In the case of adhesives & restoration agents currently being used for the preservation treatment of ceramics and earthenware, epoxy type, cellulose type and cellulose type are mainly being used. However, they are showing various problems such as re-detachment from severe contraction, color change from yellowing, work inconvenience of staining on tools and hand during usage and irreversibility. For the purpose of solving the issues of yellowing and irreversibility of epoxy resin being used to restore ceramics, urethane synthetic resin with low yellowing excellent reversibility has been developed in this study. The adhesive strength of urethane resin that has been developed has excellent properties with 2.07MPa for undiluted solution, which is 1.5 times higher than that of existing material EPO-$TEK301^{(R)}$ 1.21MPa. The result of workability measurement showed that the wear rate of urethane resin (in Talc 50wt%) was 1.09%, which was somewhat higher than that of existing material Quick $Wood^{(R)}$ (1.02%). In addition, its wear rate is two times higher than that of $EPO-TEK301^{(R)}$ (0.41%) and $L30^{(R)}$ (0.39%), thereby showing an advantage in its forming process compared to existing materials. As for the advantage of urethane resin of reversibility experiment, 12 hours after acetone, ethyl alcohol deposition, urethane resin and filler talc were dissolved 100% while showing powdering phenomenon. Compared to 0% reversibility of existing epoxy resin, it has much superior reversibility. The result of UV rays experiment to evaluate its durability showed that ${\Delta}E^*ab$ color change value based on undiluted solution of urethane resin was 2.76 before & after UV rays exposure, which was a decrease by about 7-20 times compared to that of existing resin, thereby minimizing the issue of heterogeneity.
The basic magnetic properties of commercially available High-$T_c$ Superconductor (HTS) GdBCO-coated conductor (GdBCO-CCs) were investigated by using physical property measurement system-vibrating sample magnetometer (PPMS-VSM). From the zero-field-cooled (ZFC) m(T) curve, the $T_c$ was found to be ~93 K. After removing the background m(H) data, we obtained both the net m(H) data and the ${\Delta}m_{irr}$. The $H_{irr}(T)$ coincided very well with the power-law relation $H_{irr}=H_{irr}(0)(1-T/T_c)^n$ with $$n{\sim_=}1.19$$. The magnetic flux behavior was investigated by using the ${\delta}$ values in the relationship $J_c{\propto}{\Delta}m_{irr}{\propto}H^{-{\delta}}$. A ${\delta}{\approx}0$ region denoting an independent magnetic flux pinning effect, a ${\delta}{\approx}0.6{\sim}1.2$ region representing a collective flux pinning effect due to the interaction, and a ${\delta}{\gg}2$ region representing freely moving magnetic fluxes caused by the Lorentz force were observed. The boundary line between ${\delta}{\approx}0$ and ${\delta}{\approx}0.6{\sim}1.2$ is denoted by a $H_1$, and the one between ${\delta}{\approx}0.6{\sim}1.2$ and ${\delta}{\gg}2$ is denoted by a $H_2$. The ${\delta}(T)$ was obtained in the region of $H_1$ < H < $H_2$. As the temperature was decreased, the ${\delta}$ value gradually decreased.

Voltammetric behavior of heavy lanthanide ions has been investigated by the DC, DPP and CV in acetonitrile solution. The reduction of $Gd^{3+}, Tb^{3+}, Dy^{3+}, Ho^{3+}, Er^{3+}, Tm^{3+} 및 Lu^{3+} proceed by three-electron change to the metallic state with totally irreversibility in 0.1M tetraethylammonium perchlorate. However, the reduction of Yb(Ⅲ) proceeds in two steps $(Yb^{3+} + e^- \Leftrightarrow Yb^{2+} and Yb^{2+} + 2e^- → Yb^0)$. The first reduction of Yb(Ⅲ) showed quasi reversible behavior, but the second reduction was irreversible in cyclic voltammetry. The cathodic peak current showed adsorptive properties in high concentration with lower sweep rate. The electroreduction of heavy lanthanides in water-acetonitrile mixture has been studied. In water-acetonitrile mixture, the negative shift of the peak potential and the decrease peak current were observed increasing water concentration. Also the Yb(Ⅲ) reduction to Yb(Ⅲ) has been deviated from quasi-reversible character with increase water amount. These results drive from the high solvation abilities of water which has high donor number.
