Stack Resource Policy를 사용하는 동적 우선순위 스케줄링에서 작업 큐잉을 위한 효율적인 자료구조 (An Efficient Data Structure for Queuing Jobs in Dynamic Priority Scheduling under the Stack Resource Policy)

  • Stack Resource Policy (SRP)는 몇 가지 독특한 특성을 가진 실시간 동기화 프로토콜이다. 그 특성 중의 하나는 초기 수행 차단(early blocking)으로서, 공유자원을 요청하는 시점에 작업의 수행을 정지시키는 것이 아니라, 작업의 수행 시점 자체를 연기하도록 한다. SRP가 EDF와 같은 동적 우선순위 스케줄링 알고리즘과 같이 사용될 경우, 초기 수행 차단을 지원하기 위해 스케줄러는 수행이 블록(block)되지 않을 작업 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 작업을 선택해야 하며, 이러한 탐색 연산은 수행 오버헤드(runtime overhead)의 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 SRP와 EDF를 같이 사용할 때의 스케줄러 수행 오버헤드를 분석한다. 기존의 준비 큐(ready Dueue) 구현 방식과 탐색 알고리즘을 사용하면 작업의 수가 많아짐에 따라 작업 탐색 오버헤드가 매우 커진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문은 스케줄러가 효율적으로 작업을 탐색할 수 있는 준비 큐 자료구조와 O([log$_2n$])의 복잡도를 가지는 작업 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다.

병렬 기계 스케줄링을 위한 제한적 이웃해 생성 방안 (A Restricted Neighborhood Generation Scheme for Parallel Machine Scheduling)

  • In this paper, we present a restricted tabu search(RTS) algorithm that schedules jobs on identical parallel machines in order to minimize the maximum lateness of jobs. Jobs have release times and due dates. Also, sequence-dependent setup times exist between jobs. The RTS algorithm consists of two main parts. The first part is the MATCS(Modified Apparent Tardiness Cost with Setups) rule that provides an efficient initial schedule for the RTS. The second part is a search heuristic that employs a restricted neighborhood generation scheme with the elimination of non-efficient job moves in finding the best neighborhood schedule. The search heuristic reduces the tabu search effort greatly while obtaining the final schedules of good quality. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm gives better solutions quickly than the existing heuristic algorithms such as the RHP(Rolling Horizon Procedure) heuristic, the basic tabu search, and simulated annealing.

채용정보 분석을 통한 비즈니스 직무 스펙 연구 (Research on Business Job Specification through Employment Information Analysis)

  • Purpose This research aims to study the changes in recruitment needed for the growth and survival of companies in the rapidly changing industry. In particular, we built a real company's worklist accounting for the rapidly advancing data-driven digital transformation, and presented the capabilities and conditions required for work. Design/methodology/approach we selected 37 jobs based on NCS to develop the employment search requirements by analyzing the business characteristics and work capabilities of the industry and company. The business specification indicators were converted into a matrix through the TF-IDF process, and the NMF algorithm is used to extract the features of each document. Also, the cosine distance measurement method is utilized to determine the similarity of the job specification conditions. Findings Companies tended to prefer "IT competency," which is a specification related to computer use and certification, and "experience competency," which is a specification for experience and internship. In addition, 'foreign language competency' was additionally preferred depending on the job. This analysis and development of job requirements would not only help companies to find the talents but also be useful for the jobseekers to easily decide the priority of their specification activities.

NCS "응용SW엔지니어링" 직무의 지식 관리 및 검색추론 지원을 위한 온톨로지 설계 연구 (A study on ontology design for NCS "Application SW Engineering" supporting intelligent knowledge management and search reasoning)

  • 국가 직무능력 표준(NCS)은 국가가 산업군의 직무에 필요한 지식과 기술, 태도 등을 체계적으로 분류하여 국가 인재 양성을 효율적으로 진행하도록 하는 표준이다. 온톨로지는 인간의 개념 속에 있는 추상적인 정보들을 컴퓨팅이 가능하게 정형적으로 표현하게 해주는 기법으로 현재 단순 DB에 저장되어 있는 NCS 체계도 온톨로지화하여 지식관리를 정형화할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 NCS와 온톨로지 융합연구로, 방대한 NCS 직무중 "응용SW 엔지니어링" 직무에 대한 NCS 온톨롤지를 설계 및 구현하여 해당 직무의 지능형 지식관리 및 추론검색을 가능하게 하였다. 또 해당 직무의 능력단위요소들의 학습 콘텐츠 구조의 정형화 명세서로 일관성을 유지할 수 있도록 해 주며, 전체 NCS 직무 온톨로지로 확장 구현할 수 있는 토대를 제공하였다.

