효과적인 정보보호 기술 직무교육을 위한 사내강사 운영관리 방안 (Internal Lecturer Management Plan for Effective Information Security Technology Job Training)

  • This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

구조방정식 모형을 이용한 기능대학의 취업지도 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Search Plan of Polytech College based on Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 논문은 구조방정식(SEM : Structural Equation Model)의 모형을 이용한 기능대학의 취업지도 활성화 방안에 관한 연구로서 연구대상인 독립변인의 취업안정성 구성과 취업환경 구축 및 취업체 선정요소 등의 요인들에 대한 영향력을 검증하고 종속변인인 취업욕구의 요인이 취업지도활성화 방안에 미치는 요인에 대한 조사 분석과 이에 제시되는 지표의 결과에 따른 개선방안을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기능대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 독립변인과 종속변인의 요인들에 대한 관계를 조사 하였으며, 또한 취업욕구요인이 취업지도활성화 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 취업안정성과 취업체선정요인은 취업욕구요인에 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 기각되었으며, 독립변인 중 취업환경구축 요인(산학협력체제구축, 현장체험실무지도, 직업능력향상지도)이 종속변인인 취업욕구요인에 가장 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 채택되어 취업지도활성화에 결정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

주한 외국인 근로자 갈등방안에 관한 연구 -대전.충남지역 중소기업을 중심으로- (A Study on the Conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea. The concrete purpose of this study as follows : First, To Analyze Conflict factor of job according to the foreign worker conflict. Second, To present rethinking plan of job and efficiency management foreign worker in Korea. The Subject of this study were consisted of 308 foreign worker form 408 small and medium business in taejon city, Chung-Nam. Conflict factor of job was measured according to questionare used in precedent study. Statistical treatment were the mean, Standard, Deviation, One-way ANOVA analysis. The conclusions of the paper research were as follows. First, Foreign worker showed occasionally lower degree conflict of job. Second, Woman foreign worker had higher conflict of job than man foreign worker in wage, working condition, human relation, communication. Third, The foreign worker is short In Job-experience. therefore, efficiency management of job was fall. Fourth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict in communication, human relation. Fifth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict wage-discrimination. Sixth, The more education-level had lower conflict. Seventh, According to cultural characteristic had different.

건강가정사의 업무몰입과 직무만족을 통해 파악한 조직생활경험 및 역량강화 방안 (The Empowerment Plan and Organizational Experience of Healthy Family Specialists through Job Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has increased and the services for enhancement of family strength have extended during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. It is time to pay attention to the empowerment for Healthy Family Specialist because their capability is directly linked to improve the quality of services, which means the satisfaction of family services and the quality of family policy. In this context, this study investigate organizational experience of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the empowerment plan to enhance their capability. We conducted in-depth interviews for 9 Healthy Family Specialists who is currently working at Healthy Family Support Centers as a manager status during June 2014. We analyzed organizational experiences through job commitment and job satisfaction and empowerment plans through their strength and weakness. Our findings revealed that job commitment and job satisfaction of Healthy Family Specialist are relatively low due to a poor working condition and a low brand awareness. Also, the capability of Healthy Family Specialists is an important factor to determine their job commitment and job satisfaction, and it can impact on the long service. These results suggest that the payroll system, increment of salary, career recognition, employee benefit, systematic operation, and motivation are needed to improve their job satisfaction. There are various ways to improve professional capability of Healthy Family Specialists besides education program. This study contributes to make the plan of empowerment for Healthy Family Specialists and it also contributes to improve the service quality of family policy.

민간투자사업을 위한 VE 적용방안 (Value Management of Private Finance Initiative Projects)

