조직 커뮤니케이션 수준과 업무성과간의 관계에 관한 연구 (On the Effect of the Communication Skill of Organization on Their Job Performance)

  • The study is to examine the causal correlation between communication skill of organization and their job performance. In our model, we used these variables-innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as a parameter. In order to verify the hypothesis based on research model, a survey among researchers(sample size=117) who work in food company was carried out. Analyzing hypothesized model and following the statistical procedure, we could assure that these exist positive correlation with communication skill, innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organization performance. A coefficient of coffelation between those variables was clearly high in the group with good communication skill. Among the parameters, the variable of innovation awareness was more effected on their job performance.

직무특성과 자발적 조직행동간의 관계 (A Study on the Relationships of Job Characteristics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • In the more than one decade, studies of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) have increased continuously, research on the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment upon the relationships between OCB and Job characteristics, however, is very scarce. This study analyzed comprehensively existing studies of OCB, designed a model of mediating role of behavioral performance(job satisfaction, organizational commitment), and generated three hypotheses inherent in the model. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on OCB. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 847 employees at 12 large general hospitals in Pusan area through a questionnaire survey and conducted the three step mediated regression analysis using the SAS-PC Package. Conclusively, job characteristics tend to be the most influential antecedents affecting not only through mediating factors but also directing to OCB. These and other major findings from this study imply that existing American studies may be applicable the Korean organizations and that this study may complement the deficiencies of the existing studies.

강소농교육 참여 농업인의 직무성과와 학습지향성, 자기효능감, 학습전이의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relations of Learning Orientation, Self-Efficacy, Learning Transfer and Job Performance of Farmers who Participated in the Strong and Small Farms Education)

  • The purposes of this study are to explain and identify the frame of structural relations of learning orientation, self-efficacy, learning transfer and job performance of farmers who participated in the strong and small farms education. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 495 farmers who have taken the farm education. Based on the collected data, the study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to confirm the validity and analyze the structural relations of the suggested model. Using measured and latent variables drew from the analyses, the study set a structural equation model and tested the model by analysis of the structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0. The results found from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. 1) Learning orientation and self-efficacy positively influenced job performance through learning transfer. 2) The hypothesis that learning orientation would have direct impact on job performance was not supported. 3) The strong and small farms education is useful to expand learning transfer and to enhance job performance. So, government policy support has to reinforce learning support on farmers in order to achieve high performance of learning and job management through farm educations.

간호사의 자기효능감, 경력정체, 직무착근도 및 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-efficacy, Career Plateau, Job Embeddedness, and Organizational Commitment on the Turnover Intention of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to construct a structural equation model and identify the effects and relationships of self-efficacy, career plateau, job embeddedness, organizational commitment and intent to turnover for nurses. Also, an attempt was made to derive a hypothetical model from these factors and to verify whether the model has validity as a means of explaining and anticipating turnover intention of nurses. Methods: Data were collected from six randomly selected hospitals: a university hospital located in J city, Kyungnam and five general hospitals located in two cities (cities B and C), each having 400 to 720 beds. Also, 318 nurses were surveyed. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Job embeddedness and organizational commitment were identified as the most likely paths to turn over intention. Also, organizational commitment had the highest direct effect on turnover intention followed by job embeddedness and then self-efficacy, but career plateau had an indirectly effected turnover intention. Conclusion: As turnover intention was found to be greatly affected by organizational commitment and job embeddedness, methods to improve organizational commitment and job embeddedness should be actively developed to reduce turnover intention among nurses.

제조업 여성근로자의 근골격계 장애에 관한 모형구축 (The Development of a Structural Model on Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders of Women Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a structural model on work-related musculoskeletal disorders of women workers. Method: Data were collected from 237 women workers from industries such as electronics, food production and garment production, and analyzed by LISREL 8.54. Result: The fitness indices of the model are GFI=.87, NNFI=.91, PNFI= .74. Eight out of the ten paths were proved to be statistically significant: work environment$\rightarrow$social support, work environment$\rightarrow$health behavior, work environment$\rightarrow$-WMSDs, domestic work$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, health behavior$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, and job satisfaction$\rightarrow$WMSDs. Work environment. social support, health behavior and job satisfaction significantly influenced WRMDs. WRMDs were accounted for 35% by the predictor variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study identifies that work environment, social support, health behavior and job satisfaction are important factors affecting WMSDs. Therefore, in order to prevent WRMDs, it is most important to improve both physical work environment for female workers such as appropriate work station and tools fit for them and psychological environment such as less job demand and more decision latitude(worker control).

구직자의 취업스펙이 실제취업에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구: 선별이론 및 이중노동시장이론을 중심으로 (The Differentiating Effects of Job Seekers' Spec on Actual Employment: Focusing on Screening Hypothesis and Dual Labor Market Theory)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine how job seekers' spec influence their actual employment especially focusing on the differentiating effects of applicants' specs depending on whether general or decent job employment. Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted analyses on 54,443 samples that incorporated data from the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey for three years (2017-2019) collected by the Korea Employment Information Service. The linear probability model and logit model were used to examine the research questions. Findings - The results analyzed with the hierarchical regression model showed that most job seekers' specs were statistically significant in predicting employment status. Interestingly, there is a difference between the factors predicting employment for a general job and a decent job. This study suggests academic and practical implications for future research in the selection/ recruitment field by clarifying the critical factors to influence applicants' employment. Research implications or Originality The results of this study follow the screening hypothesis which explains that the applicants' specs have significant impacts on actual employment. Also, the dual labor market theory, which explains that applicants' specs differently affect actual employment between general and decent jobs, was reaffirmed.