There was to purpose of this study improves analyzing cause that prosthesis brings bite engaging that is inaccurate in patient's mouth, when supposed that all conducts that do in operatory and dental laboratory are perfect. By in case do not use average 0.1741 in case use tray holder in 0.0447 SPH5s in case do not use average 0.2838 pastas in case use tray holder in SPH4 0.0309, When did not use both SPH4 and SPH5 tray holder, when used tray holder, 1 appeared more greatly. 2. By amity sex addition polymerization style silicon impression when is hardened in tray holder after do check bite and when is hardened in the floor SPH 4, a11 of the SPH5s very big synonymy be(P>0.05). And in case use tray holder in 0.000657 pasta SPH5s in case do not use average 0.000129 pastas in case use tray holder in SPH4 average 0.000114 pastas, by in case do not use 0.000757, I appeared more greatly when used tray when did not use both SPH4 and SPH5 tray holder, but 1 appeared is not level to keep in mind(Table 8~9). 3 SPH4 was looked very big mindfulness in model that manufacture doing impression check bite by Alginate and model that do impression check bite by amity sex accessory penalty silicon without using tray holder(P< 0.001). I use tray holder and SPH4 did not appear synonymy in model that manufacture doing impression check bite by Alginate and model that do impression check bite by amity sex accessory penalty silicon(P>0.05). Study finding of above when see synthesis Alginate certainly tray holder use must and I could know that hardening method does not exert big influence on volume stability if remove impression sieve of excess because amity sex accessory penalty silicon passes over tray, Also, Alginate impression material previewed can get heading a conspiracy style that volume stability of accessory penalty silicon impression material degree is if use tray holder.

H. pylori produces urease abundantly amounting to 6% of total protein of bacterial mass. Urease genes are composed of a cluster of 9 genes of ureC, ureD, ureA, ureB, ureI, ureE, ureF, ureG, ureH. Production of H. pylori urease in E. coli was studied with genetic cotransformation. Structural genes ureA and ureB produce urease apoprotein in E. coli but the apoprotein has no enzymatic activity. ureC and ureD do not affect urease production nor enzyme activity ureF, ureG, and ureH are essential to produce the catalytically active H. pylori urease of structural genes (ureA and ureB) in E.coli. The kinetics of activation of H. pylori urease apoprotein were examined to understand the production of active H. pylori urease. Activation of H. pylori urease apoprotein, pH dependency, reversibility of $CO_2$ binding, irreversibility of $CO_2$ and $Ni^{2+}$ incorporation, and $CO_2$ dependency of initial rate of urease activity have been observed in vitro. The intrinsic reactivity (ko) for carbamylation of urease apoprotein co expressed with accessory genes was 17-fold greater than that of urease apoprotein expressed without accessory genes. It is concluded that accessory genes function in maximizing the carbamylating deprotonated ${\varepsilon}$-amino group of Lys 219 of urease B subunit and metallocenter of urease apoprotein is supposed to be assembled by reaction of a deprotonated protein side chain with an activating $CO_2$ molecule to generate ligands that facilitate productive nickel binding.

Various types of numerical modeling techniques are used to predict the behavior of pollutants under various water environmental conditions in the event of a water pollutant accident. Among them, a hydraulic model that can consider water flow characteristics is the most basic and very important. The process of evaluating whether the hydraulic model accurately predicts the applied river characteristics is very important. In the verification of the modeling result, the measuring data are often used in the river. Currently, ADCP and FlowTrackers are widely used to measure the flow velocity of rivers. However, ADCP is not accurate when the depth is less than 0.6 m and also when the ratio of irreversibility near the surface is more than 40%. Futhermore, FlowTracker has a limitation in measuring at high depth and high velocity due to the direct measurement method in rivers. Simuation results, which are validated by these methods, are not reliable for low depth conditions of low flowrate and high velocity conditions of high flowrate. In this study, Lagrangian GPS floaters which measures physical quantity of water according to particle movement is used without the conventional method measured by Eulerian technique. The verification method of the model results was studied by comparing the simulation results of the hydraulic model with the velocities measured using the GPS floaters. When comparing the traveling distance of the GPS floaters with the traveling distance of the LPT simulations, the average error rate was 13.6% on distances, and the average error rate was 3.2% on velocities except for the stagnant section. Therefore, GPS floaters can be used for a correction and verification method of hydraulic model simulations.
