  • Conventional command-based communication services are rapidly substituted by multimedia web-based communication services at most recent times As the result, many valuable database and services that were developed by investing lots of human and material resources become to be useless Therefore in this paper we researched the methodologies and techniques for designing and implementing a multimedia web-based database system that made users easily access to database and services by updating the conventional command-based database services.

  • 현재 국내 및 세계 이동통신 시장에서 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대해 관심이 고조되고 있으며, WAP(Wriless Application Protcotol) 포럼, W3C(World Wide Web Consortium), 마이크로소프트사 등을 중심으로 무선인터넷에 대한 표준화가 진행되고 있다. WAP은 에릭슨, 모토롤러, 노키아, 폰닷컴등 세계 굴지의 이동통신업체들을 중심으로 약 200여 업체들이 표준화 작업에 참여하고 있으며 국제적인 산업 표준이 될 가능성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 Java의 특징과 RS-232C를 이용하여 운영체제에 무관하게 주차관리 보드를 이용하고 유선 인터넷을 이용하여 주차 시스템의 상황 및 통계처리를 지원하며 무선인터넷 서비스를 위해 WML과 JSP. Servlet, DBMS를 이용하여 이동통신 단말기에 주차관리 상황 및 서비스를 지원하도록 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 컨텐츠 개발 사례를 통해 다른 응용 컨텐츠 개발방향을 제시하고 개발 과정의 문제점과 무선인터넷 서비스를 위한 JAVA와 WML의 통합 사용이 갖는 장단점을 연구하였다.

  • 많은 중소기업들이 업무를 진행하는데에 있어서 수기로서 작업을 하기도 하고 아니면 간단한 프로그램를 사용하든지 아니면 중소기업형 ERP를 사용하기도 한다. HomePage의 경우에도 있는 경우도 있고 존재하지 않는 경우도 있다. 더구나 WEB으로 업무를 처리하는경우는 상당히 미흡하다. 개발을 하려고 하여도 WEB 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하는데는 Servlet 기반의 방식이 대다수 이다. 이 방식은 중소기업에서 개발하기에는 너무나 많은 개발비용과 유지비용이 들게되고 또한 네트워크 환경의 열악성 때문에 투자대비 효과를 얻기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 Applet을 이용하여 중소기업업무 프로그램을 WEB 기반으로 구축하여 자료의 사용을 Internet 또는 Intranet등에서 가능하게 하고 네트워크의 영향역시 AWT기반으로 Applet으로 제작하여 만들어지는 파일의 크기를 작게 구현해서 네트워크의 영향을 최소화 하게 구현을 하고, 프로그램을 클래스화시켜 재사용이 가능하게 하여 개발기간의 단축과 유지보수를 용이하게 하여 비용을 줄이도록 한다.

  • With development of internet technology, digital economy that advance rapidly formed much leagues of B2B, B2C, A2B etc, according to the application part. Also, electronic commerce system implementation technology is introduced by Component based on development method in object oriented technique base depending on customer's requirement, and development environment changes by 3- Tiers, Web-Based architecture etc. in existent C/S (Client/Server) environment and is introduced. Thus, In this research, I implemented seat reservation and confirmation system that can be used in electronic commerce in multi-server environment. This, for improve efficiency in distribute environment, relevant importance logic used server component model EJB, and implemented through JSP and Java that use Servlet of Resin Server environment for Main Server. Therefore, through independence component using EJB, I did so that can improved independence between electronic commerce system logic, and reduce server's overhead calling relevant method through discrete EJB server, and manage each logic resources efficiently.

  • 소프트웨어 재사용 기술은 소프트웨어공학 분야의 오래된 주제로 단순한 복사 및 붙이기(copy & paste)에서 현재의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 기술에 이르기까지 계속해서 연구되고있다. 재사용의 단위를 무엇으로 하냐에 따라 또는 소프트웨어 개발 주기 중 어느 단계의 산출물을 재사용 하느냐에 따라 다양한 개념과 기법들이 소개되었으며 실제 소프트웨어 개발에 활용되고 있다. 또한 컴퓨팅 환경의 변화에 보조를 같이하여 특정 어플리케이션을 지원하는 재사용기술 들이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹(Web) 기반의 프로그램에 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 재사용 기술을 접목하고자 한다. 수없이 많은 웹 기반 어플리케이션들이 개발되었고 또한 개발되고 있으며 다른 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운영되는 다양한 기존 시스템들도 웹 기반으로 옮겨가고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 기 개발된 웹 프로그램에서 재사용 가능한 모듈을 컴포넌트 화하여 차후 웹 프로그램 개발 시에 재사용될 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 웹 지원 언어 중 Sun 사의 서블릿(Servlet)[1]으로 개발된 어플리케이션들을 EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans)[2] 환경으로 변환시키기 위한 기법과 이를 지원하는 도구를 소개한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 도구는 크게 분석기, 시각화기, 추출기, 생성기, 및 전개기로 구성되며 해당 모듈에서 입력받은 서블릿을 처리하며 최종적으로 세션 빈(session bean)[2] 또는 엔터티 빈(entity bean)[2]과 같은 EJB 컴포넌트를 생성한다.

