장애 정체감 척도의 Rasch 모형 적용 (Rasch Rating Scale Modeling of the Disability Identity Scale)

  • 본 연구는 장애정체감을 평가하는 도구로 개발된 23문항의 척도를 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 문항을 재구성한 연구이다. 척수손상 장애인 397명을 대상으로 개발한 장애정체감 척도(이익섭 신은경, 2006)는 요인분석으로 타당도를 검증한 것으로 문항의 적합도나 난이도 및 응답범주의 적절성을 평가하지는 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 요인분석 절차에서 파생될 수 있는 한계를 보완하고자 문항반응이론(item response theory)의 하나인 Rasch 모형을 각 하위차원별로 적용하여 장애정체감 척도를 재검토하였다. 결과로는 4개차원의 20문항으로 축소되는 것이 문항의 적합도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 문항의 난이도 측면에서는 평균수준의 문항이 많은 것으로 드러났다. 응답범주는 4점 척도가 적절했다고 평가되었다. 이러한 척도의 재구성을 통하여 장애정체감의 문항 적합도와 난이도 및 응답범주의 적절성을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있었다.

  • There have been a lot of researches about KM(knowledge management) in domestic and foreign countries since 1990. Especially, there have been a lot of researches about enabler of KM, knowledge asset etc. but these are insufficient researches about performance measure of knowledge management considering maturity of KM. In addition, performance measure and maturity considering enabler to manage successful knowledge as well as knowledge asset which can be the following result are not the sufficient situation. Therefore, this study makes developmental levels of the inside and outside of the corporate by observing previous studies about the maturity of knowledge management and classifies enabler of knowledge management and measure item about knowledge asset by level, considering the features of each developmental level. And it is designed to propose maturity measure methods considering maturity level of actual knowledge management item by drawing indicator to measure classified items.

  • In an environment of global competition, the success of a manufacturing corporation is directly related to how it plans and executes production in particular as well as to the optimization level of its process in general. This paper proposes a production planning algorithm for the Multi-Level, multi-item Capacitated Lot Sizing Problem (MLCLSP) in supply chain network considering back-order. MLCLSP corresponds to a mixed integer programming (MIP) problem and is NP-hard. Therefore, this paper proposes an effective algorithm, GRHS (GRASP-based Rolling Horizon Search) that solves this problem within reasonable computational time and evaluates its performance under a variety of problem scenarios.

  • In these days, the PCs are widely used in the mid-level factory. But they have low-effectiveness for using them. The main reason should be the lack of useful and practical software in the market. This Case study aimed at the support of the software using DB Language to get M/M chart for aquiring work study and standard time data in the mid-level factory having multi-item and multi-process type. CVA (Chronocycle Video Analysis) is applied to get basic standard time data and working list. Standard time, Sequence of working and allowance time or rate for man and machine will be readily obtained through the menu when the software executing. Detailed program list is systematically shown in Appendix.

가계의 사교육비 지출과 관련요인 (Private Educational Expenses of Household & the Related Factors)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of the proporation of household expenditure item and the subjective burden of household due to the private educational expenses. The data used in this study included 761 housewives who have a child of the second grade or fourth grade of primary-school in Seoul. The findings of this study are as follows: First these six variables-educational level of mother household income place of residence grade of child number of child and the expected educational level of child-have significant effects on the private educational expenses. Second the proporation of food expense housing expense clothing expense and miscellaneous expense significantly differ with respect to the private educational expenses. Generally the proporation of household expenditure item and subjective burden are influenced more by the private educational expenses for school work than by the private educational expenses for talent.

  • We consider the problem of determining the spare inventory level for a multiechelon repairable-item inventory system. Our model extends the previous results to the system which has an inventory at the central depot as well as at the several bases. We develop an algorithm to find spare inventory levels, which minimize the total expected cost and simultaneously satisfies a specified minimum service level. Comparisons of our algorithm with the simulation show that the algorithm is very accurate and efficient.

Computer Adaptive Testing Method for Measuring Disability in Patients With Back Pain

  • Most conventional instruments measuring disability rely on total score by simply adding individual item responses, which is dependent on the items chosen to represent the underlying construct (test-dependent) and a test statistic, such as coefficient alpha for the estimate of reliability, varying from sample to sample (sample-dependent). By contrast, item response theory (IRT) method focuses on the psychometric properties of the test items instead of the instrument as a whole. By estimating probability that a respondent will select a particular rating for an item, item difficulty and person ability (or disability) can be placed on same linear continuum. These estimates are invariant regardless of the item used (test-free measurement) and the ability of sample applied (sample-free measurement). These advantages of IRT allow the creation of invariantly calibrated large item banks that precisely discriminate the disability levels of individuals. Computer adaptive testing (CAT) method often requiring a testing algorithm promise a means for administering items in a way that is both efficient and precise. This method permits selectively administering items that are closely matched to the ability level of individuals (measurement precision) and measuring the ability without the loss of precision provided by the full item bank (measurement efficiency). These measurement properties can reasonably be achieved using IRT and CAT method. This article aims to investigate comprehensive overview of the existing disability instrument for back pain and to inform physical therapists of an alternative innovative way overcoming the shortcomings of conventional disability instruments. An understanding of IRT and CAT method will equip physical therapist with skills in interpreting the measurement properties of disability instruments developed using the methods.