Analysis of Dental Hygienist Job Recognition Using Text Mining

  • Background: The aim of this study was to analyze the public demand for information about the job of dental hygienists by mining text data collected from the online Q & A section on an Internet portal site. Methods: Text data were collected from inquiries that were posted on the Naver Q & A section from January 2003 to July 2020 using "dental hygienist job recognition," "role recognition," "medical assistance," and "scaling" as search keywords. Text mining techniques were used to identify significant Korean words and their frequency of occurrence. In addition, the association between words was analyzed. Results: A total of 10,753 Korean words related to the job of dental hygienists were extracted from the text data. "Chi-lyo (treatment)," "chigwa (dental clinic)," "ske-illing (scaling)," "itmom (gum)," and "chia (tooth)" were the five most frequently used words. The words were classified into the following areas of job of the dental hygienist: periodontal disease treatment and prevention, medical assistance, patient care and consultation, and others. Among these areas, the number of words related to medical assistance was the largest, with sixty-six association rules found between the words, and "chi-lyo," "chigwa," and "ske-illing" as core words. Conclusion: The public demand for information about the job of dental hygienists was mainly related to "chi-lyo," "chigwa," and "ske-illing" as core words, demonstrating that scaling is recognized by the public as the job of a dental hygienist. However, the high demand for information related to treatment and medical assistance in the context of dental hygienists indicates that the job of dental hygienists is recognized by the public as being more focused on medical assistance than preventive dental care that are provided with job autonomy.

공공도서관 자유학기제 프로그램의 지역발전 기여 - 부산지역 사례를 중심으로 - (Contribution of the Free Learning Semester Programs of Public Library to Local Development: Focused on Cases of Busan City)

  • 자유학기제는 초등학교 진로인식, 중학교 진로탐색, 고등학교 진로설계를 연계한 교육정책으로서 중학교 진로교육 활성화에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 제도가 2016년에 전면 시행됨에 따라 공공도서관도 자유학기제 기반의 프로그램을 개설 제공하여 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 부산지역 공공도서관 자유학기제 프로그램을 분석한 후 지역발전에 대한 기여도를 논증했다. 그 결과, 진로 직업탐색, 진로탐방 체험, 정보해득력 제고 프로그램은 지역의 지식문화, 독서문화, 학습문화, 생활문화, 여가문화에 기여했다. 다만, 진로 직업탐색 중 강연 전시와 직업체험, 정보해득력 제고가 여가문화 및 지역경제에 기여하는 바는 제한적이었다. 따라서 모든 공공도서관은 지식생태계 구조, 디지털 정보격차, 인문치유, 사회환경 문제, 미래 직업상 등에 관한 프로그램을 추가하고 정보해득력 프로그램을 필수적으로 제공하는 것이 바람직하다.

2018년 네이버 쇼핑의 고용영향 평가 (Employment Effects Evaluation of Naver Shopping in 2018)

  • Purpose - Naver has emerged as a new leader in the open market. While existing open markets such as Gmarket, 11th Street, and so on are suffering from profitability deterioration, Naver is attracting sellers based on low commission and powerful search engine. We would like to analyze the impact of Naver shopping on the national economy, especially on employment, in a situation where the market reaction to Naver's strength as a leader in online shopping is mixed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Through the demand inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its shopping transaction. In turn, through the supply inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its low commission and powerful search engine. For the purpose of inter-industry analysis, as of 2018, the most recently announced 2014 inter-industry table (extension table) from the Bank of Korea is used. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, Naver Shopping is expected to generate 7.8 trillion won's trade in 2018, resulting in 244,225 of job inducement, and 158,598 of employment inducement. In addition, Naver Shopping is estimated to benefit KRW 213 billion to its sellers due to low commission and powerful search function, resulting in 8,667 of job inducement, and 5,655 of employment inducement. Second, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's trade, transportation, business support service, information and communication, broadcasting, restaurants and lodging were ranked. Third, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's low commission and powerful search function, restaurants and hospitality, f/b and cigarette manufacturing, construction, and transportation equipment manufacturing were ranked. Conclusions - The number of job inducement resulting from low commission and powerful search engine of Naver shopping in 2018 was 8,667 (3.7% of 244,225, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), and employment inducement was 5,655 (3.7% of 158,598, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), which can be considered as additional employment impacts of Naver Shopping compared to the other online shopping operators.

