부동산의 투자결정 과정은 투자의 목적, 투자환경, 비용 편익분석, 투자 타당성 분석을 토대로 최종적인 의사결정을 하게 된다. 이를 위해 실행가능성 모색과 투자분석을 위한 투자의사 결정이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부동산투자의 결정과정과 그에 따른 의사결정 요인을 고찰하여 부동산투자의 보다 확실한 근거를 제시하고자 하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다.

Recently organizations identify information security as one of essential means for gaining competitive advantage. However, they do not actively increase investment in this area because they consider spending for information security as a cost rather than an investment. This is because organizations don't have a clear understanding of information security objectives which can be achieved through investment, and they don't have criteria for alternatives which can be considered in information security investment decision-making. In this paper we propose to model the decision-making process of information security investment by the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results will show that availability is the most important criterion for the decision of information security alternatives, and intrusion detection is the most important information security alternative. We hope that the results of this paper provide a guideline for clear decision-making in information security investment.

The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.

급변하는 기업 환경에서는 비즈니스 및 기술 환경의 변화 및 경영관리의 복잡성 증가로 인하여 경영의 효율적인 지원을 위한 효과적인 IT 투자 관리의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 학술 및 비즈니스 관점에서의 이론 및 실용성에 근거한 효율적 IT 투자관리 체계 수립을 위한 관련 이슈들을 논의하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 의의는, IT 투자관리체계 구축상의단계별 이슈를 기존 이론과 A사의 구축사례를 통해 살펴보고 IT 투자관리 지표 도출 및 투자관리체계 구축을 위한 가이드라인을 기업들에게 제시함으로써 기업의 IT 평가 업무의 효율성을 증대시키는 것이다.

Functional metal prototypes are often required in numerous industrial applications. These components are typically needed in the early stage of a project to determine form, fit and function. Recent R/P(Rapid Prototyping) part are made of soft materials such as plastics, wax, paper, these master models cannot be employed durable test in real harsh working environment. Parts by direct metal rapid tooling method, such as laser sintering, by now are hard to get net shape, pores of the green parts of powder casting method must be infiltrated to get proper strength as tool, and new type of 3D direct tooling system combining fabrication welding arc and cutting process is reported. But a system which can build directly 3D parts of high performance functional material as metal park would get long period of system development, massive investment and other serious obstacles, such as patent. In this paper, through the rapid tooling process as silicon rubber molding using R/P master model, and fabricate wax pattern in that silicon rubber mold using vacuum casting method, then we translated the wax patterns to numerous metal tool prototypes by new investment casting process combined conventional investment casting with rapid prototyping & rapid tooling process. With this wax-injection-mold-free investment casting, we developed new investment casting process of fabricating numerous functional metal prototypes from one master model, combined 3-D CAD, R/P and conventional investment casting and tried to expect net shape measuring total dimension shrinkage from R/P pare to metal part.

조직에서 IT 활용성은 확대 되었으나 경기 침체로 인한 IT 투자 위축으로 제한적인 자원의 활용이 필요하게 되었다. 아울러 조직의 최고 경영자들은 산업 성장기에 지속적으로 증가 되어온 IT 투자성과가 조직성과에 기여하고 있는지에 대한 검토가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 요구사항은 IT 효과성을 측정하고 비즈니스 리스크를 최소화할 수 있는 실질적인 방안으로 IT 거버넌스를 강화하게 되었고, 이에 따라 IT 투자의사결정 구조이 정비, IT 가치 평가 강화, IT 투자성과평가 프로세스의 정립 등을 대안으로 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 IT 투자성과가 실질적인 IT성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 관하여 IT 투자성과 관리체계를 구성하는 항목과 프로세스 성숙도를 구성하는 항목이 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 규명하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 영향 분석을 통하여 궁극적으로 조직성과의 향상을 강화할 수 있는 실용적인 IT 투자성과 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine changes in the household investment planning according to the family life cycle, to improve the household investment planning process, and to develop research model. The results were as follows : Household investment planning varied with stages of the family life cycle because the stock of resources shifted and financial goals changed as the family life cycle stage changed. The main financial goals of family in each stage of the life cycle were the purchasing of house in the establishing stage, children's education and marriage in the extending stage, and the elderly's economic welfare in the diminishing stage. Also, in the Ⅰ & Ⅱ stage the most important investment goals were the purchasing of house, children's education in the Ⅲ stage, children's marriage in the Ⅳ stage, and the elderly's economic welfare in the Ⅴ stage. Therefore, the financial goals were recognized as the important goals underlain the investment-planning goals, and alternatives for the accomplishment of investment-planning goals were determined. The results of this study can contribute to establish the long-run investment planning process and improve the level of household's financial well-being.

This study discusses the prior researches on concepts regarding the analysis of IT investment effect in an organization as proposed from academic and professional perspectives. In addition, we looked at the possible issues that fan arise from implementation stage based on the example of development of IT investment management process at Company A. This study makes contribution in examining the potential issues and their relevant solutions when implementing the management process/system of If investment based on the case of Company A. At Company A, there is much knowledge that Is being adopted directly from suggested principles of the academic and professional fields as employee needs and requirements are met in advance. But, there is customized knowledge as well in order to best describe the specific situation. We partly try to distinguish the concepts and realities by understanding the core issues involving the IT investment management process/system and make practical suggestions for the companies that plan to implement the efficient IT investment management process/system in the future.

The presented scientific research substantiates the principles of the mechanism of the investment resources involvement in order to introduce innovations at enterprises in the context of digitalization using a resource-functional approach. The importance of attracting investment resources, which contributes to the modernization of production systems, the creation of a stable economic field of development of economic entities, is justified. The expediency of application of the resource-functional approach on research of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is proved. The investment process is presented in the form of a chain of interdependent processes which include: attraction of investment resources, investments, increase of investment value, profit. It is proved that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for the introduction of innovations in enterprises in the context of digitalization cannot be considered in isolation from the process, due to the fact that the mechanism is aimed at performing specific functions. The functions of the mechanism include management, complex, coordination, monitoring, performance and control functions. Functions of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization are caused by the purposes of attraction of investment resources for innovative development; the presence of an objective nature; relative independence and homogeneity; implementation of functions in the process of investing in innovative activities of the enterprise.
