This paper describes the design method of the linear PID controller and proposed the design method in the future. The first PID design method is to ensure phase margin and gain margin. This method guarantees stability by designing in the frequency domain. The second method is an internal model control method. This method is to design the PID controller using the parameters of the internal model after identifying the internal model for the control model. Therefore, this method has a strong disturbance characteristic. Finally, a proposed Cascade and smith-Predictor controller. The combination of the cascade controller and the smith-predator of this method is a controller structure that has two advantages: robust control and optimal control. This method can obtain the performance evaluation index as the optimal controller design method. This PID controller design method becomes the basis of the nonlinear method and is being continuously studied.

The frequent turnover of nurses is one of the great difficulties of the medical profession, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social support, emotional labor and subjective health on resilience of turnover nurses. The subjects of this study were 70 turnover nurses and collected data from November 1-10, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The significance level was .05. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Resilience was significantly different according to job satisfaction and subjective health. 2) Resilience showed a significant correlation with social support and subjective health (p <.05). 3) Factors influencing recovery elasticity were job satisfaction and social support and the explanatory power was 44.1% (F = 9.93, p <.001). It is necessary to improve the resilience of nurses to reduce job turnover and increase the adaptability to the clinic. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect these influential factors in improving the resilience of transition nurses.

As recent domestic cosmetics market has grown rapidly, many people have become interested in skin care. Therefore, this study aims at examining the job satisfaction of experts currently working in beauty industry by conducting a survey on the job esteem and satisfaction of estheticians who are the major professional group in skin care related occupations. The survey was carried out targeting at 289 current estheticians in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and as a result, most of the respondents showed a high level of job esteem (M=3.81). However, there was a significant difference in 'fair treatment' by male and female, and 'relative superiority' by educational background (p<.o1). The job satisfaction showed a high satisfaction as M=3.34 and there were significant differences in working hours, positions and salaries. As the level of self-esteem and job esteem became higher, job satisfaction on occupational consciousness increased. Therefore, it is judged that improving social awareness that evaluates job values and having positive values for one's job will help improve the job performance by enhancing the job satisfaction of estheticians.

Today, each company focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction by providing the best service. This study examined the effect of coffee shop on customer satisfaction. In addition, we examined the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention and word of mouth. The results of this study are as follows: First, in order to investigate the satisfaction of customers using coffee specialty shops, data were gathered through questionnaires and 142 customers were analyzed using statistical analysis, It is important to have a positive image of the company and to influence the decision to repurchase, and should not overlook the role of generating new customers through word of mouth. Second, customers tend to be price-oriented, practical and reasonable. To meet these customers' needs, it is important to attract a large number of products at the same time to attract customers.

The interconnectedness of all things is continuously expanding. For example, bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacons are wireless radio transmitters that can send an identifier to nearby receivers and trigger a number of applications, from proximity marketing to indoor location-based service. iBeacon technology which is one of the newest technologies in the smart tourism field, is reckoned as being very useful for travelers in enhancing the experience with visiting places. However, there is consequently not much existing research yet about the connection between iBeacon technology and tourism destination. Considering that, this study analyzes the adoption of iBeacon in tourism destination, this study examine the interrelationships and feedback structures of key factors in iBeacon adoption. To serve the purpose, this study used system dynamics approach to develop a model of iBeacon adoption in tourism destination. The analysis results showed that the concept of 'Social Influences' is one of the significant predictors for individual's intention behavior to accept iBeacon, and word of mouth (WOM), subjective norm, privacy concern, and perceived usefulness are key factors influencing the iBeacon adoption.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of book content, celebrity recognition, and celebrity expertise on book purchasing, and to suggest implications for the marketing factors for sales and the factors to consider when publishing celebrity books . The implications of this study are as follows. First, when a celebrity publishes a book, it should actively promote marketing activities that can give credibility to the reader and to the credibility of the information about the book field that he usually compiles. Second, when a book is compiled, celebrities should pay attention to book designs and pictures that fit their images. In addition, it is necessary to build a new type of advertising strategy will be. Finally, celebrities should ask for various means to inform viewers and pens of their information, experiences, and learned knowledge in various advertising environments before publishing the book. If you continue to recognize it, your future purchases of books will increase.

The purpose of this study was to present the direction and implications of urban development in relation to climate risk factors and environment for practical implementation of urban development in response to climate change. The research method was carried out through a qualitative data survey and analysis. As a result of the study, the direction of urban development according to the climate risk factors emphasized the importance of preparing conditions for urban development by establishing a damage prevention system for natural disasters and analyzing the risk of natural disasters by conducting analysis of the impact and vulnerability of climate change in urban planning. The direction of urban development on the environmental side suggested the need for the promotion of public transport oriented development (TOD) in the form of urban planning to realize sustainable and practical urban development. Future research directions will need to be supplemented with more quantitative and empirical findings.

The 6th industrialization of agriculture, which promotes the virtuous cycle of creating new value with through the convergence integration of agriculture and contributing to the vitalization of local economy etc. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to provide implication for the efficiency, vitalization of domestic 6th industrialization per regions Analysis is use of the "2015~2016 Food Agriculture 6th Industrialization Basic Reality Survey Research" report data. As an analytical method DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), Tobit model were used for results. The following are the summary of hypothesis test. First, 6th industrialization of agriculture identify improve income growth and increase efficiency, Second, Efficiency influence factor analysis shows have a minus (-) relation that yearly rural population increase rate, and secondary industry participation rate. Third, 6th industrialization recognition of the business is plus(+) relation influenced. Through this research, There may be a limit of research data and qualitative factor etc, explanatory power, but it is meaningful in the sense that objective implication was drawn for the enhancement of the 6th industrialization per regions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate levels of emotional intelligence, resilience, post-traumatic growth and communication skill of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting communication skill of nursing students and to use them as basic data to improve communication skill. The data collecting period is from April to May, 2017, and the subjects are 296 nursing students in D city. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence, resilience, post-traumatic growth, and communication skill of nursing students. Also, as emotional intelligence, resilience, and post-traumatic growth increased, communication skill improved. The explanatory power of regression model was 51.9%. In conclusion, it is necessary to efforts to improve the emotional intelligence, resilience, and post-traumatic growth as a strategy to enhance communication skills of nursing students in order to establish therapeutic relationships with patients as nurses.

The purpose of this study is to understand the reactions of viewers to the scene of violence (homely violence, verbal violence, tools violence) and to consider factors to consider when producing violent movies and suggest some implications. The implications of this study are as follows. First, film producers can be more realistic in dealing with disputes and controversies in the home than in the overall contents of the film. Second, when film producers put verbal violence into the film, they would rather not use excessive verbal or profanity, but rather use a verbal that would not make the relationship between the films strange. Finally, film makers should use some tools to mosaic the tools used to express violence to others, thereby reducing some of the cruelty expressed in movies.