  • Nowadays many tasks are performed using the Web. Accordingly, many web-based application systems with various and complicated functions are being requested. In order to develop such web-based application systems efficiently, object-oriented analysis and design methodology is used, and Java EE(Java Platform, Enterprise Edition) technologies are used for its implementation. The security issues have become increasingly important. For such reasons, Java EE provides mechanism related to security but it does not provide interconnections with object-oriented analysis and design methodology for developing web application system. Consequently, since the security method by Java EE mechanism is implemented at the last step only, it is difficult to apply constant security during the whole process of system development from the requirement analysis to implementation. Therefore, this paper suggests an object-oriented analysis and design methodology emphasized in the security for secure web application systems from the requirement analysis to implementation. The object-oriented analysis and design methodology adopts UMLsec, the modeling language with an emphasis on security for the requirement analysis and system analysis & design with regard to security. And for its implementation, RBAC (Role Based Access Control) of servlet from Java EE technologies is used. Also, the object-oriented analysis and design methodology for the secure web application is applied to online banking system in order to prove its effectiveness.

Reengineering Template-Based Web Applications to Single Page AJAX Applications (단일 페이지 AJAX 애플리케이션을 위한 템플릿 기반 웹 애플리케이션 재공학 기법)

  • Web pages in a template-based web application (TWA) are automatically populated using a template shared by the pages with contents specific to the pages. So users can easily obtain information guided by a consistent structure of the template. Reduced duplicated code helps to increase the level of maintainability as well. However, TWA still has the interaction problem of classic web applications that each time a user clicks a hyperlink a new page is loaded, although a partial update of the page is desirable. This paper proposes a reengineering technique to transform the multi-page structure of legacy Java-based TWA to a single page one with partial page refresh. In this approach, hyperlinks in HTML code are refactored to AJAX-enabled event handlers to achieve the single page structure. In addition, JSP and Servlet code is transformed in order not to send data unnecessary for the partial update. The new single page consists of individual components that are updateable independently when interacting with a user. Therefore, our approach can improve interactivity and responsiveness towards a user while reducing CPU and network usage. The measurement of our technique applied to a typical TWA shows that our technique improves the response time of user requests over the TWA in the range from 1 to 87%.

Development of a Web-based Calculus module using Mathematica (Mathematica를 이용한 웹기반 미적분 모듈의 개발)

  • This paper illustrates a calculus module which generates step-by-step solutions using J/Link that connects Java and Mathematica. Such a module provides intermediate and low level students with a practical environment where they can easily follow the solution paths on their own paces. The extra feature of this module depicts graphical images for a given function and its differentiated result to enhance the visual understandings of calculus concepts. Mathematica as a mathematical expert system that provides systematic mathematical knowledge to students with step-by-step solutions will be possibly extended to the tutorial or CMI development. The proposed module is implemented in a Java servlet that links to Mathematica FrontEnd. This approach results in adopting font systems to express two dimensional mathematical expressions in web documents as an alternative typesetting tool.

  • This paper is studied about the DC motor synchronization control for robot driving DC motor where is located in long distance place. The DC motors are received the speed order through internet with realtime. We designed the PID controller that related to PWM voltage and revolution given by 80C196KC $\mu$-Processor to move DC motors, so two motors were synchronized quickly about the order of random speed or location by PID controller. Furthermore, we controlled motors with realtime through internet by using lava platform that had a excellent compatibility, and monitored the speed of two motors.

  • One of the most important factor while developing web application is to separate presentation and business logic lowering the maintenance cost. There are various web application development tools mainly categorized as script based such as Servlet, JSP, ASP.NET techniques and dynamic server page development frameworks such as Struts, JSF (Java Server Faces), Spring MVC etc. These tools provide web tier processing solution but not the complete separation of presentation and business logic. In this paper, we developed custom tog component that separate presentation and business logic, to process them we also developed container. In addition, DOM tree is applied to the developed container to manage the presentation effectively.