Two polyethylene tubes were inserted into the esophagus of anesthetized rabbit in order to record the fluctuation of the intraluminal pressure through the orifices located near the tips of the tubes. The orifice of the first tube was 10 cm apart from the incisor of the rabbit and the orifice of the second tube was 5 cm below that of the first one. The tubes were filled with saline solution running at various rates ranging from 1.5 ml/min. to 4.2 ml/min. The tubes were connected to the pressure transducers and the electrical signals were recorded by the physiograph. When the peristaltic wave approached to the orifice a rise in the pressure was recorded, returning to the base line when the portion of the orifice was quiescent. The frequency of the peristaltic motion and the velocity of the wave were studied in connection with the flow rate of saline solution through the tubes and in the case of massive acute hemorrhage. The results obtained were as follows: 1. There was reflux of fluid induced during the procedure of the experiment. This outwrad flow through the pharynx seemed to elicite swallowing reflexes. Accordingly, the frequency of peristalsis of the esophagus was largely dependent on the flow rate of the fluid through the inserted tubes. By the flow rate of 1.5 ml/min., 2.5 ml/min., or 4.2 ml/min., the frequencies of the peristalsis were revealed to be $8.6{\pm}3.6/10min.,\;14.5{\pm}4.8/10min.\;or\;21.1{\pm}6.3/10min.,$ respectively. The velocity of peristalsis also coincided with the enhanced motility of the esophagus, showing $6.6{\pm}1.5\;cm/sec.,\;8.9{\pm}3.9\;cm/sec.,\;or\;12.4{\pm}4.6\;cm/sec.,$ respectively. 2. By acute hemorrhage, amounting to 2% of the body weight, the frequency of the peristalsis increased to twofold of the control and the propagation velocity also increased by 52 percent. 3. Retransfusion of the shed blood resulted in divergent responses. In some cases there were noticable ameliorations of the effects brought by acute hemorrhage, and in the others there were still increasing tendenies of the motility after the transfusion. 4. Some speculation was made about the possibility of a kind of relationship between the irreversibility of the hemorrhagic shock and the absence of responses by transfusion. 5. The peristalsis persisted even after complete disconnection at the midportion of the esophagus, reaffirming the view of a central regulation of the spatiotemporally coordinated motility, peristalsis.
Cu$_{0.1}$Fe$_{0.9}$Cr$_2$S$_4$ has been studied with Mossbauer spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and magnetoresistance (MR) measurement. The crystal structure was determined to be a cubic spinel with lattice parameter a$_{0}$=9.9880 $\AA$. The MR measurements show a semiconductor behavior below 110 K and metal behaved above 100 K. The temperature dependence of magnetization of Cu$_{0.1}$Fe$_{0.9}$Cr$_2$S$_4$ was reported. In addition to a large irreversibility between the zero-field-cooling (ZFC) and the field-cooling (FC) magnetization at applied field H=100 Oe, a cusp-like anomaly was observed in both the FC and ZFC curves. It shifted toward the lower temperature region with increasing magnetic field, and then showed convex type maximum at 110 K, under the applied field of 5 kOe. The Mossbauer spectra were measured from 15 K to room temperature. The asymmetric line broadening was observed for the sample Cu$_{0.1}$Fe$_{0.9}$Cr$_2$S$_4$, and it was considered to be dynamic Jahn-Teller relaxation. The charge state of Fe ions was ferrous in character. The unusual reduction of magnetic hyperfine field below 110 K was interpreted in terms of cancellation effect between the mutually opposite orbital current field (H$_{L}$) and Fermi contact field (H$_{C}$).

This study aimed to develop materials to compensate for problems of restoration for lost parts and material problems in the conservation treatment. First, there are several problems with existing materials as follows: secondary damage due to the high shrinkage rate and low adhesive strength, sense of difference due to the severe yellowing, remelting due to irreversibility of materials, processability due to the high strength, sag due to the prolonged setting time in the work process and surface contamination of artifacts due to tools or gloves. In order to solve these problems, this study set developmental goals after understanding the types and physical properties based on epoxy resin among the currently used restoration materials of pottery and earthenware. The developed epoxy resin is epoxy putty, which is cured within 5 minutes, for earthenware restoration. In the earthenware restoration method, the epoxy putty enhanced the workability by quickly curing in paste form and compensated disadvantages such as surface contamination. In addition, the use of white micro-balloon for the epoxy stock solution made coloring easier and weight lighter, and a restoration material with low shrinkage and superior processability was developed.
A new anode composition material comprising of SiO and Graphite has been prepared by adopting High energy ball milling (HEBM) technique. The anode material shows high initial charge and discharge capacity values of 1139 and 568 mAh/g, respectively. The electrode sustains reversible discharge capacity value of 719 mAh/g at 30th cycle with a high coulombic efficiency${\sim}99%$. Since the materials formed during initial charge process the nano silicon/$Li_4SiO_3$ and $Li_2O$ remains as interdependent, it may be expected that the composite exhibiting higher amount of irreversibility$(Li_2O)$ will deliver higher reversible capacity. In this study, constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV) charge method was employed in place of usual constant current (CC) method in order to convert efficiently all the SiO particles which resulted high initial discharge capacity at the first cycle. We improved considerably the initial discharge specific capacity of SiO/G composite by pretreatment(CC-CV).
