Defense Acquisition Program Administration's weapon system software development and management guideline specifies the criteria of software reliability tests including static and dynamic tests mainly on C/C++ languages. Recently, Defense Acquisition Program Administration expanded the scope of software reliability test for the various languages including C#, java etc. but specific criteria for them are not established. This study suggests the reliability test procedures and standards on C# programming software in weapon system. For the static test, considering the nature of the C# which depends on .NET framework, this paper introduces applying coding rules recommended by Microsoft Corp. Visual Studio 2012. Block coverage provided by Visual Studio is applied on dynamic tests and the achievement objectives for block coverage according to the software levels(A, B, C) are suggested. Also, the software reliability test procedures and standards proposed by this paper are properly verified through the case study. The result of this study can be used for establishing the specific criteria of the software reliability test for C# programming software in weapon system.

The home network system guarantees families a safe, economical, socially integrated and healthy life by using information appliances. And it provides a family with domestic safety, control of instruments, controllable energy and health monitoring by connecting to home appliances. This study designs the broadband PLC home controller using broadband PLC(Power Line Communication) technology which can save much cost at a network infrastructure by using the existing power line at home. The broadband PLC home controller consists of the broadband PLC module, the embedded main controller module and I/O module. The broadband PLC home controller can control various domestic appliances such as an auto door-lock, a boiler, an oven, etc., because it has various I/O specifications. In this study, selected home network middleware for the broadband PLC home controller is Jini surrogate using Jini technology designed by means of access to easily a home network system without a limitation of the devices. And a client application program is supported java servlet program to manage and monitor the broadband PLC home controller via web browser of a PC or a PDA, etc. Finally, for an application, we implemented and tested a home security system using one broadband PLC home controller.

The ubiquitous computing environment could provide better service to users by adapting to changing contexts. In this paper, we developed a context adaptation system, which enables an ubiquitous program to adapt to different contexts, following its adaptation rules. Using this system, programmers can develop ubiquitous programs suitable for changing contexts, by describing the context adaptation policy. The context adaptation engine of this system fits the ubiquitous program to the current context based on the context adaptation rules. This system was implemented using JCAF, context-aware programing framework based on java. A simulator is also provided to simulate ubiquitous programs by changing contexts.

This research aims to investigate the application of Keynes's theory in Indonesia, particularly in solving unemployment and poverty problems through government spending, economic growth, and human resource capacity. The basic concepts of the Keynesian theory were used as a method, through which government spending was harnessed toward economic growth in reducing unemployment and poverty rate. The analytical materials used were panel data for the 2017-2021 period in Central Java, Indonesia. The analytical methodology used was a multiple regression experimental design in selecting the best model according to Keynes's theory, especially for overcoming formidable problems. The main results showed that large Government spending program is ineffective in encouraging pro-growth, pro-job, pro-poor, and pro-equity development policy strategies. The causes of this failure include the violation of Keynes' assumptions about rationality and the low quality of education investment, which do not encourage productive and innovative entrepreneurship, as well as self-employment opportunities. As a result, government spending, including subsidies and direct financial assistance, used to implement the macroeconomic monetary, unstructured, and fiscal policy system is insufficient to significantly reduce the enormous difficulties. The main research results confirm that human capital capacity is the key to mitigating and reducing unemployment and poverty.

Electronic Industries Association has set a standard format called CDIF(CASE Data Interchange Format) for exchanging information between CASE tools from 1991. If data used on a CASE tool is represented in CDIF format, then any other CASE tools can use the data by translating CDlF format into their own format. In order to do so, each CASE vendor must provide a translator program from CDIF to its own data format or from its own data to CDIF format. In this thesis, we have implemented a source code generator for translating CASE data format into CDIF format only if they provide how data is stored. This automatic program generator generates CDIF statements using data format used in CASE tools, meta information about stored data and CDIF meta information. In the thesis, the automatic program generator has been implemented with Java and Oracle DBMS with JOBC interface in Sun O/S environment.

