기록물관리 전문요원의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction of Records Managers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기록물관리 전문요원의 직무만족도를 조사하고 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악함으로써 이들의 직무만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위한 보다 구체적인 연구 질문은 첫째, 기록물관리 전문요원의 전반적인 직무만족도는 어떠한가, 둘째, 기록물관리 전문요원의 개인적 특성에 따라 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 차이가 있는가, 셋째, 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가로 설정하였다. 연구 방법은 문헌조사 및 기록물관리 전문요원들을 대상으로 설문조사 및 면담을 실시하였다. 설문 문항은 직무만족과 관련된 이론에서 내용이론 중 허즈버그(Herzberg)의 2요인이론과 과정이론 중 애덤스(Adams)의 공정성이론을 기본으로 하였으며, 설문문항을 구성하기 위하여 박병용(2012)의 연구를 참고하였다. 현직에 있는 기록물관리 전문요원 60명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과는 통계프로그램인 SPSS for Windows ver. 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 추가적으로 설문조사 대상자 중 2명의 기록물관리전문요원들과 면담을 실시하여 직무불만족사항과 개선방안에 대한 의견을 수집하였다. 통계 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 전반적인 직무만족도는 평균 3.2로 조금 만족하는 수준을 보였으며, 근무기간, 기록관리 담당 인원수, 이전 공직근무 경력 등의 개인적 특성에 따라 직무만족도에 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 허즈버그의 2요인 이론에서 제시한 바와 같이 동기요인(만족요인)이 위생요인(불만족요인)에 비해 기록물관리 전문요원의 직무만족도에 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 동기요인에 해당하는 '직업의식' 요인의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 통계분석과 면담 결과를 바탕으로 하여 본 연구는 기록물관리 전문요원의 직무만족도 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 기록관리에 관한 기관 내부 직원들을 포함한 외부의 인식을 개선해야 한다. 조사대상자들의 응답을 종합해보면 직무에 대한 불만족은 대부분 기록관리에 대한 인식 부족에서 비롯되었다. 따라서 기관장, 국가기록원, 기록물관리 전문요원 모두가 인식 제고를 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히 기록연구사 개인의 적극적인 노력을 통해 처리과의 관심을 유도해야 한다. 둘째, 기록관리전문가로서 정체성을 확립해야 한다. 이를 위해 재교육을 통한 전문가로서의 역량을 강화하고, 소수직렬로서 관료제 사회 안에서 행정가로서만 자신을 인식하는 것에서 벗어나 자신의 직무의 중요성을 인식하며, 다양한 기록공동체 활동에 적극 참여하여 개인의 한계를 뛰어넘어야 한다.

누적외상성질환 위험 요인의 정량적 평가 및 관리를 위한 점검표 개발 -자동차 조립 작업을 중심으로- (The Development of a Checklist for Quantitative Assessment of Risk Factors and Management of Cumulative Trauma Disorders : Application to Automobile Assembly Lines)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to develop and standardize a checklist for ergonomic risk factors, and to provide ergonomic guidelines for managing cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) in automobile assembly lines. Methods : The Checklist for Ergonomic Risk Factors (CERF-1) was developed based on the results of previous studies, and then modified after performing pilot study. Information on the symptoms possibly related with CTDs was obtained using a self-reported Questionnaire from 465 automobile assembly workers. Their job conditions were examined to assess risk factors through both direct observation and video analysis. Results : Rate of detecting risky job through CERF-1 was 85.6%, and was similar to that (88.8%) by Occupational Safety and Health Adminstration(OSHA) checklist but higher than that (63.7%) by American National Standards Institute(ANSI) Z-365. Relationship of the exposure scores derived from CERF-1 with levels of symptom was greater (r=0.49) than OSHA (r=0.28) and ANSI Z-365 (r=0.22). Considering the relationship, jobs scoring higher than 16 could be classified as the Risk Job. and lower than 16 as the Low Risk Job. Sensitivity and specificity of the Risk Job were 92.5 % and 31.5 %, respectively. Odds ratio (OR) after age adjustment was 5.69 (95 % confidence interval 3.15-10.29) for the Risk Job, and these ORs were significantly different from those of the Low Risk Job. The exposure scores were Quite valid, in that the scores at the main survey were significantly correlated with those at the follow-up survey, as suggested by test-retest(r=0.88) and inter-rater reliability(r=0.80). Conclusions : The CERF-1, developed in this study, will be an efficient tool for evaluation of risk jobs for CTDs in automobile assembly lines, and can be used easily by health care providers.

