대형공공공사에 J/V(Joint Venture)시스템의 합리적 도입을 통한 건설사업 효율화 전략 (A Strategy of Construction through Rationally Adapting JV(Joint Venture) in Large Public Constructions)

  • Despite of the introduction some sorts of the contract and the bid method like CM(Construction management) that will be efficient to manage the construction project. Korean agencies limit to control project management to do large public constructions. In the case of Taiwan, THSRC is apply J/V system in the public construction project, they are accomplishing that expend optimal the cost and save the construction time. To success J/V it has two factors, one is risk management and another is sharing information of construction project. Therefore, we will study to introduce J/V system to our construction project.

학교역사관 기록물 관리현황 및 개선방안 연구 J교육청 학교역사관 조성사업을 중심으로 (A Study on a Method to Improve Archives Management in School Historical Manuscripts : Focused on the School Historical Manuscripts Project of J Office of Education)

  • 본 연구는 J교육청 기록관에서 진행하고 있는 '학교역사관 조성사업'의 참여 학교들을 대상으로 학교 역사기록물 관리현황을 조사 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 학교역사관의 기록관리에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 해당 사업에 참여 중인 7개교의 학교장, 그리고 사업 지원을 맡고 있는 J교육청의 기록연구사와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담의 내용은 학교역사관 조성사업에 대한 인식, 기록물 수집 현황, 정리 및 보존 현황, 서비스 현황으로 구성하였다. 면담 결과, 학교장들은 거의 1인 체제로 학교역사관을 운영하면서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며 교육청으로부터 지속적인 예산 및 인력 지원을 받기를 원하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 J교육청의 학교역사관 조성사업의 향후 나아갈 방향을 제시하고 학교역사관의 역사기록물 관리에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

Field Emission Stability of Carbon Nanotubes Grown by Thermal Chemical Vapor Deposition

  • Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were synthesized on glass substrates in the different ramp-up heating ambient of vacuum, He, Ar, and $N_{2}$ by thermal chemical vapor deposition. CNTs with higher crystallinity were developed in the buffer gases with faster growth rates than in vacuum. Field emission characteristics were strongly related to the relative position of CNT emitters to the cathode electrodes. The areal-spread emission and instability were overcome by locating the emitters far away from the edges of cathode electrodes. The electrical conditioning of emitters improved their emission uniformity over a large area although it decreased the emission current. This study also discussed the long-term stability of CNT emitters.

  • This paper is to introduce the R&D project called "System Protection with emphasis on Power System Stability". The principal objective of this project is protection aids to system stability. The objects of this project arc as follows. First, drawbacks of classical under frequency load shedding and implementation issues of the rate-of-change of frequency will be described. Secondly, the project discusses the possibilities of voltage instability in power system and how this risk will affect protective relays in real system. Lastly, special protection system is designed to preserve system stability for KEPCO.
