전북 일부지역 대학생의 커피섭취 실태 및 인식 (Intake Status and Perception of Coffee by University Students in Some Areas of Jeonbuk Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on coffee intake habits, preference of coffee and other beverages, and awareness of caffeine in coffee by college students in some areas of Jeonbuk province. According to the survey result, 83.9% of subjects drank coffee usually, and males (46.4%) and the females (54.2%) drank coffee at school stores and coffee shops, respectively. Companions to drink coffee with were mainly friends, and frequency of coffee intake was one to two cups daily for males and females. Males and females drank coffee at any time (60.0%) and after lunch (38.7%), respectively. Most males and females drank only coffee without snacks. Males preferred more soft drinks and sports drinks than females, but females preferred more milk and dairy products, tea, and coffee than males. Coffee was consumed most frequently, among several beverages. Reasons for drinking coffee was to prevent sleepiness (64.6%), and to enjoy its taste and aroma (38.0%) for males and females, respectively. Male (47.2%) and female (73.5%) subjects could detect caffeine, and most of them could detect caffeine in coffee. Additionally, all subjects agreed that less intake of caffeine was better for their health. Based on the survey of intake habits of coffee, the university students need nutrition education relative to labeling caffeine contents in coffee and intake of caffeine, and need to make an effort to overcome the potential damage of caffeine intake.

The Effects of Job Crafting on Task and Contextual Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Work Engagement

  • Purpose: Research on job crafting has thus far focused on how alter job demand and resources behaviors relate to employee task performance. However, job crafting behaviors do not necessarily have an impact only on task performance, but also on employees' contextual performance, a phenomenon that has little research in job crafting research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting on task performance or contextual performance and the mediating effect of work engagement between them in the Chinese context. Research design, data and methodology: In order to achieve the above research goals and test the proposed hypotheses, we used a cross-sectional design and a self-administered questionnaire to collect quantitative data from September 8, 2021 to September 27, 2021 among knowledge workers in Shandong Province various financial companies and finally analyzed 211 questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and research model analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 Version and AMOS 27.0 Version to test the developed hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows; firstly, the study showed that job crafting of employees had a significant positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Secondly, the higher job crafting of employees, the higher their work engagement. Thirdly, this study showed that work engagement of employees had a positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Fourthly, we predicted and found that work engagement of employees had a positive mediating effect between job crafting and task performance and a positive mediating effect between job crafting and contextual performance. Overall, this study showed that the proactive job crafting behaviors of employees enhance their engagement for their work, which in turn improves task performance and contextual performance. Conclusions: This paper develops job crafting research by exploring the positive impact of job crafting on employees' task performance or contextual performance through their work engagement. It also proposes that both job crafting behaviors and work engagement are important approaches to improve employees' task performance or contextual performance. Practical implications for organizations, such as increasing employee' work engagement, as well as the limitations and suggestions are concluded for the future research directions.

전라북도 아동의 예방접종실태에 관한 조사연구 (Study on Vaccination State in Children : Jeonbuk Province, 2000)

  • 목 적: 전라북도지역의 어린이 예방접종의 실태를 파악함으로써 문제점을 알아보고 예방접종률과 접종 시기의 적절성을 향상시키고자 하였다. 방 법: 2000년 3월부터 6월까지 전북지역의 5세 이하의 소아 850명을 대상으로 하였으며 조사방법은 보호자의 면담과 예방접종수첩 등 의무기록을 근거로 이루어 졌다. 예방접종 종류에 따른 접종여부, 접종시기와 횟수, 접종장소에 대해 조사하였다. 결 과 : 1) 조사방법은 전체 850명 중 362명(43%)은 예방접종수첩을 통해 이루어졌으며, 488명(57%)은 보호자의 기억을 통한 면담으로 이루어졌다. 2) 전체 예방접종의 50.4%는 보건소에서, 44.3%는 개인의원에서, 5.3%는 대학병원과 종합병원에서 이루어졌다. 기본접종인 BCG(49%), B형 간염(47%), DTaP(61%), MMR(55%), 일본뇌염(73%)은 보건소에서 주로 접종되었고, 수두(62%)와 Hib백신(88%)등 선별접종은 개인의원에서 더 많이 이루어졌다. 3) 예방접종률은 BCG는 99.2%, B형 간염은 93.5%, DTaP & TOPV는 96.1%로 비교적 접종률이 높았으나, 선별접종인 MMR은 83.7%, 수두는 72.5%, 일본뇌염은 50.2%, Hib는 15.8%로 낮은 접종률을 보였다. 4) 예방접종 시기의 적절성은 B형간염은 88.4%, DTaP는 72.8%, 일본뇌염은 18.5%로 각각의 접종률인 93.5%, 94.6%, 50.2%와 큰 차이를 보였다. 결 론 : 1세 미만에 실시하는 예방접종들의 접종률은 비교적 높았으나 1세 이후에 실시하거나, 여러 차례 추가접종이 필요한 경우는 접종률과 적절성이 모두 낮았다. 특히, MMR, 수두, 일본뇌염, Hib 백신의 경우 지역사회에서의 유행을 예방하기에는 아직 낮은 수준으로 평가된다. 이러한 예방접종률을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다도 부모들의 백신 접종에 대한 인식을 높이는 것이 중요하고, 예방접종기록을 표준화하고 전산화하며, 예방접종 기록을 초등학교 입학시에 제출하는 것을 의무화하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 그리고, 예방접종 사업에 대한 평가와 이를 환류 할 수 있는 감시체계가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

