This study is conducted to find out the problem of the public food waste recycling facility and its improvement. By using an operation status analysis, an economic analysis was done to check up on its feasibility in comparison with an investment in the food waste recycling facility currently in use, thereby proposing the possible alternatives to prevent the national budgets form wasting with witless construction of the new facilities. As a result, it is considered necessary to come up with an effective plan for establishing the public resource facility, strengthen criteria for government subsidies being used up on the public resource facility, and enact an independent law of the food waste.

Kenya is a sovereign country with a vast potential in maritime industry. Though Kenya is known to have made it in IMO white list on $14^{TH}$ May 2010, she is making huge investments in maritime industry in an effort to have a share of booming world maritime industry and sea trade. Statistics has it that 90% of trade volume is carried on the sea, which is strong indication that for any country inspiring to be an economic powerhouse it has to have a lion share of sea trade volume, and one of the proven ways in gaining economic success is by investing heavily in maritime infrastructure. The purpose of this paper is to give a brief description of marine traffic status in port of Mombasa which is the largest port in Kenya, highlight vital features of multi-billion Lamu port investment under taken by the Kenyan government and finally discuss the future of maritime industry and Kenyan seafarer.

Digital content industry is expected to grow due to the development of new devices and technologies, convergence between genres and technologies. However, Financial support system for the field of digital content has not been activated due to the digital content industry has the characteristics of a lot of initial investment costs and an uncertain profitability. This paper deals with the financial plan of activation of digital content businesses using technology evaluation. For this purpose, first, examine status of digital content businesses(status and sales financing, etc). Second, discuss development methods of digital contents finance based on the analysis of the digital content industry. This study is useful for deriving the development methods of digital contents finance using the technology valuation.

Many social and environmental changes have emerged due to the increasing size of the aging generation. This study explored the current status of the information leisure activity of the aging generation (computer use activity, internet service participation, social community participation and blogging, UCC, etc.) and the need for serious games among elderly consumers. It analyzed the current status of serious game and information leisure span as determined by experts on elderly care at the aging welfare institute. The research methods involved applying content analysis and focus group interviews. The results were as follows: The elderly are willing to enjoy the internet and economics networks. In particular, economic investment, economic news, health, meetings, and communication are the main internet search categories. The results for serious games are less interesting than those for IT participation. The components of usefulness in terms of serious games, as identified by care experts, are simplicity, a user-friendly interface, efficacy, and certainty in using the game device. Care experts recognize that serious games represent a supplementary device to traditional physical and emotional therapy.

Recently, as Foot and Mouth disease(FMD) outbreaks in South-East Asia, Taiwan, China, we cannot loose our tense to sustain our FMD free country status. And we have increasing possibility of disease inflow because of continual outbreaks of FMD type A, O and Asia 1 in neighbored countries, foreign visitor and foreign workers. So we have to be urgently ready for strengthen surveillance, early-report and early-diagnosis. So the most important things in epidemic control of livestock are co-work between central and local epidemic control office and field epidemic control. However, potential risk for FMD recurrence and sporadic occurrence of epidemic disease still threaten our livestock farmhouse, so we have to be ready for bio-security against these threatening. For these reasons, I will introduce the concept, etiology and epidemiology of disease and investment/ analysis of health management standard of main animals like cattle and pig which is applied to the inside and outside of country. With these references, we have to manage livestock health management thoroughly by establishing livestock health management standard and notifying special veterinarian and livestock farmer of these standard. Later on, prevention and quarantine of epidemic outbreak and establishing livestock health management standard should be undertaken primarily for sustainable growth and stability of livestock farm industry.

Responsible tourism attracting worldwide attention has supported local economy and community development as a type of alternative tourism. This study explored the perception toward fairness in tourism and operation status of responsible tour operators in South Korea by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Ten responsible tour operators were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one upto two hours. From the interview data, six themes were identified as difficulties of responsible tour operators: lack of manpower, advertising and promotion, absence of marketing strategy, regulation, lack of budget and lack of recognition of responsible tourism. As government support identified through the interviews, there are the followings seven themes: a low entry barrier market, investment in human resources, resource utilization, community-based policies, connection with local produce, community support and connection system of responsible travel agencies with intermediate support organizations at a local level, The findings of this paper implicate the underlying subject of responsible tourism from a tour operators' perspective.

In this paper, I examine the impacts of father's education, a proxy for family wealth and income, on the individual's education, occupational choice and labor force status. I find that father's education influences the level of individual educational investment and occupational choices directly, whose findings are quite different from those of Blau and Duncan(l967) and Phang and Kim(2000). I also find that father's higher level of education induces an individual to withdraw from the labor force, which results in erosion of inequality among family. Therefore I argue that the inheritance of inequality in family wealth tends to persist, while the erosion of inequality proceeds, as well.

Potential and capabilities of GIS in planning and decision-making is widely known as an experimental tool, but its existence in real-world application is yet to realize. GIS originated in the field of cartography and even at today it is mainly used as a tool for map production. Number of reasons could bring forward for this shortcoming. Limited real-world applications could be a significant one among them. This paper describe an attempt to use GIS technology in Lao PDR where a study team was involved in formulating a Master Plan for national healthcare system. A database was created for the whole country with spatial and descriptive data gathered from various sources. Attempt was made to demonstrate the potential of GIS by using the database for identifying healthcare status, distribution of resources, recognizing deprived areas and locating areas for future investments based on accessibility and social status. The approach justified the investment on a GIS system and introducing the system in the planning sector from grass-root level to central level.

Since the food industry, including the agricultural production, is the largest industrial sector in Myanmar, the Myanmar government and industry have a strong willingness to develop the food manufacturing industry despite the limitations of investment, production and technological level. Particularly, the Myanmar government recognizes that the agricultural product-based food industry is an essential element for national economic growth, and is promoting various policy efforts for the industrial development. Therefore, the overall status of the food industry in Myanmar has been reviewed in this study. Also, the TASK (Technology Advice and Solutions from Korea) project in the food processing sector as an ODA (official development assistance) program has been specifically addressed in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Korea and Myanmar in the near future.

As the main driver of economic growth and employment, the agricultural sector plays an important role in Vietnam's economy. However, in recent years, the sector has faced new challenges and also presented new investment opportunities to stimulate agricultural growth. Many Vietnamese agricultural producers currently lack the modern technology and decision support tools needed to maintain and improve productivity in a rapidly changing environment. Other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain, such as input suppliers, distributors, and consumers, also face significant challenges, including disrupted value chains, transportation costs. The cost of transporting goods across the supply chain continues to increase and information exchange remains fragmented. A potential solution to address these challenges is the application of digital transformation in agricultural supply chains. Farmers and other value chain participants can improve the production of their goods and procedures by utilizing new and cutting-edge technologies that are integrated into a unified system as part of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains. In this study, we evaluate the current status of digital transformation in the supply chain of the agriculture industry by finding and examining pertinent publications from key agencies as well as prior research. From there, in the framework of the digital economy, this study suggests a digital transformation roadmap for the agricultural supply chain.
