조선 후기 묵장(墨場)의 영수(領岫)로 불리었던 조희룡(趙熙龍)(1789~1866)은 양반가문 출신이었지만 스스로 여항인(閭巷人)이라고 자처하였으며, 중인(中人)들을 중심으로 벽오사(碧梧社)를 결성하여 문예 활동을 하였다. 우봉(又峯)은 "불긍거후(不肯車後)"를 전 생애를 관통하는 예술정신으로 삼았으며, 성영론(性靈論)을 내세워 감성 내지 영감을 예술의 요체로 여겨 진정(眞正)과 개성(個性)을 중시한 독창적 회화심미를 추구하였다. 60대 초반에 약 3년간의 임자도 유배기간은 그의 예술세계에 대한 정체성과 방향성에 심대한 영향을 끼쳤다. 이 기간에 "화구암란묵(畵鷗??墨)", "우해악암고(又海岳庵稿)", "수경재해외적독(壽鏡齋海外赤牘)", "한와헌제화잡존(漢瓦軒題畵雜存)" 등 4권의 저술을 썼으며, 당호(堂號)가 있는 그의 회화 19점 중 "황산냉운도(荒山冷雲圖)", "방운임산수도(倣雲林山水圖)", "매화서옥도(梅花書屋圖)"등 8점이 이때 제작되었다. 이들 작품을 통해 유희적(遊戱的) 속미(俗美) 정신과 수예(手藝)의 기괴(奇怪)함, 그리고 천예(天倪)의 자연스러운 회화심미를 드러내고 있다.

This study was to propose the spatial analysis method of extracting the spectral characteristic of cultural grounds of lavers in marine especially ApHae-myeon, ShinAn-gun, JellaNam-do, through using various satellite images. In addition, the information of cultural grounds of laver such as the existence of illegal cultural grounds of laver distribution was extracted through using satellite images and GIS analysis methods. For the further work, the spatial analysis to extract not only cultural grounds of laver business but also artificial facilities in marine will be proposed.

Through the ISODATA method, the micro-landform of Julpo-Bay tidal flat was classified into mudflat, mixedflat, and sandflat using Landsat TM image. Each showed an apparent differences in its topographical characteristics and grain size composition. For example, mudflats are formed with flat faces and tidal channel of dissected gully. Its characteristics of grain size analysis that the grains have less than mean grain size 4 phi. Its sorting is bad (higher than 1 S.D.), and it showed strongly positive skewness. But sandflat is topographically flat without tidal channel. It has developed with ripple marks. According to the grain size analysis of deposits, the soil is coarse size with 90% of sand and its sorting is well(lower than 1 S.D.) Also, it showed strongly negative skewness. Mixed flat is in between mudflat and sandflat in its characteristics.

In this study, as the passing of a year, the changes of tidal flat area in Seohan Bay, North Korea was monitored through using Landsat ETM Data and the ancient topological map. The map to present tidal flat distribution characteristic based on the ancient topographical map (1918) was constructed as GIS DB. In addition, a tidal flat distribution map was estimated by using the satellite images with unsupervised classification method. Even though it is difficult to approach to study area, it was possible to gain the data and to monitor the change of the coast tidal flat by comparing to area change yielded.

We showed the effects of the traditional herbal medicine, Jukyeoondam-tang (JO-T, Zhu-ru-Wen-Dan-Tang in Chinese), on ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine. Electrophysiological experiments with conventional microelectrode techniques revealed that JO-T potently suppressed the aconitine-induced arrhythmias in ventricular strips of the rat. In the aconitine-induced arrhythmia model of the rat, pretreatment with JO-T $(100\;{\mu}g/ml)$ completely occluded the appearance of ventricular tachyarrhythmia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF) induced by aconitine. Furthermore, the aconitine-induced ventricular arrhythmia was occluded by $Na^+$ channel blocker quinidine but was not occluded by $K^+$ channel blocker glibenclamide $(3\;{\mu}mol/L)\;and\;Ca^{2+}$ channel blocker nifedipine $(10\;{\mu}mol/L)$. We also confirmed the effect of JO-T in the ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced arrhythmia model of the rat. JO-T did not affect the I/R-induced arrhythmias in rats. JO-T may alleviate the risk of ventricular arrhythmias following aconitine. These results suggest that JO-T is a potent antiarrhythmic drug having a$Na^+$ channel-blocking action.

This research aims at proposing the space planning and architectural guideline required in designing the Science High School. It investigates specific features of the science high school which are distinguished from the general high school and analyses the compositional figure of teachers and students, the teaching methods and its educational curriculum, especially the revised educational curriculum in 2009. Meanwhile, it explores the administrative systems and facilities of the existing science high schools through both the document survey and on-the-spot interview. Such endeavor results in proposing the space classification, the space composition methods and a classroom managing system, which would be suited to the science high school. Finally it presents the architectural guidelines for planning the special subject learning area that is composed of a special subject classroom, a specified lab, medial space, a project and research room and teacher's room. The result of this study could be the fundamental resources for programming the special purposed high school as well as the science high school building.

위성 레이저 레인징은 위성의 궤도를 관측하는 가장 정밀한 측정법으로 과학기술위성2호의 정밀 궤도 결정에 사용될 예정이다. 본 논문은 과학기술위성2호에 부탑재체로 탑재 될 위성 레이저 레인징용 레이저 반사경 조합의 개발을 보고한다. 현재 1 세트의 레이저 반사경 조합이 설계, 분석, 제작, 광학 시험 및 조립이 완료되었다.