전북지역 오디 생산용 뽕나무 해충의 발생양상 (Occurrences of Insect Pests on Fruit-producing Mulberry Plants in Jeonbuk Province)

  • 2015년부터 2016년까지 전북지역 오디 생산용 뽕나무에서 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae Koch)와 명주달팽이(Acusta despecta Sowerby) 2종을 포함하여 총 33종의 해충이 조사되었다. 그 가운데 뽕나무총채벌레(Pseudodendrothrips mori Niwa)를 포함한 8종이 주요 해충으로 분류되었다. 수확 전에는 총 25종이 조사되었는데, 그 가운데 뽕나무총채벌레(P. mori), 뽕나무이(Anomoneura mori Schwarz), 뽕나무깍지벌레(Pseudaulacaspis pentagona Targioni Tozzetti), 뽕나무애바구미(Baris deplanata Roelofs), 뽕나무가지나방(Menophra atrilineata Butler), 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae Koch) 6종이 주요 해충으로 분류되었다. 수확 후에는 총 25종이 조사되었는데, 그 가운데 뽕나무총채벌레(P. mori), 뽕나무깍지벌레(P. pentagona), 뽕나무명나방(Glyphodes pyloalis Walker), 미국흰불나방(Hyphantria cunea Drury), 점박이응애(T. urticae) 5종이 주요 해충으로 분류되었다. 오디용 뽕나무에서 발생하는 해충은 조사지역에 따라 달랐으나, 뽕나무총채벌레 등 주요 해충 8종과 베짱이(Hexcacentrus unicolor Serville), 뽕나무노린재(Malcus Japonicus Ishihara et Hasegawa), 썩덩나무노린재(Halyomorpha halys Stal), 오리나무좀(Xylosandrus germanus Blandford), 나방류 4종(Bombyx mandarina Moore, Euproctis subflava Bremer, Acronicta major Bremer, Agrotis trifurca Butler) 및 명주달팽이(Acusta despecta Sowerby)는 모든 조사지역에서 발생되었다.

일 도시 고등학생의 음주동기와 음주문제 (Drinking Motives and Drinking-Related Problems among Korean High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate drinking motives and the drinking-related problems of Korean high school students at a city in Jeonbuk province. Methods: There were 657 students from two academic and two vocational high schools at J city in Jeonbuk province. The sample was collected using a stratified sampling method and the data was collected from June 30th to July 16th 2003. The study instrument used to examine drinking motive was a 20-item summated scale (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ = .95) and for drinking-related problems was an 18 item summated scale (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ = .91). The data was analyzed using SPSS/PC+ by percentage, x2-test, t-test and correlations. Results: 1. Drinking experience: Among the high school students, 74.3% of them had drinking episodes. Female students started drinking later (x2 = 12.857, p = .002) and had more drinking friends (x2 = 7.785, p = .020) than males. Vocational school students drank more frequently (x2 = 32.138, p = .001), had more heavy drinking episodes (x2 = 40.370, p = .001). 2. Drinking motives & Drinking-related problems: The mean score of drinking motives was $31.2{\pm}11.12$ out of 80 and that of drinking-related problems was $21.8{\pm}5.85$ out of 72 points. Neither score were stronger was significantly different according to gender and grade. On the other hand, both drinking motives (t = -4.077, p = .001) and drinking-related problems (t = -3.423, p = .001) were stronger in vocational school students than in academic school students. The correlation between drinking-related characteristics and problems were weak (from r = .286 to r = .520) but the correlation within the subcategories of drinking motives was high such as between enhancement and coping (r = .822) and enhancement and social motives (r = .822). Conclusion: The majority of Korean high school students start to drink during their junior high school days. Drinking motives and drinking-related problems were not serious but the drinking motives and the drinking-related problems are stronger among vocational school students. As a result, school-based health education and counseling programs should focus on solving drinking motives than on drinking-related problems.

