This study focused on investigating the future medicine and health care industry paradigm shift and suggesting the right direction for the medical education system in order for students to be better prepared in the near future. Here, I will discuss four issues related to the future of medicine: Health 2.0, digital health, personalized medicine, and innovations of the public healthcare system. Every issue has lessons for medical education and teaching for students who major in health professions. However, it is obvious that the present is an important period of time as, currently, we are at an early stage in the future health care environment. Recently, there have been rapid transformations in various fields of medicine. Therefore, if we fail to lead medical education in the right direction, medical students will suffer from major problems in coping with these changes.

The objective of this article is to develop residential site planning techniques for the energy conservation by focusing on energy conscious site design process, influencing natural factors for energy conservation and suggestion of multi - family housing Prototypes. This article is the second part of the article titled "A Study on an Energy - Effective Site Planning for a Residential Environment"which is published in the previous issue (Vol. 12, No. 2) of this journal. The first part of the article dealt with how to make best use of energy conserving effect of natural forces such as sun, wind and water, and the selection techniques of suitable residential site for achieving energy conservation. The second part proposes the energy conscious design process of residential site development and suggests building forms of single family and multi -family housings. The three multi - family housing prototypes haute been developed which are most energy -effective ; the linear type, the cut -de -sac type and the atrium type. In the process of creating the prototypes, energy conserving design criteria have been also developed. These criteria can be used to develop some other alternative prototypes.

소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 따라 소프트웨어 개발조직에서는 소프트웨어 품질이 중요한 이슈로 부각되었다. 특히 여러 종류의 테스트 성숙도 모델을 통해 조직의 소프트웨어 테스트 성숙도 향상에 대해 다양한 방면으로 시도하고 있다. 하지만 현재 테스트 성숙도를 측정할 수 있는 모델들은 기존의 개발 성숙도 측정 모델을 기반으로 개발하여 테스트 부분에 대한 언급이 부족하고 단지 테스트 성숙도 레벨만을 측정하였다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 소프트웨어 개발프로세스와 한께 테스트 프로세스를 수행할 수 있도록 이중 V모델과 테스트 성숙도의 용이한 평가를 위한 테스트 평가 속성과 레벨을 정의한 테스트 속성과 상호관련 매트릭스를 제안하였다. 테스트 프로세스 개선(Test Process Improvement: TPI)의 개선제안(Improvement Suggestion) 방법을 통해 테스트 성숙도 모델 확장하고, 측정된 성숙도를 향상시킬 수 있는 개선방향을 제시한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제안하는 테스트 성숙도 상호관련 매트릭스는 테스트 성숙도를 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 사용하였다. 결과적으로는 확장된 테스트 성숙도 모델을 통해 조직의 테스트 성숙도를 높이는데 기여 할 수 있으리라 생각한다.

최근 전자상거래에서 다양한 에이전트 기법을 전자상거래에 적용하여 구매자와 판매자간의 매매를 지능적으로 수행시키는 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 에이전트에 협상능력을 부여하여 에이전트들이 사용자를 대신해서 자동 또는 수동적인 환경에서 협상을 수행하고 계약을 체결하도록 하는 연구가 시도되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구들에서의 협상방식은 자동협상을 수행할 경우 협상 메커니즘이 단순하여 협상의 항목과 범위가 극히 제한되는 경향이 있고, 수동협상의 경우 에이전트는 사용자간의 협상 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 환경에 머무르는 수준에 머무르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 게임이론에서의 협상모형을 응용하여 협상 에이전트들이 전략적인 방식에 의해 서로의 의견을 조정하면서 매매계약을 체결하도록 하는 자동협상 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 협상모델에서 에이전트들은 협상 시 다양한 매매조건들을 협상이슈로 구성하여 자신의 협상제안을 단계적으로 제시한다. 그리고 협상이 진행됨에 따라 상대방에 대한 협상모형을 구축하고 협상이슈들에 대한 가중치 학습을 통해 상대방의 협상 포인트를 파악한다. 따라서 에이전트들은 서로의 이득을 최대화시키고 이득의 불균형을 해소하는 방향으로 협상을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 협상 메커니즘을 내장한 에이전트들을 구현하고, 다양한 실험을 통하여 제안한 협상 모델의 타당성과 효율성을 평가하도록 한다.

1952년1월 18일 이승만 대통령의 인접해양의 주권선언이후(평화선언) 일본은 독도에 관한 대한민국의 영유권을 인정하지 않고 이를 한 일간의 영유권에 관한 법적분쟁으로 보고 국제사법재판소에 부탁하여 해결하자고 1954년부터 틈틈이 주장하고 있다. 국제사법재판소는 한 일간의 독도의 영유권 귀속문제에 대해 당연한 관할권을 갖는 것이 아니며 또 대한민국정부는 독도문제해결을 위해 국제사법재판소에 제소하자고 하는 일본의 제의에 합의할 필요가 없다. 특히 대한민국정부는 독도영유권 문제에 대해 일본과의 사전 합의한바 없어 국제사법재판소의 관할권은 인정되지 않는다. 그러나 일본이 일방적으로 국제사법재판소에 제소할 경우 대한민국은 명시적 및 묵시적 동의 등의 국제사법재판소에 확대관할권을 부여하는 결과가 없도록 유념해야 할 것이다. 독도영유권 분쟁의 해결방법으로서 가장 훌륭한 방안은 대한 민국의 주권을 실력으로 행사하면서 독도에 대해 실효적 지배를 보다 강화해 나가는 것이다.

