컨테이너용 AGV의 작업할당과 동적 경로계획 (Job Deployment and Dynamic Routing for Container-AGVs)

  • In recent years, AGVs(Automated Guided Vehicles) have received growing attention as a subsystem of the integrated container operating system which enables unmanned control. improvement of job reliability, accuracy and productivity. Therefore, a number of works have been done to enhance the performance AGVs. In this paper. job deployment and a dynamic routing control system composed of supervisor, traffic controller. motion controller and routing table are discussed. A simple job deployment scheme and an efficient dynamic routing algorithm incorporating with the deadlock prediction and avoidance algorithm are investigated.

중소기업 종사자들의 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성 인식이 직무역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Person-Job Fit and Organizational Justice Recognition on the Job Competency of Small and Medium Enterprises Workers)

  • 국내 중소기업 종사자들은 수십 년의 직장 근무경력에도 불구하고 퇴직 후 직장에서 쌓은 직무역량을 활용한 자영 업종에 진출하지 못하고 있다. 대기업과 달리, 중소기업은 당장 성과에 치중하다 보니 종사원의 중장기적인 직무역량 향상을 위한 시스템을 제대로 갖추지 못하고 있다. 중소기업 종사자들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 분석하여 중소기업 인사담당자를 위한 실무적인 시사점을 도출할 필요가 있다. 선행연구에서는 의료, 공무원, IT 등 특정 업종 분야에서 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수 분석은 있지만, 중소기업 종사자들에 대한 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 일반 종사자들의 직무역량을 종속변수로 하고 이에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 선행연구에 기초하여 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성으로 설정했다. 이들의 하위 변수로는 직무 적합성에는 지식, 기술, 경험, 욕구를, 조직 공정성에는 분배, 절차, 배치 공정성을 각각 도출하였다. 국내 중소기업 종사자를 대상으로 2019년 2월~3월에 걸쳐 Likert 5점 척도에 의한 설문조사를 진행했으며, 323명으로부터 설문을 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 직무 적합성의 4개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 지식, 기술, 경험은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 욕구는 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 조직 공정성의 3개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 배치 공정성은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 분배와 절차 공정성은 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업 인사담당자는 채용, 배치, 승진 등 단계별로 지식, 기술, 경험, 배치 공정성 등의 독립변수를 적절히 활용하여 종사자들의 직무역량을 향상할 필요가 있다. 직무역량을 객관적으로 측정하지 못하는 본 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 향후 직무역량 모델링 연구가 필요하다.

물리치료사의 직무유형이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향 : 부산지역을 중심으로 (The Effects of Job Types of Physical Therapists on the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment : To center the Pusan Area)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this survey was to investigate the effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to the job types of Pusan area physical therapists figuring out structural causality between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Method : This survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for the physical therapists working in Pusan area, and data from 217 therapists were utilized in the final analysis. Data collection was deployment questionnaire using Google Docs (online survey), The SPSS 21.0 program was used according to for research purposes independent t-test was used for individual and job characteristics, was used according to job types and job satisfaction and organizational commitment are logistic regression analysis, correlation analysis and chi-square test. Result : The results of this study were as follows. 1. Overall job satisfaction according to the job types was appeared musculoskeletal physical therapist more 4 times. 2. Job types according to the organizational commitment did not make direct effect. Conclusion : Number of musculoskeletal physical therapist than neurological physical therapist was fewer and there were many per day treatment of patients, but overall job satisfaction was appeared that is higher. This is thought that job types affects more than working environment.

품질시스템 평가모델 (An Evaluation Model of Quality System)

  • This paper is to propose an evaluation model of quality system using the concept from the evaluation method of each stage in QFD(Quality Function Deployment). The data of the performance level and weights for the quality system and the job on quality loop in each enterprise has been obtained from the 8 experts who are in charge of quality system construction. Here, the weights were computed by means of the eigenvector method. In this paper, we can acquire the evaluated score for the present level of the quality system. This method will help to manage and improve the quality system. We show the efficiency of this method by illustrating case studies.