전북지역 주부들의 전통발효식품 섭취실태 및 소비현황 조사 (An Investigation on the Eating Status and Expenditures of the Traditional Fermented foods for the Housewives in Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the eating status and to analyze expenditures of the traditional fermented foods. A structured questionnaire survey was conducted from 370 housewives in Jeonbuk province and there were 300 usable samples(81.1%) valid for analysis. For the statistical analysis, the data was analyzed by $x^2$-test using SPSSIPC 12.0 for windows. The results of this study were as follows : 1. In the investigation on the eating status of the traditional fermented foods, Kimchi showed highest intake frequency(over once a day) and next Doenjang, Gochujang, Ganjang were consumed $2\;{\sim}\;3$ times per week. Jeotgal and Jangajji consumption showed the significant difference frequencies between the age groups(p < 0.001). The frequencies of using the home-made fermented foods were either similar or decreased, while the manufactured products were either similar or increased. The reasons behind the decreasing consumption were 'because of appetite change(47.0%)', 'the effect of western food(25.2%)' and 'dislike of salty food(17.4%)'. 90.7%(Kimchi), 54.9%(Doenjang), 54.8%(Gochujang), 53.2%(Cheongkukjang) of respondents knew the methods of preparation, while 62.5%(Ganjang), 41.1%(Jeotgal,) 31.2%(Jangajji) of respondents didn't know the methods of preparation. 2. In the analysis of the expenditure for the purchasing of the traditional fermented foods, most of the respondents procured Kimchi, Doenjang, Gochujang from their families or relatives, but they bought Ganjang, Jeotgal, Jangajji in the markets. And most of the respondents bought the fermented foods in the general merchandise stores or the department store except Kimchi. The places of buying Kimchi were specialty stores(34.6%), general merchandise stores or department stores(25.0%). Overall scores of satisfaction for the quality of manufactured fermented foods showed 3.29 of 5 - point scales. The average cost per month of Kimchi was 19,550won and Gochujang 7,878won, Doenjang 5,764won, Jeotgal 5,439won, Jangajji 5,412won, Ganjang(for soup) 4,714won, Cheongkukjang 4,677won, Ganjang(for seasoning) 4,464won, and total cost was 20,920won. The reasons behind purchasing the traditional fermented foods were 'because of convenience(58.4%)', 'no time to make by oneself(23.0%)' and 'for not knowing the making methods(12.8%)'. The problems of the manufactured traditional fermented foods were 'worry about safety of the raw materials or additives(71.2%)', 'lack of sanitation(12.0%)'. The most important thing considered in purchasing was 'materials and origins(86.6%)' and next 'quality(64.1%)' was another important thing.

전북지역 양호교사의 업무수행과 자신감과 그에 영향하는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of the school health Teachers' Self-confidence Affecting the School Nursing Activities in Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the school health teachers' self-confidence. This study was conducted with 87 school health teachers working in Jeonbuk province, from September to December, 1986, The results are follows; 1. Demographic characteristics of school health teachers 1) Age mean ; 34, range; 23-54 2) School Nursing experience mean; 11 years, range; 0-24 3) Clinical experience mean; 1.5 years, range: 0-13 2. Status of school health resources & nursing activities 1) Personnel resource school health teacher: pupils : 1 : 1,436 'classes=1:31 'general teacher=1:39 2) Budget Total school operating budget: School health budget : 100 : 4.2 (52.2 thousand Won) Half of the school health budget expend on medicine. 3) Clinic 80% of all schools have health clinic seperately. 71.32 of all schools have less than $35m^2$, 23.9%, $36-66m^2$. 4) Only 20% of all schools have organization for health 5) Average of clinic visitor for 1 year; 2,084 Major problem is on digestive system. And other problem: respiratory, skin, musculo - skeletal system, dental problem, etc... 6) Literal message for 1 year; 12 times. 우리나라 논 관개용 지하수 수질 특성 (Characteristics of the Groundwater Quality for Paddy Fields in Korea)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the status of the groundwater quality for paddy fields irrigation in Korea. Water samples were collected at 130 sites throughout the country. Samples were collected at three seasons - April, July and October - in 2000. According to our survey, the groundwater was found to be suitable for irrigation purpose. Average EC was shown 0.286 dS/m. Nitrate-nitrogen and $Cl^-$ concentration was 5.6 mg/L, 32.95 mg/L which satisfied the Korean Standards for Irrigation Water. Nitrate-nitrogen concentration in each province was shown as following orders: Jeju (11.17 mg/L) > Chungnam (8.16 mg/L) > Gyeongbuk (6.64 mg/L) > Gyounggi (5.91 mg/L) > Chungnam (4.95 mg/L) > Gyeongnam (3.91 mg/L) > Jeonbuk (3.50 mg/L) > Jeonnam (3.27 mg/L) > Gangwon (2.91 mg/L). The concentration by sampling seasons were October (6.62 mg/L) > July (5.88 mg/L) > April (4.78 mg/L). As the soil of Jeju Province is usually derived from volcanic ash soils mainly used for upland drops, it may influence the nitrate-nitrogen concentration of groundwater. The amount of rainfall also influence the water quality. But the $COD_{Cr}$ were shown April (3.17 mg/L) > July (2.91 mg/L) > October (2.40 mg/L), it is highly related in the basal dose of organic matter fertilizers. This study demonstrated that groundwater quality was suitable for irrigation, but continuous monitoring is recommended for agricultural policy and developing OECD agricultural environment indicators.