  • 최근 정부는 임대형민간투자사업(BTL, Build Transfer Lease)방식을 적극 도입함으로써 민간의 축적된 지식과 경험을 이용하여 보다 효율적인 사회간접자본(Social Overhead Capital) 확충을 도모하고 있다. 공공부분 및 사업시행자 등 민간투자사업의 사업기획단계에서 운영단계에 이르기 까기 전문화된 기술과 경험을 바탕으로 한 설계를 통하여 시설물 사용자의 요구를 충족시키는 동시에 창의적 기법을 총동원 예산과 리스크 범위내에서 최대한의 효율과 수익 창출을 극대화하려는 노력이 필요하다. 이처럼 BTL등 민간투자사업의 투자가치(Value for Money)를 극대화시키기 위해서는 VM(Value Management) 방법론의 효과적인 사용이 불가피하다. 여기서는 BTL 사업에서의 "VE job Plan" 활용 절차 및 적용방안을 제시하였다. BTL 사업에서의 효율적인 "VE job Plan"을 제시하기 위하여 국내 민간투자사업 및 VE 추진을 위한 법적제도의 변화를 분석하였다. 국내 BTL 사업 수행절차 및 BTL 사업에서의 VE적용방안을 "VE job Plan"과 함께 제시하였다. 실제 적용사례 연구를 통하여 BTL 사업에서의 "VE job Plan"의 작성과 작성된 프로세서를 활용한 의사결정 및 대안평가 방법을 제시하였으며, 속성 중 비용은 LCC(Life Cycle Cost : 이하 LCC) 분석결과를 바탕으로 평가하였고, 프로젝트 기능개선을 위한 평가방법으로는 기술적 FAST도를 사용하여 분석하였다. 사례는 "대구시립미술회관" 사업자 선정을 위한 BTL VE 활동을 통해 보다 향상된 가능의 개선, 비용절감 및 양질의 서비스 수준을 제공한 VM사례를 소개하였다.

전문대학 도서관 취업관련자료의 효율적 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Management of Job-related Collections in College Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학의 직업교육 분야와 밀접하게 연관된 취업관련자료를 효율적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 문헌조사, 전화인터뷰 조사, 설문지 조사를 통해 자료 수집을 하였으며 이를 분석한 결과를 토대로 취업관련자료의 효율적인 활용방안을 도출하였다. 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 자료구입예산의 효율화를 위해 도서관이 주도적으로 취업관련자료 업무를 담당하되, 자료의 비치 관리는 학생의 접근성과 이용 편리성, 활용성을 고려해 도서관과 취업부서가 연계하여 공동으로 서비스를 수행하는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 결론을 얻었다. 또한 취업관련자료의 개발을 도모하기 위해 도서관은 전문대학의 교육목적과 특성을 고려한 전공계열별 공통 기초전공자료의 개발, 전공관련 자격증과 연계되는 핵심 취업전공자료 개발, 직업실무중심자료 집중 확보 등의 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

공기업 근로자의 경력학습이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향에서 직무 전문성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Career Learning on Employability and the Mediating Effect of Job Expertise in a Public Corporation)

  • This study aims to empirically verify the impacts of career learning on employability and the mediating effect of job expertise in a public corporation. For the empirical analysis, I surveyed 958 employees(valid respondents) working in a public corporation. And the structural equation modeling(SEM) was used to statistically analize and test the research hypotheses. The independent variable is 'career learning', the dependent variable is 'employability' and the mediating variable is 'job expertise'. The results are as follows. The empirical analysis shows that the positive effects of 'career learning ${\rightarrow}$ job expertise', 'job expertise ${\rightarrow}$ employability' and 'career learning ${\rightarrow}$ employability' are all verified. And the mediating effect of job expertise between career learning and employability is also partially verified. So, all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. From this result, I can clearly suggest that the employees can be growing to professionals with high employability when they retire if they are voluntarily and self-motivated to set up their career plan and to enhance their job expertise. In this context, it is expected that the company should support the employees to continue to strengthen their own expertise in their job place through their mid-long term career learning plan.

노년기 생활설계 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구-중노년층의 노후생활계획을 중심으로- (Life Planning Program for the Elderly -Analysis of Life Planning of Middle-aged and Aged-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the state of the living arrangement plan, the housing plan, and economic plan for elderly's life and contributing factors to their life plan. The sample in this study consisted of 713 middle-aged and aged couple living in Korea. Statistics employed for the analysis were frequencies, means, x2 test, logit analysis and multiple regression. The results could be summarized as follows. The middle-aged and aged couple were planning to live independently in their elderly life. The husband's age, religion, living area, total income, total asset, home owenership had significant effects on the living arrangement of the middle-aged and aged. They had a plan to live in single detached house in their elderly life. And husband's age, educational attaintment, job, and living region were affecting the housing type in their elder life. The middle-aged and aged people had a economic plan that they estimated 970,000 won as living cost in their elderly life. And the factors affecting living costs were husband's educational attaintment, job, and total asset.

  • Office workers at the architectural design office are under job stress for various reasons such as excessive working hours, friction with the site, and unpredictability of work. This can increase not only the negative image of office workers in the construction industry, but also the avoidance of young manpower in the future. This study investigated the specific purpose of each activity as a problem of job stress relief activities in the architectural design office, and the specific purpose and goal setting of each activity as a way to improve job stress relief activities.

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.