방문요양센터 조직특성이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 -서울시 요양보호사 중심으로- (The Influence of Organizational Characteristic of Domiciliary Visit Care Center on Job Stress -with Focus on Seoul Metropolitan Government Care Worker-)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 조직특성 직무태도 등에 따라 수급자인 노인들이 인식하게 되는 만족정도는 달라지게 되며, 이들의 직무스트레스를 줄여야 할 필요성이 있음에 따라 요양보호사들이 인식하는 직무스트레스 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 서울지역 방문요양센터에 소속되어 근무하는 요양보호사들을 대상으로 업무자율성, 보상, 교육과 개발, 구성원 상호관계 등의 하위요인으로 구성된 조직특성 요인이 직무스트레스의 인식수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석결과 방문요양센터에 소속되어 근무하는 요양보호사는 근무시간이 짧을수록, 월급여가 많을수록, 업무자율성이 보장될수록, 구성원들과의 상호관계성이 좋을수록 직무스트레스에 대한 인식은 긍정적으로 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 방문요양센터 운영자들은 요양보호사들의 근무조건인 1일 근무시간과 급여수준에 대한 개선 뿐만 아니라 직장에서의 구성원 상호간의 유대감을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 형태의 개선 방안에 대해 보다 많은 관심을 가져야 하며, 통제와 규제보다는 요양보호사들이 업무에 대해 책임을 갖고 자유롭게 수행할 수 있도록 조직환경을 개선해야 할 것으로 기대한다.

리더와의 접촉빈도와 심리적 거리가 직무 디스트레스에 미치는 영향: 구성원이 인지하는 셀프리더십의 매개효과 (Contact Frequency and Psychological Distance between Leaders: Job Distress and Mediation through Employees' Perceived Self-Leadership)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate a solution to reduce the negative reactions arising from the performance of duties or the job distress of workers in the service industry, because human resource statistics regarding workers in the service sector have been unreported, while concerns regarding exposure to emotional exertion and poor working conditions have been continuously increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study specifically focused on workers in highway service areas. It differs from previous studies because it involves the perspective of the person-organization fit and regards workers' cognition of leaders through the psychological distance toward the leader and the contact frequency between workers and leaders within the framework of the leader-individual fit. Moreover, this study highlights the role of the self-leadership of workers as an important factor that becomes manifested in the individual-level fit to the organization. Hence, this study investigates whether the positive role of the above factors, in turn, could reduce job distress. Workers from highway service areas in Gyeonggi-do province provided data; 141 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of constructs. Simple regression, multiple regression, and 3 step mediation tests were used to test the hypotheses after the correlation tests. Results - Results indicated that leader-member contact frequency and psychological distance have negative effects on job distress but positive effects on self-leadership. A mediation test revealed that self-leadership, in the relationships between contact frequency and job distress and between psychological distance and job distress, resulted in partial mediation and full mediation, respectively. Conclusions - The result can be understood through two different possible explanations. First, service area workers generally possess a positive perspective toward their leaders. This can be interpreted to mean that increased contact frequency and psychological distance would be considered as supports from the leader, rather than intrusive controls or management schemes. Therefore, the management in highway service areas should invest efforts in increasing contact frequency as well as maximizing psychological similarities by adopting the viewpoints of workers in terms of moral and ethical management, to reduce the workers' job distress. The results relating to self-leadership also indicate that increased contact frequency must be accompanied by intentions for the effective promotion of workers' self-leadership. It also signifies the necessity of a strategic approach by leaders to induce workers to perceive "in-group"ness as suggested both by the similarity-attraction theory and by the social identity theory. In addition, the results of the mediation test of self-leadership indicate that because workers' self-leadership activates upon increased contact frequency by the leader, it should not be a means of control and should not be utilized only from the perspective of management. It is also suggested that strategies such as transfer of authority could have a positive effect in promoting the expansion of self-influence from workers.

의료보험 심사 업무의 작업자세(Work Postures) 특성과 누적외상성질환(CTDs) 발생에 관한 연구 (Relationships between Work Postures and Upper Extremity Cumulative Trauma Disorders in Medical Insurance Bill Reviewers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the work postures and upper extremity cumulative trauma disorders(CTDs) in female medical insurance bill reviewers(n=448). This study included diagnosis for CTDs, anthropometry and job analysis (workstations and posture). The characteristics of subject were 33.6 years of average age and 8.7 years of average work duration. The results were as fallows. Ergonomic conditions of workstation were unsuitable compared with anthropometry result. The height of work surface(79.5 cm) and chair(43.0 cm)were high. work space was small, and legs space under the table was limited. Work postures were awkward compared with recommended neutral postures. Neck flexion($21.0-36.0^{\circ}$), elbow elevation, shoulder abduction ($46.0-47.0^{\circ}$). wrist radial and ulnar deviation, forearm supination and pronation, and wrist repeated motion(12.7-21.5 freq./min) were analyzed as hazardous risk factors by job analysis. The prevalence of CTDs was 32.8 % by medical diagnosis. The prevalence rate of CTDs in hazardous work posture group was significantly greater than safe work posture group both neck-shoulder (relative prevalence = 5.2, p<0.001) and wrist-hand (relative prevalence = 2.5, p<0.05).