일부 치과위생사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스와의 관계 (Relations between emotional labor and job stress among some dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The study set out to analyze correlations between emotional labor and job stress among dental hygienist, who have direct and lasting relationships with patients in dental clinic, and provide basic data to resolve stressors and manage stress. Methods : A survey was taken among dental hygienists working at dental clinics, and 200 questionnaires were used in analysis. The gathered data were put to Cronbach's alpha with the SPSS WIN12.0 program to test the reliability of the inventories to measure their emotional labor and job stress. In addition, correlation analysis was conducted to examine relations between the items of emotional labor and those of job stress along with regression analysis to examine relations between emotional labor and job stress. Finally, t-test and One-way ANOVA were conducted to test mean differences in the job stress items according to the degrees of emotional labor with the statistical significance level set at 0.05. Results : 1. The measurement tool used in the study recorded 0.7 for all the areas of Cronbach's alpha for internal reliability and thus achieved high reliability. 2. The overall mean of emotional labor was 2.74, which indicates that the dental hygienists had 'average' or higher stress for emotional labor. 3. Emotional labor had statistically significant relations with educational background, place of work, motivation to choose to be a dental hygienist, and religion of their general characteristics. 4. There was statistical significance in relations between general characteristics and job stress according to educational background, position at work, and experience with change of occupation. 5. The correlations between emotional labor and the stress areas were analyzed. As a result, emotional labor was in positive(+) correlations with job demand, lack of job autonomy, relational conflict, job instability, organizational system, and corporate culture. In addition, regression analysis was conducted to test causal relations between emotional labor and job stress. The results indicate that there were positive(+) influences between emotional labor and job stress. Conclusions : The results show that emotional labor can serve as a mediating variable for job stress in dental clinic. Thus both dental clinics and dental hygienists need to have ways to deal with job stress derived from emotional labor in which they are forced to process their emotions according to the dental clinics' demands, properly. The study will hopefully trigger ongoing follow-up researches on the deployment of dental hygienists according to their job characteristics and the situational variables to alleviate the negative results of emotional labor.

간호사의 이직의도, 눈치, 직무스트레스가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nurses' Turnover Intention, Nunchi, and Job Stress on Organizational Socialization)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 이직의도, 눈치, 직무스트레스가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. G도에 소재한 병원 근무간호사 180명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 조직사회화는 이직의도(r=-.52, p<.001), 직무스트레스(r=-.31, p<.001)와 역상관관계가 있으며, 눈치와 순상관관계가 있었다(r=.33, p<.001). 대상자의 조직사회화에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 이직의도(β=-.37, p<.001)이었고, 눈치(β=.26, p<.001), 직무스트레스(β=-.24, p<.001), 원했던 부서로의 배치 여부(β=.19, p=.001), 30세 이하의 연령(β=-.14, p=.012), 수술실 근무(β=.11, p=.050) 순이며, 설명력은 47.0%이었다(F=25.59, p<.001). 따라서 이직의도와 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 조직 사회화 향상을 위한 프로그램 마련이 필요하며, 근무부서를 배치할 때 연령과 희망부서를 고려할 필요가 있다.

  • e-business curriculum needs to be developed reflecting requirements of the stakeholder which involve a close relation with a industrial and educational job performed in the field. In this paper, we present a new methodology for developing a market-oriented and stakeholder-led e-business curriculum using quality function deployment(QFD) and conjoint analysis. For this purpose, we analyze the data resulting from the surveyed opinions of respondents working for e-business companies, the interviewed results with professors and students and evaluate the importance of each course being involved in the curriculum with respect to the job classification (e.g.. Web planner. Web master. Web programmer. Web marketer. Web designer), and then. complete a curriculm flow diagram(CFD) considering precedence and relative difficulty among the selected courses. The e-business curriculum developed by the proposed method is useful to provide guidelines for determining courses required toward a desired job and for making a partial amendment of the curriculum.