구조방정식을 이용한 치과위생사의 감정노동과 직무특성이 직무스트레스와 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of emotional labor and job characteristics on job stress and turnover intention in dental hygienists using the structural equation model)

  • Objectives: This study aims to alleviate dental hygienists' job stress caused by emotional labor, lower their turnover rate, improve the working environment, and offer better quality of services by understanding correlations among emotional labor, job characteristics, job stress, and turnover intention. Methods: A survey was conducted in the subjects with dental hygienists who were working at general hospitals, dental university hospitals, and private dental clinics located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungnam by the convenience sampling method from June 1 through 30, 2017, and the collected data were analyzed using by SPSS Windows Ver. 22.0 (IBM CO, Armonk, NY, USA) and AMOS 21. As the statistical analysis methods, convergent validity test, structural equation model analysis and model goodness of fit were conducted using independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Results: It turned out that the more dental hygienists' deep acting of emotional labor and the more their workload of job characteristics, the higher their job stress got, and that the higher their job stress, the higher their turnover intention got. Conclusions: As a method of lowering dental hygienists' turnover intention, they may resolve emotional disharmony with their own problem-solving method, but it is necessary to develop and support organizational culture for the improvement of working environment. Dental hygienists' organizations should implement the measures to minimize their turnover rate and job stress level by allocating appropriate workload.

DACUM 기법에 의한 영상편집자의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Video Editors Based on the DACUM Method)

  • 방송환경이 HD 콘텐츠 제작 환경으로 변화되어 감에 따라 방송영상 콘텐츠 제작 전문 인력 양성과 새로이 요구되는 전문적인 능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DACUM 기법에 의해 영상편집자의 직무를 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 제시하고자 한다. 직무분석에서는 영상편집자의 직무를 구성하는 9개의 임무와 각 임무영역을 구성하는 71개의 작업이 도출되었으며, 교육 요구도 분석을 위해 각 작업에 대한 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업이 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 직무분석 내용을 구조화하여 데이컴 리서치 차트를 완성함으로써 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 완성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 영상편집자의 직무 모형은 방송 영상분야 영상편집 교육과정 개발 및 직무 연수 내용의 우선순위를 정하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

빅데이터와 인공지능을 활용한 직업설계 지원 플랫폼 모형에 관한 융합 연구 (Convergence Study on Model of Job Design Support Platform Using Big data and AI)

  • 학교는 좋은 직장에 들어가기 위한 취업 준비의 장으로 전락하고, 학생들은 남들보다 많은 스팩(자격, 인증, 어학실력 등)을 쌓고 취업재수를 하는 기현상이 일상화되기에 이르렀다. 그러다 직업을 갖게 되면, 다행히 평생동안 한 직장을 다닌 경우도 있다. 그러나 많은 경우 적성과 맞지 않는 직장을 참고 다닌 사람도 있고, 참지 못하고 여러 직장을 떠도는 사람도 있다. 이와같이 직업에 불만족하는 원인 중의 하나는 직업과 적성이 맞지 않은 것이다. 물론 그간 많은 조직에서 적성검사를 실시하면서 진로설계 지도를 해왔다. 그러나 적절한 직업을 찾아주는 데에는 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 보다 합리적이고 과학적인 대안으로서 플랫폼 모형을 제시했다. 본 모형은 빅데이터와 인공지능을 활용하여 개인의 특성을 보다 잘 파악한 다음 다양한 직업 중 그 특성에 부합하는 직업을 선별적으로 제안하고 멘토의 컨설팅 및 현장 경험을 기반으로 적절한 직업대안을 선택하고 설계해나가도록 하는 9개 모듈(하위시스템)로 구성되어 있다.

중소기업 '좋은 일자리'를 위한 자가평가 모형 (A self-assessment model for 'good jobs' in SMEs)

  • 코로나19 위기로 인해 청년 일자리 문제는 더욱 심각해 지고 있는 상황에서 청년구직자가 일하고 싶은 우수한 중소기업을 쉽고 편리하게 찾을 수 있는 '참 좋은 일자리 플랫폼'이 제안되었다. 본 연구는 청년 구직자의 선호 일자리를 파악하고 중소기업 스스로가 평가하는 '좋은 일자리' 자가평가모형을 개발하여 실제로 이 플랫폼에 적용하였다. 이 과정에서 구직자 관점의 좋은 일자리 특성을 연봉수준, 성과보상, 근무환경, 기업건전성, 조직문화 관점에서 컨조인트 분석을 통해 파악하고, 산·학·연 전문가 대상으로 AHP 분석을 통해 세부 평가항목 13개의 중요도를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 자가평가 모형은 중소기업 환경을 청년구직자가 선호하는 일자리로 변화시키는 인식개선의 도구로 일자리 문제를 비용 중심적인 지원 중심에서 질적 체질을 개선하는 계기로 만들 수 있을 것이다.
