesson preparation. They realized that teaching is harder than they thought and they should consider students' level and responses. Though they had become to have more positive perception on teaching job through their field experiences, their decision on job preference did not change. More than half did not want to be a teacher. The student teachers recognised the courses related with science education as the most useful to their teaching in practice among the program of college of education which they had taken. The experience of writing one lesson plan or teaching in front of their peers, designing a new demonstration equipment were recognised as valuable and helpful element of the courses. They proposed to reduce the amount of general education courses and to emphasize the courses relevant with science education and practicum. The limited opportunity of teaching in practicum was pointed out as problematic. Though the practicum was recognized as a 'good' experience to student teachers, it was confined by textbook and limited teaching opportunity. In conclusion, the practicum was not organized and implemented as a meaningful experience of science teaching and learning. There should be more structured studies on what kind of perceptions and experiences the student teachers had brought to the science teacher education program, how they interact with the elements of the program and how they affect to their science teaching. The structure and content of practicum also should be studied and developed so as to make practicum as a meaningful experience of science teaching and learning.

일부 농촌 지역 노인 만성질환자 가족의 부담감에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Family Caregiver's Burden for the Elderly with Chronic disease in a Rural Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis level on family caregiver's burden for the elderly with chronic disease in a rural area and to choose priority care group, thereby facilitating the development of interventions to reduce the caregiver's burden. For this purpose, data were collected by questionaire from June 10 to October 8, 1994. The instruments for data collection were Caregiver Burden Inventory by Novak(1989) and Zarit et al(1982), severity of dementia by Hughes Scales(1982), ADL by Lawton(1971), patients' family caregiving activity by pre-survey and reference review(Lee, 1993 ; Jang, 1990 ; Yoo, 1982). The subjects were 213 family caregiver of elderly with chronic disease in a rural area. The data was analysed by the use of t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression. The results were as follows ; 1. Total burden was evaluated below average, the mean of family burden was 46.98. By the diagnostic classification, Hypertension was 27.37, DM 32.46, CVA 62.96, Dementia 61.24. 2. Significant variables which were correlated to the family caregiver's burden were the patient's disease diagnosis (F=33.82, p<0.001), severity of dementia(F=30.52, p<0.001), the status of disease management(F=11.53, p<0.001), ADL(F=10.54, p<0.001), PADL(F=7.50, p<0.001), income(F=7.17, p<0.001), caregiver's health status(F=24.53, p<0.001), a view of patient's prognosis (F=22.17, p<0.001), relationship with the patient(F=33.82, p<0.001), the number of hours per day spent on caregiving(F=77.52, p<0.001), level of intimacy of caregiver and patients(F=8.75, p<0.001), level of helping(F=4.90, p<0.01), the frequency of caregiving activity(F=3.80, p<0.01), the number of admission(F=5.54, p<0.01), the length of caregiving(F=4.43, p<0.01), other chronic patient in family(t=2.81, p<0.01), caregiver's job(F=3.11, p<0.01), the duration of illness(F=2.98, p<0.05), caregiver's religion(F=2.93, p<0.05), medical security(F=3.89, p<0.05), caregiving's helper(t=2.42, p<0.05). 3. PADL was the most important predictor to family caregiver burden(R2=0.6611). In addition to this, IADL, caregiver's health status, the length of caregiving. level of intimacy of caregiver and patients, patient's age, the patient's disease diagnosis and patient's job accounted for 76% of family caregiver burden. 4. The criteria of priority care group were as follows ; the mean of family caregiver burden was above 58, above of moderate ADL, the number of hours per day spent on caregiving above of 8 hours, above of moderate dementia. By the diagnostic classification, number of priority care group, Hypertension was 4 (8.0%), DM 4(8.0%), CVA 34(64.1%), Dementia 45(75.0%).

정년연장 법제화에 대응하는 기업의 장년인력관리 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Management for Mid-to Senior Age Human Resources of Enterprises following the Extension of Retiring Age Law)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정년 60세 의무 법제화와 베이비붐 세대의 대량 은퇴에 따른 기업의 장년인력관리에 대한 사례를 살펴보고, 그에 따른 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 장년인력관리에 대한 기업의 대응방안 분석을 위해 전반적 인사관리 체계 별 채용 및 선발, 교육훈련 및 경력개발, 배치 및 승진, 평가 및 보상, 퇴직관리 등 총 다섯 단계로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연구의 시사점으로는 기업차원에서 입사부터 퇴사까지의 경력관리전략을 위한 장기적 관점의 프로그램 도입, 출향제도 정착, 임금피크제 확산, 퇴직관리를 위한 기업내부의 상시적 전직지원센터운영, 다양한 컨설팅 확대 및 최고경영진의 장년인력관리에 대한 인식의 전환이 시급히 요구된다. 정부차원에서 출향제도의 제도적 보완, 고용장려금 지원제도의 개선, 국가직무능력표준 기반 장년 고용분야 확대와 직무개발, 인사관리제도 혁신을 위한 지원 및 관리 매뉴얼 보급 그리고 국자차원의 생애전환기별 전직교육 실시가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

경비업무적 관점에서의 숭례문화재사고 분석과 대책 (The Analysis on the Soongrae-Mun fire and it's improvement measure)

  • 숭례문 화재사고는 우리나라의 평시 문화재에 대한 안전문제를 잘 보여주는 것으로, 사고가 발생할 때마다 관련자에 대한 책임추궁과 재발방지를 요구하였지만 근본적인 문제점 개선 없이 유사한 사고가 계속 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 숭례문화재사고의 원인을 분석하고 이에 대한 대책을 제시함으로써 유사한 사고의 재발을 막고 민간경비업무의 특성에 맞는 효율적인 경비업무에 도움을 주는데 목적이 있으며, 경비업무적인 관점에서 화재사고를 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 안전학자인 하인리히((H. W. Heinrich)는 그가 주장한 연쇄반응이론에서 대부분의 사고가 사람의 불안전한 행동이나 불안전한 상태와 같은 직접적인 원인에 의해 발생한다고 이야기하지만 직접적인 원인을 근본적으로 제거하기 어렵기 때문에 직접적인 원인을 유발할 수 있는 관리?통제적 원인과 같은 간접적인 원인에 대한 분석이 중요하다. 문화재에 대한 소방관련 법규의 제정이 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있으나 문화재 안전을 위하여 문화재에 대한 경비관련 법규도 같이 검토되어야 하며, 법규 제정과 함께 사고방지를 위한 기술적인 대책도 함께 검토되어야 한다. 민간경비업무의 영역과 능력, 책임문제에 대한 한계를 극복하기 위한 전문성 확보와 이를 위한 재투자에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 민간경비의 공익성 확보를 위한 경비회사 스스로의 노력이 필요하다. 아울러 사고로 인해 발생한 손해에 대한 배상문제에 대한 현실적인 검토가 필요하다.