에코 소재 의류 제품의 구매 실태 및 구매 후 만족도 (A Study on the Actual Purchase Conditions and Post-Purchase Satisfaction for Clothing Made with Eco-friendly Fabric)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare the base for the development of the high value clothing products with eco-friendly fabric which become the conversation topic recently. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used. The subject of survey was the adult women in from their 20's to 50's. The survey areas were Gyungnam, Busan, Ulsan, and Daegu in Korea. The questions were formed with the results of a preliminary investigation and the contents selectively revised the measurement tools used to the previous studies. To analyze the collected data, $x^2$2-test, t-test, ANOVA were carried out with SPSS. In the result of difference analysis of the actual purchase conditions according to demographic variables, the purchase motives, the purchase items, and the purchase information showed the significant difference according to the demographic variables except monthly income, and the purchase place showed the significant difference to all the demographic variables. The results of difference analysis of post-purchase satisfaction according to the demographic variables and the purchase items were as follows, The post-purchase satisfaction in price showed the significant difference according to age and monthly income. The one in design showed the significant difference according to educational level and occupation. The one in fashion showed the significant difference according to marriage or non-marriage, age, educational level and occupation. The one in the wearing sensation showed the significant difference according to marriage or nonmarriage, age, educational level, occupation. The one in transformation showed the significant difference according to educational level, monthly income, purchase item. The one in laundry and management convenience showed the significant difference according to monthly income and purchase item. Finally, the one in pollution level showed the significant difference according to age, monthly income, occupation, and purchase item.

Rasch 모형을 적용한 지체장애 엘리트선수의 스포츠수행전략(TOPS) 척도 타당화 (A Psychometric Item Goodness-of-Fit of the Test of Performance Strategies for Athletes with Physical Disabilities Applying Rasch Model)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 스포츠수행전략(TOPS) 척도를 지체장애 엘리트선수에게 적용이 가능토록, Rasch 평정척도모형을 적용하여 문항의 적합성을 검증하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 지체장애 엘리트선수 215명을 대상으로 5요인 24문항으로 구성되어있는 TOPS 척도에 응답토록 하였고, 일차원성 가정은 PCAR 검증을 통해서, 문항의 적합성은 WINSTEPS 3.65 프로그램을 통하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 문항의 응답범주는 문제가 있는 것으로 나타나, 기존 5점 범주 대신 3점 범주로 수정이 필요하다. 둘째, 문항적합성을 분석한 결과 21문항은 적합한 것으로 나타났지만, 3문항은 부적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, TOPS 척도의 문항 신뢰도는 수용이 가능했지만, 응답자 신뢰도는 낮게 나타나, 문항 곤란도를 고려한 문항 순서의 조정이 필요하였다. 넷째, 개인 속성점수와 곤란도를 Item-Person Map을 통해 비교한 결과, 혼잣말 요인을 제외한 나머지 요인들에서 개인 속성점수 분포에 비해 문항 곤란도 분포가 편향되어 있는 것으로 나타내었다. 따라서 후속 연구에서 지체장애 엘리트선수의 TOPS를 적용하기 위해서는 문항의 배열을 곤란도가 낮은 문항에서 높은 문항 순으로 조정하고, 응답범주는 3점 범주로 설정, 아울러 곤란도를 고려한 추가문항을 개발하는 것이 타당한 결과를 산출할 수 있을 것이다.

지역사회에 거주하는 노인을 대상으로 한 한글판 동적보행지수의 타당성 (Validation of the Korean Translated Dynamic Gait Index in Community-Dwelling Elderly)

  • The Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) was developed and widely used as a clinical tool to assess balance performance during gait. The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean translated DGI using Rasch analysis. A total of 105 community-dwelling elderly was participated in this study (age range = 65~95 years; mean = 78.0 years). The translated DGI showed sound item psychometric properties, and the 8 items were arranged in order of difficulty for the total participants. The most difficult item was 'Steps' and the easiest item was 'Level surface'. Also, each of the original 4 rating scale categories satisfied the Linacre's essential criteria suggestions for optimal rating scale category effectiveness. Although, thirty eight person (36.2%) showed the maximal high score, but the most of them was no history of fall in the preceding year. For subjects who has falling history, all of the person's ability was arranged within the item's difficulty. The 8-item Korean translated DGI can be used to measure gain in elderly person with balance disorders without compromising important clinical measurement characteristics in Korea.