The objective of this research was to analyze nutritional status and food consumption of children participating in the Posyandu nutrition program. A total sample of 300 children under five years had been drawn. Sample was divided into two categories namely high participation and low participation in the Posyandu nutrition program. The sample was selected from two sub districts of Cianjur District, West Java. The districts were areas with a high proportion of poor people and many of them take the benefits of Posyandu nutrition program conducted by the government. The participation of children (under five years old) in visiting Posyandus was relatively good, namely, 92.4% (for the high participation group). However, for the low participation group, the number of participating children was relatively low (28.3%). The average consumption of energy for children under five years old was still below the recommended dietary allowance < 80% of RDA, whereas the protein consumption was already above the RDA. The prevalence of underweight, stunting, and wasting among children were respectively 30.0%, 43.7%, and 12.3%. The activities at Posyandus had a positive impact on the nutritional status of children under five years olds, measured in terms of weight for age (W/A) and weight for height (W/H). The more frequent the visit to Posyandus, the better the nutritional statuses would be.

Web-assemblies are a new binary standard designed to improve the performance of Web browser JavaScript. Web-assemblies are becoming a new web standard that can run at near native speed with efficient execution, concise representation, and code written in multiple languages. However, current Web-assembly vulnerability verification is limited to the Web assembly interpreter language, and vulnerability verification of Web-assembly binary itself is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the safety of the web assembly itself. In this paper, we analyze how to operate the web assembly and verify the safety of the current web-assembly. In addition, we examine vulnerability of existing web -assembly and analyze limitations according to existing safety verification method. Finally, we introduce web-assembly API based fuzzing method to overcome limitation of web-assembly safety verification method. This verifies the effectiveness of the proposed Fuzzing by detecting crashes that could not be detected by existing safety verification tools.

It is very difficult assignment that grasp three-dimensional real life in Web base network environment. But, the recent simulation tools embody third dimension elements within 2 dimensions screen that is limited through third dimension implementation technology. Many GIS tools are offering excellent functions for third dimension data creation. But, research about design of third dimension GIS that use virtual reality technique in Web environment is status that is unprepared. So, in this research embodied third dimension topography map using virtual reality modelling language to produce active third dimension VR map that can supply visual information for direction, visual point that want in World Wide Web without support of expensive Map exclusive use program. And these 3D Web-Map is thought that possibility is enough as next generation map medium.

In recent years many people are changing their mobile phones from feature phones to smart phones because huge number of useful smart phone applications are released onto the market everyday. Development of smart phone applications could be very helpful educational contents for technologically gifted children who has lots of curiosity and creativity. For this reason this paper deals with development of smart phone application UI(User Interface) layout education programs for the technologically gifted children. These education programs which can operating under Android-based smartphone, have been developed by using JAVA and Eclipse. Survey from the technologically gifted children education experts has been analyzed by Delphi method to figure out effectiveness of the developed education programs.

PACS mostly has been used in large scaled hospital due to expensive initial cost to set up the system. The network of PACS is independent of the others: network. The user's PC has to be connected physically to the network of PACS as well as the image viewer has to be installed. The web based mini-PACS can store, manage and search inexpensively a large quantity of radiologic image acquired in a hospital. The certificated user can search and diagnose the radiologic image using web browser anywhere Internet connected. The implemented Image viewer is a viewer to diagnose the radiologic image. Which support the DICOM standard and was implemented to use JAVA programming technology. The JAVA program language is cross-platform which makes easier upgrade the system than others. The image filter was added to the viewer so as to diagnose the radiologic image in detail. In order to access to the database, the user activates his web browser to specify the URL of the web based PACS. Thus, The invoked PERL script generates an HTML file, which displays a query form with two fields: Patient name and Patient ID. The user fills out the form and submits his request via the PERL script that enters the search into the relational database to determine the patient who is corresponding to the input criteria. The user selects a patient and obtains a display list of the patient's personal study and images.