방사선사의 감정노동이 이직의도 및 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiographer Emotional Labor on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: Radiologists are the service worker with emotional labor who works within a relatively small space of the hospital, dealing with multiple patients. The purposes of this study were to search the turnover intention and job satisfaction through the work of emotional labor of radiologists. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 109 radiologists working at university hospitals, general hospitals, clinics and other facilities across the domestic. The regions were aggregated according to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, which was applied in proportion to the population distribution. A questionnaire was composed of 26 questions which were used in Korean Emotional Laboratory Scale (K-ELS). Results: The overall emotional labor score was $48.3{\pm}15.8$. The most pressing requirement of radiologists to improve emotional labor was the topic about the exchange of colleagues ($75.8{\pm}15.6$ score, ${\beta}=0.78$, p<0.001). Conclusions: In order to resolve the emotional labor of radiologists, it could be necessary to have a meeting through training and workshops where the exchange of colleagues can take place.

그리드 환경에서 협업을 위한 워크플로우 프로세스 단위 기반의 애플리케이션 컨텐츠 배포 시스템 (Application Contents Deploy System based on workflow process a unit based for collaboration in Grid Environment)

  • 그리드 환경에서 워크플로우 프로세스 단위 기반의 애플리케이션 컨텐츠는 특정한 문제 해결을 위한 실질적인 작업이며, 그리드 자원에 분산 배포되고 서로 연관되어 실행되기 때문에 협업 환경을 구성하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그리고 대부분의 협업은 워크플로우를 통하여 구체화되고, 그리드 환경에서 협업처리를 위한 미들웨어로는 Globus toolkit이 대표적이다. 하지만 이 미들웨어는 그리드 환경 구축을 위한 기본 서비스들만을 제공하고, 협업을 할 수 있는 워크플로우 생성, 작업 스케줄링, 프로세스 단위 기반의 애플리케이션 관리 같은 부분은 적용되지 않는다. 또한 Globus Toolkit은 대형화된 그리드 커뮤니티 구성에는 적합하나, 소규모 대다수가 특정한 운영 체제로 구성된 대형화된 그리드 커뮤니티 구성에는 적합하지 않고, 소규모 대다수가 특정한 운영체제로 구성된 그리드 커뮤니티 구성에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그리드 환경에서 소규모 협업 처리에 효율적인 워크플로우 프로세스 단위 기반의 애플리케이션 배포 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 애플리케이션 배포, 그리드 커뮤니티에 구성된 자원관리 등의 역할을 통해 효율적인 협업 환경을 지원한다. 또한 워크플로우 프로세스 단위 기반의 애플리케이션간 연관 관계 사전을 만들어 협업에 필요한 애플리케이션간의 정보 및 연관 관계를 표현하여 애플리케이션을 배포하는 기반 정보로도 활용한다.

산업안전보건교육 실효성 제고방안에 관한 연구 (Promoting Effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safely Education Program)

  • Immediate responsibilities for occupational health and safety (OHS) management reside in business proprietors and supervisors whose voluntary participation in OHS educational programs, not legal sanctions, may thus lead to safe and pleasant work environments. This study investigates how to promote the effectiveness of OHS educational programs to draw voluntary participations in such programs in Korea To this end, drawbacks of current practices in OHS education are first analyzed, and then OHS related policies in advanced countries in the area of disaster prevention such as United States and Germany, are also scrutinized. Based on the preliminary investigations, the following propositions are made to lay out the foundation for promoting effective OHS educational programs in Korea: improvement of government regulations, revitalizing job training initiatives, on-site OHS education, compensation and incentive programs for OHS education. These propositions may also facilitate the deployment of disaster prevention activities across the organization and prevent various occupational disorders (for example, musculoskeletal disorders). This study emphasizes that monolithic OHS education systems led by regulatory agencies may not be efficient to ensure healthy and safe work environments. Globally competitive OHS educational systems may be established only when they are based on the health and safety requirements specified by proprietors and workers.