패밀리 레스토랑 종사원의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 -서울시내 패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로- (A Study on Foodservice Industry Employee′s Job Satisfacrion Level)

  • To develop and improve as the finest foodservice industry, it has to secure the best team organized by the most satisfied employees. It is very important for foodservice industry to have the organization efficiency and study all kinds of factors to be influenced by several conditions. This study was focused on some matters to achieve the foodservice industry's business goal as well as to satisfy the employees. 1, the writer, set up four hypotheses for the examination. First, there will be not an interrelation between the employee's satisfaction and sex, age, marriage, educational background, and eager level. Second, there will be not an intreation between the employee's satisfaction and work period, position, department and major. This study could get some result from the analysis suggested by the above hypotheses. The following are the further explanation including some outstanding feature from the analysis based on the human resource: first for the category about the level of job satisfaction evaluated by the census, foodservice industry employee's job satisfaction depends upon the atmosphere in which employes could enjoy their work. Even the promotion chance can be made in the environment of creative and active working condition. Finally, the promotion chance can be realize not through the employee's attitude assuming the motivation factor to be difference from hygiene factor, but through keeping their work carried out in various activity.

종합병원 근무자의 근로생활의 질과 조직유효성과의 관련성 (Relationship between Quality of Working Life and Organizational Effectiveness of Employees at the General Hospital)

  • Objectives: Quality of Working Life(QWL) is a set of employee's physical, mental conditions which are perceived at their work. Most employees and managers are concerned about the quality of working life as a strategy for improving organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between QWL and organizational effectiveness of employees at the general hospital. Methods : Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires at the general hospital in Kyunggi-Do. Survey was conducted to 675 workers. QWL was measured by using 5 items from the scale developed by Walton(1973). Organizational effectiveness was measured by measuring organizational commitment, intention of job-shift, and job satisfaction. Results: The recognitions to each component of QWL were significantly different by socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education levels and working duration. Also, QWL were significantly different by types of organizational culture. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were applied to find the relationship of QWL and organizational effectiveness. As a result, job-pride, compensation, working condition, human relationship and development showed significant relationship with organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: These results show that QWL is significantly related to organizational effectiveness. So we expect that this result will be used as basic informations for management and motivation of employees at the general hospital.

어린이집 보조인력의 노동실태 및 요구분석: 보조교사, 대체교사, 부담임 교사를 중심으로 (Analysis of the Present Condition and Demand for the Assistant Workforce in Korean Childcare Center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 보조인력의 노동실태와 요구를 파악하고, 보육교사 정책에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2017년 8월 한달간 총 190명의 어린이집 보조인력인 누리 일반 보조교사, 보육도우미, 대체교사, 부담임교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 보조인력의 노동실태와 요구분석을 위해 현 기관 취업경로 및 근무이유, 근로여건, 직무 및 교육실태, 애로사항을 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 차이분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 보조인력은 본인의 형편에 맞는 시간대에 일할 수 있어 노동을 선택하였으며, 진입경로로는 보조교사, 대체교사는 주로 육아종합지원센터의 구인광고를 통해, 보육도우미와 부담임은 지인소개 및 추천을 통하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근로여건에서는 일일 근무시간은 '4~8시간'인 경우가 73.7%, '51만 원 이상~100만 원 미만'인 경우가 57.9%였다. 하루 평균 휴게시간은 약 30분, 17%는 휴게시간이 전무한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무 및 교육실태를 살펴보면, 보조인력은 '유아지도 및 상호작용', '청소 청결 관련 업무'를 가장 활발히 수행하였으며, '청소 청결 관련 업무'와 '아침 돌봄 야간 돌봄'에 대한 인력 충원이 시급하다고 인식하였다. 넷째, 애로사항에서 보조 인력은 임금과 관련된 불만족과 고용불안정에 어려움을 느끼고 있었으며, 비정규직의 정규직화에 동의하는 이유는 고용 안정성 때문으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 비정규직 문제해결을 위한 선결과제는 비정규직과 정규직의 임금격차 해소, 노동시간단축 및 노동조건 개선이었다. 본 연구는 그동안 정책연구에서 소외되었던 어린이집 보조인력에 대해 주목하고, 어린이집 보조인력의 입장에서 노동 실태에 응답한 결과를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

직무분석을 통한 회전익 항공기 조종사 적성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Aptitude for Helicopter Pilots through the Job Analysis)

  • The operational environment of helicopters extends from the civil air traffic control system to remote and hazardous areas and from day operations under visual flight conditions to night operations in adverse weather. Helicopters can move in any direction, remain stationary while airborne, climb and descend vertically, and take off and land almost anywhere. Thus their range of maneuvers and control requirements vary more widely than do those of fixed-wing aircraft. In this study, I analyzed the job of helicopter pilot through methods of observation, and classified the required ability of them into the domain of cognitive, perceptual/spatial, psychomotor. I expect that the result of this study will be used to aid training and selection of helicopter pilot.

  • In general, the algorithms for production scheduling are developed with special objective under the special restrictions. Therefore, there is no common algorithm for APS system applied to various kind of production circumstances. The scheduling algorithm for APS system has to solve any problem that comes from any conditions of product kind, process, resource, machine, special rule for scheduling, and so forth. In addition, the algorithm finds solutions quickly because the need for real time based reschedule comes out often. In this paper, I am going to develop a scheduling algorithm using heuristic and genetic algorithm for APS system applied to various kind of production circumstances quickly and flexibly. The developed APS system with the algorithm will be introduced in this paper, also.