First appeared in the 1970s, the underground shopping mall has been spreading across the country, and there reportedly exist 77 malls in the 2010. After over 30 decades operation, many underground shopping malls are now under the planning phase for renovation in many cities. This study considers the renovation issue of the underground shopping mall in the perspective of spatial re-configuration. A case is taken from Kangnam TerminalUnderground Shopping Mall in Seoul for detailed observation and suggestion. The monotonous and confusingspatial layout of the existing mall is investigated by observation methods. Based on the observation, a modifiedplan is suggested and evaluated by means of computer simulation program, Depth Map. The program mainly deals with visual network analysis in order to quantify the optical exposure in a given space. It is argued in this paper that the enhanced visual connectedness could affect the pedestrian performance positively in the shopping mall, and this leads to an easy and quick access to each shops in users' stand point. It is thought that this configurational solution for the remodelling of a specific case would be an effective reference for other malls in the country which are facing the similar problems.

Environmental protection and precaution are the most frequently considered issues in the recent research fields for our present and future surroundings. However, it seems that these environmental issues were less reflected in local-level development plans, and caused several cases of environmental pollution, therefore it became a major concern of local governments and the communities. The role of a 'Local EIA(Environment Impact Assessment)' can be a core issue for the positive preferences of the local-level development plans. Cases of Local EIA in Germany which have been implied successfully are reviewed to generate a local EIA movement and to produce a guideline for Korean local governments. The local EIA in Germany was broadly commenced in the middle of 1980s, and a decade later it was carried out for over 200 of local governments. To produce a better suggestion for Korean local EIA, comparison and analysis of detail data of the German local EIA was carried out, and tested for fourteen cities in Korea based on five categories: i) assessment subject, ii) assessment procedure, iii) main office for assessment, iv) assessment factor and v) assessment standard. Prior suggestions for greater preference of local EIA in Korea are: it is necessary that I) launch of a support system in central government to help the movement of local government; Ⅱ) a knowledge-based expert group in local government which has by all means of exclusive responsibility far any action(new application or performance of local EIA) : 111) establishment of 'environmental protection measure' in local government level for environmental precaution based on individual environmental character and values in their communities.

최근 심각한 사회문제로 제기되고 있는 총기사고는 사회적 불안감과 경제적 어려움으로 인하여 극단적 형태의 범죄로서 우리 주변에서 일어날 수 있다는 점에서, 총기 사고에 대하여 우리나라도 더 이상 안전지대가 아니라는 사회적 인식으로 국민들의 불안감은 점점 높아지고 있다. 이를 개선하고자 경찰과 학계에서는 다양한 정책 제안과 제도 변경을 통한 대책마련을 내놓고 있다. 하지만 실효성 문제와 근본적인 대안이 될 수 없다는 의견들과 기술적 측면에서의 접근적 연구가 미흡 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술적 측면에서 보다 실효성 있는 총기안전 장치 시스템을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 서버 가상화 시스템의 보안 함수를 개발하기 위해 선행해야 할, 보안 요구 사항을 제안하는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 도출된 보안 요구 사항은 서버 가상화 시스템에 대한 보안 위협을 기반으로 하며, 제안 된 요구 사항이 보안 위협 사항을 방어할 수 있는 것을 보임으로써 보안 요구 사항의 타당성을 검증한다. 또한, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 보안 위협에서 서버 가상화 시스템에 가해지는 보안 위협을 도출하기 위해서, 보안 위협과 서버 가상화 시스템의 보안 이슈 사항의 관계를 분석 및 제시한다.

건설교통R&D 예산이 매년 증가됨에 따라 연구성과 창출의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 또한 이러한 연구성과를 현장에 활용하기 위한 전략수립이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이번 연구에서는 연구성과 현장 활용을 제고하기 위한 방안 중 건설공사기준을 정비하는 방안을 제시하고, 성과관리 제도개선을 중심으로 정책제안을 하고자 한다. 이 연구는 건설교통R&D 성과의 건설공사기준 반영 현황분석을 통해서 문제점을 파악하고, 설문조사를 통한 장애요인 영향정도 및 관리수준을 분석하여, 건설교통R&D 성과가 체계적으로 건설공사기준에 반영되도록 새로운 방안을 제시하였다. 이것은 연구개발에서 상용화까지의 연계와 건설공사기준의 정비 미흡으로 인한 기술발전 저해라는 두 가지 문제점을 동시에 해결할 수 있는 방안이라고 할 수 있다.