특성화고 고졸청년층의 진로준비 및 진로성숙이 취업에 미치는 영향 연구 (Study of the effect of career preparation and career maturity on employment among Specialized high school graduates)

  • 특성화고 졸업자들이 취업을 하는데 중요한 요소는 무엇인가? 특히 특성화고의 각종 취업지원정책과 더불어 학교에서 실시하고 있는 각종 시설 및 교과지원, 직업능력지원, 진로지도, 취업지원 등의 프로그램과 개인이 하는 진로준비행동, 직업탐색행동, 이에 따른 진로성숙도의 증가는 취업에 과연 영향을 미치는 것인가? 이를 위해 먼저 학교에서 실시되고 있는 프로그램 등의 학교지원만족도, 가정에서 실시한 진로준비행동, 취업 전의 예비적 직업탐색행동, 이에 따른 진로성숙도 등을 주요변수로 하여 구조모형을 설정하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교지원만족도는 진로성숙도, 가정에서의 진로준비행동 등에 유의미한 영향관계를 보여주고 있고 직접적으로 취업에 영향을 미치거나 간접적으로 취업에 영향을 미치게 된다. 다음으로 가정에서의 진로준비행동은 직접적으로 취업에 영향을 주며 예비적 직업탐색행동과 진로성숙도를 높이게 된다. 특히, 가정에서의 진로준비행동은 예비적 직업탐색행동을 통해 취업을 높이는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 성별에 따른 변인간의 영향관계를 본 결과, 학교지원만족도는 취업을 직접적으로 높이고 여성의 경우가 더 높게 나타나, 양질의 학교지원프로그램을 강화하되 특히 여성에 맞는 취업지원프로그램도 개발, 지원할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교지원만족도가 높으면 여성은 가정에서의 진로준비행동을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났는데 여성이 가정에서 갖는 진로에 대한 대화 등 진로준비활동은 남성과 달리 취업에 중요한 요인이 되고 있어 여성의 경우 학부모를 대상으로 하는 지원프로그램들을 마련할 필요가 있음이 제기되었다.

치기공과 학생의 진로장벽과 구직효능감 관계에서 직업기초능력의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of the Basic Occupational Ability in the Relationship between Career Barriers and the Job-seeking Efficacy of a Dental Technology Student)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify the mediating effect of the basic occupational ability in relation to the career barrier and job-seeking efficacy of dental technology students. It aims to provide the basic data for NCS-based education and career guidance. Methods: The subject of the questionnaire survey was dental technology students. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. For reliable verification, a significance level of ${\alpha}=.05$ was used and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. Results: The results of the analysis showed that the basic occupational ability had a mediating effect in relation to career barriers and job-seeking efficacy. It was found that the basic occupational ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between job-seeking efficiently and other variables such as difficulty in an interpersonal relationship, lack of self-clarification, conflict with others in important positions, lack of job information, and lack of interest. Conclusion : The results of this study confirmed the importance of the basic occupational ability in improving job-seeking goals, job motivation, job search strength, job skills, and other related areas. If it appears difficult to overcome career barriers such as interpersonal difficulty, lack of self-clarification, conflict with other important people, lack of job information, and lack of interest, then the improvement of the basic occupational ability can be expected to enhance the job-seeking efficiency.

한방병원에 근무하는 간호사의 정신건강에 대한 연구동향: 국내연구를 중심으로 (Scoping Review of Research on Mental Health of Nurses Working in Korean Medicine Hospitals)

  • Objectives: The aim of this scoping review was to analyze research trends about mental health of nurses working in Korean medicine (KM) hospitals in Republic of Korea. Methods: Searches were conducted using four electronic databases including Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, Korean Studies Information Service System, Research Information Sharing Service, Korea Citation Index to collect relevant studies. The search date was March 4, 2021. All studies published up to the search date were considered. Observational studies reporting mental health outcomes of nurses working at KM Hospital were included. Results: A total of 11 cross-sectional observation studies were included. Four of them compared mental health of nurses working on KM and Western medicine (WM). Commonly reported outcomes related to mental health were job satisfaction, role conflict, and work stress. As a result of meta-analysis based on a 5-point Likert scale, the following factors were related to mental health of KM nurses: job satisfaction (2.844±0.067 points), role conflict (3.678±0.058 points), work stress (3.142±0.021 points), turnover intention (3.483±0.028 points), and burnout (3.180±0.033). Compared to WM nurses, KM nurses had significantly less work stress (p=0.000), role conflict (p=0.039), and job satisfaction (p=0.000). Conclusions: Mental health problems of nurses are known to be very common. Although improving them is an important social task, studies on mental health of KM nurses remain insufficient. Based on findings of this study, more cooperation between nurses and KM doctors should be made to improve the mental health of KM nurses, especially their job satisfaction in the future. The Korean Society of Oriental Neuropsychiatry needs to pay more attention to this topic.