중학생의 주생활 교육내용에 대한 관심도와 활용도 조사 연구 -전북지역을 중심으로- (Middle School Students' Interest and Practice of Housing Education Contents Based on Jeonbuk Province)

  • 본 연구는 전북지역 중학교 3학년생 529명을 대상으로 기술$\cdot$가정 교과서의 주생활 교육내용에 대한 관심도와 활용도와의 관련성을 밝힘으로써 앞으로 효율적인 주생활 교육과정 운영에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 중학생의 주생활 교육내용의 영역별 관심도는 전체적으로 중간정도였다. 모든 영역에서 인구통계적 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 관심도는 '생활공간의 활용' '실내환경과 설비' '주택의 유지와 보수' 의 세 영역에서 전체적으로 남학생이 여학생보다. 학생의 학업성적이 중위권 이상일수록, 부모의 학력은 고등학교 졸업이상일수록. 가정의 사회경제적 지위가 중위권 이상 높을수록 학생들의 관심도가 높게 나타났다. 주생활 교육내용 활용도도 중간정도이며. 모든 영역에서 인구통계적 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 났다. 즉, 세 영역에서 전체적으로 남학생이 여학생보다. 학생의 학업성적이 중위권 이상일수록, 부모의 학력은 고등학교 졸업 이상일수록 아버지의 직업이 전문직이거나 행정관리직 일수록. 가정의 사회경제적 지위가 중위권 이상으로 높을 수록 학생들의 활용도가 높게 나타났다. 중학생의 주생활 교육내용에 대한 관심도와 활용도의 상호 관련성은 의미있는(p<.01) 수준에서 정적인 상관관계를 나타내 주생활 교육내용에 관심도가 높을수록 실생활에 활용하려는 태도가 매우 높았으며. 긍정적인 활용태도를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로 주생활 교육내용이 학습자의 적극적인 관심을 유발하고 실생활의 문제점을 해결하며 미래사회에 적응해 나가는 데 도움을 주기 위해서는, 변화하는 사회와 가족형태를 반영하고 그 속에서 가장 기본적인 인간의 욕구충족이나 의사소통, 역할수행 등에서 야기되는 문제점을 창의적으로 해결할 수 있는 교육내용이 개발되어야 한다. 또한 환경오염. 에너지 절약. 자원의 재활용 둥의 개념과 실천방법도 다양한 측면에서 논의하여야 할 것이다. 실생활에서 학습자가 실천할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 방법을 찾아내어 가능한 범위 내에서 점진적인 개선을 한다면 보다 좋은 결과를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 본다.

전북 완주군 봉동 하안단구 상부 뢰스-고토양 연속충의 풍화특성과 기원지 (Weathering Properties and Provenance of Loess-Paleosol Sequence Deposited on River Terrace in the Bongdong Area, Wanju-gun, Jeonbuk Province)

  • 전라북도 완주군 봉동읍에 위치한 만경강 하안단구 역층 상부에 퇴적되어 있는 뢰스-고토양 연속층을 대상으로 토양분석과 대자율 측정, 입도 및 원소분석을 행하여 퇴적물의 풍화 특성과 기원지를 검토하였다. 봉동단면은 상부에서 하부로 Layer 1(고토양), Layer 2(뢰스), Layer 3(고토양) 그리고 하안단구 역층으로 이루어진다. 대자율은 뢰스층과 고토양층 사이에 뚜렷한 차이를 보이며, 입도분석 결과는 봉동단면이 하천이나 사면이동이 아니라 바람에 의해 운반되었으며, 중국 뢰스고원이나 대천뢰스보다 상당히 세립질임을 보여준다. 토양분석 중 유기물 함량만이 대자율과 유사한 변화를 보이며, 건조 토색보다는 습윤 토색이 뢰스-고토양 연속층의 특성을 보다 잘 반영한다. 주원소 및 희토류 원소 분석 결과, 봉동단면의 뢰스물질은 중국 뢰스고원과 동일한 기원지 또는 재이동된 물질에 의해 형성되었으며, 퇴적 이후에는 고온다습한 우리나라 기후 환경에서 중국 뢰스고원보다 심하게 풍화작용을 받았다.
